The mystery has been solved.
For nearly a year, we have been asking ourselves why the investors and foreign banks that bought up hundreds of billions of dollars of worthless mortgage-backed securities (MBS) from US investment banks have not taken legal action against these same banks or initiated a boycott of US financial products to prevent more people from getting ripped off?
Now we know the answer. It’s because, behind the scenes, Henry Paulson and Co. were working out a deal to dump the whole trillion dollar mess on the US taxpayer. That’s what this whole $700 billion boondoggle is all about; wiping out the massive debts that were generated in the biggest incident of fraud in history. Rep Brad Sherman explained it like this last night to Larry Kudlow:
“It (The bill) provides hundreds of billions of dollars of bailouts to foreign investors. It provides no real control of Paulson’s power. There is a critique board but not really a board that can step in and change what he does. It’s a $700 billion program run by a part-time temporary employee and there is no limit on million dollar a month salaries……. It’s very clear. The Bank of Shanghai can transfer all of its toxic assets to the Bank of Shanghai of Los Angeles which can then sell them the next day to the Treasury. I had a provision to say if it wasn’t owned by an American entity even a subsidiary, but at least an entity in the US, the Treasury can’t buy it. It was rejected.
The bill is very clear. Assets now held in China and London can be sold to US entities on Monday and then sold to the Treasury on Tuesday. Paulson has made it clear he will recommend a veto of any bill that contained a clear provision that said if Americans did not own the asset on September 20th that it can’t be sold to the Treasury. Hundreds of billions of dollars are going to bail out foreign investors. They know it, they demanded it and the bill has been carefully written to make sure it can happen.”
So, why hasn’t the Treasury Secretary explained the real purpose of the bailout to the American people? Could it be that he knows that his $700 billion bailout would end up like the Hindenburg, vanishing in sheets of flames?
This is a terrible bill, and it confers absolute authority on one of the central players in the scandal, Henry Paulson, who was the Chairman of Goldman Sachs at the time this MBS garbage was being peddled around the planet to credulous investors. Now Paulson will be in a position to buy up any “troubled asset” he that he believes could pose a threat to “financial market stability”. That’s just great! It is clear that Paulson will use his unchecked powers to wipe the slate clean and remove any possibility that foreign investors will take legal action against the real perpetrators; the giant Wall Street investment banks.
So, how do the American people like paying off Paulson and Co. future legal bills? Is that how taxpayer revenue should be spent instead of on education, health care and infrastructure?
There’s another reason why Paulson is working so hard to pass the Bailout for Tycoons Bill; it’s a windfall for the banking giants. Citi did not simply pick up Wachovia by happenstance nor did JP Morgan purchase Washington Mutual because it wanted to perform its civic duty and prevent a full-system meltdown. No way; they were clearly aware of the way the wind was blowing. In fact, neither case manages to pass the smell test.
This is from AP’s Sara Lepro:
“Citigroup agreed Monday to purchase Wachovia’s banking operations for $2.1 billion in a deal arranged by federal regulators, making the Charlotte-based bank the latest casualty of the widening global financial crisis.

The deal greatly expands Citigroup’s retail franchise—giving it a total of more than 4,300 U.S. branches and $600 billion in deposits—and secures its place among the U.S. banking industry’s Big Three, along with Bank of America Corp. and JP Morgan Chase & Co.
But it comes at a cost: Citigroup Inc. said it will slash its quarterly dividend in half to 16 cents. It also will dilute existing shareholders by selling $10 billion in common stock to shore up its capital position.
In addition to assuming $53 billion worth of debt, Citigroup will absorb up to $42 billion of losses from Wachovia’s $312 billion loan portfolio, with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. agreeing to cover any remaining losses. Citigroup also will issue $12 billion in preferred stock and warrants to the FDIC.
(Ed; Here’s the punch line) “The government’s proposed $700 billion rescue plan for financial institution, being voted on Monday by the House of Representatives, likely will prove of added benefit to Citi.
While the plan broadly aims to prevent banks from profiting on the sale of troubled assets to the government, there is an exception made for assets acquired in a merger or buyout, or from companies that have filed for bankruptcy. This could allow Citigroup to sell toxic mortgages and other assets it gained from Wachovia for a higher price than the bank actually paid for them.” (”Citigroup to buy Wachovia banking operations”
Huh?!? So Citi not only gets an army of depositors (the cheapest capital available!) but, at the same time, is going to be able to dump it’s mortgage-backed junk on the taxpayer? And, guess what? The JP Morgan deal looks nearly identical.
Is this “insider baseball” or not?
Does anyone want to wager that G-Sax will also get a privileged spot at the public trough sucking up billions of taxpayer dollars to patch together its tattered balance sheet?
And what will the net result of Paulson’s Bailout for Fraudsters be; more consolidation of the financial industry and the utter annihilation of local and regional banks. That’s a sure thing. The mom and pop banks across the country are going to take it in the stern sheets if this bill is passed. Bet on it.
The country has no time for this cynical scavenger-hunt. The system is listing badly and we have ONE chance to get this emergency bill right. There is no way an industry rep like Henry Paulson, who has spent his entire career feathering his own nest and handing out plums to his buddies, can operate in the best interests of the American people. Paulson has got to go!
According to Bloomberg News , Sept 29:
“The Federal Reserve will pump an additional $630 billion into the global financial system, flooding banks with cash to alleviate the worst banking crisis since the Great Depression. The Fed increased its existing currency swaps with foreign central banks by $330 billion to $620 billion to make more dollars available worldwide. The Term Auction Facility, the Fed’s emergency loan program, will expand by $300 billion to $450 billion. The European Central Bank, the Bank of England and the Bank of Japan are among the participating authorities.
The crisis is reverberating through the global economy, causing stocks to plunge and forcing European governments to rescue four banks over the past two days alone.” (Bloomberg)
Get it? The Fed has ALREADY brushed aside Congress’s “No” vote and pumped money into the system; and look what happened.
Nothing!
Libor is still at historic highs, the Ted spread has widened to record levels and interbank lending is grinding to a standstill. There’s a run on the money markets that is reducing the ability of businesses to turn over short term debt. The system is shutting down, folks, and Paulson’s snake oil won’t help. Why throw another $700 billion down a rathole? 400 reputable economists–not the “faith based” industry hacks that work for the Bush administration–are opposed to this bailout. It has to be stopped.
This is a “real time” meltdown and it requires real solutions, not bailouts for foreign creditors and Wall Street Goliaths. (Foreign victims of this scam will have to sue the perpetrators not the US taxpayer) As Nouriel Roubini, chairman of Roubini Global Economics, points out, we are on the verge of the “mother of all bank runs”, a cross-border savaging of reserves that would crash the entire financial system. Here’s Roubini on the next shoe to drop:
“The next step of this panic could become the mother of all bank runs, i.e. a run on the trillion dollar plus of the cross border short-term interbank liabilities of the US banking and financial system as foreign banks as starting to worry about the safety of their liquid exposures to US financial institutions; such a silent cross border bank run has already started as foreign banks are worried about the solvency of US banks and are starting to reduce their exposure. And if this run accelerates – as it may now – a total meltdown of the US financial system could occur. We are thus now in a generalized panic mode and back to the risk of a systemic meltdown of the entire financial system. And US and foreign policy authorities seem to be clueless about what needs to be done next. Maybe they should today start with a coordinated 100 bps reduction in policy rates in all the major economies in the world to show that they are starting to seriously recognize and address this rapidly worsening financial crisis.” (Nouriel Roubini’s EconoMonitor)
We have no time for Paulson’s self serving shenanigans. This is not how one goes about recapitalizing the banking system or bringing stability to the financial system. It’s time to get rid of the lobbyists and banking vermin and bring in the economists and the people with real experience. Paulson’s plan is loser. Not one dime should go to this latest Wall Street swindle. No bailout!

The stock market is going to crash no matter what they do, but at some point you would hope they would quit digging that hole deeper, in other words no money from us the taxpayer. On the heels of the mortgage backed securities scam blowing up will be the 560 trillion dollar derivatives market scam, a win here is collapse of the whole worthless system. Folks we are not going to win no matter what, it wasn’t our game in which to play, it’s a game in which we can only pay. It’s the game that needs to end, the Federal Reserve.

Louis T. McFadden, who chaired the House Banking and Currency Committee in the great depression, wrote:
“We have in this Country one of the most corrupt institutions the world has ever known. I refer to the Federal Reserve Board…This evil institution has impoverished the people of the U.S. and has practically bankrupted our Government. It has done this through the corrupt practices of the moneyed vultures who control it.”
It appears that the money changers continue a policy of abuse and deceit, only now they don’t even attempt to hide their evil.
Now is the time to mobilize. Write your Senator’s and Representatives and tell them if they don’t act in our interest you will utilize every means possible to vote them out of office!

SOB’s!!!! How can an average American do ANYTHING to stop this! We did put a lot of pressure on our Congressman to vote no, but look what’s happening. Now the Bill has the greatest chance to go through. I can think of only one thing to do. We HAVE to speak with all of our friends and neighbors and PROTEST in the STREETS, get media exposure and demand a NO vote. This has to be a demonstration like never before. NO VIOLENCE NECESSARY. Just put so much pressure on the Goverment that they will get the message that if their name is on the Bill, they will be voted out of office, PERIOD. The one thing Goverment officals understand is that we STILL HAVE THE POWER TO VOTE!! God help us if we loose that. Because when the day comes, and I fear it will, that we cannot vote or if the “system” is rigged so that our votes wont count, than there is only one solution left for remedy. And we all know what tht is. Are you ready to do the right thing? Will you get out TODAY and get the people to organize a protest? Will you take the Lead? I know I will. I’ve had ENOUGH! The stock market is going to crash either way, they do not need to make the hole deeper and give away trillions more. The mortgage securities scam will be followed by the 550 trillion dollar derivatives scam. This was a game in which you could not play, in this game you can only pay, the game is the Federal Reserve and we need to end the game and get back to being The Constitutional Republic called The United States of America. It will be hard to do, it will be harder not to do what must be done. No one wanted to hear what Ron Paul was saying in the campaign that the Federal Reserve needed to be abolished. I think now more are starting to understand why he was right, and if they still don’t know, the opportunities for enlightenment will be rampant very, very, soon.

You know, the bill doesn’t matter. Like said, they are already bailing out foreign governments etc. which I believe we have no say in what they do with foreign governments and banks-we really dont have a say in what they do period. One reason the the military may be here on call for martial law is if there is a Banker Holiday which would not allow you to use your bank card for anything and also all banks would be closed so your money would be held hostage. If anyone has heard of this could you please document more sources for this so that all people may be ready for this. This could be a chain reaction to many bad things, just think about it no gas no food and many weak minded people out of control and this would give the miltary a reason to declare martial law. I don’t know if this is true but what if it is, and you must know the miltiary is here for some reason because hurricanes don’t hit the entire us.

It’s not a lose lose situation. It’s a scam. They are making this situation seem much more complicated then it really is! Every time we’ve turned our country over to the Zionist bankers this sort of thing has happened. The Federal Reserve system was not this country’s first central bank! If it was then why the hell did Andrew Jackson go to his grave saying that he beat the big bankers! I believe it is actually written on his tombstone!
A gold standard is no longer realistic considering that as a nation we have no idea whether or not there is any gold reserve underneath Fort Knox! We need Colonial Script!!! Abolish the Federal Reserve and do what Washington, Lincoln, & Kennedy did…create money from the treasury without any usury attached to the money! No interest whatsoever! That’s how we did it in the beginning of this country and it worked awesomely.
We need a completely transparent economic system controlled by congress and limited by Constitutional amendments. You only print as much money as is needed in order to facilitate trade amongst the citizens of the country and foreign trade. Inflation will be impossible since the system is controlled and transparent to the American people.
The system would have to hinge on transparency and severe and immediate punishment if anyone tries to do something fraudulent. No crazy Las Vegas like financial instruments allowed, no leveraging, nothing that even remotely resembles a freaking casino! When we allow greedy and dishonest people create and run the system it shouldn’t surprise us that such a system would eventually destroy us.

Fellow Americans
We sit at a crossroads. In one direction is slavery, utter despotism, despair beyond what many of us has ever experienced. And in the other direction – FREEDOM. Freedom from evil men who have claimed us as their own, who take from us whatever they please, whenever they please and leave us scarce little for our own survival and the survival of our families.
We’re in a fight for our very lives and in this fight there will only be one survivor. Will it be the American people (and perhaps the people of the world) or will it be the beast of international finance devouring all in its path. It’s up to us and now is our chance.
By laying a trap for us this beast has lain bare it’s soft underbelly. It has exposed itself as it may not do again in our lifetime or the lifetime of our children. The leaders of the world are talking about a global financial meltdown if the American people don’t pass this bailout. Listen to what they are saying. The beast is week and vulnerable. It has fed upon not only us but upon its own self in it’s uncontrolled feeding frenzy of greed and corruption. Now’s our chance to free the world from this beast. Bring it to it’s knees and free ourselves and the world. Refuse to feed it and it will devour itself freeing us to become men of our own destinies.
Let it crash. No, make it crash. Make it crash with the resounding noise of free men fearless in the face of these evil vipers. Show them our resolve to be free. Even though they may take everything I own I say “what price for freedom”. What price am I willing to pay to release my self and my family from their evil grasp. What price?
It will be hard. For a time. But what’s the alternative… perpetual slavery. If we don’t move now we risk missing the chance at defeating this foe without spilling the blood of our countrymen who haven’t yet awakened from the dream. The American dream that no longer exists for you and me. It’s been stolen right out from under our very noses.
Now’s the time to act. If you’ve called your congressman or woman, call them again. If you’ve emailed them, do it one more time. Print articles that expose the corrupt people for what they are and what their trying to do. Write your congress person’s phone number on it and lay them around the break room where you work. Stress to those closest to you the dire need for action and get them to call or email NOW. Organize protest, hold signs by the side of the road in your community. Whatever you can do. Our time is short. We only have twenty four hours or so and our opprtunity for victory (and freedom) will disappear. The beast will have strengthened itself by feeding on us once more and the chance to win without spilling blood will vanish like a puff of smoke in the wind.
We can win this thing if we pour it on. Show em what we, the real Americans, are made of. We can do it. We have to do it because no else will do it for us.

This bail out bill is a real bad rap for Americans.
It will be like the Patriot Act with all kinds of hidden loop holes, like this artcile points out – an open door for foreign investors to rob tax payers and the US Treasury.
The real objective to the bail out bill will not be fully realized until until it kicks us all in the ass, just like the lies that we do not torture, we do not spy on American citizens, we do not wire tap, we do not data mine US citizens AND WE WILL NOT ROB YOU.

And just like all the other bills that have been passed under Bush, every attempt was made to obfuscate the real reasons. The Pandemic Flu Bill of 05, is another classic example where it sounds like they are trying to protect us all. The real truth is, if one understands how viral vectors and transferrence of live DNA works, as with live DNA vaccines and experimental vaccines, the Pandemic Flu Bill actually protects the creators of bio-weapons, if & when it becomes provable that diseases like HIV & cancer are the result of viral recombinants that were made intentionally in a bio-weapons R&D facility.
As modern technology advances to prove beyond any shadow of a doubt how recombinants have in fact been created through R&D, and they surely have been, the liabilities become awsome. For those that have been suffering with HIV, cancer, Lupus, diabetes, endocrine diseases and a host of other diseases, the implications horrify this government, DOD researchers and private researchers, if and when the light of AWARENESS comes around. We are dealing with CUT THROATS and the more one understands this, the more one realizes that these, “QUICK lets pass a major bill to save everyone deals,” are actually GRAND LIES to rescue the guilty and blame the innocent. I am very pissed off about this whole situation,I do not advocate unnessasery violence in any way shape or form,on my last post # 25 I said something like” And this is what happens to greedy bastards that sacrifice American jobs overseas !!!” their is a video of the Emma Maersk (wall marts super ship) the biggest cargo ship in the world on fire,sorry for the comment I hope nobody got hurt, but why must we place the incentive in such stupid place’s (to ship goods from overseas ect )
why can’t we place incentive in constructive areas (tax breaks to company’s that create jobs in our country = to the amount of money that would be made from sales overseas (walmart wouldn’t have incentive to take jobs away from America) why do we give company”s like Ctigroup incentive to be in control of a total of more than 4,300 U.S. branches and $600 billion in deposits? And lose our freedom to a bunch of power hungry freaks!
Why can’t Paulson’s bank account’s be watched very closely (so he doesn’t have incentive to take

All right. Looking at things logically in the “war” for our minds, it seems that we are not growing fast enough in equivalent to “them” coming out with all these laws, rules, regulations, and upscaled brutality. There are still so many people to “wake up”, but I see there is one thing that will get the people to muster together to the point of believing people like this group who bravely met and had their “down with the regime” conference.
Most people say here and some have even called into Alex Jones’ radio show to say that they are having such a hard time getting others to believe the “truth” stories. Yes, many have “awakened”, but percentage-wise, it is small. There is only one thing that will snap all the nation’s people to finally “get it”, where people who are like this brave group and those handing out “truth” DVD’s or flyers, will be able to be listened to almost immediately. That one thing might happen in the next 40 days or maybe an additional 75 days or so. It was said here by others and has been spoken about for years, starting from the Clinton era before he left office.
The only thing that will snap the entire country into “awakefulness” or realization of the “truth”, is to have Marshal Law, to stop either the presidential election somehow or to stop the transfer of power over to the president elect. All other Constitutional laws have been broken by this regime and the people have accepted it, but it seems that they want to have the Constitutional election. So what we need is to have that Marshal Law which seems to be the only thing that the people are saying that they will accept for stopping an election by the Constitution.
If the election or transition of power is done, then I would tend to believe that we really are in trouble because no one would transfer power, which technically is the same thing as giving oneself up to the authorities for crimes committed, unless that person(s) was assured of a safe haven and if a safe haven is available, that means that whomever is taking over the power position would be condoning all crimes committed and therefore would be just as bad as this regime. That allowance of the transfer of power would then obviously be done for a facade, to help fool the people, making it look like “CHANGE” actually is happening, when it would not be.
MARSHAL LAW (or the stoppage of the presidential CHANGEover) IS OUR SAVIOR that will gather the people together in one fell swoop that is not happening now,

$188 billion per day times 7 = $1316 billion!
Therefore, discussion in congress of $700 billion is totally unimportant, except as window dressing and public relations as a publicity stunt.
Yet people are protesting and debating $700 billion. They are so deceived.
What is even more neglected in being mentioned in the news is that the bail out or rescue will cost a lot more than $1316 billion, or $1.3 trillion.
If the housing market is a $30 trillion market, and if that is down 30%, then the bail out could cost $9 trillion.
And if the housing market is $40 trillion, and if housing goes down 50%, then try more like $20 trillion.

Usurp the private Federal Reserve’s “power” by phasing out the use of their debt instruments.
Our only hope now is a combination of gold/silver coins and bartering for goods and services.
There are businesses (in Las Vegas, NV, for example) that are already paying their employees in SILVER COINS. Yes, it’s legal!
Make the change before the dollar collapses!

The “bottom line” in this whole less is: “The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.” (Psalm 9:17) God, the Almighty Creator whom we have mocked for decades, is now hitting on our MAIN idol: MAMMON! That’s wealth, money, materialism! We believe that we can somehow “have our cake and eat it too”, and now, PAY DAY is at hand!
The ONLY solution to this crisis is: “Repent and believe on the Lord Jesus Christ.” Whoever does so will be SAVED. Not saved from the problems and trials of life, but from their sins and the wrath to come. With as bad as things are going to get here and abroad, it pales compared to an eternal, burning devil’s hell!
You can say what you want, but “the most High ruleth in the kingdoms of men”, and He uses whom HE chooses! Even the BASEST of men, as Nebuchadnezzar testified when he was the ruler of the greatest empire on earth back then: BABYLON. God used HIM to judge His own people (Israel), and then He used the Persians to judge Babylon. Because God is sovereign, and He does as HE pleases! We’re not “pawns in a divine chess game”. We DO have free will to make choices, and God responds to those choices! When we violate HIS LAW (the 10 commandments), we can expect nothing BUT judgment, because “God is not mocked” (Galatians 6:7) God is the one who appoints those in authority, and if they abuse that power, He will hold them accountable. But something modern Americans have failed to realize, that our founding fathers knew well: God gives a people the kind of Government that THEY DESERVE! So, if we have a Government that’s a bunch of LYING, CHEATING, DECEPTIVE, PERVERSE, THIEVING, CORRUPT, MURDEROUS, WICKED, IDOLATROUS BLASPHEMERS, just look all around you. What do you see? Even more so, LOOK IN THE MIRROR!
