Now Legal Immunity for Swine Flu Vaccine Makers

The US Secretary of Health and Human Services, Kathleen Sebelius, has just signed a decree granting vaccine makers total legal immunity from any lawsuits that result from any new “Swine Flu” vaccine. Moreover, the $7 billion US Government fast-track program to rush vaccines onto the market in time for the Autumn flu season is being done without even normal safety testing. Is there another agenda at work in the official WHO hysteria campaign to declare so-called H1N1 virus—which has yet to be rigorously scientifically isolated, characterized and photographed with an electron microscope—the scientifically accepted procedure—a global “pandemic” threat?

The current official panic campaign over alleged Swine Flu danger is rapidly taking on the dimensions of a George Orwell science fiction novel. The document signed by Sebelius grants immunity to those making a swine flu vaccine, under the provisions of a 2006 law for public health emergencies.
Not so sage SAGE
That is once the WHO in Geneva, on recommendation of the WHO’s Strategic Advisory Group on Immunizations, declared H1N1 to be Phase 6 or Pandemic, automatic emergency health response programs could be activated even in countries such as Germany where reported outbreaks of even “suspected” H1N1 can be counted to date on the fingers of slightly more than one hand.
The WHO’s SAGE is also worth scrutiny. Its Chairman since 2005 has been the UK Director of Immunization at the British Department of Health, Dr David Salisbury. In the 1980’s Salisbury reportedly drew major fire for backing a massive vaccination of children with a multiple MMR vaccine manufactured by the predecessor company of GlaxoSmithKline. That vaccine was pulled off the market in Japan after significant numbers of children developed adverse reactions to the vaccine and the Japanese government was forced to pay significant compensation to the victims. In Sweden the MMR vaccine of GlaxoSmithKline was removed after scientists linked it to outbreaks of Crohn’s disease. Apparently that had little impact on WHO SAGE chairman Salisbury.
According to one independent UK investigator, Alan Golding, who obtained Freedom of Information documents on the case, in “1986 Trivirix, an MMR compound containing the Mumps Urabe strain AM-9, was introduced in Canada to replace MMR I. Concerns regarding the introduction of MMR in the UK are recorded in the minutes of the Joint Working Party of the British Paediatric Association and the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunization (JCVI) Liaison Group on June 26th of that year. Such concerns were soon to prove well grounded, as reports began to come in of an increased incidence of aseptic meningitis in vaccinated individuals. Ultimately, all MMR vaccines containing the Urabe strain of mumps were withdrawn in Canada in early 1988. This was before Urabe containing vaccines were licenced by the Department of Health for use in the UK…”
The report adds, “Smith-Kline—French, the pharmaceutical company who became Smith-Kline-Beecham and were involved in UK manufacture at that time, were concerned about these safety issues and were reluctant to obtain a UK license for their Urabe-containing vaccines. As a result of their ‘concern’ that children might be seriously damaged by one of their products, they requested that the UK government indemnify them against possible legal action that might be taken as a result of ‘losses’ associated with the vaccine, which by then was known to carry significant risk to health. The UK government, advised by Professor Salisbury and representatives from the Department of Health, in it’s enthusiasm to get a cheap MMR onto the market, agreed to this request.”
Today the same Dr Salisbury is advocating global proliferation of untested H1N1 vaccines, also manufactured by the same firm, now called GlaxoSmithKline.
The last phoney Swine Flu Disaster
The last time the US Government faced a new swine flu virus was in 1976. Thousands filed claims contending they suffered side effects from the shots. This time, the government has taken steps to prevent any possible legal remedy should thousands of US citizens suffer severe complications as a result of being given untested vaccines.
In 1976 President Gerald Ford, facing a difficult re-election campaign, was advised by the head of the CDC, David Sencer, to launch a mass national vaccination. As today with H1N1 Swine Flu, Sencer also used the scare of the alleged 1918 flu pandemic. Notably, some scientific researchers maintain that the deaths during the flu wave of 1918-1919, in the aftermath of the ghastly First World War, came not from any virus but from the governmental campaigns of mass vaccination against “Spanish Flu.” Interestingly, the Rockefeller University and Foundation was in the middle of that event as well.

No Safety Test? Don’t worry, be happy…
The story gets worse. Now that the Obama Administration has signed a document of immunity from legal prosecution, the FDA in the United States and UK health authorities have decided to let Big Pharma put vaccine products onto the market before any tests of the possible harmful side effects of the vaccines are even known.
The first doses of swine flu vaccine will be given to the public before full data on its safety and effectiveness become available. The untested “pandemic” vaccines will be spread over two doses in a higher quantity, and one brand reportedly will contain a chemical additive, an adjuvant, to make it “go further,” dramatically potentially increasing the risk of side-effects.
Children will be among those first in line for the shots and may get the vaccine more than a month before trial results are received.
In the UK the government’s National Health Service, NHS, has been ordered to plan for a worst-case scenario in which swine flu might cause 65,000 deaths over the coming winter, including several thousand deaths among children.
The British Government has placed advance orders for 132 million doses of vaccine with two manufacturers, GlaxoSmithKline and Baxter, who have licensed “in advance” three “core” vaccines in preparation for a pandemic, conveniently enough even though we are told by WHO and epidemiologists that we cannot prepare in advance for what could be a more ominous mutation of the currently very mild H1N1 problem.
Curiously enough, a full year before any reported case of the current alleged H1N1, the major pharmaceutical company, Baxter, filed for a patent for H1N1 vaccine: Baxter Vaccine Patent Application US 2009/0060950 A1. Their application states, “the composition or vaccine comprises more than one antigen…..such as influenza A and influenza B in particular selected from of one or more of the human H1N1, H2N2, H3N2, H5N1, H7N7, H1N2, H9N2, H7N2, H7N3, H10N7 subtypes, of the pig flu H1N1, H1N2, H3N1 and H3N2 subtypes, of the dog or horse flu H7N7, H3N8 subtypes or of the avian H5N1, H7N2, H1N7, H7N3, H13N6, H5N9, H11N6, H3N8, H9N2, H5N2, H4N8, H10N7, H2N2, H8N4, H14N5, H6N5, H12N5 subtypes.”
The application further states, “Suitable adjuvants can be selected from mineral gels, aluminium hydroxide, surface active substances, lysolecithin, pluronic polyols, polyanions or oil emulsions such as water in oil or oil in water, or a combination thereof. Of course the selection of the adjuvant depends on the intended use. E.g. toxicity may depend on the destined subject organism and can vary from no toxicity to high toxicity.”

Perhaps it is time to demand that all leading officials of WHO, SAGE and CDC, the US Obama Administration, Cabinet officials and members of Congress w, the US Obama Administration, Cabinet officials and members of Congress who voted the $7 billion H1N1 emergency funds and who have gone along with the declaration of pharmaceutical company immunity from subsequent prosecution for damage from their products. The same should apply as well for other national health bodies demanding its citizens take the H1N1 vaccine from GlaxoSmithKline or Baxter to see if it is really safe.
And WHO stopped even tracking H1N1
Another indication that the world is being taken for colossal suckers in the entire WHO Swine Flu scare scenario, the WHO itself, the world body entrusted to monitor outbreaks of so-called pandemics or even epidemics worldwide, has just decided to stop tracking Swine Flu or H1N1 Influenza A as they prefer to name it now, so as not to offend Smithfield Foods and other industrialized pig CAFO producers.
The World Health Organization in a “briefing note” posted on their Web site posted the baffling notice that they would no longer track outbreaks of H1N1. The last WHO update, issued July 6, showed 94,512 confirmed cases in 122 countries, with 429 deaths. The WHO apparently claims that the numbers of laboratory-confirmed cases were actually meaningless.
The briefing note said countries would still be asked to report their first few confirmed cases. It also said countries should watch for clusters of fatalities, which could indicate the virus had mutated to a more lethal form. Other “signals to be vigilant for,” it said, were spikes in school absenteeism and surges in hospital visits. The Atlanta CDC has also agreed to the WHO count drop. Dr. Michael T. Osterholm, director of the Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy at the University of Minnesota, admits that the existing tests to confirm H1N1 Influenza A are not even certain, but rather hit-or-miss. “Bad measures can be worse than no measures at all,” he stated. So the WHO has decided to drop tests that anyway did not give a scientific picture of who had H1N1 or not, and as well they have decided to drop counting any test results or cases of H1n1 around the world with the comment that “we can assume almost all cases are H1N1 Swine Flu. This is science on which basis we are told to vaccinate our young? Whoah there…Not with our children.

They have done this before. They’ve gotten away with it before. The world will never care if this is ever verified or isolated in any way. It is irrelevant because people will “believe” it is to their benefit. Standard testing and verification has become meaningless. For example: The world holds onto the “belief” that there were commercial planes on 9-11. Dispite the fact that not one single piece from ANY of the 4 planes from any of the 4 locations has EVER been verified in any way by anyone. Who cares about verification? Its just another way to spend trillions and kill millions.

Where else will you go? This WAS the last place. Obama invested over 50K in co’s like Baxter in 2005. Before he was pres he was banking on our death.
Since 911 we’ve lost an invaluable amount of our freedom in this country. I believe Bush knew full well what was happening after the fact but when the planes struck, just by the look on his face.. I doubt Bush expected the scope of things to come. You can’t fake fear.
Whatever happened after that.. maybe we’ll never know for sure but one thing IS for sure and it’s that something is terribly wrong. BO wont let us see his birth record. Every branch of government is protecting him. The millionairs are scrambling to stock pile money and make an escape. Jobs start to disappear. The “yes we can” man isn’t afraid of anything for some reason and he’s throwing money at all his interests like he’s putting out a fire that only burns certain people. Now.. all the rights we lost are being utilized by the government instead of by the people.
If BO is not a natural born citizen then that means we are under seige by a foreign occupancy. We the people have the right to see his place of birth. We don’t need to see anything else on that record BUT his place of birth. If he is not a legal citizen of this country then the laws that he is trying to pass cannot be deamed legal either. Why aren’t the people in power doing anything? Are they helpless? Is our country already gone? Alex can rant and rave all day long and tell us “morons” to wake up.. but if the people who have the greatest power seem to be helpless then maybe this problem is much worse than we know. I want to know. Never mind all this other stuff.. we need to know NOW if BO is a NBC or if we are under the rule of another country. It seems like we are outnumbered at every turn these days.. and it’s not just the citizens. Insightful comments… Personally, I am not sure that free humanity can ever be completely wiped out, but it seems fairly obvious that these psychos will do their level best to try. I am pretty sure that the problem is far worse than even the most well-informed of us are aware of, and I must say, while 911 was a focal point for taking our freedoms away from us, it is simply one incident in a sad, sordid history. What people really need to grasp is that the U.S. has never been free. That is a lie that our teachers told us to cover up the ugly realities. For instance, when the Fugitive Slave laws were passed, whites were not free to follow their conscience regarding slavery; rather, they were forced to abide by draconian laws that required them to be a part of a system that many of them abhorred. Can you walk down the street without carrying an I.D. card? Do you have a cellphone? The Constitution that this nation was founded on is broken! The idea that it ever worked is an absolute lie. Instructions for freedom; If you absolutely must have government, then you have to
a) Abolish the Constitution, and accept only local government that is accountable directly to you, punishing by death anybody who betrays the local public trust in law or in spirit of law,
b) turn your television off and stop supporting corrupt media and brainwashing outlets, including public schools,
c) find a good martial arts studio and learn to defend yourself from people who would harm you, your friends and your family. Guns are great, but being able to take a gun away from somebody is even better.
d) defend your friends and neighbors against the government, wether you agree with them or not: for instance, I support the right of gays to marry as an equal protection under the law issue, not because I actually agree with the practice: separate things based upon human freedom and choice, not your own idea of how the world should be.
e) change to a barter and trade system: this is what they fear more than anything else!
f) grow your own food!

Yep. They will probably introduce a far more potent strain of the flu, at some point, and, also, (now that both the CDC and the WHO are not tracking cases any longer and there is no reliable evidence) they will be blaming the flu for the deaths caused by the vaccine. No one will no any differently because the vaccine contains the flu. With no one tracking cases, they can say anything they want to.

I think I’ve begun to connect some of the dots here….. Based on the homework done by Global Research, we see that first, a patent is issued for specific virus identifications. Next we later see the ‘engineered’ virus appear in the population. The monetary profit is then locked in at Baxter once their patent is granted. The virus is then unleashed and the public get the vaccinations – paid for by them or the government. Sounds like a cash-cow to me – I think that Baxter agrees.
Simply put, the pharmaceutical manufacturers are in bed with some people at CDC or military where these pathogens are created and studied. Once a specific virus is engineered, the insiders at ‘Baxter’ for example are tipped off and get to work on a patent application based on the pathogenic engineering information from the facility (military / CDC / NWO) that is generating these viruses. $$$$$$$$$$
We KNOW that 911 was an inside job – no question at all about that fact. This scenario with the virus generation and a cure is THEREFORE HIGHLY plausible – and therefore PROBABLE based on potential monetary profit.

The Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) will hold an “emergency or off-cycle meeting” on swine flu on July 29, said Anne Shuchat, director of the National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases, which is part of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
“They will be deliberating on recommendations for which populations should be targeted for vaccination with the 2009 H1N1 vaccine, and they will also be deliberating on whether prioritization, or tiering, of potentially limited vaccine supply would be appropriate,” Schuchat told reporters.
Pharmaceutical companies around the world are in the early stages of developing a vaccine against the (A)H1N1 flu virus, and concern has been raised that the vaccine will not be ready or available in sufficient quantities for a mass immunization campaign when the northern hemisphere’s flu season returns with the cooler autumn weather.
Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, said last week at a flu summit held just outside Washington that clinical trials on a first candidate vaccine against swine flu were expected to begin next month.

Normally, the assault against Christians and what we believe concerning the last days of humanity isn’t so in-your-face. It is true that brilliance is rare and stupidity (or more like ignorance ) is far too common. But just as our brilliance’s came into being through time and evolution, the ignorant must also be allowed to continue a path to mental and spiritual enlightenment.
True brilliance recognizes the world as a single organism. All of us play a part. It is also true that the brain ( or brilliance ) occupies less than 20% or the body mass. But if you were to eliminate the rest of the body under the pretext of not being “smart” then the brain would really have no purpose, or sustainability – It would die without the rest.
We need to find a way for all of us to make it though the times ahead. It is not up to us to decide who gets to come….the Earth will decide that with natural selection as she always has.
The people who are aware and caring enough to see it coming, will be the ones who rebuild the world. The ones who could “care less” – sitting at home watching CNN as the world turns over and upside down…will probably perish.

This is insane! Surreal really. Either the good Lord is trying to tell us that the Mark of the Beast may somehow be tied to this “pandemic crisis” in the near future, or The-Powers-That-Be are just toying with us out of sheer arrogance.
Either way, it’s a sign of the times we’re living in. Be sure to read yesterday’s piece titled “Mandatory Vaccination For Swindled Flu?” because it’s extremely relevant now.
One final note, but it’s a big one.
I think it’s clear that everything we’ve been in agreement on regarding this “Swine Flu” (a.k.a. the “Swindled Flu”) is the truth of the whole matter especially when the government announces the “Flu Pandemic PSA Propaganda Contest” courtesy of Secretary Sebelius.

Alex, I’m in Moldova for a month (vacation) and I’m shocked to see that even here there is a lot of swine flu fearmongering on public transport, bazars, in pharmacies and on TV. Moldova is a poor country so it probably won’t even be able to afford the vaccinations but the propaganda is everywhere here…..

Decent article, their is some missing info in one of the paragraphs however;

This CBS 60 Minutes episode only ran once. In 1976 a version of the swine flu was released on a Military base, and a massive vaccination program was pushed. Many people died, but all from the vaccine, never the “swine flu”. Pass this link around….

Read “Seeds of Deception” and “A Century of War: Anglo-American Oil Politics and the New World Order” and you will see what I mean. Most books, if you are lucky, will leave you with a few facts or issues that are meaningful enough to reflect on. You can get that from just a couple of pages in an Engdahl book.

One of my family member is dead the flu killed him after he beat cancer.
I had the flu at the same time too but one funny thing I never got the flu vac im allgeric to it well my past one when I was 16 never had one after.

Has anyone checked if people may still refuse to be vaccinated for medical, philosophical and religious reasons during martial law?
I think the military will shoot to kill any one that refuses to be vaccinated with the deadly vaccine which contains the deadly Mercury (Thimerosal) and Squalene (MF-59) and or aluminium hydroxide because their goal is genocide, not saving any one.

The law of maditory flu shots is crazy. Iv worked in a hostpital patients can deny medication and pretty much anything. And no medical worker likes to get there hands dirty with the law. I have a smart idea post anti flu shots around pharmacys hospital and any medical places. Trust me those ppl read everything and gossip more than most. The numbers don’t match up to your over all calculations. This article does not give me enough legitimate information to actually have me beleive in it. There needs to be more references then just hearsay.
Learn to investigate before blindly following someone that makes things sound like your getting “Repressed and deserve something”.
I’ve been researching this article and have yet to find credible evidence that the government is killing us all….
Now…a government making us all broke….that I can beleive and back up.
