The video you will see on this web site is horrifying. The crimes committed against law-abiding gun owners are beyond comprehension. The arrogance of anti-gun politicians and government officials and their hate of freedom will churn your stomach.
The law is the law, the Constitution is the Constitution. If ONE local mayor or police chief can decide what the Second Amendment means, it opens the door to tyranny—where ANY mayor or police chief can say what the Second Amendment means.
You’ve seen this brand of abuse of freedom in the history books—in the pages about days of gun confiscations leading to the terror of Stalin, Mao and Hitler. But you’d never in a million years think it could happen in America.
Well, it can and it did. And it will happen again unless we take action today.
New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin, Police Superintendent P. Eddie Compass unleashed a wave of confiscations with these chilling words:

"No one will be able to be armed. We will take all weapons. Only law enforcement will be allowed to have guns."
Thousands of firearms were then confiscated from law-abiding gun owners. The police gave no paperwork or receipts for those guns. They just stormed in and seized them.
With your help we’re going to make the first time in New Orleans the LAST time in America. Thank you!
Now, one year later, these crimes against gun owners have snowballed into a far greater threat to our freedoms.
Even though NRA secured a court order demanding their immediate and unconditional return, almost every single confiscated firearm remains locked in government trailers.
With the stroke of a pen, Mayor Nagin and Police Superintendent Compass are getting away with "murder"—a savaging of the second, fourth and fourteenth amendments of our Constitution. And they have put America on notice that they’re going to keep seizing lawfully owned guns under any pretense.
New Orleans gun owners are showing up at these trailers, with serial numbers of their firearms, expecting Mayor Nagin and his band of anti-gunners to respect the Federal courts.
They are met by stony-eyed bureaucrats who say serial numbers aren’t enough—and that gun owners now need PROOF OF PURCHASE of these firearms.
How many of those gun owners do you think had original receipts for those firearms? And even if they did, how many do you think could find those receipts in the wreckage of a hurricane?
Many of these firearms were passed down from father to son, generation to generation. Some are precious heirlooms. Some are collector’s pieces won in our wars. And they were all lawfully owned and they must be returned to their owners.

Yeah thats a warning to law enforcement, I DARE you to try and take my guns. I guarantee the first officer that comes through my door demanding my guns will be shot dead. Of course I’ll probably die but fuck it. I’d rather die with my guns in my hand than to be stripped of them then shuffled out to the street defenseless.

Well, Katrina should have been the wake-up call. You need to decide what you are going to do when this terrany comes to your town. Suck your thumb, or fight them in court, or go down fighting in the street .
I owe banks and lawyers a mother load and my wife left me. Add a tanking economy, etc. and I think you know what my decision is.

the whole purpose of the second ammendment was to protect yourselves from a tyrannical government. when they get your guns…….they will get you!
they are counting on the day when they can legally come after your firearms. Even if Marshall Law has to be declared, they want the guns that bad. American’s, with the means to protect themselves are dangerous. without this, they ( the rulers) have you, and they know it all too well. This is the last hurdle they must climb in order to completely enslave the people.

These sheeple said ‘yes’ to the pig’s question “Do you have any weapons in the car”. Your guns are not ‘weapons’ as that term implies they are for offensive purposes. They are arms- and you have the God-given right to own them for defensive purposes, as enumerated in the Second Amendment “The right of the people to keep and bear ARMS shall not be infringed”. Note that this N.R.A. produced video did not point out the fact that these people had the right to defend themselves against the tyranny of the pigs. The N.R.A. sold out from its inception. The real gun owners group is the G.O.A.

Putting the “Theycan have my gun when they pry it from my cold dead fingers” bravado aside for a second… New Orleans is proof that when “an emergency” happens and martial law is declared they are coming for our guns. And they are going to hit us hard and fast with overwhelming numbers (8 to 1) and with surprise so we don’t have a chance to do anything. Also, it was obvious but left unspoken that if they had resisted they were going to be shot.
I am thinking that under those circumstances I’d let them take all of my legally registered firearms. Since I am sure they know about those guns, their is no use in trying to hide them.

People forget that Mayor Nagin said marsall law had been declared.Later that day or the next,he retracted his statement and said that the NG was being called to help assist the people.

While waiting out Katrina, and no gas to leave the Houston area, all we could do was sit & watched Faux News coverage all day/night. We saw a lot of this live, being covered by the reporters.
I saw that 63 yr old lady get knocked around in her own home, and dragged out like a criminal.
I saw the well to do citizens made to vacate their homes and sit on the curb.
I saw the FEMA trucks park across the bridge from the ‘Dome” where the people need food & water, and saw Geraldoi cry because the babies were not being fed.
I was outraged, but did know there was any shadow government or “covert black op” going on as an experiment of behaviour .
I saw that idiot Nagin hollering and pouting for help, becaues he had no plan in place for disaster, as well as the dumb ass governor, looking for the right dress to wear to meet GW.
It’s hard to look back at it, and know I lived it with them on live tv feeds, and I just woke up to all of this last fall.

Well for starters most people are to involved with their own day to day lives to pay attention to the signs all around them that this is happening.
The Working Class lives paycheck to paycheck and is worried about making ends meat.
The Middle Class has long been sold a bill of goods that they must keep up with the Jones.
The Upper Class THINK they’re in on it. but unless they’re uber-rich they’re going to be sold down the river with the rest of us!
Point is we tolerate it because we have been conditioned to tolerate it. We think its normal! We are almost at the point of no return, unless the American people wake up and start getting involved in the battle to take their country back, well then we are all SOL because the elites are going to turn this country into a 3rd world ghetto.

Well, I guess I’d be dead if anyone came after my self defense items because I’d tell the confiscators they can’t have them. The confiscators would try to get my self defense weapons away from me, and, I would assume a self defense position; and that would be taken as an act of aggression on my part; therefore, I would be shot dead by the confiscator.
Of course if you have a family to take care of, risking to be shot be the confiscator in order to protect your Second and other Amendment rights is harder to accept being shot by the confiscator.
While we have some time on our side, we Second Amendment people better get out of the closets and protest in every state we live in, including the cities, counties in addition to the Federal parts of where we live, and support every Second Amendment organization, and only put people into political office at any level that supports the Second Amendment in its totality.
There is no doubt in my mind that gun confiscation will continue whether it is the actual weapon, ammo, bolts, parts or whatever. Weapons now legal will become illegal, places that are now legal will become illegal. That’s the way of what is known as “snakes in the grass”.
It’s up to all of us everyday people with everyday lives to either have our Second Amendment rights, and all the other constitutional rights. It’s only up to the politicians and the States and Federal agencies to take all these rights away; and, they take as many of our rights away as we allow them to; therefore, let’s not blame them-blame ourselves.
