A cop was fatally shot in the head while chasing a gunman amid a shootout in East Harlem Tuesday night, police sources said.

Randolph Holder, 33, a five-year veteran of the force, responded to a 911 call of gunfire between two rival gangs at 420 E. 102nd St. at about 9 p.m., according to law-enforcement sources.
