NYPD Eyes Disrupting Cell Phones in Event of Terrorist Attack

The New York Police Department is looking for ways to disrupt cell phone calls and other forms of electronic communication among terrorists in the event of another terror attack in New York, Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly says.

The need to disrupt communications is one of several conclusions that the NYPD has drawn from studying the November attack in Mumbai, India, a three-day rampage by machine gun and grenade-wielding Islamic militants in which at least 165 people were killed and 304 were wounded.
Kelly is scheduled to discuss this and other “lessons learned” in testimony Thursday before the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs. A draft copy of his statement was shared with FOX News in advance of his appearance.
Kelly stressed the need for law enforcement to be able to disrupt cell phone calls and other communications during an attack, pointing to threats posed by the media when they disclose law enforcement tactics during live coverage that can get passed back to the attackers.

This is a perfect example of where the “Are They Idiots or Evil?” decision comes.
Are you actually going to believe that they will disrupt communications for everyone to possibly inconvenience in a minor way a carefully pre-planned “terrorist operation”? The perpetrators of these acts need no communications to carry out their deeds. Shutting down these vital services will only cause greater panic and confusion for the victims. But that is the intention, is it not?

I guess this may be a good time to ask for some advice. I live in NYC and I will be applying for a rifle license. What’s a good reliable rifle. I don’t know much about firearms. Getting an AR-15 or something along those lines is difficult or illegal. I am a student with no family in the city. Does anyone have advice as to tactics or strategies to keep my ass alive if something catastrophic happens. Any New Yorkers here?

I made an observation.
The other day my friend and I had a discussion on how we found out about infowars dot com. He said he saw “INFOWARS.COM” ON his $ PAPER MONEY written on both sides. The letters were written on the edges (the empty spaces) as to not deface the paper money, yet prominent enough to get the person to check it out. Incidentally I found out about this site by “INFOWARS.COM” ON my £ PAPER MONEY! Recently I also saw “DAVIDICKE.COM/OBAMA” ON PAPER MONEY too.

Ps…there has never been a sworn statement regarding the planes of 911. Not one person has ever been under oath and spoke of what they saw, filmed, or witnessed from 911….NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON!!!!

A: Homeland Security is now in charge of every US military and law agency. All of them. Homeland Security was established because 4 planes crashed on 911. Once you realize that there were no planes….Homeland Security must be reconsidered. One of the admitted goals of Hitler’s success was that he was able to combine all law and military enforcement into one location….which was then controlled by him. That was the basis for Fatherland, Motherland, Homeland security.

A: Excellent question. Out of the 256 people that “died” on those 4 planes that morning…..only ONE family member has ever come forward and challenged anything about 911 or their loved ones. Just one person. She has been threatened every day of her life for doing so. Look very closely at the supposed list of flight victims. There are some very curious similarities and connections to almost everyone on those 4 flights…military, government, media, and financial. Basically all that profited from 911 or would have information about the operation itself. When you say that there were no planes on 911….the number one response is…”well what happened to all those people that were on the planes”? Well what did happen to them? What happened to all their relatives? Why have the relatives been unable to be contacted or ever speak to the media or investigators?
Phil Berg the lawyer representing the one person to come forward has been unable to locate any of the relatives to join in a law suit. Ps…who knows what happened to these people. New names? Sacrificed? Suicided for the greater cause? Living in Europe on taxpayer money? Who knows. Though check out the fact that a plane landed in Cleveland on the morning of 911 that was reported as Flight 93. On the morning of 911….3 airport control tower centers were evacuated. Cleveland, Pittsburg, and Johnstown. Google for yourself. From flight 175 on 911….not one single relative has ever been contacted or found in any way other than Mr. Berg’s one client. In other words…its as if they never existed??!!!! There are unable to find them ANYWHERE on the planet!!!
It has now been reported that every family of a loved one from the “planes’ of 911 have been given $1.8 million dollars. Anyone who took that money had to sign documents that said they could never sue the airlines and more importantly…ever talk about 911 and what happened. Some families never took the money. Those families are the ones that are unable to be found or contacted??!!! On one plane…not one family member took a penny. Think about that for a second. On one plane every family was so well off they never even considered taking the $1.8 million each?!!!! Is that the same plane where the people just simply never existed? Yes…….

This portal looks like a typical brain-wash attempt – one of those most successful ones. It does everything to make you want the new world order. If anything of this article were the truth, NSA would arrest Alex Jones to avoid breaking the national security by publishing classified information.

Only one person or relative from this flight ever questioned a single death from 911. Burlingame’s sister complained. Within a few years she was killed in the first ever fire at her apartment complex. For some reason…her military fiance locked the door behind him and she was unable to escape the fire??!!! This after neighbors below heard fighting and running around above them?
The passengers on this flight are some of the strangest ever collected for an “average” flight leaving Washington for Los Angelas on a Tuesday morning. These same people, even though 90% had military combat training, where subdued within seconds by men weighing no more than 150 lbs with 1 inch knives.
It has now been confirmed that no calls from Barbara Olsen ever connected. That means that Ted Olsen….lied.

On the morning of 911….communications, especially cell phones were jammed by an unknown source. This was why all the hunreds of CIA and FBI agents that just “happened to be in NYC” at ground zero that morning doing a “terrorist drill” were all using a paticular short wave radio. This radio can be clearly seen when you view the video from Mr. Fairbanks. The man he is filming is an FBI agent with a massive SW radio in front of him.
One of the main keys to a deception execution cycle is to control communications at the source. The reason for this is so you can discredit anyone that might challenge the offical story and simply call them uninformed, confused, drunk, city dwellers that drink kool-aid, and are conspriacy nuts. Those words are known in the military as “Sliders”. These were developed during the Kennedy assassination to handle anyone who would dare question authority figures.
The plane seen circuling the WTC’s jsut before and after 911 could easily disrupt communications AND guide missiles that may have been used. My favorite photo to date is the one in front of the Pentagon right after the “plane” crash. You see FBI and CIA agents quickly picking up parts of what we are told were airliner debris. My question is…..does everyone know that the men picking up that debris in clear photos have committed 1st degree felonies?!!!!! They have immediately tampered and removed evidence from the greatest crime scene in US history and not one word was mentioned. (We are to assume that they were picking these peices up rather than planting them?!! Every peice of so-called debris from planes on 911…every peice can be picked up with one hand!!! Though not one single peice has ever been verified by a standard coded ID number on each peice.)
That does make testing and verification rather difficult. Also the pieces that they picked up have zero resemblence to any pieces found on a standard 757 or 767. They were also wearing no masks of anykind….even though the surrounding area would have almost been unbearably toxic because of the recent 10,000 gallons of jet fuel that had just ignited? Not one person ever reported the smell of jet fuel at any of the 4 locations from any of the 4 planes on 911 and the proof is in how many people were are those site never wearing protective masks.
