Obama’s First Act: Taxpayer Money To Fund Abortions Of Black Babies

The sickest irony amidst the euphoria of the inauguration of America’s first black President is that one of Obama’s very first actions in office will be to ensure that millions more black babies are aborted in third world countries, with American taxpayers picking up the tab.
President Obama’s first act of “change” will be to issue an executive order that will lift a ban on using taxpayer money to fund international “family planning” groups who counsel women and perform abortions around the world, but mainly in Africa.
Fresh from his complete disregard of Israel’s barbarian bombardment of Gaza, an onslaught that has killed around 400 children, Obama will ensure that potentially millions more never even get the chance of life in the first place.
Obama will reverse the so-called Mexico City policy, the federal rule prohibiting aid to family planning groups which was instituted by Ronald Reagan in 1984. The policy does not apply to abortions carried out in cases of rape, incest, or life-threatening conditions. Obama’s executive order will pass almost exactly 36 years to the day since the Roe v. Wade Supreme Court decision which legalized abortion.

Abortion groups that will enjoy a fresh injection of American taxpayers’ money will include the Family Guidance Association of Ethiopia and the Planned Parenthood Association of Zambia.
The executive order will also precede a likely decison by Obama to once again release funds for the UNFPA, a United Nations organization that supports China’s policy of forced abortion.
“Obama’s repeal of the abortion aid policy is one of several executive actions that he will take soon after his inauguration today, according to several Obama transition aides. He is also considering lifting Bush administration restrictions on federally funded stem cell research,” reports the Hartford Courant.
Stem cell research has attracted vociferous opposition from anti-abortion groups because many of the treatments in the field use cells from aborted babies. The Catholic Church in Scotland this week called the procedure “immoral and unethical,” especially in light of the fact that stem cells from adult donations can be used instead.
Federally funded global abortions as a method of population control has been an obsession of elites and eugenicists throughout history.
One of the pioneers of family planning and the woman who opened the first birth control clinic in Britain, Marie Stopes, was a racist and an anti-Semite who campaigned for selective breeding to achieve racial purity, a passion she shared with Adolf Hitler in adoring letters and poems that she sent the leader of the Third Reich.
The feminist also attended the Nazi congress on population science in Berlin in 1935, while calling for the “compulsory sterilisation of the diseased, drunkards, or simply those of bad character.” Stopes acted on her appalling theories by concentrating her abortion clinics in poor areas so as to reduce the birth rate of the lower classes.
Stopes left most of her estate to the Eugenics Society, an organization that shared her passion for racial purity and still exists today under the new name The Galton Institute. The society has included members such as Charles Galton Darwin (grandson of the evolutionist) , Julian Huxley and Margaret Sanger.
Ominously, The Galton Institute website promotes its support and funding initiative for “the practical delivery of family planning facilities, especially in developing countries.” In other words, the same organization that once advocated sterilizing black people to achieve racial purity in the same vein as the Nazis is now bankrolling abortions of black babies in the third world.
With Obama’s executive order to release taxpayer money to fund abortions of black babies in Africa, he is signaling his firm intention to act in the interests of the ancestors of the Hitlerian eugenicist movement who now control the family planning groups.
A lot has been made of the ideals of Martin Luther King in light of the inauguration of the first black President. What would the legendary civil rights campaigner have thought of Obama’s action to ensure funding for the abortion of black babies? Here’s what his niece, Dr. Alveda King had to say about the matter at a conference last August.
“The great irony,” she said, “is that abortion has done what the Klan only dreamed of.”
King stated that the killing of a quarter of the black population of the US has not been from the lynch mobs of her childhood days, but from abortionists, “who plant their killing centers in minority neighborhoods and prey upon women who think they have no hope.”
Obama’s first action as President will ensure that those “killing centers” across the world will now be empowered with fresh capital to abort more black babies while the new President grandstands as a messiah for the poor and oppressed black race.

This is heartbreaking! If they spent a third of the money creating centers that offer real hope instead of killing feilds young women would not feel so desperate. Give them jobs, training on childcare, sometimes just someone to hear them speak their fears helps. Well, let’s face it – Africa does desperately need some major family planning or BC programs.
They have the fastest breeding rate in the world and obviously cannot sustain it. And neither can this planet economically, societally or ecologically. Throwing more money at them like Bono does only enables their problems and makes them far worse.
Western countries have given them ~$4 trillion in aid over the last 40 years, and they are still an over-breeding cesspool living in the Stone Age. So, handouts and bailouts don’t work. Hard changes, like dramatically cutting their birth rates, would. See China’s economic explosion after their 1-child policy was enacted in 1978.
That said, none of the abortions are forced. And while Americans shouldn’t have to foot the tab, slowing their population growth could be cheaper to the world in the long run.

These places provide an OPTION of abortion, its not some unborn slaughter house. There is also a lot of positive things that are done at these places such as contraceptive availability and STI treatment—something that will be obviously benifitial in Africa. I don’t agree that we (US tax payers) have to pick up the tab but regardless, something needs to be done. Its also pretty sad when the very first thing that is done by our new president is something that will benefit another country…sh*t, I guess there’s something to bitch about no matter what he does—this site is a true testement to that. So, before you lean too far in one direction, know that the stories and articles on this site—and every where else for that matter—are very lop-sided and only tell one side of the story. Advocates involved in crafting the document – “Advancing Reproductive Health and Rights in a New Administration” – say it represented a wholly collaborative effort by the reproductive health community to articulate a concrete plan for progressive reproductive health policy during the Obama administration, including many fixes for harmful Bush administration policy. None of the “asks” include anything not previously seen by any regular RH Reality Check reader.
These range from restoring funding to UNFPA to urging Congress to pass the Prevention First Act.
The document is clear and comprehensive on the gaps in access to women’s health care and how to repair them. It acknowledges lesser-noticed restrictions of women’s reproductive autonomy alongside those that are well-reported: for instance, it considers an end to the practice of shackling women prisoners while they are giving birth a crucial component of “supporting healthy pregnancies.” It also calls for increased spending on substance abuse treatment programs for pregnant and parenting women.
What advocates were less eager to share with the public is the detailed roadmap included in the document for the changes in policy needed to improve reproductive health for women both here and abroad. Several advocates cited concerns that the administration would be criticized as doing the bidding of reproductive health community if it made use of the specific legal reasoning outlined in the document.
There are now over 100 comments on the document on change.gov, debating sexuality education policy and reimbursements for Certified Nurse Midwives, calling for free, over-the-counter access to emergency contraception, and funding for self-esteem and empowerment programs for teens, among many other threads.

Now that I have your attention, Alex Jones doesn’t like abortion. However, he’s not advocating outlawing it (at least here).
The problem is that the studies show that women want fewer children. In the third world, oppressed women with no rights are forced to have huge families. Empowering third world women with jobs and education will lead to fewer births. Conversely, we have a real threat from the eugenics movement that wants to stop third world women from having children and kill the remaining adults. The trouble comes when trying to determine between our rights and the Endgame.

I’m surprised at the amount of good, common sense shown in the comments. I’m disappointed in the author though. Abortion is like drugs. It’s use isn’t pretty, but people want them, and they are going to have them, even if it means they do it themselves with a coathanger. It’s far better that people have a right to choose. I dont think it’s a bad thing, but I dont think that they should be using our money to pay for it. Think about it this way. If they are stuggling to feed the population they already have, it would make it worse if there population kept growing. So population control is a good thing in these types of circumstances. Why would you want your child to suffer? I say abortion isn’t a bad thing. And I agree with #11. If it wasnt legal people would be doing it illegally and end up hurting themselves or dying.

Obama isn’t even an “African American” like most people claim. I would consider him to be an African-American. The only thing truly American about him was his white mother. His father was actually from Africa, unlike most of the real African Americans in this country. I know it’s pollitically incorrect to say this, but through the blood line that Barry (Barack) inherited through his father, he is related to the Africans who, during the slave trade, captured rival tribe members and sold them to the white Europeans to be slaves. That is actually how most of the slave trade went, the Europeans rarely went into the jungle and captured their own slaves, instead they mostly just bartered with the more dominant tribes in Africa and bought their captured prisoners off of them.
So really, all the African Americans voted for a guy who’s African ancestors were responsioble for making the slave trade possible.

Let me see if I apprehend your logic. Black ADULT men commit the despicable crime of rape against women, and your solution is to slaughter *IN UTERO* black men in order to..what? Prevent them from the inevitable consequence of their birth? (i.e., development into a felon). Why should children suffer a punishment which isn’t justly accrueing to them?

Either way, we in western countries have stabilized there populations through education and moderate lifestyle. I really dont believe to the limit that you are going with this. You have to take out the religous right attitude about human life. There are way to many people that are taking up the planet. By taking away the limits on abortion then also taking away the limits on stem cell research, will allow the greater chance of cures of diseases that would never come to light.

This article is completely free from bias, right? I wonder if the basic tenets of journalism will ever be adhered to in the future by any “news agency,” including Infowars. I was an unwed mother at the age of 18….it never occurred to me or crossed my mind to have my baby sucked out of my body just to solve my problem or be more convenient. Back then, contraception was not as easily available and sex education was not being taught in schools.
I was a naive, stupid little girl.
I got married, had my baby and worked my tail off to provide and raise her right. I didn’t apply for any welfare. This was my responsibility.
So before we start spending money that we do not have, around the world, to fund their abortions we should be looking at our own welfare system and stop rewarding those who take advantage of our system.

I have question for all you abortion supporters.
If we could develop artificial wombs and transplant the unborn from the mother to the artificial womb end at say about 12 weeks (most abortion take place around weeks 9-12) should be funding such research?
After all you seem to no problem with spending the public’s money killing unborn children in order to protect a “women’s right control her own body” or does that right to the taxpayer money only exist when it used to target the children poor minorities and others deemed less fit have children?
Remember when the government funds abortion it must target certain classes more than others because the rich don’t need government funds to pay for abortions and because the poor supposedly don’t have enough money to care for children thus the only logical use government funded abortion programs to is to target those classes deemed unfit for reproduction as determined by the State.
So if you support the public funding of abortion you must believe the State has the right to who has the right to have children and who does not and thus you must believe that State has the right to controls some people’s bodies.
Indeed to support government funded abortion is to deny the right to control your own body because you surrendered that right when you asked for a government hand-out.
I believe that women in future will have the right control their bodies via artificial womb technology that will truly promote life and independence without the killing, regret, and conflict that abortion causes. All people who don’t believe this is a better way are simply anti-human and support the NWO agenda for the depopulation of selected classes and races.

I guess a lot of you aren’t married, this has nothing to do with religion or any predominant man organization. It has to do with women rights, and if the women in any country choose to have an abortion that’s there right. If not their are plenty of options and support structures in place for women who choose to go through with child birth.
As a man I choose to stay out of this topic altogether, because it truly has no relevance to me. I got married had kids with a wonderful women, and was never a topic that came up. But I tell you one thing I wouldn’t give up my kids for anything!!!
But to be so harsh on others for their decisions (their bodies, their lives) is demeaning to us all. What is your interest in other people’s lives?

It’s a known fact that it’s a procedure that is available. If people want to take that option it shouldn’t bother society one bit, if they choose to go through child birth the same theory should be applied.
We live in a country that has made it’s decision on this issue, the book should have been closed a long time ago.
Religions should be more concerned with their own flock (which is obviously pro life) and continue on there journey. I don’t see how being enlightened gives you the right to question other peoples decisions.
You truly have to admire that sentiment though, religions are all pro life yet they kill more in the name of religion then any other social disfunction (teenage sex, drug abuse, drinking and driving, child abuse and abduction). None of those issues come close to religious infractions within society.
So you see people there is no discussion needed for this subject because the conversation has already been done. All we can do now is guide people to make the right choice and believe you me none of you are qualified for that job.
Do yourselves and society a favor and just think before you speak, you don’t see people who are pro choice advocating to everyone to get an abortion, they just inform that the option is there if the person requires it. Treating these people like criminals is what is wrong with this whole debate, whether your for or against it’s completely irrelevant to the fact that you are mistreating a fellow member of society over a decision she is entitled too.

Sorry but you want to deny there is a threat of overpopulation in Africa and China that could lead to famine? You’re so concerned about Africa but are you even aware of the hunger strike going on in Zimbabwe right now? There are people fasting that have been living off of roots and filthy water for the past six months because of the economic/food/political crises in the country.
In developing countries where people can’t afford or don’t have access to birth control pills and condoms (or simply refuse to use them), people are really not planning out how they’re going to raise a family of six or more kids and starvation is becoming widespread (not to mention HIV).
Family Planning advisors don’t just tell people to have abortions, but they do make people aware of the option. Odds are the money won’t just be paying for abortion doctors and killing devices but towards contraceptives and birth control pills for people that want them and educators to explain their importance and how to use them properly. This may sound harsh but it’s realistic.
BTW the Catholic church could use some assistance in the morals and ethics department since they continue to help pedarists remain free from prosecution by keeping their crimes secret.

As I was reading some of the posts here,there was a couple who made the remark that ( they are starving over there in Africa any way and that abortion would be the answer).You people who made these statements do you not realize that the condition these people are living in is man made,that this was created.From my understanding of everything I have read over the years,these elitist have been wanting to get rid of African people for a very long time.There country is full of mining metals and minerals.So it goes back to money and wealth for these sick elitists.I suspect that some of these posts were not posted by info warriors,so much racism and hate,this is another tool the elitist like to use.They would love for us all to kill each other with there population control program,saves them the trouble.

I don’t have a problem with eugenics and don’t for the life of me get why some rant and rave like it is some horrific thing. Yes, the state sponsored sterilisation and forced abortion etc is horrible and stateist. However, whose business is it if one looks for a spouse that is strong to take care of them, or doesn’t have a history of schizophrenia in their family etc, I had an ex-girlfriend once that had family on both sides of the fence that had had cancer, was bi-polar and schizophrenic and whose parents both had similar ailements. And we are encouraging this sort of thing? You mean you want mindless idiots or people with various disease reproducing with a spouse whose family history is similiar to this?You mean we are promoting disgenics and the dumbing down of our offspring? my wife is pregnant with her first child. She also works for planned parenthood. Recently, she decided to post references in her clinic to midwife agencies, so that women who are afraid of medical-ized birth can have other options to keep their children and do it in a safe and moral way. We know that ignorance is just as much to blame for humans giving in to the convenience of abortion, so I believe she is doing a good deed to humanity, helping mothers keep their pregnancies going and having hope. Humans can make the difference, even in a family planning center. What you think?

Actually you can abort your children after they turn 18. Just encourage them to join the Army and go infrantry. Invest in Haliburton or some other defense contractor and you might even regain some of your past expenses when they are aborted.

I believe I have read that upon conception the fetus has his/her own very unique set of human “DNA” Would this not be the evidense of a new and individual human being?
Speaking of “DNA” If the wine and bread at a catholic communion actually turn into the blood and flesh of Jesus then a catholic could get his stomach pumped immeidiatly after communion and then we could get the “DNA” of Christ and find out if it only contains one parent’s “DNA” Wouldn’t you be curious about your beliefs enough to put them to the test?
