Court case aimed at revealing Saudi Royal family links to attacks quashed after pressure from government

The Obama administration has effectively ended the efforts of families of victims of the September 11th attacks to bring lawsuits against members of the Saudi Royal family for financial links to the conspiracy.
The Supreme Court today ruled that it will not allow any lawsuits to go ahead, just a few weeks after the government filed a court brief asking that the case be quashed.
The court, in an order Monday, is leaving in place the ruling of a federal appeals court that the country and the princes are protected by sovereign immunity, which generally means that foreign countries can’t be sued in American courts, reports the Associated Press.
In late May, the Justice Department had sided in court with the Saudi monarchy in seeking to halt further legal action to hold it liable for the attacks.
The move came less than a week before Obama was scheduled to meet Saudi King Abdullah as part of his “rebuilding” trip to the Middle East.
More than 6000 family members denounced the move as an “apparent effort to appease a sometime ally” in a public statement.
The lawsuits claimed that Saudi Arabia and four of its princes actively aided in financing the plot through front groups posing as charities.

The documents consist of “several hundred thousand pages of investigative material” assembled by the 9/11 families, according to the report.
The families also point to a 28-page, classified section of the 2003 joint congressional inquiry into 9/11 that deals with the Saudi role in the attacks.
Senator Bob Graham, who sat on the 9/11 Commission, has also charged that Saudi involvement in the attacks has been covered up.
As we have previously reported, US authorities, including the FBI, allowed the entire Bin Laden family to fly out of the US, and back to Saudi Arabia, in the days after 9/11, without questioning any of them.
Furthermore, agency documents later revealed that the FBI were aware that Osama Bin Laden himself may have personally chartered one of the flights. They subsequently redacted his name from the records in order “to protect privacy interests.”
The documents provide clear proof that the FBI was protecting the Bin Laden while the rest of the world was being told that he had masterminded the biggest terror attack in history. The FBI then attempted to cover up this fact.
The same documents revealed that the Bureau did not consider a single Saudi national nor any of the Bin Laden family worthy of investigative value.
The protection of Bin Laden by federal authorities has been ongoing since BEFORE 9/11 when agents were told to “back off the Bin Laden family” in order to protect business interests that the Bush family had with the Bin Ladens and other Saudi nationals.
The FBI asserts that no one on the planes that left had any terrorist links, yet documents (specifically FBI document 199I WF213589) uncovered back in November 2001 prove this to be a falsehood.
The Obama administration is now continuing the exact same long running policy as the Bush administration by obediently backing the Saudi monarchy and keeping secret this vital information on 9/11.
How disgustingly ironic it is that “sovereign immunity” is cited in a case relating to 9/11, when the same notion of sovereign immunity is violated on a daily basis as CIA drone delivered missiles rain down on Afghanistan and Pakistan.
As pointed out by writer Barry Grey, in his excellent piece on the effort to shut down the lawsuits, any exposure given to the Saudi connection would open the flood gates for more suppressed evidence:
“The revelations would undoubtedly shatter the official explanations of the September 11 attacks and point to complicity on the part of US intelligence and security agencies.” Grey writes.
“Given its longstanding and intimate ties to the Saudi royal family and Saudi intelligence, it is not possible to believe that the CIA would have been unaware of Saudi support for Al Qaeda and at least some of the 19 hijackers, 15 of whom were Saudi nationals, as they were preparing to carry out the attacks on New York and Washington.”
Again, the mountain of suppressed information regarding the most important event of the century, as well as the continued efforts on the part of the new administration to keep it that way, highlights the need for a new independent investigation into 9/11.

The CIA and Mossad conducted the attacks on 9/11 along with Cheney at the helm of NORAD. Why are these facts not mentioned? 9/11 was designed to give the NWO the impetus it needed to garner support for invading the middle east. Middle eastern countries are last holdout to accepting international banksters attempt to control the worlds currencies and set up central banks of which would allow them to control the countries in question. There were no commercial planes on 9/11. If anything ever went to trial that fact would be immediately exposed. That is why there has yet to be a single trial or testimony by anyone on the planet regarding what was seen, filmed, witnessed, and done on 9/11. A reinvestigation died with Beverly Eckerd.

I have watched the beginning 20 minutes of September Clues and I already want to hit the stop button. Here are the issues I have with this film
Assumption#1
September CLues claims that the nose of the boeing 757 comes “out” the other side of the tower. This is a pure assumption. What makes anyone think it was the nose??? A 757 and I have been on one on more than one occassion is a huge airplane and the 400-500 miles per hour it was flying multiplied by its huge mass was enough to cause an explosion. The nose doesn’t come out the “other” side as September Clues claims, it was the impact of the plane that blew the other side of the building!!!!!
Assumption # 2
September Clues says that it was a missile strike instead of the airplane. The theory behind this is that the plane shown flying into the tower from an aerial view was black and the plane from ground footage flying into the tower was white with no wings, therefore they can’t be the same plane so it was a missile strike instead and the planes computer graphics. This is just pure conjecture. Number one there is no proof that there was a missile strike coming from anywhere. If the NPT crowd is to say it was a missile strike then number 1 you have to have some kind of evidence it was a strike and number 2 you have to say where it came from. Neither of which have been provided. I am not going to lie and say they were different planes because I’m not sure if the same color planes hit the two towers or they were different colors. Hard to say.
This film is very unconvincing to me. There are plenty Alex Jones films that do a better job.

Thousands of people witnessed commercial planes hit the world trade center and there is no way they could have covered it up. If you want to think that not all that you heard in the official story is true then fine. But if you want to make a stupid statement like no commercial planes were used when there is overwhelming evidence that they were in fact commercial planes. If you want to argue about the evidence then I want to say I have more proof that commercial planes were used in 9-11 than I do that you are not in fact an alien robot.

While the security people were not able to track most of the sources due to firewalls and other blocking devices put on these contributions they were able to collate the number of contributions that were coming in seemingly from individuals but the funds were from only a few credit card accounts and bank electronic funds transfers. The internet service providers (ISP) they were able to trace were from Saudi Arabia, Iran, and other Middle Eastern countries. One of the banks used for fund transfers was also located in Saudi Arabia.

There were twice as many eyewitnesses to TWA 800 as all the eyewitnesses of planes from all 4 locations on 9/11 combined. Every single eyewitness to TWA 800 was completely ignored and rejected. ps….THE EXACT SAME HUMANS THAT INVESTIGATED THE PLANES OF TWA 800 ALSO INVESTIGATED THE “PLANES” OF 9/11. What are you talking about?? No commercial planes?? So what about the planes that flew into the towers?? They looked liked passenger planes to me at least and the media kept showing them flying into the towers…are you questioning that as well..?? My question is did the hijackers know they were part of a “staged terror attack” and if so how could they actually go along with it…

A major aspect of coming to terms with the truth that there were no commercial planes on 9/11 is that the US media may have lied to you. There were witnesses in the North and South Tower on that day who said they HEARD and some SAW airplanes coming at them before they were evacuated. There has also been some independent footage about the airplanes apart from CNN, FOX, etc.
I will check out September Clues though..you seem pretty convinced about this theory..I’m not so sure…I do believe they were taken down through controlled demolition either way planes or no planes (they could have been remote controlled) 9/11 WAS AN INSIDE JOB we can agree on that

There is not one shred of evidence that ANYONE bought any plane tickets on the morning of 9-11. Not one single credit card from ANY of the passengers aboard ANY of the planes were ever charged for an airline ticket. Not one. Not one car from any of the passengers was left at any of the 4 airports. NONE of the relatives from any of the 4 planes showed up at any of the airports to find out more information. Not ONE relative dropped off a single passenger aboard ANY of the 4 planes from 9/11. No video exists of ANYONE at any of the airports in question. No drop offs, no boarding, no ticketing, no reservation videos…nothing. There were videos played by the media of “arabs” but it was a different time at a different airport on a different day. How did you determine that people got on the planes? Not even the family members saw them get on the planes? How do you know this?
Who knows what these murderers did to those 256 people? (To give you an idea of what might have happened to these people remember that authorities found the severed hands of a stewardess at the WTC’s! Your guess as to what may have happened is as good as mine but that does not mean there were commercial planes on 9/11.)
How did they convince the airlines to give up the planes? Good question. The airline industry received over $15 Billion dollars within 2 weeks of 9/11 from the US taxpayer. American Airliners got $900 million within 10 days of 9/11. Its possible that they were the ones who did the put-options just days before 9/11 for even more money. Interesting to note that the insurance companies of the planes themselves have never paid a dime for the ‘lost’ planes of 9/11. These insurance companies only pay by wreckage. Even after 8 years…there has yet to be a single verifiable piece of debris from ANY of the 4 planes from ANY of the 4 locations on 9/11. That is why they were paid with taxpayer money and not insurance. (Money laundering and “separation scams” were everywhere on 9/11 especially with Silverstein and the WTC complex itself.)

Connect the dots…The lawsuit against the Saudis went away and I hear that the Saudis are now publicly giving Israel a staging place to attack Iran. So, Iran is now backing away from their aggressive stance and is even making hints at concessions on internal politics. It is just a big chess game. The lawsuit would not have accomplished anything real, anyway. Saudi Arabia is a kingdom. A kingdom that kept our currency tied to oil so it wouldn’t crash. This, even though Greenspan tried to get them to do otherwise after he left the FED. The Saudis and Dubai recently signaled economic problems and a willingness to get aid from Rothschildes. That means presumably that they could be persuaded to Greenspan’s point of view in disconnecting the dollar from oil. That they were wavering on support for the dollar that is destabilizing their home economies. Chess game moves. Deals and maneuvers that involve what is going on now, not necessarily anything to do with 911. This lawsuit deal isn’t all that black and white. Not that anybody will listen…
