As part of a “Rural Tour” of America, assigned to him by President Obama, Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack, former governor of Iowa and a lawyer, made a stop before a large group of people assembled at Redlands Community College in El Reno.

The visit to El Reno, his only “Rural Tour” stop in Oklahoma, is the 19th stop on the tour, following stops in towns ranging from Bethel, Alaska, to St. John Parish, La. During the tour, Vilsack has made it his goal to listen to rural folks and discuss ways to better rural life and communities.

“It is critically important to hear the thoughts, concerns and stories about Oklahoma’s vision for its future and to collect ideas about how USDA can better serve these communities,” Vilsack said.

The title of this story as posted at its original source is “Agriculture secretary bullish on rural America.”

The title given at Infowars highlights a small portion of the full story. The author’s intended focus was not on CFR’s influence on “climate change”; this is the portion that Infowars chose to highlight.

It’s one of those “read between the lines” situations.

I agree there is no conspiracy, its all out in plain daylight!! 9/11 was, and still is a government op. Look up fluoride, and chlorine, and tell me they are putting those in the public water supply because they love us! Wouldn’t it make more sense to just distill the water to take out any impurities, and not use a few cancer causing agents! Did you see building 7 fall, look at the video, then tell me a fire brought this building down which was designed to withstand multiple airplane attacks! Your facts stink of something fierce!

I only have a 20 foot by 20 foot yard and it only gets about 7 hours of sun per day (in an apartment complex). This summer I grew: Sunflowers, Mustard Greens, Habanero Peppers, Garlic, Tomato, Popcorn, Yellow Squash, Pole Beans, Potatoes and Maitake Mushrooms. It requires very little work, and mostly common sense, plus a few ($15) bags of organic soil.
Start your tomato seedlings in February and plan a garden for 2010.

What the f--- is a climate change?????????? Now that we’ve had one of the coldest summers ever and more rain than the average now its reduced to “climate change”…..

Someone please define climate change….. Climate change is a little too vague for me…

I need some real evidence of “climate change”

Actually the climate changes 4 times a yr here in America… its called seasons…..

I swear to my creator that if any bill gets passed due to climate change Im starting the non peaceful revolution…

      IM GONE

I’ve had people tell me that it’s colder and rainer, because of gobel warming. The floride is truely working, I’d say. LOL! They must think we are All a bunch of dumb assies. Anything to rape the world!

Here in SW Missouri this summer has been the coolest since I’ve been here(1991). The natives here say they can’t remember a more perfect summer. We’ve had probably 3 weeks total of HOT weather. The norm is High 90″s from the fourth of July till mid September. Brown pasture from mid July till the October rains. This year there wasn’t a browning out of pasture. In past years farmers were feeding hay Starting the end of July. Its mid september and everything is green except the changing foliage on the trees; seasonal stuff. I expect a considerably colder winter than we’ve been having. PS, climate change is natural and necessary. We live on a planet with a dynamic climate, without which life would not exist. We don’t ned no stinking Crap& Tax.

Wow man, what a convincing argument. There must at least have been a MOLE to target the attacks during the DRILL. This is 1 of the most important questions (not asked enough) IMO::

How many people new WELL ENOUGH in advance about the DRILL to attack then??

If the ‘drill’ (that matched the attacks) was a cover so as NOT TO ALARM the press why were the attacks not prevented??

INSIDE JOB (1 way or another).

      PrivateSi Reply:

Same goes for 7/7 in the UK…

      PrivateSi Reply:

Even if the drill’s discovered WELL ENOUGH IN ADVANCE using ‘BUGS’ or ‘phone/mail TAPS’ (unlikely) we’re surely looking at a sophisticated intelligence agency.
Why did Cheney effectively allow the attacks to happen??

      Thorne in Their Side Reply:

4 different Intelligence agencies, from 4 different Countries warned of it GOING to happen! Hell, even Russia warned us! So from this we can deduce 1 of 2 things, Either we have had the most ignorant intelligence agencies in the world, (Which I doubt very seriously) Or They in the very least let it happen!

So yes, it was an inside job! But I suspect that the individual that is posting above is from their side of the fence!

I wrote this 911 article for people who haven’t been exposed to 911 truth and who aren’t likely to take the innitiative to research it themselves. I believe we can still reach those people. They are not going to go digging into 911 at this late date, but if they take fifteen minutes to read the article it will leave nagging questions in their mind that will not be easily dismissed. People who are now on the sidelines can still be brought into the game. They may never be first string but they could at least become supporters. More than anything, people just need a little help to wake up from their propaganda enduced stupor.

I would like to see people all over the world use it as a tool, as a handout, to put on windshields etc. I have given them to friends and family, firefighters, and police. I have handed them out outside the Clinton presidential library and on the streets in Little Rock. I have left them on windshields outside of VFW’s and American Legions’s. It has been very effective. Here is the pdf. Print some. I hope you will make good use of it.

Would be good if all the CHARCOAL from the californian fires (if it wasn’t all burnt) could be mixed with fertilizer & ploughed into degraded soils… soil BENEFITS are tremendous.

      PrivateSi Reply:

It’s about SLASH & CHAR, rather than SLASH & BURN. Idea is instead of seeking new ground and degrading soil in a few years so even fertilizers are washed away too quickly to be useful then moving on a SLASH & CHAR then FALLOW rotation is used. Breaks the cycle of SOIL DESERTIFICATION…

Splits aread into 2 SECTIONS, ‘FOREST’ & ‘FIELD’. ROTATES the ‘GROWING STRIPS’ and ‘FOREST STRIPS’ by 1 strip each year so ‘forest strips’ are graded by age, ie. trees 1 year old, 2 years to about 20 years (when they can be FELLED).

Trees are FELLED and PLANCKED (or at least SQUARED OFF) ONSITE and the left-overs and foliage are (partially) burnt for CHARCOAL and mixed with with the LEAF MULCH – a wonderful SOIL IMPROVER…

As the time goes on , people of america have everyday less and less freedom due to politics conducted by federal power. Also , as a consequence of the economic crisis , more and more of them have lost their job and home. But the crisis is not finished , and in near future the consequences could be catastrophic. Keep in mind that any change can not come from the federal government , but only the people , the only source of any future chagement. If a majority of them think a change is possible , so it can be. A way to preserve freedom , ideals , welfare of people is federalism must come to an end. People will have to make a choise , federalism versus freedom , ideals , welfare… . The first could lead to the establishment of a martial law. A state as texas is ready to cross the line , it could be an example for the others. People could put under pressure every state government in the aim to declare secession , the american constitution allow such a decision. Such an aim can’t be aimed without any precaution , as it is evident the federal power is not ready to yield or abdicate. Probably , this one will use force to submit people , but constitution give garantees on firearms. people can put up a fight against the oppressive federal power if a political issue according to the will of people can not be lead. People have to make his will respect , otherwise it will be an opressed people. Saying that federalism must come to an end mean it must be break down , it appears to be the only way to preserve people. America can be easily imagined without federalism and preserved.
