Section 163 of the bill now in Congress allows the government real-time access to a person’s bank records, including direct access to bank accounts for electronic fund transfers. “Even-though the bill mentions privacy aspects, the fact remains that if approved, Obama’s health care plan will allow government access at any time to your personal bank records,” KFYI News reports.
“It’s pretty Orwellian, it certainly gets the government pretty darn deeply involved in private matters in our lives,” Arizona Congressman John Shadegg told the news radio station.
Orwellian it is, but hardly surprising or unprecedented.
After September 11, 2001, the government began tapping into a vast global database of confidential financial transactions. The government implemented a surveillance program and used a broad interpretation of the Treasury Department’s administrative powers to bypass traditional banking privacy protections. It is run by the CIA and managed by the Treasury Department.

This congressman should lose his job, as he’s misrepresenting the bill or else he can’t understand it. The section in question allows for the government to do electronic transfers of money, like if they’re direct depositing some of the subsidies they want to give to the poor. This has nothing to do with being in everyone’s bank account or snooping, and it would not allow them to just take money out of your bank account. Taking this out of context is irresponsible. I wish inforwars would do some research before they make unsubstantiated . . . eh, who am I kidding? This is the infowar, baby! This isn’t about truth! This is about getting fired up and selling some garden in a can!

Correction, if you agree to a direct deposit, then you are allowing them to deposit and withdraw the money they deposited. They also have the right to look at records. if you dont believe me check with your’ own employer if u have direct deposit.

The point is that is a voluntary feature of the system they’re designing intended to cut down on administrative costs. They already have the right to look at records under the Patriot Act, true, but this does not give them the legal authority to just come in and raid your bank account or something. If you believe the White House, there are 30 million Americans who support a government health care takeover. But if you look at the funding behind the Obamacare Astroturf campaign, it’s the same few Leftist billionaires, union bosses, and partisan community organizers pushing the socialized medicine agenda. Let’s connect the dots.
On Thursday, a national “grass-roots” coalition called “Health Care for America Now (HCAN)” will march on Capitol Hill to demand universal health care. The ground troops won’t have to march very far. HCAN, you see, is no heartland network. It is headquartered at 1825 K Street in Washington, D.C. – smack dab in the middle of Beltway lobby land.
In fact, 1825 K Street is Ground Zero for a plethora of “progressive” groups subsidized by anti-war, anti-Republican, Big Nanny special interests. Around Washington, the office complex is known as “The Other K Street.” The Washington Post noted in 2007 that “[i]ts most prominent tenants form an abbreviated who’s who of well-funded allies of the Democratic Party… Big money from unions such as the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, as well as the Internet-fueled MoveOn, has provided groups like those at 1825 K Street the wherewithal to mount huge campaigns.”
MoveOn, of course, is the recreational political vehicle of radical liberal sugar daddy George Soros. The magnate’s financial fingerprints are all over the HCAN coalition, which includes MoveOn; the action fund of the Center for American Progress (a Soros think tank); and the Campaign for America’s Future (a pro-welfare state lobbying outfit).
HCAN has a $40 million budget, with $10 million pitched in by Atlantic Philanthropies – a Bermuda-based organization fronted by Soros acolyte Gara LaMarche. Also in the money mix: Notorious Democrat donors Herb and Marion Sandler, the left-wing moguls who made billions selling shady subprime mortgages and helped Soros fund his vast network of left-wing activist satellites. By their side is billionaire Peter Lewis of Progressive Insurance, whose “Progressive Future” youth group has dispatched clueless volunteers armed with clipboards and literature bashing Rush Limbaugh and Fox News to scare up support for Obamcare.
And two more left-wing heavyweights joining the HCAN parade: the corruption-riddled SEIU (which has battled numerous embezzlement scandals among its chapters across the country while crusading for consumer and patients’ rights) and Obama’s old chums at fraud-riddled ACORN, the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now.
ACORN and HCAN are linked by left-wing philanthropist Drummond Pike, who heads the non-profit Tides Foundation/Tides Center. As the tax disclaimer for HCAN discloses, “HCAN is related to Health Care for America Education Fund, a project of The Tides Center, a section 501(c)(3) public charity.” For decades, the Tides Center and its parent organization, the Tides Foundation, have seeded some of the country’s most radical activist groups of the Left, including the communist-friendly United for Peace and Justice, the jihadist-friendly National Lawyers Guild; and the grievance-mongering Council for American-Islamic Relations.
Pike is the same philanthropist who assisted ACORN founder Wade Rathke after his brother, Dale, was caught embezzling nearly $1 million from the community organizing group. Rathke sits on the Tides Foundation board of directors. In a conspiracy to cover up Dale Rathke’s massive theft of funds, Pike volunteered to buy a promissory note worth $800,000 to cover the debt. These are the populist do-gooders supposedly looking out for you and your health.
Why do they want Obamacare? An internal ACORN memo I obtained from August 2008 makes the motives clear. “Over our 38 years, health care organizing has never been a major focus either nationally or locally for ACORN,” wrote ACORN Philadelphia region director Craig Robbins. “But increasingly, ACORN offices around the country are doing work on health care.” The goal: “Building ACORN Power.” The memo outlines the ACORN/HCAN partnership and strategy of opposing any programs that rely on “unregulated private insurance” – and then parlaying political victory on government-run health care “to move our ACORN agenda (or at least part of it) with key electeds that we might otherwise not be able to pull off.”
The objective, in other words, is to piggyback and exploit Obamacare to improve and protect their political health. The “grass-roots” movement is not about representing Main Street. It’s about peddling influence and power on 1825 K Street.

Obama disguising ties to radical leftist group?
JAFFA, Israel – Did Sen. Barack Obama’s campaign attempt to hide a paid working relationship with a radical leftist organization that has admitted to major financial improprieties and has been convicted in numerous major voter fraud scandals?
That question is being openly asked by the Republican National Committee after it was disclosed Obama’s campaign paid more than $800,000 in services to Citizen Services Inc. (CSI), a nonprofit organization that is an offshoot of the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, or ACORN.
ACORN is the nation’s largest community organization of low- and moderate-income families. It has held violent, disruptive protests, seeks to regulate banks, supports left-leaning education policies, is accused of working on urging partisan voter turnout for elections, and seems to promote driving businesses from cities.
CSI is headquartered in New Orleans in the same building as ACORN. The three directors of CSI are also top leaders of ACORN. The two groups have close financial ties.
The Obama campaign’s payments to CSI – first reported by the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review – raise questions about the nature of Obama’s current relationship with ACORN. Obama has been closely linked with the radical group and may have even helped drive large amount of money to the organization.
According to FEC records reviewed by the Tribune-Review, the Obama campaign paid CSI $832,598.29, from Feb. 25 to May 17, including $564,342.21 for “stage, lighting and sound.”
That payment immediately stood out after a pro-Hillary Clinton blogger contacted CSI Director Sunday Alabi, who also serves as an ACORN leader. Alabi said CSI doesn’t perform stage, lighting or sound services.
Also unusual was payment to CSI of $63,000 and $75,000 for advance work. Excluding the large payments to CSI, the average amount the Obama campaign spent on advance work paid to other organizations was $558.82

As the health-care debate heats up in Congress, the President addresses the AMA, reiterating the need to change the way physicians are paid
President Barack Obama has decided to use his immense popularity to take on a group that may be even more popular with the voters—their doctors.
On Monday, June 15, Obama went to Chicago to speak at a meeting of the American Medical Assn., the nation’s largest physician organization. It was the first time in 26 years that a President has addressed the group. Obama’s message: Any health-care reform bill will have to change the way doctors are reimbursed. That is, they could end up making less money.
The President has made health-care reform a centerpiece of his domestic policy agenda. He wants a bill passed this year. The Senate is likely to issue a draft bill in the week before the July 4 recess, and Congress will then spend the summer debating its provisions, which are sure to be controversial. Democratic congressional leaders have said they would like a bill to come up for a vote in October.
Obama’s speech came just days after the AMA said it opposed the creation of a public insurance plan fashioned after Medicare to cover the uninsured. That’s an option favored by Obama and many Democratic legislators. But Obama did not back down—a sign that the AMA may no longer have the clout it once had to control the health-care agenda.
Although insurers, pharmaceutical companies, and medical-device makers are popular targets of Democratic legislators concerned about the high cost of health care, it is doctor payments that consume one-third of the nation’s $2.4 trillion in health-care spending. Hospital payments eat up another third, and both are increasing faster than the rate of inflation

On Monday Aug. 3rd AJ had a guest on his show that calls himself a psychiatrist. I call him a misinformation agent. It is shows like this one that convince me that AJ is nothing but a provocateur.
I am a Psychologist (by virtue of 8 years of school, and degrees). On the show in question this quack and Alex Jones were talking about involuntary institutionalization and use of psychotropic medications.
In the early part of the twentieth century there were insane asylums all over the US and they did indeed practice involuntary institutionalization and use of meds. However, in the sixties and seventies a process of deinstitutionalization began. Many asylums were closed and community mental health programs began. Laws were passed making it illegal to institutionalize individuals without their consent (unless they broke the law) even if they have a full blown psychosis. It is also illegal to make individuals take any drugs without their informed consent. These laws are still in effect and adhered to by psychological professionals.
It is clear to me that Alex Jones is a misinformation agent for the NWO trying to provoke the people into revolt. So that we can then be rounded up or taken out.

Most of us if not all know that it illegal to institutionalize individuals without their consent and that it is also illegal to make individuals take any drugs without their informed consent. The fact is that it IS being done.
There have been numerous accounts of just such things happening. Parents are threatened that DCFS will take their kids if they refuse to drug their kids. They are told they have to if the doctor or school demands it, that it’s required, that they are guilty of child abuse if they don’t.
Not to mention that they are just plain lying to us, such as when they slip the stuff into our water supplies. They won’t tell you it’s there, the reports they issue won’t tell you because they don’t track such stuff, they don’t have to.

This story has already been told, now we see it happen. All Christians will be together in the end. America was a great country when it was built on the word of God. Separation of church and state is misinterpreted, and is continuosly being used to bring America farther from Christ. Freedom was a wonderful dream and a short reality for the few that earned it. My grandfather was a world war II veteran, and is my hero. He died 1 week before September 11, 2001. The week of his death he told my grandmother, with tears on his cheeks, that he saw Jesus in the doorway of his kitchen. He was perfectly healthy and feeling fine until his heart just quit at dinner. Iam truely thankful that Jesus called him home just before we were to lose our freedom. His heart would have been broken. God bless America and those that fought against the evil of the world for our freedom. I only hope that patriots that are still here can find a way to get back our country.

You can laugh if you want, but you were given an opportunity to hear the Word of God by the previous email. A lot will not believe and will perish but those who do read and heed will be saved. If you dont believe the previous email, check it out yourself. The Holy Bible was written and published many years ago and has not been changed. Check out Revalations and the end of time when He will come back for His children. Now open your eyes and see all that is happening in the world. It is not God’s will that any should parish but man has a decision to make. I for one made my decision as well as my family. We have studied what the Bible has said and yes it does appear that the end is near. No one, I repeat No one knows when or will be able to predict when the end will occur. Only God knows when he will return but when he does all will know it. Read the Bible and make your decision. It will be the only decision you will ever make that will matter so much. I dont know of many who not rather go to a place with streets of gold instead of into a lake of fire forever.

It’s crazy to me how folks just don’t believe in God. It sadens me to no end. Yes, I believe the country was founded by Christian Leaders who believed in God and made our Constitution so we could be free (freedom of choice, freedom of religion, freedom of speech!). I do believe that is what’s wrong with our country now. People have gotten away from bibical principles and now we reap what we soe. No need in knocking someone who’s witnessing. If you believe the White House, there are 30 million Americans who support a government health care takeover. But if you look at the funding behind the Obamacare Astroturf campaign, it’s the same few Leftist billionaires, union bosses, and partisan community organizers pushing the socialized medicine agenda. Let’s connect the dots.
On Thursday, a national “grass-roots” coalition called “Health Care for America Now (HCAN)” will march on Capitol Hill to demand universal health care. The ground troops won’t have to march very far. HCAN, you see, is no heartland network. It is headquartered at 1825 K Street in Washington, D.C. – smack dab in the middle of Beltway lobby land.
In fact, 1825 K Street is Ground Zero for a plethora of “progressive” groups subsidized by anti-war, anti-Republican, Big Nanny special interests. Around Washington, the office complex is known as “The Other K Street.” The Washington Post noted in 2007 that “[i]ts most prominent tenants form an abbreviated who’s who of well-funded allies of the Democratic Party… Big money from unions such as the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, as well as the Internet-fueled MoveOn, has provided groups like those at 1825 K Street the wherewithal to mount huge campaigns.”
MoveOn, of course, is the recreational political vehicle of radical liberal sugar daddy George Soros. The magnate’s financial fingerprints are all over the HCAN coalition, which includes MoveOn; the action fund of the Center for American Progress (a Soros think tank); and the Campaign for America’s Future (a pro-welfare state lobbying outfit).
HCAN has a $40 million budget, with $10 million pitched in by Atlantic Philanthropies – a Bermuda-based organization fronted by Soros acolyte Gara LaMarche. Also in the money mix: Notorious Democrat donors Herb and Marion Sandler, the left-wing moguls who made billions selling shady subprime mortgages and helped Soros fund his vast network of left-wing activist satellites. By their side is billionaire Peter Lewis of Progressive Insurance, whose “Progressive Future” youth group has dispatched clueless volunteers armed with clipboards and literature bashing Rush Limbaugh and Fox News to scare up support for Obamcare.
And two more left-wing heavyweights joining the HCAN parade: the corruption-riddled SEIU (which has battled numerous embezzlement scandals among its chapters across the country while crusading for consumer and patients’ rights) and Obama’s old chums at fraud-riddled ACORN, the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now.
ACORN and HCAN are linked by left-wing philanthropist Drummond Pike, who heads the non-profit Tides Foundation/Tides Center. As the tax disclaimer for HCAN discloses, “HCAN is related to Health Care for America Education Fund, a project of The Tides Center, a section 501(c)(3) public charity.” For decades, the Tides Center and its parent organization, the Tides Foundation, have seeded some of the country’s most radical activist groups of the Left, including the communist-friendly United for Peace and Justice, the jihadist-friendly National Lawyers Guild; and the grievance-mongering Council for American-Islamic Relations.
Pike is the same philanthropist who assisted ACORN founder Wade Rathke after his brother, Dale, was caught embezzling nearly $1 million from the community organizing group. Rathke sits on the Tides Foundation board of directors. In a conspiracy to cover up Dale Rathke’s massive theft of funds, Pike volunteered to buy a promissory note worth $800,000 to cover the debt. These are the populist do-gooders supposedly looking out for you and your health.
Why do they want Obamacare? An internal ACORN memo I obtained from August 2008 makes the motives clear. “Over our 38 years, health care organizing has never been a major focus either nationally or locally for ACORN,” wrote ACORN Philadelphia region director Craig Robbins. “But increasingly, ACORN offices around the country are doing work on health care.” The goal: “Building ACORN Power.” The memo outlines the ACORN/HCAN partnership and strategy of opposing any programs that rely on “unregulated private insurance” – and then parlaying political victory on government-run health care “to move our ACORN agenda (or at least part of it) with key electeds that we might otherwise not be able to pull off.”
The objective, in other words, is to piggyback and exploit Obamacare to improve and protect their political health. The “grass-roots” movement is not about representing Main Street. It’s about peddling influence and power on 1825 K Street.

Obama disguising ties to radical leftist group?
JAFFA, Israel – Did Sen. Barack Obama’s campaign attempt to hide a paid working relationship with a radical leftist organization that has admitted to major financial improprieties and has been convicted in numerous major voter fraud scandals?
That question is being openly asked by the Republican National Committee after it was disclosed Obama’s campaign paid more than $800,000 in services to Citizen Services Inc. (CSI), a nonprofit organization that is an offshoot of the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, or ACORN.
ACORN is the nation’s largest community organization of low- and moderate-income families. It has held violent, disruptive protests, seeks to regulate banks, supports left-leaning education policies, is accused of working on urging partisan voter turnout for elections, and seems to promote driving businesses from cities.
CSI is headquartered in New Orleans in the same building as ACORN. The three directors of CSI are also top leaders of ACORN. The two groups have close financial ties.
The Obama campaign’s payments to CSI – first reported by the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review – raise questions about the nature of Obama’s current relationship with ACORN. Obama has been closely linked with the radical group and may have even helped drive large amount of money to the organization.
According to FEC records reviewed by the Tribune-Review, the Obama campaign paid CSI $832,598.29, from Feb. 25 to May 17, including $564,342.21 for “stage, lighting and sound.”
That payment immediately stood out after a pro-Hillary Clinton blogger contacted CSI Director Sunday Alabi, who also serves as an ACORN leader. Alabi said CSI doesn’t perform stage, lighting or sound services.
Also unusual was payment to CSI of $63,000 and $75,000 for advance work. Excluding the large payments to CSI, the average amount the Obama campaign spent on advance work paid to other organizations was $558.82

As the health-care debate heats up in Congress, the President addresses the AMA, reiterating the need to change the way physicians are paid
President Barack Obama has decided to use his immense popularity to take on a group that may be even more popular with the voters—their doctors.
On Monday, June 15, Obama went to Chicago to speak at a meeting of the American Medical Assn., the nation’s largest physician organization. It was the first time in 26 years that a President has addressed the group. Obama’s message: Any health-care reform bill will have to change the way doctors are reimbursed. That is, they could end up making less money.
The President has made health-care reform a centerpiece of his domestic policy agenda. He wants a bill passed this year. The Senate is likely to issue a draft bill in the week before the July 4 recess, and Congress will then spend the summer debating its provisions, which are sure to be controversial. Democratic congressional leaders have said they would like a bill to come up for a vote in October.
Obama’s speech came just days after the AMA said it opposed the creation of a public insurance plan fashioned after Medicare to cover the uninsured. That’s an option favored by Obama and many Democratic legislators. But Obama did not back down—a sign that the AMA may no longer have the clout it once had to control the health-care agenda.
Although insurers, pharmaceutical companies, and medical-device makers are popular targets of Democratic legislators concerned about the high cost of health care, it is doctor payments that consume one-third of the nation’s $2.4 trillion in health-care spending. Hospital payments eat up another third, and both are increasing faster than the rate of inflation

This congressman should lose his job, as he’s misrepresenting the bill or else he can’t understand it. The section in question allows for the government to do electronic transfers of money, like if they’re direct depositing some of the subsidies they want to give to the poor. This has nothing to do with being in everyone’s bank account or snooping, and it would not allow them to just take money out of your bank account. Taking this out of context is irresponsible. I wish inforwars would do some research before they make unsubstantiated claims.

The relevant section of the law applies to financial administration, one of the goals of which is to “enable the real-time (or near real time) determination of an individual’s financial responsibility at the point of service and, to the extent possible, prior to service, including whether the individual is eligible for a specific service with a specific physician at a specific facility, which may include utilization of a machine-readable health plan beneficiary identification card….”
This appears to be no different from current Medicare and Medicaid policy, as far as I can tell. The idea seems to be that all records will be maintained online and will be accessible by means of an identification card. So it’s like an ATM card for your health care account.
The confusion — or distortion — arises from a clause that enables “electronic funds transfers, in order to allow automated reconciliation with the related health care payment and remittance advice….” It appears to be no different from normal electronic transfer payments. It probably has more to do to with payments to health care providers than patients.
This is already the practice for Social Security payments. In Mexico, where I live, almost all employers now pay their employees by means of electronic transfer direct to individual bank accounts that they will set up for the payee if necessary. You withdraw the money from the bank’s ATM at no charge.
I can’t find anything enabling the government to inspect your bank account in the bill, although I believe they already have that power under the Patriot Act.
