Obama Poised to Cede US Sovereignty, Claims British Lord

A detailed summary of Monckton’s presentation will be available here once compiled. However, a segment of his remarks justify immediate publication. If credible, the concern Monckton speaks to may well prove the single most important issue facing the American nation, bigger than health care, bigger than cap and trade, and worth every citizen’s focused attention.
Here were Monckton’s closing remarks, as dictated from my audio recording:
At [the 2009 United Nations Climate Change Conference in] Copenhagen, this December, weeks away, a treaty will be signed. Your president will sign it. Most of the third world countries will sign it, because they think they’re going to get money out of it. Most of the left-wing regime from the European Union will rubber stamp it. Virtually nobody won’t sign it.
I read that treaty. And what it says is this, that a world government is going to be created. The word “government” actually appears as the first of three purposes of the new entity. The second purpose is the transfer of wealth from the countries of the West to third world countries, in satisfication of what is called, coyly, “climate debt” – because we’ve been burning CO2 and they haven’t. We’ve been screwing up the climate and they haven’t. And the third purpose of this new entity, this government, is enforcement.
How many of you think that the word “election” or “democracy” or “vote” or “ballot” occurs anywhere in the 200 pages of that treaty? Quite right, it doesn’t appear once. So, at last, the communists who piled out of the Berlin Wall and into the environmental movement, who took over Greenpeace so that my friends who funded it left within a year, because [the communists] captured it – Now the apotheosis as at hand. They are about to impose a communist world government on the world. You have a president who has very strong sympathies with that point of view. He’s going to sign it. He’ll sign anything. He’s a Nobel Peace Prize [winner]; of course he’ll sign it.

And the trouble is this; if that treaty is signed, if your Constitution says that it takes precedence over your Constitution (sic), and you can’t resign from that treaty unless you get agreement from all the other state parties – And because you’ll be the biggest paying country, they’re not going to let you out of it.
So, thank you, America. You were the beacon of freedom to the world. It is a privilege merely to stand on this soil of freedom while it is still free. But, in the next few weeks, unless you stop it, your president will sign your freedom, your democracy, and your humanity away forever. And neither you nor any subsequent government you may elect will have any power whatsoever to take it back. That is how serious it is. I’ve read the treaty. I’ve seen this stuff about [world] government and climate debt and enforcement. They are going to do this to you whether you like it or not.
But I think it is here, here in your great nation, which I so love and I so admire – it is here that perhaps, at this eleventh hour, at the fifty-ninth minute and fifty-ninth second, you will rise up and you will stop your president from signing that dreadful treaty, that purposeless treaty. For there is no problem with climate and, even if there were, an economic treaty does nothing to [help] it.
So I end by saying to you the words that Winston Churchill addressed to your president in the darkest hour before the dawn of freedom in the Second World War. He quoted from your great poet Longfellow:
Sail on, O Ship of State!
Sail on, O Union, strong and great!
Humanity with all its fears,
With all the hopes of future years,
Is hanging breathless on thy fate!
Lord Monckton received a standing ovation and took a series of questions from members of the audience. Among those questions were these relevent to the forthcoming Copenhagen treaty:
Question: The current administration and the Democratic majority in Congress has shown little regard for the will of the people. They’re trying to pass a serious government agenda, and serious taxation and burdens on future generations. And there seems to be little to stop them. How do you propose we stop Obama from doing this, because I see no way to stop him from signing anything in Copenhagen. I believe that’s his agenda and he’ll do it.
I don’t minimize the difficulty. But on this subject – I don’t really do politics, because it’s not right. In the end, your politics is for you. The correct procedure is for you to get onto your representatives, both in the US Senate where the bill has yet to go through (you can try and stop that) and in [the House], and get them to demand their right of audience (which they all have) with the president and tell him about this treaty. There are many very powerful people in this room, wealthy people, influential people. Get onto the media, tell them about this treaty. If they go to www.wattsupwiththat.com, they will find (if they look carefully enough) a copy of that treaty, because I arranged for it to be posted there not so long ago. Let them read it, and let the press tell the people that their democracy is about to be taken away for no good purpose, at least [with] no scientific basis [in reference to climate change]. Tell the press to say this. Tell the press to say that, even if there is a problem [with climate change], you don’t want your democracy taken away. It really is as simple as that.
Question: Is it really irrevocable if that treaty is signed? Suppose it’s signed by someone who does not have the authority, as I – I have some, a high degree of skepticism that we do have a valid president there because I -
I know at least one judge who shares your opinion, sir, yes.
I don’t believe it until I see it. … Would [Obama's potential illegitimacy as president] give us a reasonable cause to nullify whatever treaty that he does sign as president?
I would be very careful not to rely on things like that. Although there is a certain amount of doubt whether or not he was born in Hawaii, my fear is it would be very difficult to prove he wasn’t born in Hawaii and therefore we might not be able to get anywhere with that. Besides, once he’s signed that treaty, whether or not he signed it validly, once he’s signed it and ratified it – your Senate ratifies it – you’re bound by it. But I will say one thing; they know, in the White House, that they won’t be able to get the 67 votes in the Senate, the two-thirds majority that your Constitution has stipulated must be achieved in order to ratify a treaty of this kind. However, what they’ve worked out is this – and they actually let it slip during the election campaign, which is how I know about it. They plan to enact that Copenhagen treaty into legislation by a simple majority of both houses. That they can do. But the virtue of that – and here you have a point – is that is, thank God, reversible. So I want you to pray tonight, and pray hard for your Senate that they utterly refuse to ratify the [new] Treaty of Copenhagen, because if they refuse to ratify it and [Obama] has to push it through as domestic legislation, you can repeal it.
Regardless of whether global warming is taking place or caused to any degree by human activity, we do not want a global government empowered to tax Americans without elected representation or anything analogous to constitutional protections. The Founding Fathers would roll over in their graves if they knew their progeny allowed a foreign power such authority, effectively undoing their every effort in an act of Anti-American Revolution. If that is our imminent course, we need to put all else on hold and focus on stopping it. If American sovereignty is ceded, all other debate is irrelevant.

Skimming through the treaty, I came across verification of Monckton’s assessment of the new entity’s purpose:
38. The scheme for the new institutional arrangement under the Convention will be based on three basic pillars: government; facilitative mechanism; and financial mechanism, and the basic organization of which will include the following:
World Government (heading added)
(a) The government will be ruled by the COP with the support of a new subsidiary body on adaptation, and of an Executive Board responsible for the management of the new funds and the related facilitative processes and bodies. The current Convention secretariat will operate as such, as appropriate.
To Redistribute Wealth (heading added)
b) The Convention’s financial mechanism will include a multilateral climate change fund including five windows: (a) an Adaptation window, (b) a Compensation window, to address loss and damage from climate change impacts [read: the "climate debt" Monckton refers to], including insurance, rehabilitation and compensatory components, © a Technology window; (d) a Mitigation window; and (e) a REDD window, to support a multi-phases process for positive forest incentives relating to REDD actions.
With Enforcement Authority (heading added)
© The Convention’s facilitative mechanism will include: (a) work programmes for adaptation and mitigation; (b) a long-term REDD process; © a short-term technology action plan; (d) an expert group on adaptation established by the subsidiary body on adaptation, and expert groups on mitigation, technologies and on monitoring, reporting and verification; and (e) an international registry for the monitoring, reporting and verification of compliance of emission reduction commitments, and the transfer of technical and financial resources from developed countries to developing countries. The secretariat will provide technical and administrative support, including a new centre for information exchange [read; enforcement].

This all goes along with the plans for the North American Union and other entities that we’ve heard about that are designed to strip away American sovereignty. Once people really wake up and see how Obama has totally usurped the presidency and hoodwinked the country, maybe then people will demand that he prove his legitimacy as President.
Alan Keyes was dead on when he warned people about the danger that Obama posed. People thought he was nuts and a fearmonger. We’ll see if people still hold the same opinion a year from now.

EXACTLY…I’ve thought of the same thing. THIS IS THE BEST IDEA I’VE HEARD IN TWO YEARS TO FIGHT BACK THE GLOBAL ENSLAVEMENT. Aaron Russo was on to something, If we can rally the American people to stop paying these unconstitutional taxes, government won’t be funded and neither will the federal reserve.
Ask yourselves this, do you continue to pay for goods or services from any other industry or sector, if they’re harming you or not doing you any good? Do you continue to pay employees if they lie cheat and steal from YOUR company?
By paying taxes, you paying for them to sit in their fancy high-life positions where they are ABOVE the law and you fund the government and the Federal reserve to continue implementing programs to control YOUR life.

Obviously everyone will be forced to pay sales tax but that is ok, Do me a favor and name something that isn’t taxed?…………..That’s hard to answer isn’t it. How in the HELL did we as a Nation that represents and symbolizes Liberty, Justice, and Freedom for the Entire World allow are Constitution to be overran and kicked to the garbage can like this?
The Reason is we are all selfish and trying to look out for what’s best for ourselves and immediate family. We are all trying to Survive by making money and working hard and going to school everyday. We are all too busy with our own lives to do anything that takes time and money to help the greater good.
They have sucked us all into the rat race and web of involving yourself into slavery monday through friday, and some weekends too. A slavery by which you work everyday for hours and hours just to get the scraps of their wealth. Their wealth by the way which is created from paper and a printer and the letter of the Law which they enforce with city, county, state, and federal officers whom which all are FUNDED by YOUR TAXES!
I know this is a long shot protest, but if we are to truly do anything to stand up and fight, rallying the American people to not pay taxes is the way to do it. We bankrupt the government and the Federal Reserve!
If the numbers of participants are large enough, how in the heck can they enforce anything upon us with government officers, We are a country of 307,000,000 people, how many jails and officers and military members do they have to take down the majority of poverty, working, and middle class citizens who would choose to not pay their taxes? NOWHERE NEAR ENOUGH.
Get the enitre nation to QUIT PAYING YOUR TAXES, for this to work we need as many people of the 307,709,681 U.S. Population to participate as possible, for if it only ends up being few that rally up and stop paying, they will all suffer and go to jail…We need to plan this wisely and get MASSIVE NUMBERS behind us for this to WORK.

As stated above:
They may print more money, they may try to scare everyone, but right now 3.3 million people are out a job that were in a job a year ago, that is 3.3 million less people that will pay taxes this year and the next, perhaps for a few years. But what if 200 million people didn’t pay any taxes and just let the Government fund itself into a black pit that will only bring to the changes we want, a new President, a new Congress, a who bunch of new people in the White house and it sounds easy, but people get scared and end up paying their taxes. SO if we can work on getting everyone to stop paying taxes, we can get rid of the problems by making them go broke instead.

I agree that there should be massive protests…and if the people shut down entire cities, the war is on. Martial Law will be declared.
I think that Alan Watt said there are only two ways left to fight this tyranny–by physical Revolution or by economic Revolution–if we stop buying and selling, shut down the economy–period. They can declare Martial Law in such a case, as well, but they can’t force people to buy and sell.
The Patriot/Truth Movement should start a broad campaign to get this information out. Pass out flyers on this (and the flu scam) far and wide now!

Saoirse, this works in theory, but in practicality? Give me a break! People are already living hand to mouth and sometimes going to bed hungry. Yes, we’ve got to help each other, but it’s going to take everyone working collectively TOGETHER, and face it, bud, we’ve lived in a selfishly materialistic society so long that it’s practically ingrained.
I’m praying for a worldwide revival, with multitudes turning to Jesus Christ. Only with new hearts and minds are we going to win this.
If biblical prophecy is to be realized in our lifetime – in the next few years, then realistically, there is no way to stop it or even slow it down. God’s will shall be done, and even the evil people are playing right into His hands.

But what I see in truth is sleeping people, just as in Noah’s day, they knew nothing until the flood came and took them all away. I am grateful for this knowledge of scripture and insight into the events as they unfold. But I grieve for those who are still ignorant, and some wilfully so.

Oh, you are so right FreedomLover!! All this foolishness about revolution and boycotting is exactly how we have gotten where we are. People get so caught up in “protesting” that they completely lose sight of the only real help we have, JESUS CHRIST. Yes, this is a selfish and self-centered society. Someone please tell me how it is that all the super-smart know-it-alls of today have gotten things in such a mess and how is it that the older generation and our forefathers with their “old-fashioned” ways and ideas, are the ones who founded and sustained this great country for more than 200 years? I can tell you how they did it!! They were God-fearing, respecting people. They helped others, took care of their own families, raised, trained and disciplined their children and taught them how to do the same. Somewhere along the line, people began to want “more” for their kids. That’s fine, but they neglected to teach those kids that “more” must be earned to be appreciated and that NO ONE is born with entitlements.
It would take a mass change of heart and attitude to effect a real change and that would take years to reverse the damage that has already been done. I believe IT IS ALREADY TOO LATE, with or without this legislation!! The only hope we have now is to try to educate those who are willing to be rescued. I am appalled to find out that most of the younger generation today do not even know what the “MARK OF THE BEAST” is and that it means utter, irreversible damnation if they do take that mark. Please, everyone needs to read and study the book of Revelations in the Bible.
I don’t think we should worry and stew about what is going to happen, I believe we need to prepare ourselves for eternity and try to enjoy the life we have right now.

I have suspected this all along. Nothing adds up when you ask questions about who are they, where are they. They had bin Laden several times and let him go. Why are they invited into our country by the hordes knowing full well who they are? Why do they let them intimidate us? Why do Americans have to give up freedoms to accommodate them? Why do we not win the wars in Iraq, Afghanistan? Why did Bush pull back all the troops after the first initial attack in Iraq? Why are they building a massive impenetrable town-like embassy in Iraq? They don’t question anything the UN does. Makes no sense. It is all designed to scare, intimidate, control, and corral citizens into passive behavior.

1. The G 20 met several weeks ago in Pittsburgh and word is that they finalized plans to bring down the dollar and replace it with a new global currency issued by the World Bank/IMF.
2. War talk is heating up with Iran, which is a great excuse to kick the dollar plunge into overdrive and freak everybody out to get on board with a global government.
3. Swine Flu- a nice backup plan if they can’t pull off the war.
4. Obama now has the Nobel prize (giving him more international cred) making him look like a good prospect for the top slot in a world government.
5. So here it is the World government Copenhagan: December 2009! all set up and ready to go.

I do not think Mr Obama is a natural born citizen, he was born in Kenya but his mother is an American citizen so it depends how long she was away from the US before she had him, the fact that they hide his records means something is not on the up and up. The problems I see with these “treaties” is that it does not matter WHO signs them, they are NOT legal because Congress nor the President have the AUTHORITY to make any such agreements.
ANY actions they take to give any sovereignty over to a foreign entity regardless of it’s purpose is considered TREASON especially if it is not agreed to by the PEOPLE of this country.
What our government is doing is no different than a HIJACKER getting on the plane with a ticket purchased, then hijacking the plane and then claiming HE now owns the airlines and now holds the authority to SELL the airlines to whom ever he wants to.
However, just because he has hijacked/Stolen the plane does NOT mean he now owns it.
But here is the problem we face.
They have been putting all of their ARMIES together with all of their weapons so that even if America stands up and throws out their ILLEGAL and TREASONOUS “treaties” to hand over the country to a FOREIGN power, they fully intend to send in their ARMIES, which will include our own soldiers.
Now I know many will claim that our soldiers will not enforce orders given against their own pepole but we have seen time and time again with both the majority of the military and police that they most CERTAINLY WILL! Granted not all of them will, but MOST WILL.
They WILL because most of them are COWARDS who only care about having a JOB, and you will hear many of them say, “I AM ONLY DOING MY JOB, or AM ONLY FOLLOWING ORDERS”.

If this information becomes widely disseminated, as I believe it should be and will, I believe we will begin to see an uptick in instances of fragging among our military, as well as mid rank patriots using sophisticated munitions to go ahead and dismantle the leadership of the illuminati NWO.
Isn’t this, after all why the majority of red blooded Americans enter the military, to defend our republic? Our troops should be made aware that if they accede to this treason, their families and countrymen will be forced to face the consequences of their inaction in the form of civil war on American soil.
I believe the NWO will be sadly enlightened as to the vital percentage of soldiers who will regret that they have but one life to give for their country.

Ok, so I’m not a religious person at all, but I am rather spiritual.
I’ve really come to the conclusion that SERIOUS s--- IS AND HAS BEEN GOING DOWN.
The foundation of all myths and religious texts follow the same exact format, no matter how different they are supposed to be:
Creator makes all.
Evil betrays creator. (which sometimes is embodied as man’s ignorance)
Man gets caught in the middle and the good will be rewarded, the evil will suffer.
People, I don’t care what you believe in, where you are from and who you think the people in power are, but I can say that this…this man who took the throne of America has -
1) Looted our money from day one via taxes
2) Putting MORE troops in the sands, even though we have determined that we have no nukes to look for and the people in power keep dying or getting captured.
3) Telling us HOW we will accept healthcare.
Now he plans to hand us over to a collective governing body, and we will suddenly be 3rd World Country status, because hey, the people 70 years ago who started building high-emission machines aren’t to blame, it’s us youth of America who YET AGAIN PAYS THE BILLS.

When will America wake up?
Perhaps the best policy would be to have Americans travel overseas to see and perceive how the rest of the world perceives them- it might be worth the carbon saved down the track.
What is the conversation that America needs to have with itself to not bring the rest of the planet down with it?
America has 5% of the world’s population and uses 30% of the world’s resources and creates 30% of the world’s waste
I don’t say this to be offensive- merely what you guys do there affects us all. Here in New Zealand- I am not separate from the destruction- we are not quite at the 5 planets that would be required if everyone lived as American’s do, NZ is somewhere between 3 & 4 planets to sustain our living standards.
What happens when the ‘interests of Americans’ compromise the health and wellbeing of the planet and its people?
What stops initiatives such as the Kyoto agreement or the Copenhagen agreement for providing America and us all reflection for what we are currently doing, rather than instead treat it as a ‘challenge to our liberty’?
Many great things have come out of America- I have been inspired by many great writers, but there is a cultural trance that you (and we) are stuck in. And there are billions of dollars being paid by those who have vested interests to maintain that trance- in ongoing destruction (or in the case of healthcare- making profit out of everyday americans – I understand that 14.3M is being spent daily by the Insurance Industry who will lose this position of profiting out of americans) to keep it that way.

Now ask yourself: what is your opinion of a person who would enthusiastically rob from, deceive, poison, and just plain kill others of its own species as well as any other species which is unfortunate enough to be collateral damage. Some of these traits are, true enough, exhibited in some animals, survival of the fittest and all that.
But aren’t we, as human beings, in possession of self awareness to the extent that we can transcend the evolutionary paradigm? Or are we no more than dumb animals, worthy not of reaching for the stars, but only to be as cattle, munching, sleeping, having sex, and then dying, with no posterity other than the pointless continuance of our lineages.
Should you believe that humanity has a higher purpose, you might see that you owe a debt of gratitude to the fact of your existence. I agree with Billy…I looked before leaping at this one. I read no language in the treaty that closely resembled the said remarks by the speaker. If it ain’t true then…Sensationalists will bring you to a point of extreme paranoia if you are not proactive and research prior to becoming emotionally charged. There may be language used in the alledged treaty that may require the interpretation of a respected resource from the legal community. Keep vigilant tho…

Actually, the establishment of the UN to promote peace and security, has been anything but that. If we wanted true peace and security in the world, we would need a few things.
First, a benevolent and caring governmental rulership.
Second, a government powerful enough to sustain it.
Third, subjects that would submit to it.

Obama gave away our sovereignty last February at the G-20 when he turned over our financial system to the Bilderberg Group through the IMF, which controls the Federal Reserve on down to the SEC, etc. Our other great leaders gave away sovereignty to the UN over our National Parks, which are being turned into Biosphere Reserves with buffer zones where no humans will be allowed to go. I have been reading through this treaty and this is what I am getting out of this.
First, you look at all the genocide that has been taking place in countries such as Somalia and Dafur. Not to mention all the other ones we do not know about. I also read in article where they were kicking people out of the mountain areas in remote areas that had been there for centuries.
Now, you clear out the native population, that are poor, still living in grass and wooden huts, then you get all the countries together to chip in to this monsterous program to develop these countries and remote mountain areas that are actually still very furtile areas, with most inovative and current technologies that we have and then move in.
Lets face it. They have yet to find a way to live in space due to calcium and bone loss. You would turn into jelly after a long period of time out there. They have yet to find another planet to move onto that can sustain human life outside of earth. So they have to find new places to move to that are yet to be “developed” and create new cities with all of our newest technologies. And with this treaty, it outlines how they will cooperate in the development of those new cities.
I have read quite a few articles where they have no where to put all the garbage we accumalate.
The most recent are Italy and China.
So that is my take on this new treaty. They are looking for new places to live and develop and build these new cities with the most inovative and energy efficient technologies. On our tax payer dollars I might add. Creating their “shared vision” here on earth, since they have no where else to go at the moment.

I read 181 pages. Our Congress/Senate folks can “demand an audience” with the President to say don’t sign this Treaty in December in Cophenhagen because I don’t want to lose the rights
described in this “UN framework”. 1. Life: life, food, health 2. Liberty: self determination, means of subsistence, statehood 3. Pursuit of happiness: not be deprived of self determination, not be deprived of the means of subsistence, statehood, life, food, and health.
If the Pres signs it we will lose our Declaration/Constitution rights, pay “computer-climate-change taxes” to wipe out poverty, pay regional global taxes and we global slaves will buy a big Supreme Court Lawsuit. Don’t let the actual words of the treaty get in the way of your conspiracy theories…what this section is talking about is the governance structure for the program under the treaty. The word “government” is not referring to countries who “will be ruled”, it’s saying the “COP will be ruled” by a subsidiary committee and an executive board.
It has absolutely nothing to do with sovereignty of nations, and if you believe that, you are quite simply incapable of reasoned thought.

I found this information confirming. Confirming of a feeling I have been dealing with for a long time. I just want to know what I can do, as one voice, to help “turn the titanic around” so to speak.
I tried to tell all the younger people that I work with the OBAMA was not what he claimed to be. They obviously did not listen. Why people do not want to do the necessary investigation to make an informed decision is beyond me. He believes he is smart, him and all his colleagues. Government believes we need them to think for us – becuase we have allowed it. They teach and structure our children, daycare workers raise them – Parents wake up! It’s to late for me, but not for the X geneartion to change the course of time. Help the ME generation succed at taking back or liberties and rights – educate yourselves and your children!
