President Obama chose to join the Council despite the fact that the Organization of the Islamic Conference holds the balance of power and human rights abusers are among its lead actors, including China, Cuba, and Saudi Arabia. Islamic states quickly interpreted the president’s penchant for “engagement” as meaning fundamental rights were now up for grabs. Few would have predicted, however, that the shift would begin with America’s most treasured freedom.
For more than a decade, a UN resolution on the freedom of expression was shepherded through the Council, and the now defunct Commission on Human Rights which it replaced, by Canada. Over the years, Canada tried mightily to garner consensus on certain minimum standards, but the “reformed” Council changed the distribution of seats on the UN’s lead human rights body. In 2008, against the backdrop of the publication of images of Mohammed in a Danish newspaper, Cuba and various Islamic countries destroyed the consensus and rammed through an amendment which introduced a limit on any speech they claimed was an “abuse . . . [that] constitutes an act of racial or religious discrimination.”

For the clueless. We have this in Australia. Here’s how it works.
The government creates an “independent” licensing body. It’s staffed by “wowsers”. They set up, and select a limited forum of advisors that supposedly represents “the consumer” (actually big corporate interest.. and more single issue wowsers, like religious fundamentalists, racial activist groups etc etc)
Then they issue a license to TV, Radio stations etc. The license costs mega bucks, and can be suspended and/or huge fines applied for any breach of “the terms” which are very broad and vague, relating to any thing that could possibly be considered offensive by the biggest wowsers. ie. Fowl or “offensive” language, anything that may, in anyway, be considered (by a wowser or politician etc) to be defamatory, hurt someone’s feelings etc etc.
So NOW. The licensed TV station etc. VOLUNTARILY sensors any, and all kinds of content, to the point of being COMPLETELY worthless as a news source etc. Because IF they put a foot wrong, piss off the wrong politician or even offend some 99 year old religious fundamentalist in an audience – then they’re stripped of their licence and, ipso facto, put out of business. But hey, they had a choice, and that’s what freedom is all about, right?

My free speech was attacked yesterday, here is the story:
Lycoming county Magistrate court
I was given the opportunity to visit one of the these ‘criminal courts’ in the County of Lycoming and please know when I say criminal courts I am not speaking of the defendants appearing there, I am speaking of the people in the appearance of control however when they begin to loose their power trip these criminals, police, DA’s henchmen and even the “judge” will violate you rights and attempt to even abrogate them via their monopoly of these ‘Criminal courts’.
Being there and personally involved I was treated by these ‘criminals’ as a serf, slave, a person with no human inherent rights and was told, commanded by a detective, punk I might add, to leave the building and this after he threaten to arrest me for trespassing.
As a citizen of this county if you’re not upset with this treatment of a “Sovereign Citizen” you have been programmed to become a slave.
This judge acted like a tyrant and refused to allow a man the defense of his choice. If you’re unwilling to follow the ‘rules’ of these criminal monopolies, if you refuse to be their pawn, you will be threaten , coerced and intimidated; the willingness of police to make an unwarranted arrest is ever present.
When leaving I was followed by police and searched out for in parking lot and ALL because of the first amendment, free speech. They wanted my license plate number and were very secretive in their pursuit.
Tyrants rule in Lycoming County and you, a citizen of this county should be concerned and willing to move upon these people. I will!
There is a warfare on for your mind and the ‘control freaks’ actually believe we will submit – foolishness; sovereignty rules!

Obama wants restrictions on Free Speech through the UN: sweet! The Constitutional Oath of Office of the POTUS is that he, “…will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” (Article II, Section 1, Paragraph 8)…
But then again, Obama NEVER PROPERLY TOOK THAT OATH, after two tries at it! Therefore, we CANNOT, technically. hold him accountable for abiding by that Oath. However, Obama is NOT a “…natural born Citizen…” as required by that same Constitution (Article II, Section 1, Paragraph 5) to be qualified to be POTUS! Even the Kenyan Consul to the United States has admitted that! So, Obama’s “gotten away with THAT, too!
Article III, Section 3, Paragraph 1 of the US Constitution defines: “Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.”
Please note that there is NO limitation on WHO may be charged with and convicted of Treason: the Constitution specifies “Person” NOT “U.S. Citizen”! Obama CAN, therefore, be charged with and convicted of “Treason against the United States…”
May I see a show of hands as to how many believe Obama has:
1) Never been eligible to hold the office of POTUS which he has now usurped…
2) Crossed the line into “Treason against the United States…”

The whole thing makes sense. If you’re going to have a world government that deals with everyone on an equal basis from a higher authority, you need to do this sort of thing:
“…combat(ing) racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance.”
And all this falls right in line with enforced economic equality, sexual equality, children’s rights and homosexual marriage as they must accept the entire world’s behavior.
Since, by nature, neither races nor individuals are equal, the world government must quash all conversations that relate to any truth on the issues.
