On Wednesday Obama Took the First Major Step in a Plan to Ban All Firearms in the United States
On Wednesday the Obama administration took its first major step in a plan to ban all firearms in the United States. The Obama administration intends to force gun control and a complete ban on all weapons for US citizens through the signing of international treaties with foreign nations. By signing international treaties on gun control, the Obama administration can use the US State Department to bypass the normal legislative process in Congress. Once the US Government signs these international treaties, all US citizens will be subject to those gun laws created by foreign governments. These are laws that have been developed and promoted by organizations such as the United Nations and individuals such as George Soros and Michael Bloomberg. The laws are designed and intended to lead to the complete ban and confiscation of all firearms.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The United States reversed policy on Wednesday and said it would back launching talks on a treaty to regulate arms sales as long as the talks operated by consensus, a stance critics said gave every nation a veto.
The decision, announced in a statement released by the U.S. State Department, overturns the position of former President George W. Bush’s administration, which had opposed such a treaty on the grounds that national controls were better.

When guns are outlawed, only outlaws will have guns. I’m just trying to be logical here. I don’t own one, but I support other people’s right to have some kind of self-defense. What’s going to happen when unemployment gets over 20% (probably already is) and people start breaking into other people’s homes for drug money? If food gets scarce and you’re forced to shoot squirrels & rabbits to stay alive? Things to think about.
Bow & arrow? Back to basics? What good are guns anyway against tanks & machine guns? Lasers beamed at your home, car, body from space? They have that technology, right?
Technology increases exponentially. I believe the Tower of Babel account was more than just a tower reaching towards heaven. There are 23.2 million veterans in the United States (2008 census), hence why we as veterans have been deemed a national security threat. They will put a tap on your phone, computer, cell ph. a tracking device on your vehicles. At that point you are in an electronic prison. Anytime they want they can turn off your transportation, or even your medical care. When your house is empty they will come in with a key and take what ever they don’t want you to have. If you don’t want to leave your house they will put you on Jury Duty. If you have a burglar alarm the maker of that equipment will give them the info. they need to get past it. No search warrant needed. Any lawyer will be glad to take your money, your house, etc., but you will get nothing in return.

I got some news for you. Being Gay and Lesbian is included in the Constitution – Amendment 9, “The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.”
The word homosexual is a fabrication of modernity, being invented from root words at the turn of the 20th century, the Constitution existed for over 100 years, and there is no Constitutional prohibition against any form of relationship. There is no “one man, one woman,” if you can define what those two terms mean. Everyone will have a different viewpoint.

Gun control will not happen because it cannot happen. So long as there are people willing to commit violence against other people, and to break the law while doing it, they are not subject to regulation, only to punishment after the fact, and then, only if caught.
Gun laws only change the beahvior of the law abiding, not the criminal, so do not produce the desired result, which is criminals without guns. That being the absolute and unavoidable truth of the matter, the only other alternative is for honest, law abiding people to have guns, and the right to defend themselves from criminals with them.
Criminals are not the least bit bothered or dissuaded by laws.

The right to self defense NEVER changes because it is intrinsic to being a human being who has certain inalienable rights.
Freedom comes in two flavors:
1. The right to be free to act in a particular way.
2. The right to be free FROM the actions of others.
Individualist tend ot focus on the right of the individual to act.
Collectivists tend to focus on the right society to be free FROM certain acts of individuals.
Our Constitutional Republic is a sytem that balances the rights of the individual against hte rights of society by enumerating and guaranteeing certain rights, and by limiting government power, to protect the indiviudal, who is the ultimate “minority” from the caprices of the democratic mob.
As a gay man, you certainly are aware of the value of your rights as an individual, and yet you would choose to strip yourself and other individuals of their individual right to defend themselves. You do not seem to know if you are an individualist, or a collectivist. You try to be both, and have your cake and eat it too, when in many cases the two are mutually exclusive. You cannot logically or consistently come down on the side of rights of the individual on the one hand, and then do a flip flop and say that society has a greater interest than the indiviudal when it comes to the right of self defense.
It is ultimately the right of self defense which will preserve your right to freely pursue the lifestyle you choose, so long as it does not interfere with the equal rights of others.
Society is not your ultimate defender, you are. Society can only send the police to take a report after the fact, and sledom protects anyone from anything. In fact, government itself is the biggest enemy most individuals will ever face in their entire lives.

Also, the states do not need to ratify anything anymore. Remember in Alabama when the gov’t forced race-mixing in schools? They used “the Inter-state commerce act” somehow to justify what they did. There’s a way around everything. The police had a check point in Utah and my friend got uppity and got in the face of a policeman, and the cop showed him a warrant signed by a judge for an entire area. It doesn’t seem right, or even legal, but they did it.

People are opening their eyes to the reality that we’re facing a superior military power – the NWO. When Jesus entered Jerusalem to become the sacrifice for our sins, the national jews expected liberation from Rome. When He refused for a higher purpose – to give His life a ransom for many, they sided with the Pharisees and called for his death.
We’re in the same situation now. People want a political/cultural savior so they can live in “peace” and continue to live as they choose – without accountability to a holy God. It DOES seem that they are talking about government-to-government transfers of military arms, BUT that is the rub! It makes no sense. Simply look at the gun control statue at the UN, which is one of the primary sponsors of this treaty: the statue plainly shows a .38 or .357 Magnum with its barrel tied. Under those circumstances, would you please explain to me the difference between a “military” and a “civilian” weapon?! No treaties or other agreements can conflict with US law. There will be no outlawing of supplements because it would violet existing US code. Any law repugnant to the constitution is null and void.
Internaitonal treaties are law, and so, in order ot BE law, cannot be repugnant to the constitution, or they are NOT law.
If the constitution could be modified and even nullified by simply entering into treaties, there would be no need for the much more laborious process of constitutional amendments.

INTERNATIONAL TREATIES ARE LAW, SO THEY MUST NOT BE REPUGNANT TO OUR CONSTITUTION AND THE RIGHTS IT GUARANTEES, OR THEY ARE NULL AND VOID, AS FAR AS THE U.S.A. IS CONCERNED.

I have NO DOUBT WHATSOEVER that this disarmament agenda is for real.
Whether it succeeds or not in America remains to be seen. And by the time *some* of those citizens got their illegally seized guns back (after they were thrown out of their own homes), it was TOO LATE. That was IF they got them back, which the majority didn’t. I wonder how many disarmed law-abiding citizens died as a result of these seizures or had their property stolen (that was quietly covered up too).

It is good for states to pass those 10th amendment resolutions, and those resolutions to bar federal interference on guns made and sold in the state. But this is a different issue. The US Senate would have to ratify by 2/3rds vote any treaty. And if they do, we will ignore it. A basic principle you fail to understand is, no unlawful “law” is any law at all, from the get go!! We do NOT abide by or respect such unlawful laws. We are NOT stupid. I am not afraid to die standing up for my rights. If enough patriots feel the same as I do, then we will prevail eventually. The fact of the matter is those that truly run the show behind the curtain (NWO, etc. whatever) will continue to push and push us into a corner. I find it interesting that many people think that if some unconstitutional treaty is signed that international law automatically applies to US citizens on US soil. This ain’t happening. I also find it interesting that the government makes an assumption that everyone would actually adhere to a request to turn in their guns. This would prove to be an inherently flawed assumption. Remember, a supposition is merely an expression of an intended desired result that is yet to be proven. I would wager that the billions of rounds of ammo purchased recently by people will not just be handed over in it’s unfired form.

I still think this is a simple solution. They can sign any stupid laws they want; they only way we can be enslaved is if we actually decide to abide by those laws. Many things are illegal, yet we do them on a regular basis such as speeding, smoking bud, ect.
Now, say they ban manufacturing guns here and owning a gun. What if people just said ‘Yeah, well f--- you’ and didn’t abide by that law. Just like foreclosure on a house. If people just decided in massive numbers not to move out there would be nothing short of a neutron bomb they could do about it.
We only have to live under the amount of tyranny we decide to put up with. They can have laws against anything they want to, but if we decide not to obey those laws then that law ceases to exist.

Now, say they ban manufacturing guns here and owning a gun. What if people just said ‘Yeah, well f--- you’ and didn’t abide by that law. Just like foreclosure on a house. If people just decided in massive numbers not to move out there would be nothing short of a neutron bomb they could do about it.
We only have to live under the amount of tyranny we decide to put up with. They can have laws against anything they want to, but if we decide not to obey those laws then that law ceases to exist.
Hey police, if you do your job and keep your oath, and decide NOT to enforce anti-Constitutional laws or international treaty laws here at home, then we all have nothing to worry about. Don’t confiscate guns if ordered to; remove, forcefully if necessary, any superior that issues such an order. Grow a f---ing set of balls and do the right thing instead of mindlessly obeying orders.

The 2nd Amendment says that those of us who are armed should be part of a well regulated militia. The well regulated militia is to not be part of the government. The only thing the local militia groups are supposed to have to do with the government is to assist the local sheriff to catch criminals during peace time. That was actually the original intent of the militias. They were supposed to be well regulated like the military though they are not really part of the military. They can help defend the country in the event of an invasion by say an army from another country. The militias can also fight against the global masters but we hope that we don’t end up having to go there. The second Amendment says that the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. Our rights that we have were not given to us by the government but by our creator. Who is our creator? God is. How do we have a relationship with God? We receive Jesus Christ into our hearts and make him the highest priority in our lives. George Washington knew this. George Washington said that men cannot govern a nation rightly without God and the bible. Barack Obama not only violated the US Constitution many times over but he also attacked the bible. He is a Marxist Muslim just like his dad and his cousin Railia Odinga. Some of you other Alex Jones listeners know that any right thinking Christian should be armed for self-defense against criminals and Muslim Jihadi types. That is why over in Kenya Barack’s cousin was able to have his buddies go and easily murder 1000 Christians and burn down 800 Christian Churches. The Muslims know they can take control of any country easily where the Christians are not capable of shooting them.

While I do agree with alot of what’s being said about protecting yourselves and all… I myself own many guns and will stand and fight when my time comes. I think most people just sit around and let things go by without a notice or even an ounce of care because most think the government does whats “best” for it’s people and are wrapped up in Republican and Democrat, when in reality they are on in the same. Do what your heart tells you is right… and live your life acording to the only laws that have meaning, which are the lords words and supreme laws. I read nothing but talk about killing and protecting one’s rights when in reality we all have no rights, we are all slaves to a system. A system that has lead us to the brink of destruction. George Washington said it best when he talked about not getting involved in foreign affairs. Everyone reads to far into their opinion of how the constitution should be read and how seperation of church and state… and on and on. When in reality it’s meant as a guide to live and prosper by! Every empire in the span of history has risen and fallen and this one will end the same! When one nation or empire gets too greedy and wants sooo much more it dooms itself to repeat the past mistakes of other czars, rules, cesars, or hitlers. Our history books are riddled with them throught the history of mankind and even the bible itself documents alot of them. So honestly quit fighting amonst yourselfs with name calling and preaching and when the day come unite and stand up for what you believe in… This country was founded for that reason! For life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness and the repelling of tyranical people of all kinds! All participants in the process must have veto authority, he says, if the final treaty is to ensure general compliance. The loss of 2nd Amendment rights is not at issue, although some foreign arms manufacturers could conceivably face restrictions on which weapons will be permitted for sale in export markets and which ones won’t. For certain, restrictions on the sale of AK-47’s to African militias and paramilitary groups would be a good thing. The death toll from these weapons is horrendous. No, I’m not an Obama supporter, but addressing the issue correctly is better than real conservatives fogging up your interface with lies and distortions.

It is none of their business who lives in my house, how many guns is in my house, and how much ammo I have. I will not surrender a thing. But, look at it this way, the American people deserve everything they get by electing this idiot, who is not an American any way, to office.
