Obama to Seek $75.5 Billion More for Wars in 2009

President Barack Obama will seek $75.5 billion more for combat operations in Iraq and Afghanistan through the end of this fiscal year, according to three people familiar with the request.

It will be submitted along with the fiscal 2010 budget Obama sends to Congress tomorrow. That proposal will request $130 billion for the wars in fiscal 2010 in addition to a total Defense Department budget of about $534 billion, the people said.
The amounts for the wars are less than Defense Secretary Robert Gates asked for and in keeping with expectations that the president plans a major reduction of the 142,000 U.S. troops now in Iraq.
The extra funding for fiscal 2009, which ends Sept. 30, includes money for adding 17,000 troops to the U.S. force of 38,000 in Afghanistan.

You can’t expect less war when Obama is seeking $75.5 Billion more for wars in 2009 for fiscal 2010. After adjusting for inflation, etc that keeps the level the same as the outgoing Bush Administration defense plan which projected essentially flat defense budgets for the next few years.

The money should all be payed back that is created out of thin air, (not), the uniform commercial code states that if tender of payment is refused then there is discharge 3-603. The thin air money that everyone gets on a loan at a bank, should just say- can I pay you with gold and silver coin according to 1792 and section 10 of the const, if the banker says no-then you have discharge.
Anything that asks for payment can not be made with discharge, dicharge is fed res notes they cannot pay for anything and payment is only defined as an amout of gold and silver coin see section 10 of our const. Our currency in this county was once redemable for G and S coin before the rothchilds got in there phony system in. Try defending this concept in court——its according to the law——but the crooked, no good, cheap, sun of a bitchen, gutless coward, go to hell, judges will never let you have it.
