The money should all be payed back that is created out of thin air, (not), the uniform commercial code states that if tender of payment is refused then there is discharge 3-603. The thin air money that everyone gets on a loan at a bank, should just say- can I pay you with gold and silver coin according to 1792 and section 10 of the const, if the banker says no-then you have discharge.
Anything that asks for payment can not be made with discharge, dicharge is fed res notes they cannot pay for anything and payment is only defined as an amout of gold and silver coin see section 10 of our const. Our currency in this county was once redemable for G and S coin before the rothchilds got in there phony system in. Try defending this concept in court——its according to the law——but the crooked, no good, cheap, sun of a bitchen, gutless coward, go to hell, judges will never let you have it. good thing i’ve made it my full-time job to keep up on the latest news. msnbc is now just reporting “jobless claims tally tops five million”. reported to be more than expected. remember nancy pelosi said it first. unfortunately, if she slipped up and said 5 million when she supposably meant 500,000 imagine what it will be in 6 months or a year from now.
