Obama: We Are Broke. Well, Duh!

I am utterly amazed at the continued arrogance of the Obama administration, which has managed to make the Bush administration look to be prudent, which is a major accomplishment. Obama tells C-SPAN that "We are out of money," but then claims that this is because the government had not taken over healthcare. (I’d hate to see our medical system when government actually does completely control it, given that it pretty much is a government-run system now.)
His comments simply are stunning:
So we’ve got a short-term problem, which is we had to spend a lot of money to salvage our financial system, we had to deal with the auto companies, a huge recession which drains tax revenue at the same time it’s putting more pressure on governments to provide unemployment insurance or make sure that food stamps are available for people who have been laid off.

So we have a short-term problem and we also have a long-term problem. The short-term problem is dwarfed by the long-term problem. And the long-term problem is Medicaid and Medicare. If we don’t reduce long-term health care inflation substantially, we can’t get control of the deficit.
So, one option is just to do nothing. We say, well, it’s too expensive for us to make some short-term investments in health care. We can’t afford it. We’ve got this big deficit. Let’s just keep the health care system that we’ve got now.
Along that trajectory, we will see health care cost as an overall share of our federal spending grow and grow and grow and grow until essentially it consumes everything…
Yes, this is an administration that when it found out we were in a deep recession has turned on the Federal Reserve spigots at full blast and is throwing money around. Now that the U.S. Dollar is tanking, suddenly they realize they are painted into a corner.
What to do? It is obvious; pour another round of drinks, have a toga party, and print more money. When prices of goods skyrocket upwards, Obama will blame business (and especially the oil companies), and the media and most of the country will slavishly believe him.

Look for the US dollar in the short term to turn up through June into mid-late July then watch it tank. At that same time some of the other major currencies will be set to rise. I’m with most people where owning precious metals is the way to go but I also suggest around early to mid July convert some of your dollars into Euro’s. If our currency does tank then you will have made a killing. I’m not saying it will save you in the end but why watch all your wealth disappear?

I recently watched a film called ‘raw for life’ where they took 6 people, 2 type 1 diabetes and 4 types 2 diabetes. It is medically supposedly impossible to cure type 1 diabetes, and almost impossible to cure type 2. Diabetes sufferers have to inject insulin all their lives (a great stream of income for the medical establishment). At least 3 of the test subjects were over 55 years of age,
Hippocrates (the father of western medicine) said: “Let thy food be thy medicine and thy medicine shall be thy food”.
Back to the film – after 1 month (30 days), which involved a detoxification for a week, and eating fresh, raw, plant foods – guess what (all progress monitored by doctors). 1 Person (type 2) left he couldn’t deal with the process even though his blood sugar dropped remarkably. Of the other 5 – All 3 type 2’s: healed. 1 Type 1: healed. The second type 1: only uses 25% of his previous intake of insulin.
The most hilarious part of the film was where one healed woman, about 55 – 60, went to her doctor and he remarked how good she looks. Then after he tested her and realized her blood sugar is normal he said: “my god, how do I ship off all my patients to this clinic”, and then proceeded to hug her. She has been a patient of his for 20 years.
Each form of healing has its placeand so does western medicine. However, and every true healer knows this: all healing comes from within. Feed the amazing organism called the body with living food and not dead, overly processed, chemically laden junk (the body has no mechanism to deal with these poisons), and watch the healthcare costs drop….That’s right folks, that empty space in your back garden…perfect for a veggie garden.

I think that the mention of healthcare is the final prey for a hungry, looting money grab. Think about it. The feds own every other aspect of our lives. We pay state taxes, fica, medicaid, social security,etc. Social security is already 10 trillion in the hole. Everyone knows about the fed reserve looting. All this socialized medicince will do is give the feds more tax revenue temporarily to buy them more time and give them more control over the tax payer. They will also find ways to cut the costs which is eugenics under the disguise of responsibility. They will kill two birds with one stone. Get more temporary money and grow the citizens dependancy. I’ve been trying to get people’s attention for over a month since I woke up about chemtrails. It took 10 years before I knew about this, and I was just a normal American citizen, trying to feed my family, etc. All I get is laughed at, ignored or called paranoid. People don’t WANT to believe that their government is out to depopulate the world. They would rather remain ignorant and happy.
Even if every single person on the planet is aware of the scheme, what good is it going to do if there is no concrete plan of action and the will to follow through?
We’re dumbed down, drugged up and passive. The only thing I believe we can do is like they did in Germany, start an underground so that people can get the help they need. I’m really surprised they haven’t taken down the internet yet. Isolation and depression will kill us off even more than the flu that’s being engineered.

Trade, inflation and mostly reliance on other countries for everything is an engineered thing. Every major country has moved in that direction, as a result its incrementally moving towards world government under the radar and has been happening for 100 years +. When a country relies on other countries for everything, you get the problem of blackmail and the inability for self sustainability anytime soon regardless of any change in the system. This has been perpetuated by debt and inflation, increased cost of living and thus wages in the developed countries. Societal changes via media, music, movies, government bs and so on have contributed to negative traits and atheist, satanic or new age beliefs. Compare now to 50 years ago, and then 100 years ago. Tell me society is much better in general now, with all the atheists and unknowing satanic followers.
Globalization in 1 word.
Multiculturalism is also the other tactic, starts to cause division and the % of people who don’t have much national pride is reducing. Spreading all nationalities across the globe, makes it easier to convince the populous to give away their sovereignty. Then you get political correctness, thats another tactic to cause division and limit free speech in every area. Also to increase dissatisfaction between different religions, groups, nationalities etc. As well as have groups to blame all the problems on, when they are nothing to do with anything.
Incremental fascist and oppressive laws via engineered fear, hate and beliefs is one of the key tactic. Which everyone here will know anyway.
Consolidation of Wealth, resources (especially oil), control of supplies such as food and weapons, electronic tracking and databases, tax and many other aspects. Monetary system is the absolute key structure, its designed to funnel money upwards at a faster and faster rate over time…as debt increases due to interest and fractional reserve banking. All the wealth in the world, only goes one way and thats to the International bankers…Their is no way to dispute that. So when we look back to the days of Rothschilds having 50% of the wealth in the world, that will only of increased or spread between other elite such as those who control the oil and others within banking.
We are getting poorer and poorer, regardless of what you can buy. Money supply increases many times over official inflation, and the only thing that can counter money supply increase against inflation is the increase in Goods produced, Trade and services. However the % of wealth in the world is always reducing for anyone outside the elite, and its been getting faster and faster. GDP means nothing on its own, absolutely nothing. So back in the boom days, we still held less of the wealth than 100 years ago =/.
All of this has been allowed via media and government, as well as increased complexity for the outer parts of every structure. This part of the structure accounts for maybe 5% of the economy etc, but its the thing we are led to believe is responsible. Such as the most obvious, Stock market and business are viewed as 100% of the financial structure and how it works. Its nothing to do with the core of it, its the result of it.
In essence for 100+ years, a system has been engineered to make us poorer and poorer. More reliant on other countries, the inability for self sustainability. Decreased control over every part of the system we live within, less and less freedom, less ability to change anything, dumber, brainwashed with a certain mindset instilled into us starting with education and supposed values. Hate each other, blame each other and kill each other for the problems being caused by those presiding over us.
You will notice on the news, tv etc. There are bits that begin to blame certain groups indirectly, rubber stamped into our minds so when problems occur that is where we look. Muslims and Jews seem to be the main ones, I know some people who don’t even know why they blame Jews or Muslims for every problem. The answer is you seen all the problems they cause on the news?, or I dunno but they are to blame but I know it. You look into a certain groups enough, you will find bad apples within and if you concentrate solely on the jews or muslims you have become a sheep just moving along a different path.
Guys take a step back, and ask yourself why you think certain things. If it stems from prejudice that has been propagated indirectly within society and the media, STEP BACK and look properly at the world. If we start blaming each other, and certain ethnicities or groups…We are playing into their hands, we need to concentrate on reformation or destruction of SYSTEMS which are being used against us. Then prosecute those who used those systems to rob and enslave us, if we leave the system in place and only prosecute the current elite. Then new people will take their place and we will be back to square one over time.
I covered a few of my observations and beliefs to explain some things. Hope its interesting or helpful to someone.

Prejudice is always wrong. Blaming a whole race because we’ve had problems with one member of that race is completely unfair. There are good and bad people in every facet of society.
God has blessed some wealthy and they know how to handle their wealth intelligently and honorably in His sight. Unfortunately the devil can also “bless” temporarily, and that’s what we’re seeing in corrupt government. So saying that our current problems are all the fault of financially wealthy people is falling under the same lie that is being propagated by the current administration. “You have it, I want it, therefore I’m entitled to it even though I’m a lazy slob who doesn’t feel like working for it.”

It takes a supernatural awakening to overcome such “emotions”. Go and read the Bible for yourself (before time runs out for all of us – start in the gospel of John) before you start bashing those who have found its freedom. He hates sin, so He did something about it. He sent Jesus, and at the gates of hell is a cross. To go there, you have to push that cross out of the way – reject the price that was paid. Satan blinds the minds of the world to spiritual things. Most of them die in that condition. The NWO are his puppets and they are blind.
Just think logically about it. They are evil. Their culture is death, the deliberate poisoning of the air, water, food. Abortions, starvation, pandemics. Then look at the lives of people who really live for Jesus Christ. His ways are life and peace. Anyone with any discernment at all should be able to figure it out.
I will be praying for you, roaddog and others who are still blind to the truth. If what is posted and articled here is the truth, then desperate times are coming, and you’re not ready to face eternity.

Here is my opinion…we should change the healthcare system to exactly like what many other countries have. That is that health care (i.e. hospital/doctor/dentist,etc visits are free and cost nothing to us, well maybe a tiny bit of money), but we pay a little higher wage of taxes. I mean, I know too many people that have huge debts in medical bills. I for one, have to go to the doctor every single month costing me $90 for the visit and $50 for the prescriptions. That just sucks. You’re probably asking “why don’t you just get medical insurance?” Well that’s simple, I don’t go to the hospital, or the doctors for any other reason. I mean I’m still young, and most people can’t even afford medical insurance. I’m just simpling saying that the system works for a lot of other countries who use it, and the gov does get more tax money and such. What do you guys think?

Am I the only one who thinks this sounds like a f---ing Sitcom. We are broke? The lady in charge of all the TARP money is on the Daily Show and Bill Maher joking about how she has no idea where the money went and thinks it’s funny and cracks f---ing jokes on comedy shows about it like they’re the 3 f---ing Stooges!!! I really hope somebody can strategically at least beat Obama in the next election becasue it’s probably our only saving Grace of of stopping this spending if we make it that far. Most of the stuff on this site seemed a little like very worst case scenario, now it’s like the only real unbiased news source. For my own protection, I liked it better the other way. I work in colleges all the time and these kids think Obama is the second coming of Christ! He’s clearly well spoken, but has very bad judgement and misjudges the people around him. As evil as Bush and Cheney seemed, they may prove to be the lesser of two evils. I though Bush would eventually enslave me, but all signs point to Obama actually doing it. And all his Cabinet seem way underqualified to be in these positions.

Bill Maher has sold out and really has disappointed me, to be honest. I do not watch his show any longer, especially after his treatment of We Are Change confronting him live about his denial of 911 being an inside job.
I see where you’re coming from on the presidential front. Remember that at some level all Presidents are funded by the elite; I’m sure you know that… I love your post, and you point out some pertinent issues about the Bush/Cheney administration as opposed the to Obama administration. In my opinion, the Obama administration is just a continuation of the same ‘ol, same ‘ol… with more constructive wording, propaganda, and funding. Unqualified is an understatement, especially with Janet Napolitano (Nazitano).
Are we all broke? Well… we’re all well on our way in one way or another. Some states more than others right now. It’s just going to get worse… I wish more people I talk to could take this into consideration at the least. They don’t here in Texas because we still have a fairly buoyant economy. We’re staying afloat, but not sailing. Some are still asleep.
You aren’t the only one who feels like this is a sitcom. I feel like it’s the f’ing twilight zone. But we, the folks who are aware of the truth are in charge of waking others up. We know it’s not easy, but don’t give up the fight. I’m sorry the kids in your college feel the way they do. Considering most colleges are liberally slanted, I’m sadly not surprised. Continue to speak your opinion and hopefully at least some of them will see the truth.

Well it seems to me that we in Malaysia are suffering from high inflation and boom in our economy, we have to import in foreign labour for undesirable jobs that none of our citizens wants to work at. China, Indonesia and Singapore are also booming, an example would be a dessert I bought a month ago was $ 1.20 in local currency and currently is selling at $ 1.80 which shows high inflation… The job market is also good with 2 jobs available for 1 worker, leading to high wage growth, hence we have to import in labour. We found out after March 2009 that we were not going to go into a Recession, imagine our surprise when we were told we were going to go into a Recession, we suspect we were saved by China’s boom and growth ! US bonds sale faces market resistance
The US Treasury is facing an ordeal by fire this week as it tries to sell $100bn (£62bn) of bonds to a deeply sceptical market amid growing fears of a sovereign bond crisis in the Anglo-Saxon world.

The interest yield on 10-year US Treasuries – the benchmark price of long-term credit for the global system – jumped 33 basis points last week to 3.45pc week on contagion effects after Standard & Poor’s issued a warning on Britain’s “AAA” credit rating.
The yield has risen over 90 basis points since March when the US Federal Reserve first announced its controversial plan to buy Treasury bonds directly, a move designed to force down the borrowing costs and help stabilise the housing market.
The yield-spike may be nearing the point where it threatens to short-circuit economic recovery. While lower spreads on mortgage rates have kept a lid on home loan costs so far, mortgage rates have nevertheless crept back up to 5pc.
The Obama administration needs to raise $2 trillion this year to cover the fiscal stimulus plan and the bank bail-outs. It has to fund $900bn by September.
“The dynamic is just getting overwhelming,” said RBC Capital Markets.
The US Treasury is selling $40bn of two-year notes on Tuesday, $35bn of five-year bonds on Wednesday, and $25bn of seven-year debt on Thursday. While the US has not yet suffered the indignity of a failed auction – unlike Britain and Germany – traders are watching closely to see what share is being purchased by US government itself in pure “monetisation” of the deficit.
Don Kohn, the Fed’s vice-chair, said over the weekend that Fed actions would add $1 trillion of stimulus to the US economy over time and had already prevented “fire sales” of assets.
“The preliminary evidence suggest that our programme has worked,” he said.
The US is not alone in facing a deficit crisis. Governments worldwide have to raise some $6 trillion in debt this year, with huge demands in Japan and Europe. Kyle Bass from the US fund Hayman Advisors said the markets were choking on debt.
“There isn’t enough capital in the world to buy the new sovereign issuance required to finance the giant fiscal deficits that countries are so intent on running. There is simply not enough money out there,” he said. “If the US loses control of long rates, they will not be able to arrest asset price declines. If they print too much money, they will debase the dollar and cause stagflation.
“The bottom line is that there is no global ‘get out of jail free’ card for anyone”, he said.
The US is acutely vulnerable because it relies heavily on foreign goodwill. China and Japan alone hold 23pc of America’s $6,369bn federal debt. Suspicions that Washington is trying to engineer a stealth default by letting the dollar slide could cause patience to snap, even if Asian exporters would themselves suffer if they harmed their chief market.
The dollar has fallen 11pc against a basket of currencies since early March. Mutterings of a “dollar crisis” may now constrain the Fed as it tries to shore up the bond market. It has so far bought $116bn of Treasuries as part of its “credit easing” blitz, out of a $300bn pool.
When the Fed first said it was going to buy Treasuries in March the 10-year yield to dropped instantly from 3pc to near 2.5pc, but shock effect has since worn off. Any effort to step up purchases might backfire in the current jittery mood.
In the late 1940s the Fed was able to cap the 10-year yield at around 2pc, but that was a different world. The US commanded half global GDP and had a colossal trade surplus. The Fed could carry out its experiment without worrying about foreign dissent.
Fed chair Ben Bernanke has long argued that central banks can bring down long-term borrowing rates by purchasing bonds “at essentially no cost”. His frequent writings rarely ask whether foreigner investors – from a different cultural universe – will tolerate such conduct.
Mr Bernanke is betting that under a floating currency regime there is no risk of repeating the disaster of October 1931, when the Fed had to raise rates twice to stem foreign gold withdrawals, with catastrophic consequences. This assumption may be tested.
It is not clear where the capital will come from to cover global bond issues. Asian central banks and Mid-East oil exporters have cut back on their purchases of US and European bonds as reserve accumulation slows. Russia has slashed its holding by a third to support growth at home. Even Japan’s state pension fund has become a net seller of bonds for the first time this year the country’s population ages.
Japan’s public debt will reach 200pc of GDP next year. Warnings by the Japan’s DPJ opposition party that, if elected this autumn, it would not purchase any more US debt unless issued in yen, is a sign that the political mood in Asia is turning hostile to US policy.
There is no evidence yet that foreigners are in the process of dumping US Treasuries. Brad Setser from the US Council on Foreign Relations said global central banks added $60bn to their US holdings in the first three weeks of May.
This is bitter-sweet for Washington. It suggests that private buyers are pulling out, leaving foreign powers as buyer-of-last resort.
We just have to hope that G20 creditors agree to put a clothes peg on their nose and keep buying Western debt until the crisis passes, for the sake of the world.

This -”we are broke” thing is not new. The United States was Bankrupt in 1933. And the IRS took over as the collection agents for the Federal Reserve.
Everyone needs to stop paying taxes – they do not go towards anything but the interest on the debt, and that can never be paid off.
