This is no joke. If this bill becomes law, it will be the duty of the U.S. secretary of health and human services or the state governments overseeing federally mandated health-insurance exchanges to ensure that you can get your health insurance at the DMV.
You also will be able to get it at Social Security offices, hospitals, schools and “other offices” the government will name later.
Page 19 of the committee’s “plain English” text says: “The Secretary and/or states would do the following: … Enable customers to enroll in health care plans in local hospitals, schools, Departments of Motor Vehicles, local Social Security offices, and other offices designated by the state.”

There is nothing in the Constitution that authorizes the federal government to provide for or regulate health care. Period. There is nothing enumerated in Article I Section 8 of the Constitution that authorizes the federal government to provide for or regulate health care. Period. And don’t give me any of the “promote the General Welfare” clause bullshit. Idiots don’t seem to realize that when they interpret the Constitution like this, they give the federal government virtually unlimited power to do anything.

The DMV is all ready hell on earth now they might be in charge of health care. It takes all day to get a license renewed and 12 different lines to stand in and all the goons behind the counter look at you like they hate your guts, the feeling is mutual. I used to live in Taxachsetts and when I escaped from there to the USA I felt wonderful, now, that lousy state is creeping over the whole country. Lurch is coming!

Here in FL effective on Sept 1 2009 the cost of license tags went up. Last year my husband’s tag was forty something dollars. This year it was $70!

OK – here is a major issue with this whole plan. What about those of religious faiths who have not and will never participate in any government program or insurance: Amish, many sects of Mennonites, Hutterites, Assembly of Yahweh, Charity Christians, Twelve Tribes, The Called out ones, etc… So, the government is going to charge them a tax so that they can maintain their religious beliefs??? As the time goes on , people of america have everyday less and less freedom due to politics conducted by federal power. Also , as a consequence of the economic crisis , more and more of them have lost their job and home. But the crisis is not finished , and in near future the consequences could be catastrophic. Keep in mind that any change can not come from the federal government , but only the people , the only source of any future chagement. If a majority of them think a change is possible , so it can be. A way to preserve freedom , ideals , welfare of people is federalism must come to an end. People will have to make a choise , federalism versus freedom , ideals , welfare… . The first could lead to the establishment of a martial law. A state as texas is ready to cross the line , it could be an example for the others. People could put under pressure every state government in the aim to declare secession , the american constitution allow such a decision. Such an aim can’t be aimed without any precaution , as it is evident the federal power is not ready to yield or abdicate. Probably , this one will use force to submit people , but constitution give garantees on firearms. people can put up a fight against the oppressive federal power if a political issue according to the will of people can not be lead. People have to make his will respect , otherwise it will be an opressed people. Saying that federalism must come to an end mean it must be break down , it appears to be the only way to preserve people. America can be easily imagined without federalism and preserved.

After this “Health Care” bill which allows the government to control your lives, existence and health, then the “Real Id” act will be implemented, insuring that you cannot live or take part in society or do anything without the RFID Mark of the Beast by enrolling in the government health registration system. After that will come the cyber insecurity act allowing the government to have totalitarian control over cyberspace and your computers. What this really means, is that they will be required to confirm your Health Insurance in order to drive.
What I interpret based on the past politician promises, is that they are going to make it necessary to provide it at those locations because you will be denied if you do not have it.
No driver’s license, not registration and possibly go after property taxes too.
This is another part of the tax slave grid going in place to flag you and fine you for not having these items.
No health insurance, fines, not paying taxes of any forms, fines and jail. And how do they make you??
By taking away your rights to drive and live without government control.

It’s totally illegal to tie things like health insurance and vaccination shots to a driver’s license but of course they don’t care about that.

Has anyone noticed that everyone at the DMV “looks” like Obama? Has anyone noticed that over the last 20 years the DMV, the post office and other major government offices have been overrun by “Obamas”? Does anyone remember back in the day when all such places were not like this at all? No wonder these places are joked about for lousy service. My prediction is that all national healthcare offices in the future will be run by unqualified Obama’s hired by Affirmative Action. Health care quality will be atrocious. And they’ll all have their government pensions even though they were hired exclusively because of skin color and not relevant experience to their job. These places will all take on the ghetto look, and the service will be ghetto quality. And Obama will be smiling, knowing that he has brought the white man down to the level of the black man….leveling the playing field while he gets special preferential elite treatment.
