Obama’s Gun Ban List Is Out

Here it is, folks, and it is bad news. The framework for legislation is always laid, and the Democrats have the votes to pass anything they want to impose upon us. They really do not believe you need anything more than a brick to defend your home and family. Look at the list and see how many you own. Remember, it is registration, then confiscation. It has happened in the UK, in Australia, in Europe, in China, and what they have found is that for some reason the criminals do not turn in their weapons, but will know that you did.
Remember, the first step in establishing a dictatorship is to disarm the citizens.
Gun-ban list proposed. Slipping below the radar (or under the short-term memory cap), the Democrats have already leaked a gun-ban list, even under the Bush administration when they knew full well it had no chance of passage (HR 1022, 110th Congress). It serves as a framework for the new list the Brady’s plan to introduce shortly. I have an outline of the Brady’s current plans and targets of opportunity. It’s horrific. They’re going after the courts, regulatory agencies, firearms dealers and statutes in an all out effort to restrict we the people. They’ve made little mention of criminals. Now more than ever, attention to the entire Bill of Rights is critical. Gun bans will impact our freedoms under search and seizure, due process, confiscated property, states’ rights, free speech, right to assemble and more, in addition to the Second Amendment. The Democrats current gun-ban-list proposal (final list will be worse):

Any semiautomatic rifle with a fixed magazine that can accept more than
10 rounds (except tubular magazine .22 rim fire rifles).
A semiautomatic pistol that has the ability to accept a
detachable magazine, and has:
(i) a second pistol grip,
(ii) a threaded barrel,
(iii) a barrel shroud or
(iv) can accept a detachable magazine outside of the pistol grip, and
(v) a semiautomatic pistol with a fixed magazine that can accept more than 10
rounds.
A semiautomatic shotgun with:
(i) a folding or telescoping stock,
(ii) a pistol grip (see definition below),
(iii) the ability to accept a detachable magazine or a fixed magazine capacity
of more than 5 rounds, and
(iv) a shotgun with a revolving cylinder.
Frames or receivers for the above are included, along with conversion kits.
Attorney General gets carte blanche to ban guns at will: Under the proposal, the U.S. Attorney General can add any “semiautomatic rifle or shotgun originally designed for military or law enforcement use, or a firearm based on the design of such a firearm, that is not particularly suitable for sporting purposes, as determined by the Attorney General.”

The last part is particularly clever, stating that a firearm doesn’t have a sporting purpose just because it can be used for sporting purpose — is that devious or what? And of course, “sporting purpose” is a rights infringement with no constitutional or historical support whatsoever, invented by domestic enemies of the right to keep and bear arms to further their cause of disarming the innocent.

Actually, I was watching Mythbusters the other day and they had successfully fired off an arrow cannon. Maybe we should be looking at setting those up in our yards along with a pellet cannon that shoots 1000s of pellets in one firing. Make those creeps think twice about crossing my territory.

What I was figurin’ on doing anyway. You’re right, guns buried far away will save no one, but them the problem of looking for them. When you’re movements are through checkpoints, observed by satellites and recorded by computer, you’ve no chance they won’t figure out where they are when you need them. Better to keep them loaded and by your side, I’d say.

Ok, first, the reason people come here is because of how poor and lazy our society has become, and you can blame that on almost anything

Truth is somebody has to educate the people, most of us don’t read books, news papers, or even watch the news. (Start looking around you, people are so fake, painted and faceless.)
Second, we are still a very young species intellectually some of us are feral and cling to our guns and weapons. Some of us are weak and still need faith as a crutch, and sadly some of us are drones, following every request of our leader, ready to kill or be killed all in the name of our leader. But there is a great example of what this site would call double think. The leader doesn’t come out asking you to fight a war for him but for your country.

High powered rifle for distance and accuracy. Semi-auto rifle for mid range, fire suppression and harassment, shotguns close in. Handguns for clean-up and very short range, rapid response (When sh#t gets personal). Don’t forget, bows for close to medium range stealth and body armor penetration. I can shoot a bow, but was also considering the accuracy of the handheld crossbow. Can penetrate the kevlar cloth body armor. WOW raises a good point about the team training of the oppressor/subjugator forces, but doesnt take into consideration that they might be outnumbered in a shootout. Why if people do wait for home attacks, (Katrina) instead of aggressively pursuing a offensive stance they will find out theyve lost before any real resistance can be effectively mounted. (Blackhawk down). The event will probably be ignored by any news agency, any attempts of communication between unassociated parties will be removed, so that the only means of discovering what is actually occurring will have to be stumbled upon. (Quarantine), and the local news agencies cannot not be counted on as it is already a fact that misinformation is widespread in media and is also a mark of a unstable government. The real danger is that if a active resistance occurs the probable result will be the use of long range weapons in coordination with military forces. Planes, helicopters and artillery. There is a purpose why the America publics 2nd Amendment rights have been curtailed to the point where a effective defensive option against a tyranny has been severely blunted.

Has anyone else noticed how Barry uses the word “folks” so often when referring to the population?
Out of all the words in the English language that he (or his puppetmaster) could use to refer to other human beings, he chooses the word “folks” ?!
It is an insulting, patronizing, demeaning, and minimizing word, for someone in his “superior” position to be using, and to be using so often.
That alone is a big red flag showing his extreme megalomania, and actual deep-seated hostility toward anyone who is not HIM. He is a classic dyed-in-the-wool sociopath. Right out of the books.

I was just getting ready to quit reading and that was the most worth while post to me so far. Thank you for serving to protect at least what should be our freedom, Dont take that the wrong way it is the leaders fault for any misuse of our soldiers if the case may be they die for vain nowadays for global emergence or greed. The balance you spoke of is what I seek. I am a Christian, although it seems not to popular on this site, nonetheless. I pray I find that way I have 3 young boys and a wife to protect, I have always been a good stratigist and all outcomes never look good. I could care less about me but I must protect my family, my hand to hand is well advanced , my gun skills are maybe average from hunting. That leaves me nowhere unless I can cagefight for my freedom, at least I got eternal life in Jesus… but is there more to hope for than death.

The reason for the second amendment was not to preserve the right to keep and bare arms for sporting purposes. It is really annoying that these anti-gun advocates constantly use this idea that it’s only OK to have guns for sport shooting and then imply that if you have guns for any other reason your a violent person and a danger to society. The whole idea, as i’m sure most of you are aware, is to make the American people heavily outgunned if and when the military is to be used against them. What I don’t understand is if these anti-gun advocates are so opposed to these firearms then the police and military should be banned from having them as well they are humans just like the rest of us and we all know of abuses of authority. Others only have authority insofar as you give it to them.

This has to be challenged in a court. A citizen has to challenge their right to keep a rifle in a court of law, arguing on the basis of the second amendment.
The second amendment is inviolable and designed to protect Us citizens from just this kind of backdoor disarmament. Anything classified as arms under the right to bear arms is allowed under the constitution so this list is illegal.

Why on Earth does a normal person need an Assult Weapon? Why does the average person need a Military Grade or Law Enforcement Weapon?
I don’t own any fire arms myslef, no need to. But out at the Cabin my brother owns a few Hunting rifles for when Hunting season opens we can go.
No issue with them banning the sale of Military grade weapons to people. If you are not in the military or Law enforcement you don’t need these weapons. Those kind of weapons are primarily designed to Kill, so unless you actually plan to use it for its purpose you don’t need to own those kinds of weapons.
Owning firearms is aloud by the constitution, no question about that. It is a Right. But the government CAN and SHOULD be able to make certian requirements for those rights that are also within the constitution. This in no way shape or form prevents you from owning firearms…just which firearms you can own. So the 2nd Admendment still stands.
Don’t like it…Leave the country. Collect in an area with like minded people and once you get enough people that think like you do then as a group declare your independance from the USA. So since Texans are notorious for thier indepent streak and we are right attitudes. Everyone who doesn’t like what is happening move there Enmass!! Get a a few 10-30 milllion people all together and break away from the USA. Form your own country and live how you want.

As far as what you said about the founding fathers and guns, your right, they had no idea of where or what guns would evolve to, that is exactly why they didn’t say the people had the right to bear a flintlock. They knew that the guns of their era had evolved from match locks, so they would have realized that guns would continue to evolve thus they didn’t restrict our ownership to flintlocks. Another fool that thinks “assault weapons” are anything better, more dangerous or more powerful than hunting weapons. This ban isn’t because they’ve determined that these are weapons that kill more than others, are more capable of killing than other weapons or should be used only by experts. These are JUST A SCARY MYTH TO START A LIST! That’s the truth of the matter. I can kill a body armored officer at a hundred yards with a well sighted and maintained .22 single shot bolt action. Every one of my “deer rifles” has more range than the assault weapons on that list. The very most powerful handguns are in revolvers or break actions, not semi-automatics. What they are trying to do is the same old game, get a list started so we can add to it. What the Second Amendment guarantees is the RIGHT to KEEP AND BEAR ARMS. Now if it’s an assault weapon by these bozos’ list, so be it. If it’s a cannon, so be it. If it’s that .22 single shot bolt, so be it. If it’s all of the above and more, so be it. Gun owners have put up with all the crap on our side of the issue for decades in this great gun control experiment, now we’ve done enough to say it’s been given an honest try their way, and the statistics never get better. Since you can’t prove to me that it’s even likely to save one lousy life, I’ll not turn them in. I’ll not register them. And I’ll not EVER SURRENDER MY RIGHT TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS! Who are you to tell anyone what firearm they should be allowed to own. All guns can be used to KILL not just Military or police weapons. This would be a first step, your hunting rifle could be next. Where do you draw the line? Read the second amendment, I personally dont own assult rifle’s, but I would NOT infringe upon anyone else’s right to own those guns if desired, and you shouldn’t either. Most of those type of rifle’s are shot at the gun range and are used to kill NOTHING, unlike your hunting rifle.

I am the average person who does not want my neighbor to have Heavy Military Grade Weapons. I could be your neighbor, your friend, your family. And I will oppose anyone that feels they need to own those kinds of weapons.
What you want people to keep AK’s for what reason? Just cause they want to? Sorry not good enough. I want to own a midsized nuclear device, am I aloud to? NO! Doesn’t matter if I would be responsible with it or not.
So I don’t care if my neighbor is the most responsible person on earth, they still have no need to a Military weapon. If they are in the military…they can keep their weapons at work

Yes, good…. out of control people don’t need access to firearms, and most common peasants are out of control emotionally… at the very least, there should be no more commercial production of firearms and a ban on importing them… what America currently has for firearms is more than enough to last a few hundred years… all modern military weapons have tracking devices, so there shouldn’t be much worry about them falling into civilian hands in the future… just shut down the importation and production of firearms and especially gun barrels should be good enough.. and of course continue to destroy guns used in crimes and let them all rust and go bad over time and use without being able to replace the barrel.. I personally hunt with a crossbow.. it works… it takes more skill than 450 yards with a rifle.. it gives nature a fighting chance and tests me more than if I was just using a gun.. To say guns are needed for sport is BS, and everyone knows it… guns are for small peckered bullies who get off on the idea of whipping out their gun and shooting and killing someone if they are confronted.. and that mentality needs to be culled… BADLY

Well I hope none of you were stupid enough to ever register a gun… anyway. Here is how you burry your weapons and don’t foget to have a map of where they are or a very good memory. OK Get some PVC pipe at your local hardware. Dont get a big one dor all your guns. Just buy several small ones and put a couple in one. Take your weapons apart greese them,wrap them in cloth then more greese on the cloth and then seal the PVC pipe ends with caps (YOU NEED PVC Glue). You can ask your local hardware store how to seal the caps. Dont burry them too deep. You want to be able to get to them fast. But make sure they are deep enough that when it rains it doesn’t wash it up usually on a slope so the water runs off instead of sitting. You need to check on them after a heavy rain. Also stuff a bunch of cloths or something to soak up moisture.You may come up with other ideas but this is what I know…. Death to the NWO>

To all, I say LOVE is the true power and that the OATH taken by so many is a pledge out of care for what is good and right in this land we call America!
I myself do not wish for a fight and that I have called, emailed, pleaded, challenged to all concerned of their Responsibility and DUTY to the Oath for which they have pledged, from Police, Politicians, Soldiers (I am a Armorer), friends, family and all that are in positions to make a positive effect. Still the ones that are in positions of power will not do THE RIGHT THING or even the job we elected them to, by protecting our sovereign rights as citizens of this land & by promise of their oath to office,leaving us citizens with the last resort to ever come closer.
I am just a man that loves his country and sadly I must now start preparing to defend this land I care so much about; not from some invading Foreign force but my very own ELECTED GOVERNMENT. This is a fight NONE of us should want but to all that have taken the Oath, REMEMBER this!!
Alot of good Men & Women have paid with their lives to keep this land free from the like’s of what we now face and remember that the Man or Woman standing next to you could very well hold true to the Oath that they have taken and so go ahead and commit acts of unconstitutional aggression against the citizens and you just might get a little surprise from the REAL MEN & WOMEN that serve our land and so to the one’s of honor, I SALUTE you and to the ones that dishonor their Oath, I pity you for when you hold your child, think about the world you are giving to that souls’ future and what you may soon be dying for, like I probably will, (at least my death will be with honor)!

Because it is not the right approach. Unless you buy guns from an individual, ALL guns ARE registered. That’s what the background check is for. In Texas, they call the state, give them the numbers from the gun and the buyers name, etc. Half of my guns are registered.
But, where the guns will be is not registered, only the address on file with the state, which is not where I will be!

I don’t see a problem with hiding or burying some extra guns, but make sure you have plenty of fire power ready to go with they come looking for them. We still have some time to muster plans with our fellow patriots in our communities. Just be smart and careful. If you have served in the armed forces like a lot of us have, then educate your fellow patriots.
There will be plenty of body bags needed and either way you look at it, the new citizen force the government wants to put to work will most likely be the scum that gets to clean up the stench.

they are not going to take our guns and neither are you. In fact if you actually understood what the second amendment says (” A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.”) you would know that what you are proposing is the very reason to keep and bear arms. so it sounds like you are actually the one living in the wrong country not the 100 plus million gun owners.

Actually, the Supreme Court made a decision basically stating that the only gun protected by the 2nd ammendment ARE MILITARY GRADE!! The logic is that the milita is supposed to be armed with the same weaponry as a standard light infantry soldier. I don’t have time to look up citations. Look it up yourself.

I am not going to do anything by myself…. It will be the majority of Americans to make that decision and enforce it…. The American industrial complex is being annialated by internationalization… or as it is called now NAFTA… without the ability for our government to raise import taxes to help domestic producers, countries like china and india will be able to beat our prices… so one tiny little sector like gun production or even automotive production is essential to a doomed complex like the America industrial complex… I do have the answer for this though.. teach 4 years of investing and small business operations in high schools… this will teach inner city and rural citizens how to make money without having to need a job… it would in large make America owners of the world through stock and business ownership and we could as a people funneling money out of foreign markets to spend in our own communities… like the Japs and Europeans have done to us for 100’s of years..

The black market for weapons will always be different than the black market for drugs and alcohol… Drugs and alcohol get consumed while a gun will be carried around being not disappearing… so if you are a illegal gun dealer and the government is spending large sums to fight that… a gun you sold 5 years ago could come back and snitch you out whereas drugs and alcohol are gone in a matter of hours. You know, I see so many people overseas having riots and uprisings and fighting their government. Why are american so scared of the government we can’t have an uprising of our own? People…relax…have any of you read the language in the resolutions concerning the ninth and tenth amendments that 30 states have put together concerning states’ rights? New Hampshire’s is by far the strongest, but even my liberal state of Minnesota has passed a similar resolution. They’re all telling the federal government to screw themselves. The resolutions deal with gun control, state of emergency declarations, posse commitatus, spending of money, etc. The language is very clear in all of these resolutions. State governments are listening to their constituents…all of that aside…I’m not giving my gun to anyone – I just bought it and I really like having it nearby….where I live, you can buy an AR-15 as easily as you can buy a squirrel gun, and my state government will not bow down to the power mongers…ain’t gonna happen, folks…too many of us and not enough of them.

A defense lawyer told my court lawyer friend that when he defends criminals, he is really defending every single American citizen from a tyrannis government. He said if that criminal does not get his due process in the court of law, then who’s to say the average American would. That’s how this guy felt every time he defended a crook.
So it should be with our guns. It’s more than a right…it’s our duty to serve every free American and refuse to give up our guns. If they come for them then we need to give them the gun bullet first. Anyone with registered firearms would be wise to fill out “No Longer in Possession” paperwork. (Write down Aunt Mabel as the “transferred to” owner at 11 Hope Street, Upyours, OR.) Paper trail should certainly be pointing to an address other than where you store your arms. Otherwise, DHS knowing you are armed, can easily direct agents to walk up to you (at their convenience) and take you into custody for failure to turn in your weapon/s. Unfortunately, since Alex/Jason/Chuck/Ron/WeAreChange never post addresses and schedules of key members of the Illuminati, criminals carry on with nary a worry for their personal safety. For example, I know Obama is visiting SoCal next Wednesday..but which hotel..what route? If such information were widely distributed, I’d bet a years pay that chances are very good that someone or somebodies are fed up enough at this point to engage the enemy. Self-sufficiency is freedom.
I have already taken all my funds in cash and only add enough to checking account to pay bills.
Using cash has another positive effect in that it causes you to spend less because you evaluate before a purchase.
After these steps we need a new currency that is the property of the citizens.
A new financial system that is basically a public utility that exists to facilitate economic activity rather than extract real value from the productive economy.
This is all common sense and simple.

I don’t know how i found myself at this article, in this forum, reading so much anger and hate, aggression. I would like to understand a little better why that is. Is there anyone out there, either pro or anti, that can help me to understand what the fear is, either way, of having or not having guns? What is the perceived scenario, if we got rid of assault weapons — that terrorists will come her and hide behind your door waiting for you to leave, so they can shoot everyone? Or if we keep all our guns for protection, that we will be able to defend ourselves from some impending culture war?
I’m not trying to sound rude or facetious or smarmy or s---ty. Just askin’.
I have republican neighbors who have about maybe 50 guns in their house. I have democrat neighbors on the other side who have about 30 guns. I have across the street republican neighbors who hate guns. I have other republican friends who are big pot smokers, also big hunters, many guns, cross bows, etc. They eat what they kill. They are very conservative, pot-smoking gun-toting respectable people. I also have democrat friends who are so to the left that they hope that we could all somehow stop being angry and finger-pointy and not get rido f the guns, but just put them away and figure out how to all get along despite the differences of opinion.
I have no guns, my family are all Chicago cops, they love guns, i see a real purpose for having guns, but, again, do not own one.
I am just wondering, though, why some people get so lathered up about an argument (getting rid of guns or banning guns or whatever it seems to be that day) because it will never come to pass ni this country. If i did have a gun, i wouldn’t get rid of it either way. I have no solution for the gun issue (i really don’t think there IS an issue, except that which is made up to continue some fake argument that we’ll be required to give them up, which, again, will never happen). So why all the anger, rom both anti and pro stances? Can someone explain?

holy crap….. I just opened google videos homepage to search something and guess what I saw …… under hot videos, the main video, was the OBAMA Deception…with 1750 ratings, 5 stars of course…….. its the mian video on the home page of google video!!! thats crazy….. congradulations mr jones…. job well done. This makes me very happy. I liked the film, the tones a little weird at first, Alex…but tolerable. It is time to end this. The government called libertarians traitors citing anybody who carries a pocket constitution, flies a Union Jack “Don’t Tread on Me” Flag. Sticking with the issue at hand, The 2nd amendment, I do own quite a few guns and I see no issue with law abiding people (citizen is a word used in martial law time) owning any weapon. A million man domestic spy force? ok, let’s have volunteers from the NRA be able to audit the Pentagon. Let’s disclose ALL classified documents-if this government believes in the people of this country so much to protect it then I would love to see ALL the classified doc.’s #1 Now that all the secrets are revealed then we can go from there.

Mods, please investigate the Blair Holt Bill HR 45 that was snuck into one of the stimulus bills! This is so wrong and NEEDS to be talked about! To find out about this – go to any government website and type in HR 45 or Google HR 45 Blair Holt Firearm Licensing & Record of Sales Act of 2009. You will get all the information.
Basically this would make it illegal to own a firearm – any rifle with a clip or ANY pistol unless:
.It is registered
.You are fingerprinted
.You supply a current Driver’s License
.You supply your Social Security #
.You will submit to a physical & mental evaluation at any time of their choosing
.Each update – change or ownership through private or public sale must be reported and costs $25 – Failure to do so you automatically lose the right to own a firearm and are subject up to a year in jail.
.There is a child provision clause on page 16 section 305 stating a child-access provision. Gun must be locked and inaccessible to any child under 18.
They would have the right to come and inspect that you are storing your gun safely away from accessibility to children and fine is punishable for up to 5 yrs. in prison.

The solution is simple : If gun confiscation becomes VERY dangerous for the confiscators, nobody will want the job. I will not give up my guns no matter what.
I am in Law Enforcement, and more than 50% of my coworkers tell me that they would never confiscate guns, even if it were a federal law.
It’s funny how the federal government thinks they have so many military personnel and police agencies willing to do their bidding. They will get a rude awakening when half of their people join in with the free and rebel against the system.

Gun confiscations are and would be outright Unconstitutional! What goes against the Constitution goes against the grain of America and the supreme law of the Republic. So the proper reaction would be, defend ourselves from the criminal’s attacks with all nessesary force. Remember Brothers, if a law contradicts the Constitution that law is null and void. Therefore anybody forcefully entering your home or car to unlawfully part you from your safety and property is nothing but a comon criminal who must be stoped at all cost.

If you melted down every gun in the world, someone would simply build one. When a technology is created (particularly when our capacity to document history is quite advanced) its existence is perpetuated by those that desire it. You may be able to convince a moral person to dispose of his weapons, but not a criminal (thereby endangering the law-abiding).
Evil (which I will define simply as the inevitable friction spawned in a society of “haves” and “have nots”) will always acquire the tools and resources to achieve its selfish ends, and the reason is simple: Evil people are willing to suspend or discard their “morality” to succeed; they will go where others dare not and procure what the lawful cannot.
It’s like living without purpose, without consistency. Selfish interest cannot provide consistency (it modifies to immediate desires, not total purpose or true needs). Only “self-lessness” (service) can provide that; a reason many serve their children, family, community or even “God”. The one thing both pacifists and warriors alike have demonstrated throughout history is the gratifying and life-changing aspect that animals (not just humans) possess – it’s called RESOLVE.
Do you know why an animal marks its territory? It is not to display ownership (they have no care or concept of property). They do it, metaphorically speaking, to “draw a line”. They make a place in the world where they feel comfortable. So if attacked, they run there. But if attacked THERE, running is not an option; “if all the danger in the world should encompass me, this is where I die!” This is what it means to have resolve. The pacifist endures the oppression to its end; the warrior fights until every drop of blood is spilled.
Until we stop glorifying greed and selfish desires, and start proving (by example) what it means to serve humanity, how ever you choose (community, military, church, etc.), the “evil” will remain a step ahead by making you believe that you would do the same in their shoes (selfish gain). As T.J. said, “the price of freedom is eternal vigilance.” Gun, knife, bare hands or no fight at all; find a purpose, serve the purpose, and accept that you will die on the line you’ve drawn in the sand. Help this thing we call life to perpetuate; there may be nothing after.

There will be a war in this country soon, a lot of people will die horrible deaths. We have a gov that will make us slaves or kill us and sell what remains to the kings of europe, I find a lot of you dont have any idea of what you are facing, makes me sad, if you dont fight with every available weapon you can get you will be snuffed out of existance like you never was.
Try to imagine what it would be like to be on your knees in a road side ditch with a gun barrel at the back of your neck and feel the kick and then the darkness.
And none of them give a second thought about it, and your history and you life is gone.
You think about all the little kids that have died around this world for a couple of centurys because of these evil kings and their gluttery.
If you dont fight, you will die, You must pull the trigger and blow the enemy apart and you must keep doing it over and over and over…. or you will die.
This wont be a game on the screen or some bulls---, this will be hell on earth, you will get blood on your shoes. If your fit, you will survive.
And so, when you are old and tired and your grand kids are around you, you can think about what you fought for and about the ideals the founding fathers took a chance for.
Then and only then will you understand.

Whew!! The nutbags come out of the cracks on this one!! Fact is there is not one good reason a citizen has a legitimate need to own automatic assault weapons. I say this as a gun owner, but if you can’t protect yourself or go hunting with handguns, rifles or shotguns, then spend more time at the range and become a better shot. But no one has a need to own automatic armor piercing assault rifles, period!!
