Obama’s H1N1 Emergency Declaration: Is Martial Law Unfolding?

Obama has declared a 2009 H1N1 swine flu a national emergency. It is not clear if this declaration falls under the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1601–1651). The act is not mentioned in media reports.
The National Emergencies Act was passed in 1976. It has been extended six times. In 2007, the declaration was strengthened with the issuance of National Security Presidential Directive 51 (NSPD-51) which gave the president the authority to do whatever he deems necessary in a vaguely defined “catastrophic emergency” including everything from canceling elections to suspending the Constitution.
NSPD-51 (National Security and Homeland Security Presidential Directive) is unconstitutional. It was created on May 4, 2007, as a “presidential directive” (bypassing Congress) and signed by George W. Bush. It claims the power to execute procedures for continuity of the federal government in the event of a “catastrophic emergency.” Such an emergency is construed as “any incident, regardless of location, that results in extraordinary levels of mass casualties, damage, or disruption severely affecting the U.S. population, infrastructure, environment, economy, or government functions.”
In other words, it is a martial law directive. On May 10, 2007, The Washington Post characterized NSPD-51 is a “shadow government” directive.
The John Warner National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2007 states that the military may be used during a “national emergency.” Sec 1076 is extremely explicit, notes Michel Chossudovsky, and “virtually creates a Pinochet style environment for the mass arrest of political dissidents without trial, the storming of public rallies, etc.”
NDAA specifically mentions “epidemic” as an excuse to declare martial law.

In 2005, a month after Hurricane Rita, a so-called bird flu “crisis” was hyped by the government and the corporate media. “I am concerned about avian flu. I’m concerned about what an avian flu outbreak could mean for the United States and the world… I have thought through the scenarios of what an avian flu outbreak could mean,” Bush declared at the time. “One option is the use of a military that’s able to plan and move. So that’s why I put it on the table. I think it’s an important debate for Congress to have” (emphasis added).
Bush’s directive, signed two years later, did not bother to involve Congress in the “debate.”
Obama’s declaration of a national emergency sets the stage for forced vaccination and internment of people who refuse to be vaccinated.
In January, the National Emergency Centers Establishment Act (HR 645) was introduced in Congress. It calls for the establishment of six national emergency centers in major regions in the US to be located on existing military installations to be used to quarantine people in the case of a public health emergency or forced vaccination program. HR 645 remains in committee.
The H1N1 “crisis” is a manufactured crisis. As noted earlier today, a CBS investigative report reveals that H1N1 flu cases are not as prevalent as we are told by the government, the CDC, WHO, and the corporate media. The so-called epidemic is bogus.
Millions of people are refusing to take the H1N1 vaccine. In the weeks ahead — if Obama’s emergency declaration falls under the above directives — we may witness a move toward martial law, forced vaccination, and internment of those who refuse.
At best, Obama’s declaration is a flimsy attempt to scare people into taking the toxic soft kill vaccination. Let’s hope this is the case.

That Beck is a distraction. Am visiting relatives for a few days and FOX is usually on. I dislike this for 2 reasons. One, I very rarely watch any TV and two….is becasue its Fox / Mainstream and Beck.

So much of the country was ( and is still ) suffering in many ways and many began realizing that those 8 years smelt like a rotten fish. Doesn’t it seem like the Obama moneymen from here and abroad, used all that energy to then mold a candidate claimin he will make a 180 “change” from the last 8 years.
Obama ran on un-doing things that the so-called W administration did and since he has not really done any of those things and in fact has lied more and evencovered for the W administration…..that to me is simply using all the national anti-W energy.
Fox was viewed generally as the Neo-Con support channel. So, it seems to me that Fox could be being used as a prop to again make it appear as if Obooma and W are completely 180 degrees from one another….just like the fake Oboome campaign where he said that he was basically anti-W policies.
By the way….my better-half’s mother’s place of employment has 4 other female workers. That circle of women ( including my gf’s mother ) knows of 3 kids that had a flu virus and all are ok. Also, my gf’s daughter’s best frien had a flu virus and each one of her family members got it too. Apparently it was passed on from one family member to the other but the thing is, out of 3 kids and the 2 parents…all are fine and alive.
However, my gf’s daughter takes violin & piano lessons one evening each week. The music instructor told my gf that she has a friend that knows another who took their 11 year old son for the shot and he now is paralyzed from the waist down. I got word of this 2 weeks ago and at the last visit I asked my gf to see how the kid was doing. At that time she said she hadnt heard any more info on his status.
All this took place in the Allen / Plano / Dallas areas.

Talked to my friend who is an er nurse she told me the swine flu is no worse than the seasonal flu mild at best and that the media is blowing it out of proportion, she said if you get swine flu get some oinkment for it lol seriously she said not to worry.

Regarding the flu shot…I’ve heard horror stories in the news but don’t know of anyone involved in those myself. This latest decision to declare a National Emergency in response to the H1N1 is a big red flag probably brought on by the growth of Oath Keepers, “Fall of the Republic” and to motivate the masses to GET THEIR SHOTS! through fear-mongering.
I’ve mentioned this before but this Halloween, dress up in something respectable (1776) or dress up with an Obama mask and suit and hand out Alex Jones’ dvd’s with candy and a card with informative links for newbies to search for information on the net. Be polite, don’t scare anyone and represent this movement with class and the legitimacy it deserves.

Seriously, right back at the beginning of this swine flu scare, when it was tiny, and nobody had heard about it. Alex clearly stated that to “watch out, this is either a false flag or the beginning of martial law.” I remember the article.
At the time I was skeptical, but sadly he has been proved 110% correct.
I couldn’t believe it. I mentioned it to my GF at the time. Yesterday she had to admit it was right, and couldn’t believe it either.
We all hoped this was all mad conspiracy, that Obama was genuine, but every promise he went back on, and every act he has taken since, and in the execution of this flu pandemic hype is the very proof of all this “mad conspiracy”.

Celente to ask him why Obama hasn’t been prosecuted for violating his oath of office and especially his recent squat on the Security Council – openly violating the U.S. Constitution. I can’t recall what it was, now. The thing is, it’s not on their site now. I have always took Alex @ face value & still would like to. One thing that has always bothered me is an old short-wave broadcast, Jackie Petrew’s ” Sweet Liberty” show. Alan Watt was a regular guest (pre friendship with Alex Jones). Petrew said (re Alex Jones) “The elites have told us that WE WILL GIVE THEM THEIR HEROES. Alan Watt, in agreement. The version I just had lacked body aches and really was no big thing. My friend and her daughter just brought it back from a trip to Mexico, and have body aches and fever; it seems to be winding down after 5 days. So, where’s the emergency?

My girlfriends hair deressor, pregnant with twins at a checkup @ doctor was pressured into taking regular flu shot on Friday . The twins were healthy fine great. She said ill think about it, then nurse came in minutes later with the shot. She had never took the flu shot before ,but her husband said it should be fine. She had pain/cramps all weekend, then saw the doctor on monday, did an ultrasound and was told she miscaried one of the twins. North Carolina

Remember the drilling of the national guard in Maine, when the report was that the citizens where going to rebel and attack flu shot distribution points because people would be frenzied to get it?
Remember when the H1N1 flu shot was being developed the media was reporting there where about 300 mil doses for the U.S. ? Now they are short ?
I’m still going to resist the shot, but it makes you wonder was this a two hand play ? Maybe the government planned to play it off either way, if we didn’t fight and lined up for the shot they would have gave us the death shot, now that we are revolting and resisting…perhaps the shot is the real thing now, and could save your life. I’ll take my chances by being careful and healthy.
I say this because its funny how two months ago they where saying there was enough to cover the country, now theres only 1/3 .

You are not the only one who heard them say it, they want to deliver a virus, not a vaccine.
I remember the scenario from Oklahoma, armed gangs attacking the National Guard for vaccine.
They have changed the story on the vaccines over and over again. The last version was Obama donated a bunch to the Third World or something idiotic.
Now you are onto something with the double play. They’re setting up multiple public perceptions that are mutually exclusive, so that one “insider” group knows the virus is really really bad news, and another knows it’s all hype. This is divide and conquer to a sublime degree. EMS, hospital staffs, intelligence groups, different populations are all getting tailor-made versions of the truth. If you study the Holocaust, the Nazis constantly played these kinds of life-and-death games with the Jews. The point was to instill and foster the illusion that individual survival was possible, despite the fact everyone in the immediate vicinity was dropping like flies. Plausible self-delusion is a possible term for it. The only winning move is not to play the game at all.
If you read the WHO webpage on vaccine production, they are using seasonal flu, swine flu and bird flu in a cocktail with squalene to immunize against a known laboratory flu strain, patented prior to the outbreak. Their story kept changing so much they invented a new vocabulary at WHO Geneva in order to mask what they are doing. This is a temporary, stop-gap measure at best, so perhaps they believe the majority of people with knowledge of biology will die off before they figure out the new terminology. The swine flu was patented as an invention over a year ago.

DaveMc – while they say that the virus is growing more slowly that they anticipated, I noticed that Sanofi-Pasteur said they would have 1/2 millions doses ready to go mid-October. They also said they would publish the actual ingredients of the vaccine in September.
No publication of the exact components (the exact virus, etc) AND suddenly, alot fewer doses distributed….seems like there was a CHANGE OF PLAN at the last minute……
Could it be that they anticipated more ppl getting the virus from their shots and the “pandemic” taking off faster? OR, could it be that the virus itself did not become as deadly as they hoped? OR, could it be that there was just too much publicity…..?
EVEN SO, OBAMA’S manufacture of a “NATIONAL EMERGENCY” goes forward…..Looks like they’re planning to create one by some other mechanism…..

Jesse needs to listen more carefully. The docs are telling people – like my sister-in-law who’s a teacher — that their kids PROBABLY have H1N1 but they are NOT testing them. So nobody really knows, and there are at least three different viruses floating around right now (I have three kids and we’ve had all of them in that last 6 months).

There is no “shortage” of the vaccine. The amount of vaccine they can cook up is an arbitrary number, so what are the odds that they can only create enough to vaccinate 75% of the people? It’s a number that was chosen for its effect. If they tell the public that some of them won’t be able to get the shot, the psychological reaction will be “well I’m going to rush and get it before they run out.”
Everybody will be able to get their shot before this is through.
They play people based on their psychological reaction… they have studied how the masses respond.

I know someone who got a flu shot on a Friday, was a perfectly healthy child care provider; then was hospitalized with fullblown H1N1 confirmed on the following day. This is from the flu shot. She hopefully will recover without a lasting health problem. This is serious. Dont take their shots, they obviously have live H1N1 in them. This happened in Topeka KS about a week ago.

Good news and bad news. The good news is that this means their initial plans of voluntary eugenics is not working. The bad news is that everything we’ve heard, read, researched about may become a reality. The first thing I thought was wow, they are really getting desperate. First they threw a curve ball with the live nasal spray because most people dislike needles, then they created artificial scarcity with the vaccinations to create the illusion of demand for the shot. Now they’re using the lack of vaccinations as a means for a “pre-emptive” national emergency. This would almost be comical if it didn’t involve innocent people being used as lab rats.

That’s dumb, why call state of emergency and then have a real emergency where you can call state of emergency. It really makes no sense unless they really need to shorten the response.In other words, if there will be a real emergency, for which you could declare a state of emergency, why would you declare it beforehand for a “non-event”. A couple things come to mind….forced vaccinations used as a pretext to round up those that oppose. What better way to round up patriots who have committed no crime, then to create a new crime (refusing the vaccine). I think this makes the most sense. They know it’s mostly patriots and conspiracy cooks that will refuse the vaccine and this is a great way to detain them….Yes, this makes more and more sense.
