Obama’s Plan To “Geo-Engineer” The Planet Mirrors CFR Policy Documents

The Obama administration’s announcement that it is to consider radical planetary “geo-engineering”, such as “shooting pollution particles into the upper atmosphere to reflect the sun’s rays”, exactly mirrors recent publications penned by the elite Council On Foreign Relations.
Yesterday the Associated Press reported that the Obama administration has held discussions regarding the possibility of “geo-engineering” the earth’s climate to counter global warming.
The AP report states that Obama’s science advisor John Holdren is pushing for radical terra forming programs to be explored such as creating an “artificial volcano”. Despite Holdren’s admission that such measures could have “grave side effects,” he added that, “we might get desperate enough to want to use it.”
Such ideas exactly mirror those put forth by the CFR in previous years.
In briefing notes (PDF) published in May 2008 from the CFR’s Geoengineering: Workshop on Unilateral Planetary Scale Geoengineering, the elite internationalist group lays out the exact same radical ideas now being touted by the Obama administration.

Geoengineering Strategies
Among all geoengineering schemes, those currently considered most feasible involve increasing the planetary albedo, that is, reflecting more sunlight back into space before it can be absorbed. There are a number of different methods that could be used to increase the planet’s reflectivity:
1. Add more small reflecting particles in the upper part of the atmosphere (the stratosphere which is located between 15 and 50 kilometers above the Earth’s surface).
2. Add more clouds in the lower part of the atmosphere (the troposphere)
3. Place various kinds of reflecting objects in space either near the earth or at a stable location between the earth and the sun.
4. Change large portions of the planet’s land cover from things that are dark (absorbing) such as trees to things that are light (reflecting) such as open snowcover or grasses.

Stratospheric Aerosols that might be engineered to migrate to particular regions (e.g. over the arctic) or to rise above the stratospher (so as not to interfere in stratospheric chemistry).
Adding more of the right kind of fine particles to the stratosphere can increase the amount of sunlight that is reflected back into space.
Applied to geoengineering, various technologies could be used to loft particles into the stratosphere, such as naval guns, rockets, hot air balloons or blimps, or a fleet of highflying aircraft. Potential types of particles for injection include sulfur dioxide, aluminum oxide dust or even designer self-levitating aerosols.

The CFR’s geo-engineering research program is directed by David G. Victor a Professor at Stanford Law School and an Adjunct Senior Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations. Also involved are M. Granger Morgan, head of Carnegie Mellon University’s Department of Engineering, Jay Apt, Professor of Engineering and Public Policy at Carnegie Mellon University, and John Steinbruner, Professor of Public Policy and Director of the Center for International and Security Studies at the University of Maryland.
In an article entitled The Geoengineering Option: A Last Resort Against Global Warming? published in this month’s Foreign Affairs, the CFR’s monthly magazine, the directors once again lay out their ideas for planetary terraforming, calling for a worldwide 60-80 percent cut in carbon emissions.
Obama’s push toward a so called “cap and trade” carbon taxation program is also a direct descendant of Victor et al’s CFR policy formation.
A CFR geo-engineering meeting summary document from 1999 (PDF pages 12,13,14) also categorically states that the ultimate goal under “A technology strategy for global warming” is the implementation of a global Carbon Tax.
The memo also pedantically explains how the perceived fear of global warming can be used to sell to Americans what is essentially a tax on air:
“While taxing tea pales in comparison to taxing air as a perceived government affront, the clear benefits of a taxation policy to combat global warming might convince even the descendents of our tax-resistant Founding Fathers.”
The tentative announcement by the Obama administration of the existence of geoengineering research programs is a first step toward introducing the idea to the wider public.
However, as we highlighted in our master article yesterday, geo-engineering is undoubtedly already being conducted by government-affiliated universities, government agencies, and on a mass scale through chemtrail spraying.
Such programs merely scratch the surface of what is likely to be a gargantuan and overarching black-budget funded project to terraform the planet, with little or no care for the unknown environmental consequences this could engender.

All this spraying of reflective material in the atmosphere has noting to do with, “climate change”.
The powers that be know that the sun is due to go supernova by the end of 2012!
Mercury and venus will be swallowed up leaving the earth dangerously close to the sun.

How does one tell the difference between a contrail and a so called chemtrail?
Some say contrails dissolve rapidly after formation. I can’t see why they should really?
I mean, it is really cold up there at 30,000 feet. Next time you travel in a passenger plane, take a look at the in-cabin display on the current temperature reading. We are talking about temperatures that can be minus 50 degrees Celsius (-58degree Fahrenheit) folks.
That is well and truly cold enough to freeze the water vapour that is formed at the point where the hot exhaust flame meets the cold air. These frozen water vapour particles (ice crystals) stay frozen, because it is -50 degrees Celsius, and then form a long trail across the sky as long as the plane exhaust continues.
If there are strong winds up there at the altitude of formation, such as the jet stream, then these subzero winds have the potential to spread these ice crystals, right across the sky forming artificial cirrus clouds.
How can one honestly tell the difference, short of taking a plane, with some sort of atmospheric / chemical testing equipment, right up into the actual trail itself?
How can anyone dogmatically state that a trail that does not dissolve rapidly, must be a chemtrail?

Question: awhile back, I remember reading an article about the use of barium being used in chemtrails to help the military “map” the contours of the earth for 3-D simulations. Mar 25, 2009 (CIDRAP News) – A program to help the nation’s largest metropolitan area deliver medications after a public health emergency such as an aerosol anthrax attack has improved their readiness levels, according to initial findings released yesterday by the Rand Corp.
The Cities Readiness Initiative (CRI), administered by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), was launched in 2004 to help cities distribute antibiotics and other medications to 100% of the local population within 48 hours of a bioterror attack or other widespread infectious disease outbreak. I live in LA and I’ve been unemployed for a few months, its sucks being out of work, but it’s given me a lot of time to spend in physical activities outdoors. The weird thing is that I’ve been getting lots of nosebleeds, almost on a daily basis now. This past week however, I’ve been inside all week long, and guess what, nosebleeds are gone. Makes me wonder if there’s any relation to the chemtrails. I wonder if anyone else has had any experiences like this. I feel like I should wear a gas mask when I’m outdoors from now on.

Same thing here in Central Illinois, the past year I have gotten 2-3 nosebleeds per day that seem to come after spending a significant amount of time outdoors. And almost everyone of my patients children have serious asthma. Doesn’t make sense.

Well not only that, perhaps giant agribusiness is preparing climate/environmentally controlled enclosed facilities only a billion dollar corporation could build … in Thailand they are trying to ban chicken and prawn farms that aren’t enclosed and completely climate controlled indoors. Of course only multinational agribusiness can set something like that up so it equals total control of the chicken and prawn industry. Unfortunately for them people can still/and do/ grow their own food at home, but not if the sun’s blocked out. Also, biofuels and solar will be totally useless if the sun is blocked out – but hydrocarbons which are already fully monopolized will still be in business. Perhaps the Russians are right, and hydrocarbons are a product of a continuous geological process and not “fossil fuels.” Would make sense especially when you consider hydrocarbons are turning up on the moons of Jupiter and Saturn.

i live in new jersey and they have been chemtrail spraying heavely for the past 2 months everyday.. what i dont get is why are they spraying when its raining .. one day last week i was outside and it was raining and i seen a small patch of open sky and all i seen was about 6 chemtrails over the rain clouds.. i find that odd that they are spraying when its raining becouse the natural rain clouds should be enough to stop the warming of the day.. i personally think chemtrails are to blame for the meds and chemicals found in our drinking water and i also think cancer and other diseases could be linked to these chemtrails.. the government must be stoped!!!! I even tryed callin EPA and the white house about government jets spraying chemtrails and all they do is ither say we have no idea what your talking about , or they hang up and sometimes they even laugh about it…

You hit the nail on the head. I grew up in the 60’s and the skies used to be so blue and clear and clouds were very well defined, clear and clean looking. We discussed contrails in science class. I know that frozen water particles dissipate within minutes. These chemical clouds linger indefinately. Also many of these planes are not at high enough altitudes to leave real contrails. If you don’t remember the way it used to look then you won’t believe it when someone points it out to you. Americans just don’t want to know the truth. It’s too disturbing and ruins their fun.

I for one, don’t think its anything to do with Geo-Engineering. However, I do believe its a mass extermination program, designed to slowly kill off the vast population of countries through cancers and other types medical conditions.
I have made regular observations of these white streams from military aeroplanes. These planes, criss cross our skies and must not be mistaken for normal con trails, which disappear after a short length of time.
What has recently gave great concern to the health of our citizens is that;
Living in the Aintree area of Liverpool, I had noticed that these chem trails stopped during Thursday to Saturday at the grand national meeting. I wondered why they had stopped, and came to the only conclusion “Some of the rich, famous and royal members would be attending the event. I spoke to my wife on the matter and said “If these chem trails reappear over the sky’s Sunday 5th April after the grand national event, their would be cause for concern” AND BELIEVE ME, I AND EVERYONE ELSE IN THIS LAND SHOULD BE. There has been some documentation about these chem trails being a type of weather experiment, but after what I have observed lately, proves that to be a red herring.

The chemical additives can be added at many locations from the refinery and downstream. As was observed by a couple of earlier posters on the previous thread to this topic (which now appears to have been deleted. Hmmmm…) there is a patent and apparently some barrels of chemicals which trace to Raytheon. This makes sense as Raytheon has been a major manufacturer of vacumn tubes and Barium is a standard component used in manufacturing vacumn tubes.

i live in new jersey and they have been chemtrail spraying heavely for the past 2 months everyday.. what i dont get is why are they spraying when its raining .. one day last week i was outside and it was raining and i seen a small patch of open sky and all i seen was about 6 chemtrails over the rain clouds.. i find that odd that they are spraying when its raining becouse the natural rain clouds should be enough to stop the warming of the day.. i personally think chemtrails are to blame for the meds and chemicals found in our drinking water and i also think cancer and other diseases could be linked to these chemtrails.. the government must be stoped!!!! How does one tell the difference between a contrail and a so called chemtrail?
Some say contrails dissolve rapidly after formation. I can’t see why they should really?
I mean, it is really cold up there at 30,000 feet. Next time you travel in a passenger plane, take a look at the in-cabin display on the current temperature reading. We are talking about temperatures that can be minus 50 degrees Celsius (-58degree Fahrenheit) folks.
That is well and truly cold enough to freeze the water vapour that is formed at the point where the hot exhaust flame meets the cold air. These frozen water vapour particles (ice crystals) stay frozen, because it is -50 degrees Celsius, and then form a long trail across the sky as long as the plane exhaust continues.
If there are strong winds up there at the altitude of formation, such as the jet stream, then these subzero winds have the potential to spread these ice crystals, right across the sky forming artificial cirrus clouds.
How can one honestly tell the difference, short of taking a plane, with some sort of atmospheric / chemical testing equipment, right up into the actual trail itself?
How can anyone dogmatically state that a trail that does NOT dissolve rapidly, must be a chemtrail?

Your question could be answered several different ways. This is what comes to mind
after watching this activity for more than a decade.
1. In the summer of 1996, I was at a gas station in Central Maine and spoke with a
man (getting gasoline at the next pump over) about the spraying of the sky right above
where we were standing. The sprayplane was coming out of the East and headed West.
The reason why I brought this to the man’s attention, was because there was another
plane off towards the North that had a regular “contrail” behind it that dissipated shortly
after being produced (as contrails usually do). I was able to contrast that plane with the one right above us, which was flying too low to produce a “contrail” and was releasing a dense aerosol spray from horizon to horizon. When I brought this to his attention (comparing the two planes), he agreed that it certainly looked odd to him as well; and that something was
being sprayed by the plane overhead. Both planes were flying at a similar altitude.

2. Then, there is the turning off and on of the spray that you really have to see for
yourself to fully appreciate. This happened one time while I was talking with some
folks in a Wal-mart parking lot. As I drew their attention to the aggressive spraying
of the sky above us: one of the planes suddenly stopped spraying, and there was
nothing behind the plane but blue sky. The people watching this were stunned as
each of us had just witnessed what clearly happened right above where we were
standing. Nobody thought it was a joke. And one man (holding a baby) said that
“we probably should leave the area, since we have no idea what they’re spraying.”
Photos were taken of the event. And the people were thankful (although rather
shocked by what they just witnessed) that I brought the activity overhead to their
attention. A scene I don’t think any of us will ever forget.

A key notable difference between a Chemtrail and Contrail is that the Chemtrail quickly disperses outward due to the fact they are highly ionic compounds.

It’s simple, Chemtrails are those that follow a grid pattern over significant geographic areas, and Contrails just happen all over the place, but never in a grid pattern….ever.

Direct evidence that CFR and other think tanks are controlling and setting U.S. policies.
Normally the government would have the idea and begin investigation into policies like this.
It would first be thrown at a panel of scientists and funded by the taxpayers.
But when private organizations not related to the U.S. government are paying for this stuff.
It becomes a conflict of interest, especially when the government takes their advice and implements it.
When a policy starts with a private institution first. It should be illegal and very obvious who is writing the policies for the government!!
You did NOT see the government trusting tobacco companies and going with their policies.
But today we see the corporations setting policy and implementing it to their favor without consulting the taxpayer who own the government.
This is an obvious case of the people following CFR, instead of the dog wagging the tail!!

Infowars has a legal obligation to delete posts that directly threaten violence to others. Though I have also had posts deleted which are not threatening but rather based upon a particular erroneous interpretation of religious dogma on the part of the censor. Alex gets loud and rants in his passion, and like all persons thrust into the spotlight, might appear a bit “full of himself” on occasions. But all in all he is doing good work to awaken the masses I applaud him for this. However, there might be a mole or two in his organization. But Alex is under enormous stress, and it is impossible for him to monitor everything in his organization, so the moles (if any) will eventually expose themselves.

In the summertime the Chemtrails as well as all vapor trails are less prevalent, but just because they are less visible does not mean they are not there. The signature of the chemtrails is their broad dispersion by the fact that they are ionic compounds.

I do come here to see some headlines that may not have been posted elsewhere. My definition of ‘alternative information’ is sources from overseas and not the BBC, New York Times, Associated Press, Reuters etc etc. Oddly enough, the comments sections in overseas forums are only censored as far as name calling goes.
