Office of National Drug Control Policy Wants Student Drug Test Data

The Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) proposes the collection of information concerning student drug testing. There was one request for the survey instrument from the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services, Bureau of Grants Management and Federal Affairs. ONDCP invites interested persons to submit comments to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) regarding any aspect of this proposed effort.
Title of Information Collection: Federal Safe and Drug Free Schools State formula grant (Title IV) resources supporting Student Drug Testing Programs in the Nation’s schools.
Frequency: Annually by fiscal year.
Affected Public: Instrumentalities of state, local, and tribal educational entities.
Estimated Burden: Minimal since State Education Agencies have pre-established reporting relationships with Local Education Agencies (LEAs). LEAs receiving funds under Title IV must report on the services and activities supported by these funds.

what do people think of this idea – what about a 9/11 strike? what if like 30 million or so of us just didn’t show up to work one of these days? the media couldn’t ignore that. they don’t have to show our rallies or sites, but no one can ignore MISSING WORKERS. everyone would notice that for some reason people were missing and not showing up to work. the day’s economy would be all messed up and it would have to make headlines. even if you don’t want to admit it, just say you’re sick, and secretly support the cause. just 30 million of us don’t show up to work, try to get everyone you can to not show up to work. then we could all go to our city halls, or police stations, or something. we will say we will not support a system which WILL NOT INVESTIGATE 9/11.
it’s easy and it’s something that CANNOT be ignored. it would make 9/11 truth mainstream, and once it goes mainstream, everyone would investigate. as soon as ppl investigate, the official story is TOAST!

if it’s anonymous data (didn’t mention whether it was or not??)
then its not soo bad..
could be justified as valid research into
drug abuse amongst teens.
but id still be uncomfortable taking a drug test period.

Even though I’m not a student, I would gladly submit a urine sample, as is my patriotic duty. All I require is that the Director of ONDCP and the Drug Czar kneel before me and close their eyes. They will be showered with raw data. I hope they’ve learned to detect the presence of illegal narcotics in urine using only their sense of taste and smell, otherwise, they’ll just make fools out of themselves.

DEAR NDCP, your agency has become a fraud chasing innocent stoners and trippers. Do I see you hyping how cocaine, or heroin are deadly epidemic, because they still are, in fact pot and LSD are the least of your worries, since you prevented people from getting it, they have turned to methamphetamines and worse concocted things.
