Osama bin Laden Murder Fable: A Work in Progress

Like the official story on the attacks of September 11, 2001, the story on the supposed murder of Osama bin Laden is a work in progress.

Obama’s cronies now say Osama was unarmed when he was cut down. Initially it was reported that the Evil One had fired an automatic weapon at attacking Navy Seals and so they had no choice but to double-tap him in the head. It was also said he had cowered behind the skirt of his wife and she was also killed. Both accounts turn out to be pure fantasy.

Carney backtracks — an hour of dissimulation and lies.

The corporate media characterizes the on-the-fly story modifications as an “embarrassing climb-down” for Obama. Jay Carney told the Mockingbird corporate media that the tall tales came from the chief US counter-terrorism adviser, John Brennan, who put out the pablum “with great haste.”

“We provided a great deal of information with great haste in order to inform you about the operation. Some of the information is being reviewed and updated,” said Carney. In short, the fairy tale is a work in progress.

Elements met with skepticism will be pulled and more plausible and easily digestible lies inserted as the story moves through an on-the-fly editorial process. Discarded parts will be shuffled off to the memory hole. In the near future, the discarded parts will be dismissed as cynical conspiracy theories even though they appear on the pages of the New York Times and the crown jewel of Operation Mockingbird, the Washington Post. Eventually these remnants will be scrubbed from corporate media databases like disfavored Soviet bureaucrats were airbrushed out of the official history books by Stalin and his cronies.

It is not the job of the corporate media to question or ask for verification. It is the job of the corporate media to act as a megaphone for official lies like it did when Bush’s Pentagon neocons absurdly insisted Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction. As a result of this fantastic and easily refutable lie, a million and a half people so far have died and millions more suffer daily from disease, malnutrition, poverty, and ongoing sectarian violence in Iraq.

But even the usually compliant corporate media is now asking to see the video footage of the raid in Abbottabad, Pakistan, and images of bin Laden’s body in order to still “conspiracy theories,” that is to say the incredulity of an increasing number of people who are sick and tired of government lies.

In response, Obama and his cronies hand picked by the globalists plan to treat the American people as children. The White House says that pictures of bin Laden’s body were too “gruesome” to be made public and would prove “inflammatory” for other Islamist groups, many of them intelligence agency knock-outs.

In the days ahead we can expect more monumental propaganda as experts dissect what we are told is the hard drive of Osama bin Laden’s computer. Data on the hard drive is described as a “the mother lode of intelligence.”

Instead, it will likely prove to be a mother lode of propaganda designed to keep the war on manufactured terror going forever.
