Our Republic May End With The Stroke of a Pen

Minnesotans For Global Warming

On July 4, 1776, with the stroke of a pen, our Republic was founded when the Declaration of Independence was signed. On December 7, 2009, with another stroke of the pen, our Republic might come to end.
Lord Christopher Monckton recently spoke at an event put on by the Minnesota Free Market Institute, he SHREDDED the whole “Global Warming” theory, he was great! But it was his closing statement that shocked me.
When I started Minnesotan’s For Global Warming, I knew the whole Global Warming theory was a joke. It was easy to make fun of the whole thing, especially with a cooling planet, and to portray Al Gore as a buffoon. Little did I realize that the “Global Warming” theory would be the excuse needed to set up a One World Communistic Government.
Monckton’s Closing Remarks
At the 2009 United Nations Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen, this December, weeks away, a treaty will be signed. Your president will sign it. Most of the third world countries will sign it, because they think they’re going to get money out of it. Most of the left-wing regime from the European Union will rubber stamp it. Virtually nobody won’t sign it.
I read that treaty. And what it says is this, that a world government is going to be created. The word “government” actually appears as the first of three purposes of the new entity. The second purpose is the transfer of wealth from the countries of the West to third world countries, in satisfaction of what is called, coyly, “climate debt” – because we’ve been burning CO2 and they haven’t. We’ve been screwing up the climate and they haven’t. And the third purpose of this new entity, this government, is enforcement.
How many of you think that the word “election” or “democracy” or “vote” or “ballot” occurs anywhere in the 200 pages of that treaty? Quite right, it doesn’t appear once. So, at last, the communists who piled out of the Berlin Wall and into the environmental movement, who took over Greenpeace so that my friends who funded it left within a year, because [the communists] captured it – Now the apotheosis as at hand. They are about to impose a communist world government on the world. You have a president who has very strong sympathies with that point of view. He’s going to sign it. He’ll sign anything. He’s a Nobel Peace Prize [winner]; of course he’ll sign it.
And the trouble is this; if that treaty is signed, if your Constitution says that it takes precedence over your Constitution (sic), and you can’t resign from that treaty unless you get agreement from all the other state parties – And because you’ll be the biggest paying country, they’re not going to let you out of it.
So, thank you, America. You were the beacon of freedom to the world. It is a privilege merely to stand on this soil of freedom while it is still free. But, in the next few weeks, unless you stop it, your president will sign your freedom, your democracy, and your humanity away forever. And neither you nor any subsequent government you may elect will have any power whatsoever to take it back. That is how serious it is. I’ve read the treaty. I’ve seen this stuff about [world] government and climate debt and enforcement. They are going to do this to you whether you like it or not.
But I think it is here, here in your great nation, which I so love and I so admire – it is here that perhaps, at this eleventh hour, at the fifty-ninth minute and fifty-ninth second, you will rise up and you will stop your president from signing that dreadful treaty, that purposeless treaty. For there is no problem with climate and, even if there were, an economic treaty does nothing to [help] it.
So I end by saying to you the words that Winston Churchill addressed to your president in the darkest hour before the dawn of freedom in the Second World War. He quoted from your great poet Longfellow:
Sail on, O Ship of State!
Sail on, O Union, strong and great!
Humanity with all its fears,
With all the hopes of future years,
Is hanging breathless on thy fate!
Here is the 3 points of the treaty that Mr. Monckton was speaking of:
38. The scheme for the new institutional arrangement under the Convention will be based on three basic pillars: government; facilitative mechanism; and financial mechanism, and the basic organization of which will include the following:
World Government (heading added)
(a) The government will be ruled by the COP with the support of a new subsidiary body on adaptation, and of an Executive Board responsible for the management of the new funds and the related facilitative processes and bodies. The current Convention secretariat will operate as such, as appropriate.
To Redistribute Wealth (heading added)
b) The Convention’s financial mechanism will include a multilateral climate change fund including five windows: (a) an Adaptation window, (b) a Compensation window, to address loss and damage from climate change impacts [read: the "climate debt" Monckton refers to], including insurance, rehabilitation and compensatory components, © a Technology window; (d) a Mitigation window; and (e) a REDD window, to support a multi-phases process for positive forest incentives relating to REDD actions.
With Enforcement Authority (heading added)
c) The Convention’s facilitative mechanism will include: (a) work programmes for adaptation and mitigation; (b) a long-term REDD process; © a short-term technology action plan; (d) an expert group on adaptation established by the subsidiary body on adaptation, and expert groups on mitigation, technologies and on monitoring, reporting and verification; and (e) an international registry for the monitoring, reporting and verification of compliance of emission reduction commitments, and the transfer of technical and financial resources from developed countries to developing countries. The secretariat will provide technical and administrative support, including a new centre for information exchange [read; enforcement].

One of the few that has been pushing not only “NO PUBLIC OPTION” in the health bill, but pushing for the big changes in Climate Change is Max Baucus. He doesn’t want anyone having any option, but to have a full bonified Government run health system. Which of course will take about 15 percent of each paycheck you make. So figure that out in your budget.
Global Carbon tax, its coming. They will find a way, either through taxing our gas more or through taxing our foods that are wrapped, like in England where they already are posing the Carbon Tax as a recycle tax on products that have wrappers or canned foods.

Only if you believe that the federal citizenship created by the 14th Amendment applies to YOU.
As for me, I inherited MY Citizenship from my ancestors, who already had theirs, and so had no use for 14th Amendment federal quasi-citizenship.
Ours is a system of “dual sovereignties”. So said the Supreme Court in the Printz case and ruling. The 14th Amendment only confers citizenship in one of those soveriegnties, to those who had no Citizenship in the other, as STATE Citizens.
The effect of the 14th Amendment was to ensure that FEDERAL citizens, would be treated as equally as possible to State Citizens, which, under the state and federal constitutions, they could never be.

Women got the vote for political purposes – more votes to be funneled to one party or the other – not because of any altruistic equal rights efforts. Don’t fool yourselves.
African-Americans (blacks) got voting rights because they are easily manipulated. Uneducated voters, which includes all races and creeds, not just blacks, and about 99% of voters including the white ones are why voting should not be allowed anymore.
When you vote for president, you are actually voting for president AND the 100’s of “appointed” non-elected cabinet and other positions.
And no, prejudice has no place here… if the black population is kept down and in the ghettos and segregated in schools, of course they are going to be less-educated, especially on the white man’s political issues. At the time of earning the right to vote, women were home-makers and mothers, and not interested in political stuff. So naturally, they were uneducated about politics, but through media and magazines were told how they should use their newly attained power… and did so. I’m sure it felt good.

Yes the Republic died decades ago. It’s end may have come when Woodrow Willson signed the Federal Reserve Act of 1913. Prior to that time the American Colonies fought a civil war to rid the Colonists of the big European banks. Not so slowly the banks began to regain control of the states until 1913 it was signed into law that the big privately owned banks like the Federal Reserve could once again officially control the USA. Now, of course, Israeli Zionists control the Federal Reserve along with the National Security Agency and Pentagon, and Justice Department. I won’t consider such a treaty valid, even if the Senate ratifies it. I don’t think the original intent of the Constitution (and that is all that matters) is for some mere treaty to be capable of ceding away our sovereignty and nullifying the Constitution. Anyone who signed onto such a Treaty would be guilty of Treason of the highest degree, and their act in signing it or voting for it would be null and void.

Gary, GWEN is called the Ground Wave Emergency Network when just use non penetrating long wave frequencies from 150 to 170 kHz. That network shut down in 1995, I once heard the signals back in 1992 the signals kept on interfering with LW European broadcasts on 153 and 162 kHz. Most LW DXer’s were very annoyed by those raspy signals. HARRP uses shortwave radio frequencies that monitoring the HF propagation and doing ionospheric heating experiments. This was eradicated and replaced by a new constitution in 1787 – one which guaranteed an ever-expanding central government. The Articles had made a central bank impossible, by mandating that each of the several states coin their own money. Look we all need to start rallying together. What I mean by that is forming local Militia groups and then making sure those Militia groups are connected. Everyone here needs to buy guns, whatever you can get. Then form a militia with your friends and family. We need to then start connecting those individual militias through the internet, through an existing group and website or form a new group and website that all of the militias can unite through. Once we do that we could have millions of people in a national militia, and the minute that the Gov. crosses an agreed upon line, such as strict national gun law, mandatory H1N1 inject whatever it may be that would make us hopeless if the Gov succeeded we fight! Alex would be a perfect person to start such a centralized place for Militias to get together.

So what the hell can we do about it? VOTE? It doesn’t matter who is running things. The US is the longest lived DEMOCRACY ever to exist. All good things must come to an end. It can’t go on forever. The wrath of the American people? The American people have been raising hell about the Wall Street bonuses for 6 months and what result do they get? Another round of bonuses! The people have no authority to fix any of these problems. Our elected officials couldn’t care less about what happens to this country,if they did there wouldn’t be so many problems. All that matters to them is how much money they can pocket for themselves and their families. The Gov’t has been out of control for over a century. It is no longer a Gov’t by and for the people but a Gov’t to the people. Do you have a job? Do you have a retirememt plan? with a built-in cost of living clause? Your congressmen do. Many people in this country are jobless or homeless or both. Many must decide between food or medicine. Gov’t big wigs live like royalty while waiting for the bell to ring for their next recess..Half of them have a criminal record. Our system is not set up to protect the little man. Maybe it’s time for a re- structure!

Can someone please tell me where and how I can get more involved? Protest schedules etc.. I have already set up a facebook group, burned some DVD’s for friends and working to meet members of the Republic. Any help?
