Panamax 2009: A U.S. Military Exercise to Train Soldiers to Impose Pandemic Martial Law

Editor’s note: Military exercise designed to train soldiers to “stop people from going to work and school,” according to the U.S. Navy.
Representatives from 10 U.S. government agencies are holding a two-day table-top exercise in cooperation with the government of Panama to assist in responding to any future influenza pandemic Sept. 16.
The agency representatives are in Panama in conjunction with Fuerzas Aliadas PANAMAX 2009, a 12-day military security training exercise involving 20 countries.
The representatives discussed how the United States and the Panamanian government can manage an influenza outbreak by utilizing their agencies’ assets to combat a pandemic.
“Our goal is to work as close as possible with the Panamanians in case there is a real threat, such as a pandemic influenza,” said U.S. Navy Capt. Miguel A. Cubano, a medical doctor and command surgeon for the U.S. Southern Command. “We want to help them set up a plan so a pandemic outbreak does not have a great impact on their economy, stop people from going to work and school and stop the operations of the Panama Canal.”
The agencies present included the Department of State, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Agriculture, Department of Commerce, Federal Aviation Administration, U.S. Agency for International Development, Department of Health and Human Services, U.S. Army, U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. Navy.

Influenza usually starts suddenly, with symptoms that include fever, headache, tiredness, coughing, sore throat, runny or stuffy nose, body aches, diarrhea and vomiting. Many different illnesses, including the common cold, can have similar symptoms, so diagnosis and communication are key to anticipating an unusually severe flu outbreak.
The U.S. Navy is working with the Panamanian government and other U.S. agencies to build a preventive plan to fight all diseases, not just the flu.
According to U.S. Coast Guard Cmdr. Joselito S. Ignacio, head of the Coast Guard’s Environment Health Division, Navy and Coast Guard vessels could play an important role in combating future epidemics.
“The Coast Guard will work diligently to provide maritime support in our role to help the people of Panama defeat a pandemic outbreak,” Ignacio said.
The pandemic exercise is not directly part of the FA PANAMAX 2009 maritime exercise, but is occurring concurrently.
FA PANAMAX 2009 is one of the largest multinational training exercises in the world, and is taking place in the waters off the coasts of Panama from Sept. 11-22 with the participation of civil and military forces.
More than 20 vessels and a dozen aircraft are involved in the exercises. Participants are focusing on a variety of responses to any request from the Government of Panama to protect and guarantee safe passage of traffic through the Panama Canal, ensure its neutrality, and respect national sovereignty. Simulated ground forces are also participating at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, Texas.

We’ve been warned in Ireland about the government trying to pull a “flu scare” on us if support for their globalist Lisbon 2 “treaty” (EU constitution) starts to fail. We vote again on October 2 and the media in Ireland is really pushing the damn treaty against the people’s will. Flu scares, fake terrorists, etc. Whatever works I guess.

Yes they are trained to kill that the point of using them. I have a relative that is an officer in the military and I asked him last month “would the military fire on US citizens”. He said absolutely. Mission first. They are trained that they are US Patriots and anyone and I mean anyone that is agaist the US is a target. Now we know why the government is calling us domestic terrorists. The military is trained to defend the nation of threats both foreign or domestic.
He also told me is would be very easy for the military to take over this country. Military personel are stationed at very strategic locations throughout the US. Occording to him if you inlcude the national guard the military has 1 million troops.
This also may very well be the reason Obama doesn’t want to send more troop to Afganistan. He needs them here to collect guns and take dissenters to concentration camps.

The Military is trained to kill, Trying to use them in a domestic capacity is akin to a surgeon trying to use a broadsword to perform a proceedure!
But contrary to what US patriot has said, I used to be an MP in the Army, and still have relatives and friends in the Military. The majority WILL NOT fire on US Citizens!! Some will, but most would consider the Order unlawful!

Yes that may be true for European Union country, Ireland being one of the only resisters. But Globaly, Be glad countries like Russia, Iran, Afgan, and China, which bring a balance of power to the world. Checks and balances if you will. If these countries didnt possess the power they did, we would already have a full scale NWO. ATM, its like the partially completed Death Star. After listening to Dr. Horowitz and reading his affidavit today, I fear that the Masters Of The Universe are going to go nuclear with their need to control us and keep us in fear now that we have more of the truth.
If anything, these vaccines will now be made fast-acting. In that, I mean that will make them to be more virulent to the host. I feel that many people will be made quite ill to the point of near death or dying thereby scaring more people into getting these shots. The media will report on these deaths, as orchestrated by those in ‘control’, blaming flu and scaring more to take the shots. More will die. Flu will still be blamed. Big Pharma and their minions will grow richer. A vicious circle will ensue. Martial law will be implemented. Society will then break down as those who know the truth fight against those that who think that flu is killing us when it’s the many shots.
From here on in, I’m not listening to any mainstream, corporate media. They will lie incessantly about flu and Dr. Horowitz to protect Murdoch and his buddies’ fortunes. Don’t listen to them. Resist and live another day.

The context that Infowars is implying is incorrect. The Navy is saying they want to stop the flu from stopping people from going to work. I’m just saying the meaning was slanted is all.
However, what is nefarious is how do they keep the flu from spreading. THAT’s the part that is scary.

Okay, not the headline, but the editor’s note.
Overall it is still an important piece of info that needed to be covered; and to be fair the radio show did not include this distortion.
