Paul, Baldwin, Barr Send Letter to Missouri Gov. in Response to MIAC Report

Last week on the Alex Jones Show, former presidential candidate and Baptist minister Chuck Baldwin said he would co-author with former presidential candidate and House member Ron Paul and former federal prosecutor, former member of the United States House of Representatives and presidential candidate Bob Barr a letter (see PDF) to the Governor of Missouri, Jeremiah Nixon, protesting the Missouri Information Analysis Center’s document designating Baldwin and his co-authors as terrorists.
Baldwin, Paul, and Barr “respectfully demand” the document in question “be immediately removed from any and all websites associated with or maintained by the state of Missouri or any agency thereof, including the MIAC.” In addition, they demand “said document no longer be circulated by the state of Missouri” and the state repudiate its references to Baldwin, Paul, and Barr.
The letter insists action be taken within three days of receipt.
On March 20, Prison Planet reported Missouri Governor Jay Nixon’s defense of the MIAC report. “Getting information, especially public information, out of our fusion center out to local law enforcement agencies is we do every day and we’re going to continue to do,” said Nixon. “Any way they take that information and can analyze what the threat levels are is important to make sure the public stays safe.” ConnectMidMissouri reported. In other words, Nixon will continue to permit MIAC to designate Baldwin, Paul, and Barr as terrorists.

After Alex Jones received the MIAC document and it was posted on his websites, the news story went viral and was covered by the Associated Press and other corporate media outlets (Alex Jones, Infowars, and Prison Planet did not receive attribution for breaking the story, however.)

if we the people would just reclaim our “sovereign citizenship” things of this nature could never happen, because as is stands as of right now if you have not reclaimed your “sovereign citizenship” you have no rights no declaration of independence rights, amendment rights, or any other right for that matter, THIS IS FACT that has been proven in the courts time after time,the only thing you have is 14th amendment privileges which can be given or taken at any time by the grantee.
see now i know that many of you think its just a null adhesion contract that was voided by the state or federal government abuse, but that is simply not the case, because as long as whatever is being done is being done to a people who have a “birth certificate” no matter what it is, they can do it with the backing of the courts because the grantees are sovereign people who are making things, and restricting things from a non- sovereign people, within a sovereign state, within a united corporation. and so, by reclaiming your sovereign citizenship, it restores all the rights that you where given at birthright by the state in which your born. the sovereign people would be able to make decision with the full backing of the declaration of independence, and the amended rights which where exchanged for “privileges” through adhesion contracts, please i challenge anyone who does not believe me or think im in left field about this to research, so you can see for yourself that what i speak of is FACT. please people it is the only other way then revolution to make the government get back into its proper smaller place working the the People!!!

First thoughts……Not sure if this is as effective as we would have wished. Seems like the overall principle that the gov is singleing out a popular constitutional political group of people now labeled as terrorists was LESS important than the three of them wanting their names to be removed or associated with the report. Could have been more geared to reaffirm our rights as American citizens writ large.

The king and his sujects are continuing to stick thier fingers in the cage of a ten thousand pound hungry lion. The American people are arming themseves with any and all gun/ ammunition they can get. The most probable scenerio is that they will instigate or acually do something and blame it on the lion (us) which will be their desired effect so as the can appear to control the situation. Too many people are awakening for them to succede. If I had a badge or uniform I would feel real nervous right now knowing that there are 10 million 30/06s pointed right at me. We just need to take them to D.C. and Wall St and flush the toilet. No Quarter, No Prisoners, politicians beurecrats ad bankers…no hand wringing just hard fast and over fina’ ,start anew with the social contract we have that they have broken.

Yes it is a scare tactic. But dont be scared people, because if you believe in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights you are safe because it is your right to think and state your opinions and to assemble. So tell them to go suck a fat one. Dont give up so easily, they have nothing. Don’t forget that most of them don’t believe in the constitution or go by it at all. So they think that they can do whatever they want. But they cannot as long as we the people dont let them. We are the only thing that stands in their way. We the people are in charge not them, All though they think they are in charge. They are not as long as we keep them in check, after all it is your duty as an American to keep the Government in check.

Has anyone proposed a DC lockout day? Perhaps 1-2 million of us decide to encircle the house/senate/supreme court/capital 5-6 people deep and lock out our government. Since our leaders don’t wants to listen to us – let’s not let them spend any more of our money. I think it would make a serious point. We could start local with our state legislatures – and lock them out. Any thoughts?

Once again Infowars, PP, Alex, Nimmo and the rest completely mischaracterize the MIAC report. In the last few stories on this report they simply tried to conflate the issue by suggesting that the report on its face states that Ron Paul, Chuck Baldwin, and Bob Barr SUPPORTERS are terrorists – which in fact, the report DEFINITELY does NOT state. Rather the report simply states that some militia members identify with a political party and this party is usually 3rd party and they may be supporters of Ron Paul, et al.
Infowars seemingly cant understand the difference here (or more likely they simply are misreporting as usual). The point is – the report does not state that all militia members are 3rd party supporters or that all militia members are terrorists, or that all 3rd party supporters are in militias or that all 3rd party supporters are terrorists. The report doesn’t even come close to saying any of that!!
BUT NOW…ohh geez. Now infowars is claiming that the report was identifying Paul, Baldwin, and Barr as terrorists themselves!!!! WOW!! Twice in this article they report that claim! I don’t mean to offend anyone, but REALLY?? Is there a total lack of reality with these authors and many of the viewers?? Please point out in the report where it claims as much. Thanx and no disrespect to anyone.

The report is completely out of line, and so what if the people educated on the Constitution are anti Fed, and anti Big Government in general? The report is telling law enforcement and others to be on the look out or be wary of ron paul bumper stickers. It’s idiotic.. And in case you didn’t know, the people are allowed to be armed. Being armed and being in a militia, depending on what your definition of a militia is, are two different things.

Anytime a specific group that is defined by it’s religion or political beliefs is demonized The group that performs the demonization has nefarious intentions. Look at history, there are plenty of cases and I don’t need to point them out. Demonization is the first step to justifing any action the larger group of cannibals wants to take.

From what I have read, you may be technically correct, they do not call these supporters “terrorists” word for word. However, if you show some ability to piece the information they are giving out, with the intent of the MIAC report, then you should be concerned.
Militias are a right of the people, according to our Constitution. Now, of course our Constitution has been dying a slow death, it is still the law of this country. With that being said, I voted for Ron Paul, and I am not in a militia. But, do you understand how linking these terms together (militia, terrorism, Ron Paul, Constitution, Libertarian, etc. etc.) that they are creating an atmosphere in which dissent is looked down upon by not only police, but by the “average” American citizen?
So, no, they do not actually call Paul, Barr, and Baldwin “terrorists”, but they go about as far as possible without doing so. In my opinion Rich, if you read with a critical eye, it should not be hard to notice the implication of police reports like this, and the direction that this is leading towards.

I am in a militia, a ron paul supporter, and I also don’t like the U.N. This document, after speaking to an officer who specifically handles these types of calls, said it is for the safety of the officers. The officers will be able to have more apprehension when approaching those with these characteristics. Rich, isn’t it nice to be treated unequally under law by the police because of your political leanings? if it wasn’t for Infowars, I wouldn’t have heard about this. It sounds like we’re all whistleblowing, (maybe some a bit sensationalist), but you sound like you’re explaining how the house is burning down while standing in the living room. Is this how you choose to tell your grandchildren how you spent your time? I’m sure they’ll greatly respect you for your service toward…… Well, I don’t know what the hell you’re serving, but more of a waste of time.

Well I’m sure that they are a threat to them because they are not upholding their Oath of Office. And Ron Paul supporters are here to put them in check.

Who spreads the conspiracy in this equation? The state of MO, they are engaged in associative guilt, a tactic of disinformation. They have police forces and swat teams and national guards simply as a result of being paranoid. That paranoia of percieved threat and violence leads to erroneous beliefs and this government wants to spread beliefs as facts.
They maybe believe in UFOs too and they might also believe in us BEING a threat to them as a result. When will MO announce the possible threat of Poltergeists?
The state has a job of creating fear and using it to manipulate people into giving their freedom over to others that gain power from the abdication of power. They are in a disabling profession, they need crimes, criminals and others to make into marginal characters so they can propagate more prisions and more laws to control more varieties of unusual people.
Just being different and intelligent seems to actually result in people constructing conspiracy theories about why someone would be opposed to Obama or Bush, rather than read the information they just lump it all into being about “The Turner Diaries”.
It amounts to fraud in government, fraud in law enforcement and attempt to put others you don’t like into a category that disables them or imprisions them in associations too hot to touch.
Even if the associations were true one would have to produce objective evidence of such observable behavior, nothing of the sort backs up these arguments.
They might as well claim that former military people are really just assasians in disguise or Timothy Mcveighs as well, that would make as much sense, this in fact makes the relationship between law enforcement and the public more strained, which can result in horrible outcomes.
Some people might ascribe to violence but then they would NOT be libertarians. Which makes the point of this stupid assumption on the part of the Obamabots at Homeland Insecurity all the more dangerous and a threat to safety of the public. They have actually decreased safety by making police MORE paranoid about things that are not PRO government. The state cannot solve everything and it cannot be the only option in life anyone that criticizes this does not do anyone a disservice, they in fact create the freedom to decide for many what to accept and what to reject and where some kind of probable truth may exist.
With no critics you risk societal collapse and more extreme outcomes, that makes everyones lifes more of a hassle.

Ron and his pals named in the document read it for themselves and felt enough was said in the document that it warranted a retraction by the State of Missouri. What more is there to say on the issue. You got your opinion, and your welcome to it, but it is pretty plain and simple to me that Ron and his pals feel a bit different on the subject. I guess they don’t like being associated with terrorists which i would also assume you, me and anyone else whom happens to frequent this site or any other similar patriotic website would be included in that list as terrorists. I agree with 1100111.. it is good that something is being done about these outlandish statements being made in the MIAC doc, but i do wish Paul, Baldwin, and Barr had made more specific statements regarding how followers of the Constitution are being described as terrorists. But, i guess thats where the public comes in.. We all need to give them hell for releasing these statements by making this debate as public as possible.

A Demand upon the Governors of the United States from the People of the United States for Peace, Liberty, and Protection.
The people of the United States pray the Governors of the Several United States to their duty as conservator of peace and supreme executive power of our individual states to protect the people under our sovereignty and rights guaranteed the people by our United States Constitution.
The many recent and brazenly unconstitutional actions by our Federal Government are overt enough to lead much of the populace to believe that the Federal Government is no longer acting on the behalf of our people and nation, but endeavor to subvert our Constitution and God given rights. It is evident that the hand of this evil reaches our own State Legislatures, and that decisions are being made at some other level and then handed down as orders to be followed by democratically elected state leaders who follow those orders based on party affiliation. This claim can be supported by pointing to the ability to determine how any proposed Legislation will fare, in advance, by merely determining which party, Republican or Democrat, has controlling numbers in our State Governments.
This is exampled by pointing to the recent State Sovereignty Legislation, in the several States, as further proof of these accusations. Numerous States have recently introduced legislation to reaffirm the sovereignty of their State, with intent of protecting its people from Federal Government encroachment, only to have it killed by a Democrat Party majority in their State Houses. While it could be argued that there is no need to reaffirm the sovereignty that is guaranteed us by our United States Constitution, we hold to you that any elected official that has sworn an oath to uphold and protect our great document should not need a moment to consider other than voting to upholding its strength and virtue. For our leaders to vote against these principals is perplexing. If our elected officials’ allegiance is not to our Constitution, where then, does their allegiance lie?
The Speaker of the House of the United States Congress has recently announced that Mexican nationals are, “the future of our great Nation” –that “they are the true patriots.” Such statements, from the holder of the office third in secession to the Presidency of our land, are inconceivable.
The financial shell games in Washington D.C. appear to be designed more for the purpose of undermining our Country, than to aid in its recovery.
The coming legislation to further encroach our second amendment rights are an act of war against the people of The United States.
These examples and many others, lead the people to a precarious point in our great country’s history.
We, peaceful and innocent people of the various States, are soon to be caught in the middle of a swelling battle between the apparently insurrecting Federal Government, which treats our lives and our Constitution with scorn, and on the other side, by the righteous people of our great nation that are emptying the shelves of ammunition in preparation for a solution as demanded of the people by the Second Amendment to our United States Constitution.
The Federal Government has created this crisis in the safety of their distance from the people, and while they have not followed the intent of our founders to leave the true power of the people’s government in the states, it should be assumed that this is where the people will act, as intended by the founders, to their state governments. We ask that the governors of the several states act on their duty and authority to protect us now under our state’s sovereignty and repel and disassemble the Federal Government by peaceful means. Protect us before the people have no option but to protect ourselves. Do your duty for your people, your Country and your Constitution. It is time to start over.

I realize that your blub is probably just bait to get a response. Ok, so be it, I’ll nibble a little. Sorry, I’m cautiously optomistic about the economy. But to lay it all on Bush and rest assured I’m no fan of either Bush or Obama is absured. This bursting bubble didn’t just happen yesterday or over the past 8 years. Rather you need to go further back to Carter and Clinton. Specifically, a few executive orders to makes loans available to people who by any affordability check would not be able to remotely be able to repay a loan. Why this was done? Who knows. I suppose it was a feel good gesture or possibly and I would venture to say a party move. In essense, Hey, look at us and what we’re doing for you. Join us, support us the other guys don’t care. But for putting blame soley on one administration. I really think there’s enough to go around to other administrations.

Will you stop with the FEMA camps already? I read about how the marines are getting stationed there and there is going to be total Chaos. Yeah right. Im in the Military and I will tell you this, nobody I know has heard about these camps and the things you say are not anywhere to be found. Even if this was going to happen, do you think that our military would shoot and kill its own citizens? I wouldnt, I Just can’t see that happening. If somone gave me an order to kill an innocent civilian, I would not! I hope that my fellow service members feel the same way.

But to lay it all on Bush and rest assured I’m no fan of either Bush or Obama is absured. This bursting bubble didn’t just happen yesterday or over the past 8 years. Rather you need to go further back to Carter and Clinton. Specifically, a few executive orders to makes loans available to people who by any affordability check would not be able to remotely be able to repay a loan. Why this was done? Who knows. I suppose it was a feel good gesture or possibly and I would venture to say a party move. In essense, Hey, look at us and what we’re doing for you. Join us, support us the other guys don’t care. But for putting blame soley on one administration. I really think there’s enough to go around to other administrations.

Have had my computer jam up and stop for a few..but the strangest was yesterday..my little boy was sick, so I diconnected the cable box from living room to put in his room since his tv is old.. and connected the cable directly the new tv in living room ..OMG I was sitting there when I heard tv cut on and “POP” the screen blew…strange very strange..tv in kids room was fine..any one have an idea….

I have been paying close attention since tapped on the shoulder by Aaron Russo and his 2006 DVD. It should be obvious to any rational thinking human being that Ron Paul was the only candidate participating in the presidential debates, who was actually debating real core issues. Although sensationalistic as presented by Alex Jones, Infowars information is found in a few other places, and is for the most part, highly accurate. Having been fooled before, I now question everything for validity and agendas. Without any intended implications I need to ask, am I the only one amazed that the GCN Network (considering it’s total programing and content), Alex Jones (stereotyped w/ bullhorn) or Inforwars blatantly being the self professed “spearhead” of the anti NWO movement (replete w/bumper stickers), didn’t even receive an “honorable mention” in this MAIC report? It’s difficult for me to believe the authors of that report are unaware.

This company a chase bank credit collections calls for my son everyday I go to get him and they hang up before I get back… Please… Call this number 866-544-2755.. they are in INDIA but say they are in minnesota remeber it cost them 10 cents per minute and they will need a stimulus package if we keep calling them!!! Also, your son is only required to pay the original debtor. Tell him to respond to their written request and dispute the validity of the debt in the time frame they allotted him. That should stop the collectors from calling and it being posted to his credit report by the collection agency. If the phone calls don’t stop after that you may have a case of harrasment depending what state you live in as all collectors must be licensed in the state they are doing said collections and have rules they must abide by so i have been told.

I am just curious if Missouri has any laws on the books regarding profiling individuals for persecution? If so then the author and other gentlemen staking claim to this document should be arrested and held accountable. Are there no legal scholars looking into this? Is there any law enforcement in Missouri willing to make the arrests if there is such laws being violated? Has anyone been stopped and harassed because of the information contained in this document in any state?

I blogged about this supposed report on Myspace. The timing of the CFL conference in St Louis this weekend is suspicious. So is the militia member criteria. There appears to be multiple reports but none of them can be linked to the MIAC, Gov Nixon or MHSP websites. Maybe they have already taken them off but my guess is that this report wasn’t released by any Missori Agency.

I called Patricia Yeager who is my state rep in affton, mo. and I spent the first 5 minutes trying to explain what the MIAC report was, The Lady who answered the phone told me she had no idea what I was talking about, I said you should It has the govenors name on the top of the report, finally after useless conversation trying to convince her this was real she said”Oh I sort of remember someone talking about that this morning ,Don;t worry about it its nothing,. I asked what is Patricia Yeager going to do about this?, And she said/…………… you know the end of my story!
