Chapter President Stanley Lawson also called on Rendell to bring in the state National Guard for at least 30 days and to impose a curfew. In June, there have been at least 12 shootings, many of them in the daytime, including a man killed Wednesday at a busy city intersection during the lunch hour.
“The Guard is for floods and natural disasters. I don’t know any more of a natural disaster than of our young people being killed,” he said at a general membership meeting of about 25 people at Capitol Presbyterian Church, 14th and Cumberland streets.
“It’s time for some real action,” he said. “Right now the important thing is to stop this madness.”

These are not “agents” who shot at others in harrisburg. they are black men of gang orientation. this has been going on for years. i live just outside of harrisburg and they have caught those responsible. this also happened in the city of york just thirty mins. south of harrisburg. what happened is now harrisburg claims it can write it’s own gun laws and will try to impose a gun ban on all city resisdents because of a few people who have bad human behavior. govenor rendell wants a state ban on all firearms in the worst way. this is what is going on here at the state capital. sometimes it’s just a bunch of usefull idiots that can make the NWO plan happen as well and not some supertrained combatant. the county that harrisburg is in and three of the surrounding countries also voted 30 percent for Ron Paul in the primary, so we more than know what is going on here in PA.

It’s instances like this (where lawlessness is running wild in a city or cities)…when the “state militia” should jump into action, just like the Constitution mandates and calls for. However, since state militias have been demonized and criminalized by the establishment…they now want to once again subvert the Constitution (posse comitatus) and call out the National Guard. I live 30 miles NW of Harrisburg and my wife works in Harrisburg. The violence exists not because of the police, but the lack of the court system to impliment appropriate sentencing. Many times these “perps” are back on the streets before the ink is dry on the arresting officers report.
The Harrisburg Police Chief has publiclly stated that the violence is being committed by repeat offenders. If they are repeat offenders..why are they still on the public streets?

I remember talking to my friend up there about four months ago. It has been going on up there in pittsburg for a few years now. People running rampant vandalizing homes, constant shootings just about everyday, and when reported to the police nothing usually comes of it. So when your home is vandalized in that area they do not expect much from the police. There are usually no arrests. Police say they are overwhelmed but only some of the officers are trying. And according to him only a few of the officers will try to implement law and order for the people but are getting seemingly frustrated at something. It has been going on there for years. Funny how they are just now making note of it.

We all know that our government is very capable of staging these events in order to further their own interests. - – -Under what is called the “Precautionary Principle”, many countries around the world have placed moratoriums on the sale of GMO products and some have banned these products. However, without any serious testing, the United States government has not only allowed GMO ingredients in our food supply, but the FDA has actually tried to forbid companies from truthfully advertising “GMO Free” products. As my Congressperson, I want you to take a lead in reversing this trend. The Precautionary Principle, in essence, hold agencies and countries to the standard that is something has not been shown to be safe, it cannot be used, grown, offered or sold.
Genetically Modified Organisms do not meet the Precautionary Principle because they are administratively, not scientifically, deemed to be equivalent to unmodified organisms while excellent science substantiates that they pose special high level dangers for consumers, farmers and the environment. Disturbingly, these dangers are not temporary since, once the novel DNA, the antibiotic resistant DNA and the promoter virus are introduced into the DNA of the consumer, or of other organisms in the environment, the consequences are totally unpredictable and have been shown to be highly dangerous. Once loosed, however, the novel DNA cannot be called back, like the genie in the bottle.
Congressman Dennis Kuchinch has introduced three important bills to comprehensively regulate GMO products since they are virtually unregulated now. These bills are:
• H.R. 6636, The Genetically Engineered Food Right To Know Act, which would require mandatory labeling of all foods that contain or are produced with GM material. No such labeling is permitted at this time in the US.
• H.R. 6635, The Genetically Engineered Safety Act, which would require that GE foods follow a food safety review process to prevent contamination of food supplies by pharmaceutical and industrial crops. This Act would also require that the FDA screen all GE foods to ensure they are safe for human consumption. No such safety review is permitted at this time in the US.
• H.R. 6637, The Genetically Engineered Technology Farmer Protection Act, places liability from the impacts of GM crops on the biotechnology companies that created the GMOs, and protects farmers from lawsuits by biotechnology companies. No such liability exists at this time for pharmaceutical plants and animals once approval is granted by the acting agencies for the organism and the same is true for non drug modifications as well.
These flaws in the regulatory structure are of great concern to me and I believe that they should be deep concerns of yours as well since more than 80% of all food consumed in the US today contains GMO food or ingredients. Lethal allergies, auto immune disease (including diabetes in children), birth defects and sterility rates are rising and can be, in large measure, laid squarely at the door of a dangerous food supply, including GMOs in most of what we eat.
I urge you to become a co-sponsor of these bills or to introduce sister legislation in the Senate in order to protect us from the currently unknown potential threats of GMO products. This is a very important matter to me and I am among the over 80% of the public that a recent NY Times / CBS poll indicated wants mandatory GMO labeling.
As a concerned citizen, I will be watching your active stance on these bills and look forward to sharing the news of your co-sponsorship and support for these measures with other constituents in your district.- – -

I was surprised when I heard this the other day. Im in the Northen Part of dauphin county which has harrisburg about 45 min south of me. They were also talking about bringing in state police from across the state to patrol instead of the national guard. I am from a small town in South Carolina overshadowed 15 miles to the north by the larger city of Charlotte, N.C., that gets a spill over of gang activity. Not on the levels of a metropolis such as New York City or L.A.. But it is permeating through even our Middle Schools. Recently we had a teenager shot by local police for robbery of a local grocery store (on foot) and then pointing what appeared to be a handgun at the Officers giving chase (It turned out the weapon was a very realistic mock up of a Walther P9 – and after seeing pictures of the teenagers “weapon” I would have not been able to tell the difference from a distance of more than five feet either. In short however, myself and other members of the local community (some prominent) get involved with our youth. Setting up day centers that have organized activities and anti-gang classes and also holding sports camps such as wrestling, football, basketball, weightlifting with certified coaches and supervisors to help keep these kids busy. Unfortunately, we still are seeing an increase in gang violence – I have been threatened and marked several times by young adult gang leaders for encouraging gang members to find a better way and become something other than a thug. What we are finding in almost all of the teenagers we deal with in regard to gang activity, is that the parents at home just turn the kids loose with no accountability for their actions at home. Declaring Martial Law is not the answer at least in our situation here in my town. Parental responsibility and accountability to your children is paramount. When there is a lack of such, the community and it’s citizens should step up in some capacity to help teach that child or young adult. Mentoring is important to even young adults.

The first step in difusing these turf wars would be simply to END THE WAR ON DRUGS! I think though there are too many entrenced people up in the ‘chain of command’ who have built there carrereers (legally or illegally) around the huge sums of cash connected with illegal drugs.
We don’t generally see gangs fighting and killing each other over sales of Budweiser six packs or Miller light, obviously because most anyone of age can simply walk into the store and buy them, and there is no profit incentive to complete on the ‘black market’.
Crime has been shown over and over to DECREASE when countries stop CREATING criminals at an early age by Prohibiton laws that ruin the job chances of those caught up in the System.
At the same time some rebuilding of these ‘blighted’ areas through some HONEST channel (that wouldn’t just sypon off the $$$) needs desperately to be attempted, how about for a start the U.S. (yes Mr. “change”) simply return some of the hundreds of billions of dollars stolen from taxpayers to fund cronie banking interests, to We The People to start this process.

How many of you guys on here, are members of your local, or State Militias? If you really want to do something, & be prepared, then do as your forefathers demanded, & join the Militia! Back in the middle eighties, I had a conversation with a judge. I had met him because he was the leader of a Boy Scout troop, and I could get him into conversations once and awhile.
I asked him why “the government” couldn’t set up a program that lobotomized recidivists. When you cut out a small piece of the forebrain, the result is that the creature can’t plan a long term event like a robbery or any other crime other than spontaneous violence. My idea was that they first receive a warning, and then the procedure is done. Once the idea became known, I thought that crime would decrease.
He told me that the Texas legislature had indeed considered it, but the consensus was that it would be “cruel and unusual punishment” or something like that, so they didn’t want to do it, even though they knew it would work.

Remember, all the various systems of laws on Earth are based on the philosophical principal of reciprocity.
“Martial Law” means that a soldier can threaten you with a weapon, in order to get you to comply with some order that might otherwise be a violation of your rights- (natural, civil, or otherwise). This same soldier is given permission by government to take your life, without later facing legal repercussions– (usually if you do not comply with their orders, but sometimes for “any reason”). Essentially, “Martial Law” is a declaration of war between the people of a nation and the government of a nation.
Because of the “philosophical principal of reciprocity”, under the conditions of “Martial Law”, _YOU_ also have the SAME “permission” to take the life of a soldier, without later facing any legal repercussions. “Martial Law” is a double-edged sword, and it works BOTH WAYS.
There are many more of US than there are of THEM– so we could lose every battle and still win the war.

There needs to be official Black autonomous areas. Many “40 acres and a mule” gathered togeter, so to speak. Their culture and common law are incompatible with the general ( White ) society. Self responsible “segregation” keeps the peace in White areas, and could be used to stop what is viewed as oppression and discrimination by White law enforcement going into Black areas.
The poor, uneducated, hopeless Blacks wind up in run-down neighborhoods where thuggery and aggression are respected values. Those Blacks refuse to see that violence and tantrums keep them in the bad light Whites see them in. When they consistently express themselves in ways that purposely exaggerate their hate for Whites and their willingness to do harm, there’s no mystery why White society is bigoted and has given up on even going through the motions of appeasement.
There is no longer any reason to pretend we are all the same. If folks couldn’t get along in much more polite and prosperous ‘50a, they sure on’t stand a chance nowadays. Sink or swim seperate pools.

Much of the ’sickness’ and blight of many neighborhoods across America has been spawned and allowed to fester INTENTIONALLY by those who pull the strings out of sight of the daily beat cop or thug on the street, so many are simply pawns in a much more diabolical and lucrative game driven by the Great Oz that hides behind the Curtain, sadly so many will never figure out The Game much less ever be able to come to terms with it.

Yes, indeed we are. Unfortunately, black “culture” is that of a criminal, irresponsible, and indifferent nature.
~ 33% of young black males are somewhere in the prison system. DOJ statistics that cite the overwhleming majority of felonious crime against whites is committed by blacks. 70% childbirth out of wedlock and an overall breakdown of the family unit in the black “community”. Black thug glorification of senseless violence and no respect for normality, much less life.
It is what it is. Cite some facts if you reply, or STFU. And don’t tell me “White people kill too, or whites are all the child molesters”. Go to your States offender search, plug in some common black surnames (White, Jefferson, Jackson, Johnson, Washington) and you’ll see PLENTY of rape and GSI incarceration.

This is unbelievable!!!! What the hell is going on in America????? I guess we should be glad that this genius didn’t ask for Black water to come in and enforce Martial Law? If the church was at all effective in cultivating the Christian spirit, and not being a bunch of hippocrites, the youth would have an ounce of respect for others. They wouldn’t feel a need to “The young men, it’s fear, it’s just fear. They think: ‘I’m going to get them before they get me,’” he said.

I asked the NAACP for help once even though I am white. I asked them to help me get off the terrorist watch list. I did not hear back from them, not even a form letter. It seems to me that the NAACP is working for the NWO. All prominent blacks are silent right now about the end of America. They seem to believe the Jews will be giving them some important roles in the NWO. No, their usefulness to Jews right now is to bring in martial law. Once that is accomplished, the blacks will be annihilated along with everyone else.
The best thing that could happen is for the fed to be audited and all Israel firsters to be deported to their beloved home country.

They don’t need martial law. They just need police to make a more impacted presence in these criminal infested areas.Don”t confuse military presence with some decisons to increase police protection in high crime areas. Duh.Lots of robberies, breakins, drug dealing,killings, etc. Yeah, more proactive policing is required. Do you want criminals running rampant? I think the civilians who are at the mercy of thugs in these areas would like increased protection.
Wouldn’t you? If the governor calls in the national guard, it’s constitutional. If the federal government intervenes with the army, then it is wrong. Why did GW fail to send federal troops immediately to New Orleans? The governor refused itI If GW had sent in federal troops against the governor’s wishes? We’d all be shouting Posse Comitus. lol. Of course we must consider that GW ordered the hurricane to hit NO. lol. Just like he ordered one to hit the low income people in Florida earlier.
