The facts are, a punk rat moron cop tried to tase a citizen from inside his car,(criminal) then ran the poor kid over and then….tried to coerc the witnesses to relinquish thier phones,(confiscate illegally!) He is a damned criminal! Subject to the same laws we are if we murdered someone in this way, He had actus reus, the guilt act and mens rea…the guilty mind, a felony!

I don’t know how it is in other states, but I lived in FL and the curfew for teens is 11pm for 16 and under, 12am for 17, and 18 and up of course is null. Anyway…The cop probably figured he was a troublemaker, chased him down, and with all his testosterone boiling didn’t think to stop his vehicle before running the kid over. What’s unfortunate in all of this is that at 3am the kid could have been reporting for newspaper duty. That cop should go to prison for sure. Paid leave? Give me a break. No cop has any reason to kill an unarmed civilian, much less tazer him, or even attempt to tazer him. It’s disgusting where the world is going. I don’t like cops and this just reaffirms my disdain for them.

I really don’t think there’s going to BE a next president of the United States of America Corporation. So either we (as individuals and as united states) end the unity with the fed gov under our terms, or they end it under their terms. I know what I prefer.
The executive branch has decided it has kingly powers, the legislative branch is just a bunch of whores asking for the best price, and the judicial branch has decided that “the law” – perverted as it is – has no place in the courtroom.
So what are we getting for the money we’re throwing down every April 15th for “the single largest investment we’ll ever make in our lifetimes”? Oppression, depression, endless wars, and abuse at every level. Why do we keep paying for this travesty?
All we need to do is explain, as a large number, to our governors of the state that we, the people, want to renounce this relationship, and it’s his or her job, as the highest elected official in the state, to make it happen. If he or she doesn’t carry through, we use any legal means to get that person out of the office and put someone in there who will do as we ask.
We did it before, in 1776. We can do it again.

Please don’t knock bankruptcy. Bankruptcy is a wonderful thing! The great thing is that most people today still qualify to go all the way with it. There are even books out there to help you preplan your bankruptcy. For the 6 months prior to filing, there are certain types of transactions that you want to avoid, like large cash advances. Google “preplan personal bankruptcy” and you will find lots of great information on the subject. Food is the one exception to mega purchases. If you have the credit left, buy as much survival food as you can right before you file. There isn’t a damn thing that they can do about it.
Screw the banksters and the credit card companies just like they have been screwing you! The really neat thing is when the collection assholes call you on the phone. “I have just filed for personal bankruptcy; would you care for my attorney’s name, address & phone number?” The assholes can’t get off the phone fast enough! You can screw the dog crap out of them if they mess with you in any way.
You can even seek advice from an attorney who specializes in bankruptcy. Tell them that you fear you are about to loose your job and that if you do you may not be able to pay your bills. The attorney can get you headed in the right direction for little or no $. Many of them offer you the first consultation for free. If they charge ….. put the fee on a credit card!
A month or so after your bankruptcy if final, 30 days or so after you go before the judge, you will start receiving credit card offers from the same assholes that you burned. This is because you can only declare bankrutpcy every seven years. Have a happy bankruptcy!!!!!

I grew up about 30 minutes outside of Pensacola and i can tell yall the cops down there are total thugs and criminals, even my grandparents who were devout southern baptists were scared of the police and always told me to run home and get them if the cops harrassed me, which happened once when i was 12. an undercover cop wanted to “question” me b/c a buisness had been broken into, when i ran home he damn near ran over me and slid sideways into the yard. my grandfather let him know real quick he was in the wrong. The cop left and we never heard nothing else about it.

It’s not the police or the law we so hate, it’s the abuse of power by police and government agencies. There is deep seeded corruption at the core of each agency. Many police today are criminals and vice versa, some innocent are on death row. We as a nation have been deceived. A great deception has covered our country for decades..perhaps even the world. What we know is not real, for the truth might scare us? The 8th Amendment? Not in the above article.
The only way we can “fight” is to use the Constitution, while it still exists…..and peacefully march Washington each year by way of the Parental Justice March (search net please). My friend was down there when it happened…The cop tried to pull his (Victor Steen) bicycle over after he rode through a construction zone. Gerald Ard (the cop) tried to taze him out his car window. Victor dropped his bike and ran, he tripped the cop ran him over, dragged him about 15ft into a curb…

What does the cop look like? I read a report from an insider in the LAPD, and he stated that affermative-action in Los Angeles has allowed people to join the force who are out-of-shape and unwilling or unable to handle situations the old fashion way (butt kicking) so they use deadly force more often. The cop wrote the paper because it bothered him that citizens were being killed because other cops were to weak to fight it out or chase someone down. I wish I could find that report, if I do I will post it.

cops ran over a 16 year old boy. the cop car hit the boy (pancaking his body) and went over the top of a curve. the cop tried to taser the boy from the moving car. and what if the cop had fired and hit the boy with a taser would the boy then fall off his bike from being stunned mid air going 10-20 mph? its gross negligence.
outrageous.
its no secret that teenagers do stupid things. they mess up every once in a while, like running from a police man. however, they dont deserve to be run down by a police “interceptor”. thats how this human being fell…by a cop gunning his cop car and smearing his body all over the pavement. he deserved better than that.

Condolences to the family and friends of the lad, and to all families , who are victims of Police brutality/murder. We used to feel for families of Police Officers, slain while on duty, but times have changed, haven’t they? To get respect, you gotta give respect. Why does no one want to get involved with helping Police? – Because you report a crime, they come, investigate you! – like you’re a f---in’ criminal! – or they shoot you 6 times and drag you around like a rag doll, bleeding to death and s---! How do you expect people to respect your badge, uniform and “authority”, when you act like criminals! At least the gangster bunch aren’t out looking for civilians to harass. If everyone is a suspect and a possible “offender”, then you are a separate entity from the rest of society. I thought Police were there to protect the innocents from evil-doers and to help people in distress, and generally keep the peace, so that everyone else wouldn’t have to deal with this s--- themselves. If you are going act outside the laws, people will be forced to act on their own, and the result will be further disintegration of society as it take on a more “Wild West” theme. Oh… did I say something?….

Deadly force is only used if his life was in danger or that of someone else!

A car against a bicycle is attempted murder if you intentionally try to knock someone off of a bike with a car and you are not a cop.
The bicyclist is almost always severely injured or killed.
You obviously don’t get out on your bike much,it’s a power dynamic thing.

One of biggest unaddressed problems with police and sheriffs in the U.S. is STEROID USE. If you’ve ever been in the company of bodybuilders at a gym or among guerrlla-sized cops during a traffic stop you’ll begin to understand that their aggressive temperment affects their ability to deal rationally with the taxpaying public. Steroids use causes aggressive, short-tempered behavior among male officers. This kind of crap does not occur when female officers are involved and in command of the situation.
Once steroid use by police is addressed, banned and checked via urine / blood testing, we will then see a reduction in these kinds of debacles among police / sheriffs and the public. Enough is enough.

Take the battery out for long trips after you fully charge it, wrap the remainder in tin foil.
