Although I am in my late 50’s I can still do 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, and run 5 miles with a 50 pound back pack. I work out every day because I see and know what is coming.

That is a good idea, I just printed out 50 copies, fyi, if you are using any sort of new-er printer, (ie xerox, canon, minolta mfps) you can check your properties and select 2 sided format so you don’t have to reprint or scan on the back side, will do it for you….I am stopping at the mall on my way home from the office and will certainly be passing these out…fuck the government

To VNV, Gladiator and all the other true soldiers. I say Thank You, Thank You for taking the time to help those who need it and those who don’t know what to do to prepare themselves and their loved ones. I can not express enough graditude and love for what you wise men give us every day. You truly are serving your country the way it is meant to be served, I only wish more people could listen and prepare together so we could actually have an organized militia to make an impact and wake up the masses. There is no better person to listen to in regards to where our world is heading than the people who were trained to survive in it. So again, I Thank You, from me, Jay, and my family. God Bless
