Petraeus: Iran Behind Green Zone Attacks

The most senior US general in Iraq has said he has evidence that Iran was behind Sunday’s bombardment of Baghdad’s heavily fortified Green Zone.

Gen David Petraeus told the BBC he thought Tehran had trained, equipped and funded insurgents who fired the barrage of mortars and rockets.
He said Iran was adding what he described as “lethal accelerants” to a very combustible mix.
There has as yet been no response from Iran to the accusations.
In response to the news that 4,000 US military personnel have now been killed in Iraq, he said it showed how much the mission had cost but added that Americans were realistic about it.
He also said a great deal of progress had been made because of the “flipping” of communities – the decision by Sunni tribes to turn against al-Qaeda militants.
The extent of this had surprised even the US military, he said.

in response to the news that 4,000 US military personnel have now been killed in Iraq, But worse is that 1 million Irak citizens and even more military and civilians have been killed then the media lies of 4000. All could of been avoided if it wasn’t for the lies.
Best thing to do now is vote McCain, Hillary or Obama. It all makes perfect sense !

Iran is ready for it. Problem is US citizens are not. This makes a huge difference. Iran has nothing to lose like iraqis but US has. Trust me there will be a time soon, when war supporters are gonna REGRET BIG TIME. This will war will be the end of US empire. What is the saddest thing of all in these elections is that people simply stop when the MEDIA tells them that somebody has won! Nobody has won! The delegates elect the nominee NOT the popular vote. This is a republic NOT a democracy. Time to wake up and become a delegate which is MUCH more important than a primary vote or a caucus. There is still time to show them what a delegate push could do. I would love to see the media deal with that one! McCain gets popular vote but loses nomination! I am pretty sure that they would either nuke a few cities or nuke the economy for martial law at that point and suspend the elections.

Delagates, super delegates, electoral, Diebold- All bulls--- designed in the first place to rig elections. Every citizen should have an equal vote, and a paper trail. Votes should also be made illegal to keep secret, and everyones name and vote should be listed alphabetically on an internet website by State and district. It’s not rocket science. It’s what I call-
“Over the table” elections.

Iran is committed to stabilizing Iraq, not creating more chaos. Iran has done the most of any country to help Iraq rebuild after all the destruction caused by the bombs dropped during the USA / UK invasion. It’s sick that a senior general is used to propel such blatent propoganda.

The American people need to stop for a second and put themselves in Iran’s shoes. Imagine if we had some foreign country like China bearing down on us, trying to convince its mindless population that we are evil (wouldn’t be too hard) and want to destroy poor Mexico with our nuclear weapons. Imagine we were under-developed, while China was super-advanced. Now imagine China was in the midst of a brutal occupation of Cuba to steal their natural resources (cigars) under the guise of fighting some kind of mysterious enemy, when all they had done is caused unrest and terror. We would be very scared and our government would be very suspicious of China. People would be arming themselves to the teeth in preparation for the impending attack. And guess what, when the attack finally came, we would fight to the death and China would be crippled FOREVER. People need to wake the **** up! We are not free. Our minds are not free. The last resort, after Ron Paul for president, is a second Revolutionary war before it is too late.

I agree with Dan. It is no surprise that all of this surfaces while Dick is in town. Dick shows up with the script (can’t send this over the wire), start putting the blame on Iran. Why else would Insane McCain f--- up and say AlQueda is going into Iran. Remebering a script is hard. Excpesially when you know that the truth doesn’t follow the script. We need to stop saying wake up. It isn’t working. We need a next move, and we need to move as a unit. Every city in every state. Ideas?

It’s obvious isn’t ladies & gentlemen.
I’m aware that this website & perhaps others are being monitored, the “elite” seem to try and stay 2 or 3 steps ahead.
They’ve made such a mess of things when take the time to step-back from the daily propoganda ~ It’s quite apparent what’s going on & where things are headed.
In the movie film “Men In Black”, when will Smith starts his job chasing “aliens” his partner pick’s up a copy of “BIZARRE” magazine & says this is where the “real” news comes from.
Well we know that we should question what we are told and relate it to our own database as we see appropriate , if atall.
