Phoenix police union officials are proposing that 200 senior officers be allowed to buy their own semiautomatic rifles to use on the job after some said they felt more at risk and asked for additional firepower.

    • A d v e r t i s e m e n t

Top police officials are expected to discuss the union’s proposed yearlong pilot program and go over options today.

Sixty patrol officers now carry rifles, significantly less than police departments of equal size. For instance, more than 500 beat officers carry rifles in Dallas, 400 in Las Vegas and more than 300 at the Miami-Dade Police Department.

Police officers say the additional firepower gives them a better match against criminals and is a more accurate tool in high-risk situations.

Law-enforcement agencies across the country began to arm patrol officers with rifles after Los Angeles police were outgunned in a 1997 bank robbery. The first officers to respond to the scene in North Hollywood found themselves ill-prepared for what turned out to be a 40-minute gunbattle with two men in body armor firing AK-47 rifles. The suspects were killed in the shootout, and more than a dozen people, including police officers, were injured.

If the cops are driving around with assault rifles, and flak jackets, than so am I. They always know best.

If you see a GOOD Police Officer pined down by REAL CROOKS(DRUG DEALERS/LOOTERS/BANK ROBBERS/PUNK GANG BANGERS/ECT) then come to thier AID with your fire power.
BUT if they are going aginst the REAL RULE of LAW then they are the criminals.>>>>>>>>.
The TRUE LAW-> READ CAREFULLY:”The general misconception is that any statute passed by legislators bearing the appearance of law constitutes the law of the land. The Constitution of the United States is the supreme law of the land, and any statue, to be valid, must be in agreement. It is impossible for both the Constitution and a law violating it to be valid; one must prevail. This is succinctly stated as follows: The general rule is that an unconstitutional statute, though having the form and name of law, is in reality no law, but is wholly void, and ineffective for any purpose; since unconstitutionality dates from the time of its enactment, and not merely from the date of the decision so branding it. An unconstitutional law, in legal contemplation, is as inoperative as if it had never been passed. Such a statute leaves the question that it purports to settle just as it would be had the statute not been enacted.” “Since an unconstitutional law is void, the general principals follow that it imposes no duties, confers no rights, creates no office, bestows no power or authority on anyone, affords no protection, and justifies no acts performed under it.. A void act cannot be legally consistent with a valid one. An unconstitutional law cannot operate to supersede any existing valid law. Indeed, insofar as a statute runs counter to the fundamental law of the land, it is superseded thereby. No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no courts are bound to enforce it.”

    11. Dave Says:

Why does the media always use the term “AK47 assualt rifles” whenever there is a shooting involving rifles?
The bank robbers used HK91’s which did a damn fine job of keeping the cops running.
Let this be a lesson for anyone thinking about getting a home defense weapon-armor piercing ammo is a must!.

    12. Are We Awake? Says:

      5. I can say from personal experience. the Feds are against anyone whop has any ties to what they call terrorist groups, and anyone who is against other races. Meaning if you bitch about Zionists, you are picking on the jews, so you are watched, and if you talk of overthrowing the gov, well you will most likely be going to jail, or held for a very long time.

Basically they have task forces set up to watch any white grps or anyone talking against the jewish community, as well as any religious group who is against the government, meaning Islam and other groups who feel the goovernment is controlled by the NWo.

Some folks who were in the old Aryan Nations, the original have said that it is time to grow your hair, blend in and go lone wolf and that is what the feds are most afraid of.

Now I personally feel these groups are scum, but they have the right to exercise their first amendment, so they have rights like we do.

so things are as they are, and I amm sure we are watched a lot here, and many of us can go to jail for lots of our statements.

      We need to be causious.

    13. Are We Awake? Says:

Well folks we need to carry what they do, we need to stock up, but here is the problem, many just do not have the money for this. i know I am having trouble, and Assult rifles will go way up in price.

If you are going to get these weapons find out what ammo most officerswill carry, so you can use what they have on them.

We will have to use what we have, and aquire what we need.

Now being from a cops family, The sad part is that the good cops need to equal it up with some of th gang bangers, so each side will upgrade to outdo the other.

Not all cops are bad. so if this department nees them to handle the mexican gans, so be it, as long as they use these weapons on them.

The old wheel gun is not going to work anymore.

    14. DIY Says:

Phoenix Police want these guns to evacuate WalMart Supercenters to look for non-existent suspects. This happened a couple of weeks ago as SWAT and K9 units overthrew WalMart in a martial law exercise. When the economy collapses, the pigs get first dibs on food, ammo, water, and clothes.

    15. fj Says:

If anyone has heard of Obama’s plans for gun owners in his “15 points”, you will notice he wants anyone with a semi-auto weapon of anykind to be required a special “license”, which of course will be impossible to get. So any of you that own that horribly powerful and intimidating Ruger 10/22 or perhaps an $80 Marlin .22, you will have to file the appropriate papers and can turn in your guns in the meantime. No biggy. I think that if these officers want to carry their own rifles, let them, only they to should be required to follow the upcoming mandate as well. It will be a very historic and historical event because not since 1869 has a Pheonix police officer been reqired to carry a brown bess or perhaps those modern and more accurate Sharps rifle to protect the flawk of sheeple. They should also be forced to make their own blackpowder as well, ahhh the fresh smell of sulpher and urine in the morning… it will be the new scent of freedom. AWESOME :) Perhaps a really nice bow and arrow made from leather and mesquite bushes from the neighborhood Apache weapons factory would be more practical tactical. The stupidity continues and contrary to what most of us hope, there is only one ending… Slavery for us and neverending power and wealth for the same guys that always seem to get it one way or another. Oh and for those of you that are dumb enough to think you are free and are just awaiting the chains of bondage… do a search for “The strawman” and how it relates to the last depression and the Fed reserve, its guaranteed to tick you off. The Wizard of Oz is alive and well and it wasn’t just a fairy tail story if you look into it, its a story of life in America, look it up! They’ve owned most of us from birth and even have a title on each and every person in this country, just like that car you think you own. May God and the flying monkeys save us from this maddness.

    17. meow Says:

The Cops have absolutely NO NEED for rifles of ANY sort, let alone, M16’s M-4 carbines or ANY assault rifle. They are NOT outgunned, it’s a LIE. WHEN are they outgunned? I’ll tell you what, when people start actually attacking police with automatic weapons on a regular day to day basis, then I would buy it. But it’s only happened in extremely RARE occasions, and in those occasions they probably had it coming anyway. Police carrying automatic weapons arbitrarily, is just one step away from police shooting people arbitrarily in the streets for no reason. I think that ALL police should be completely disarmed and only allowed billy-clubs, and if they start treating the citizenry with respect, then they will see a dramatic drop in citizen on police crime. THESE PEOPLE FILLED OUT THE APPLICATION TO BECOME POLICE OFFICERS BECAUSE THEY WANTED TO SHOOT PEOPLE AND GET AWAY WITH IT. WHEN do police get punished for shooting people? They don’t even get suspended without pay, the worst that might happen is that they’ll receive sensitivity training and some time off. But they never regret it, never lose sleep over it, and never care… they look at the world as US and THEM, and unless you’ve got the same uniform, badge, and gun as THEM… to them, you’d never be one of US. ANYONE who even fills out the application is a disgusting pervert psychopath, looking to murder people and get away with it. They’re not here to protect you, and according the the Supreme Court of the United States, they are not even obligated to protect you at all… only PROPERTY that belongs to either the STATE, or the OWNERSHIP CLASS (i.e… multinational corporate executives, or the wealthiest of our population. NOT YOU!

    18. Dan Says:

Well, I live in Phoenix. The police here are outgunned on a regular basis. Most of the problem is with gangs and illegal aliens. I work as a medic here, and I have seen it first hand way to many times. If you want to fix the problem, deal with the illegal aliens and gangs.

    19. 10f300 Says:

Live by the sword, die by the sword. BTW, Line in the Sand is correct. Statutes are not Law, and they do not apply to sovergeigns. They will apply to you if you claim your NAME and DATE OF BIRTH. Which are not YOU, since you prove you are an evil liar by claiming them to be you, you are submitting yourself to be ruled by evil. It is the mark of the beast so many rail about, yet those same people will swear to thier date of birth which they cannot and do not know.

Keep being dishonest and you will be ruled by those in Government.

    20. Red Dawn now Says:

10f300, I don’t understand your point there about the birth cert etc., maybe the UCC ruse? but that phrase you use, “live by the sword die by the sword” is sorely, as most verses are these days, taken out of context, if you look to the Hebrew in the concordance, you will see that that particular conotation refers to criminals using eapons to mureer will be subject to being KILLED.

    21. Matt Says:

#21 – I think that’s his point there chief. If the criminal police are using these weapons to murder or enslave the citizenry, then there is always the chance that it will turn on them and the same citizenry will decide that they are subject to death as punishment for Treason. Hmmmm, perhaps?

As far as the Birth Date thing goes, I don’t know, it’s phrased a little disjointed.

    22. Gina Says:

Assault rifles! While I can smell the fear that police officers must feel when meet with a hostile and dangerous situation, the thought of them buying their own assault rifles frightens me to a certain degree. I personally believe that there will be a New World Order which will result in a sharp increase in crime and civil unrest. MY fear is, who will their target be then? Will it still be the bank robbers with full body armor or will it be civilians. I am against giving law enforcement too much power since there have been those who have abused it. As an American I have the right to protest, etc. What if I am at a rally protesting an increase in taxation, or an attempt by the government to ban the second amendment, am I now considered a viable target? Will I be considered a threat to their personal safety?

    23. jeffrey Says:

Enfield #4 mkII .303 Most likely an unissued Irish contract rifle. I have one also.

    24. izman Says:

I don’t mind if cops use Assault Riffles, as long as I can have one too….

    25. Griz Says:

It’s simply another scare and conditioning tactic. You get to see normal police with assault rifles, whatever the devil that is, and then you will subconsciously not buck when military shows up on the streets with the M-16s and M-4s. Besides, it’s a good point but police even in my little backwater city have had access to M-16s for years. They don’t carry them unless they get a CAT (crisis action team) call out, but they have them at the stations under lock and key. A couple years back one officer was issued one to take to the police range to shoot qualifications and stopped off at a convenience store to get some coffee. When he got back to his unit, the M-16 (selectable full auto yet!) had been liberated from his trunk! OOPS! Took a while for it to surface, found in a murder investigation, I think. Yeah, but it’s okay for the police to have guns, ’cause their trained and reliable. *CHORTLE* *SNICKER*

    26. DeadeyeDoll Says:

Hmm…not sure what the fuss is about. I thought it was the American way… buy a bigger gun than the “other guy”. As to whether or not the “other guy” is a criminal or not…don’t worry, your all potential criminals in this day and age. And the way the future looks, the cops will need plenty of firepower to manage all those criminals.

    27. John Galt Says:

When the defecation hits the oscillation the army will be passing out brand spanking new rifles by the pallet load to those guys. But in the meantime let them buy their own, if they can find one now. Then let them fire one stray or over penetrating round and kill innocent person a block away and they will walk or cover it up as usual. That will teach you low life civilian turds. You should be at home huddled in the corner in fear for your lives while while they cruise the street and threaten and intimidate the public.

    28. gold and silver myth, St. Paul, MN. Says:

We know there are good cops out there. Real americans who are on the right side of things. But there are also the other ones who are really just coward little piss ant scum.

Most of the cops I see or on rare occations talk to are decent enough people but also dumb and brainwashed. Or in other words, dangerous.

    29. Are We Awake? Says:

With the Patriot act and all the other s--- they have gotten away with you have lost your rights to protest and soon you wil become an enemy comatant, a trerrorist or whatever. We have stopped being free men and women a long time ago, some are just waking up to this now.

    30. Casual Observer Says:

“assault rifles” is a misnomer. No friearm, be it rifle, pistol, bow, slingshot, or stone deos anything. They are all inanimate objects.

Anyone could do what the bank robbers did. They play on the bank robbers when such an incident has only happened like that once since this country began. They fail to mention the factor that no one else has done such an act on the level accomplished by the 1997 robbers.

It is the actions of the people who pick these firearms up that are the measure of their capability and how they are used.

I may or may not own or desire one of these tyeps of firearms. If I did, I would not consider it, irregardless of the peotential, to be any different class than I would a single shot .22 caliber rifle.

When younger we routinely killed hogs for butcher with a single shot rifle and a .22 “short’ . The 200 pound hog with a single short from a rifle using a .22 short round would drop the hog instantly in an experienced person’s hands and the hog never seemed to have a clue what hit him 95% of the time. The other 5% was rare and considering the so called “fuirepower” of a .22. short I would say the odds are good.

I have a bimper sticker that pretty much sums up my opinion.. and considering I spent 24 years in the military.. it weighs in.

I spent 24 years expected to handle a firearm all the time and qualify.. yet once out I am “suspect” if seen around a firearm? Go figure.. Only in Amerika.

Saying on bumper sticker >> “WHy should I trust a GVT with their guns who doesn’t trust me with mine.”

And again.. we BOUGHT them THIER guns in most cases via taxation. Imagine funding a law enforcemnt agency to control US Citizens…”

    31. Nobody For President Says:

To # 28… You wanna know how that happens? It happens because people like you don’t even know what friggin’ constitutional amendment they’re referencing. It’s the 2nd Amendment, jack ass. At least get the basics straight before you try to convince anyone of anything, otherwise they’ll check out what you tell them and notice that you don’t even have enough sense to know your own rights… And in that case, why should they listen to you?.. Don’t just listen to what your daddy or big brother says. Go read it and understand it before you open your mouth.

I appreciate your enthusiasm, but please, for the sake of this great republic, point a bit of your energy toward re-reading your Declaration of Independence, Constitution, and Bill of Rights… And maybe some spelling classes. Sorry to be so harsh, but the moment you prove you don’t even know the basics people stop listening to you… and we need enthusiasm like yours. But we need it to be at least aware of the fundamentals…

    32. Rush to War Says:

I live in Phoenix also, Cops are feared more then you know already, everyone knows they are just liooking for someone to practice using tasers on. They do not need rifles at any rate the paper let everyone know the police wants to pay for them so they will always have them available, for any shift.

    33. jeremy in ca Says:

Here is my view on the subject. Cops are citizens just like the rest of us. So as long as we are allowed to have these weapons so should they. But if they reinstate the assault weapons ban, then that should apply to law enforcemnt also. They are not above or below a regular citizen.

    34. nwr Says:

if thay can start a nwo. so can we.its nwr.new world revolution. theres a storm coming. get prepared now. iam not a cop but know sevral of them and every one of them tell me to arm yourself now. dont worrie about them .will need them when the comes.

    35. Public Servant Says:

#18 your a fool. I am a officer and I took an oath to Uphold the constitution and the rights of others, not kill and get away with it. Would you like to know what the Primary Responsibility of a Police Officer is according to our Cannons of Ethics?
“The primary responsibility of the police service, and of the individual officer, is the protection of the people of the United States through the upholding of their laws; chief among these is the Constitution of the United States and its amendments. The law enforcement officer always represents the whole of the community and its legally expressed will and is never the arm of any political party or clique.”

As a decent and hard working officer I dispise people like you that have no real understanding of just how many of us know what is going on. Are you preparing for what is coming? So are we, and the ones that know will be right by your side in this fight. I have been awake for many years now thanks to Alex, so don’t think you can lump the majority of us in with the minority of officer and get away with it. Maybe you had a bad experience, but I promise you there are many times more good, knowing officers than the few jack booted thugs you try to depict. Judge the individual not the group.

    36. Ruben Says:

Public Servant is right. A few bad apples give most police officers a bad rap. I had bad experiences with police officers but that doesn’t mean all officers are the same. I also know a few police officers that are just like us. They are concerned for their families and the public. MOst local police officers are from the community. They know and deal with the regular civilians. Don’t be prejudice. It’s moron’s that keep spewing the bad incidents as a general depiction and it’s wrong! When the time comes, I believe the local police force will stand by the civilian population. They will need our support. Don’t alienate them. You will only make it worse for us and them. It’s the big government agencies you have to worry about!

    37. High Plains Drifter Says:

      Public Servant:

I tried to copy/paste some of your comments, but was unable to do so. I have a suggestion, to begin, and I offer it in a constructive sense: proofread your posts. Doing so will improve the public’s opinion of your intelligence and abilities, and tell them that you thought enough of them to make your communication clear and legible. Many think that police officers are all drooling idiots. I am not in that camp. Your last sentence was interesting; to wit: “Judge the individual not the group”. It’s appropriate to judge both, based upon circumstances. Were the nazis evil? Was there such a thing as a ‘good’ member of the schutzstaffel (SS). I know of not one example. The same, I’m confident, could be said of the communist cadres under Stalin during his reign of terror. Here’s my assertion: When the time comes, the VAST majority of US police and military will subjugate and, even, kill their fellow Americans. Why will this be so? Because by the time you (and others in ‘authority’, including foreign UN forces) come to seize our firearms, gold, silver you will need to preserve your precious paycheck and ‘bennies’. It’s just that simple. People sell out every day; police and military are not immune to the temptation. IF you’re a christian then you might see fit to resist the power. Time will tell; I pray that when the time does come (and it will) you’ll do the right thing. Amerika bless God Semper Fi, Chris in Colorado

You cite petty offenses as justification for you hatred of police, along with your self-described incident in some unknown town. Tell me your answer to what is justified for public safety. Do we do away with all laws? Do we disregard what society has put in place? We will have to agree to disagree. Hatred breeds sloppiness, so be aware.

    43. American Patriot Says:

      general orders to law enforcement

those who are in the know – you must educate those who are not and right now!

take firm stands against gun confiscation publicly

do not follow homeland security orders or any fbi or cia agenda against us the citizens and make it publicly known that it was attempted. (reported by the Officers of fill in the bvlanks Police Dept.)

these are a start to show us that we can trust you – because make no mistake when hit jumps off people will lash out at all law enforcement or authority of any kind regardless of whether you are a truther and are on our side unless they know without a doubt that you are righteous.
YOU MUST MAKE IT KNOWN REPEATEDLY!

everything every good cop has worked for, upheld, stood up for and risked is about to thrown out like dirty water – that sucks and is complete bulls--- for it to happen but it is and it is not us who will have done it to you! you should remember that!

we prefer you as the gate crasher and we could use your help starting right now!!

    44. Lupus2012 Says:

I’d rather the cops carried assualt rifles than tasers. Plus, once the dirty cops are “takin care of” there will be free rifles and ammo for us.

    45. Nolan Says:

      Hey guys,

I think thats kind of funny. If i was a cop i’d buy a bazooka, a sniper rifle, and an AK-47.

    46. Casual Observer Says:

What i think is kinda funny is how many people own firearms and help out in society and in times defend themselves, others and family …yet the media doesn’t cocver that.

When was the last time you heard from media that a stranger defended a person being robbed? I am sure it still happens.. yet it isn’t productive to the “societal agenda” to have individuals acting independently of GVT supported , tax funded programs.

    47. High Plains Drifter Says:

I’m concerned about the militarization of *civilian* police forces, but recognize the need for maximum defensibility against well-armed criminals. I’d love to see rules implemented, though, which make police officers responsible, PERSONALLY (not corporately!) for wrongful deaths they cause. Here’s my plan, Public Servant; tell me what you think of it. Prior to being allowed to buy, for e.g., an AR-15, you would have to sign an agreement which is worded something like this:

IF a police officer kills a law-abiding American due to gross criminal negligence, then said officer must be subject, immediately, to the three following administrative actions upon finding of guilt:

      1. Summary termination of police employment,

      2. Forfeiture of ALL pay and allowances (including PENSION), and,

      3. Payment of any civil penalties which may ensue out of personal funds (NOT general, taxpayer-derived funds!)

What do you say, Public Servant? Is it a deal? Step right up and sign your name on the dotted line, friend. Semper Fi, Chris in Colorado

    48. wasteland soldier Says:

Im sorry what do you expect with all the mexican cartel murders.Im surprised they havent done it in texas yet.

    49. DeadeyeDoll Says:

Damn, there are some real idiot’s responding to this one. revolutionIScoming: please stop the caps and make a coherent response in one statement…you sound like a raving anarchist lunatic.

As for the police… Lets say things went to s--- tomorrow, I think most would follow their orders. You see, at first they would simply be acting to control those few people (”terrorists”,”traitors”,”criminals”) who would be causing a problem. Only if the uprising increased in size would more officers start to switch sides. This is the difficulty with being a police official during an uprising…you have to know when to switch sides…it can be a dicey decision. Choose the wrong side and your life and maybe even your family could be in jeopardy. Timing is everything. But in the end…I believe a great many officers would follow their orders for as long as possible, simply because this is what they are trained to do, order is what they strive for (and uprisings are certainly not orderly), and they are already on the advantaged side. To quote the movie Blade Runner:

(”Self-retired” Deckard sitting in Captain Bryants office)
Deckard: [getting up to leave] I was quit when I come in here, Bryant, I’m twice as quit now.
Bryant: Stop right where you are! You know the score, pal. You’re not cop, you’re little people!

but i’m pretty sure it states in the old “its just a goddammed piece of paper as bushy calls it” that each state is to have a Sherrif with deputies available. if the problem is to big then the Sherrif is to summon the State millitia to resolve the problem.

there has never been a mention of Police anywhere that i read – i could have missed and maybe i did.
but you should know if a police force does not appear in the Constitution – apparently we (the citizens)don’t have a contract with you anyway.

use the Constitution as you would have it used on you – we are watching……

For that reason, the 2nd amendment MUST NOT BE RESTRICTED IN ANY WAY.

With citizens armed around him, a cop will be more respectfull and more protected.

He asked the detective about this and he replied that the US Military is giving the police these weapons. I am going to see if I could talk with this guy and get more info.

    54. Manson Says:

#63 – i do believe that the police force falls under the tenth amendment. law enforcement is not really mentioned in the federal constitution, so according to the tenth amendment, it should be left to the individual states. this would be the reason that police cannot perform their duties outside their own jurisdiction unless their assistance is requested. it could be reasonably argued that federal law enforcement agencies (atf, fbi, dea…) are unconstitutional based on this.

if you check out your state constitution you may find that a police force is mentioned. i wouldnt know because i havent really studied the various state constitutions other than my own.

“Know your enemy and know yourself and you can fight a hundred battles without disaster.”
      Sun Tzu

      Quote:
The gold fringe around the American flag, as displayed in many federal courts, designates them as Admiralty COURTS, which cannot hear other kinds of cases, or signal that the court is operating under martial law. No court has ever upheld this argument, as neither the presence (or absence) of a flag (or of any other element of decor), nor the fringe on a flag (which has no heraldic or vexillological significance), has any bearing whatever on the jurisdiction of a court.

      WRONG!!!

      Role in the American Revolution

During the period after the French and Indian War, Admiralty Courts became an issue that was a part of the rising tension between the British Parliament and their American Colonies. Starting with the Proclamation of 1763, these courts were given jurisdiction over a number of laws affecting the colonies. The jurisdiction was expanded in later acts of the Parliament, such as the Stamp Act of 1765. Before the Revolution: The 13 colonies are in red, the pink area was claimed by Great Britain after the French and Indian War, and the orange region was claimed by Spain. … The French and Indian War is the American name for the decisive nine-year conflict (1754-1763) in North America between Great Britain and France, which was one of the theatres of the Seven Years War. … The Parliament of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland is the supreme legislative institution in the United Kingdom and British overseas territories (it alone has parliamentary sovereignty). … Betsy Ross purportedly sewed the first American flag with 13 stars and 13 stripes representing each of the 13 colonies. …

The colonists’ objections were based on several factors. The courts could try a case anywhere in the British Empire. Cases involving New York or Boston merchants were frequently heard in Nova Scotia, and sometimes even in England. The fact that judges were paid based in part on the fines that they levied, and naval officers were paid for bringing ’successful’ cases led to abuses. There was no trial by jury, and evidence standards were weaker than in criminal courts. The government’s objective was to improve the effectiveness of revenue and excise tax laws. In many past instances, smugglers would avoid taxes. Even when they were caught and brought to trial, local juries frequently acquitted the popular local merchants whom they perceived as being unfairly accused by an unpopular tax collector.

Maritime jurisdiction inside the United States

In the United States, the federal district courts have jurisdiction over all admiralty and maritime actions. The United States district courts are the general trial courts of the United States federal court system. …

      Tax protestor arguments

In recent years, some tax protesters in the United States have claimed that any American court displaying an American Flag with a gold fringe is in fact an Admiralty Court and thus has no jurisdiction.

      BUT … WHAT IS THIS:

The president, as military commander, can add a yellow fringe

to our flag. When would this be done? During time of war. Why?

A flag with a fringe is an ensign, a military flag. Read the

      following.

“Pursuant to U.S.C. Chapter 1, 2, and 3; Executive Order No.

      10834, August 21, 1959, 24 F.R. 6865, a military flag is a flag

that resembles the regular flag of the United States, except that

it has a YELLOW FRINGE, bordered on three sides. The President of

the United states designates this deviation from the regular flag,

by executive order, and in his capacity as COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF of

      the Armed forces.”

    57. Eric Says:

Three forms of law were granted to the Constitution, common

law, equity (contract law) and Admiralty law. Each had their own

jurisdiction and purpose. The first issue I want to cover is the

      United States flag.

Obviously from known history our flag did

not have a yellow fringe bordering three sides. The United

States did not start putting flags with a yellow fringe on them

in government buildings and public buildings until the 1900’s.

Of course the question you would ask yourself; why did it change

and are there any legal meanings behind this? Oh yes!

First the appearance of our flag is defined in Title 4 sec.

      1. U.S.C..

      ———————————

An US flag with gold fringe is the military flag used with COURT MARSHAL!!!

IT NOT Constitution, common law, OR equity (contract law.)

      Admiralty law:

Of course the question you would ask yourself; why did it change

and are there any legal meanings behind this? Oh yes!

First the appearance of our flag is defined in Title 4 sec.

      1. U.S.C..

“The flag of the United States shall be thirteen horizontal

stripes, alternate red and white; and the union of the flag shall

be forty-eight stars, white in a blue field.” (my note – of

course when new states are admitted new stars are added.)

A “Placing of fringe on the national flag, the dimensions of

the flag, and arrangement of the stars are matters of detail not

controlled by statute, but within the discretion of the President

as commander-in-chief of the army and navy.” 1925, 34

By our allowing to let these military flags fly, the

American people have admitted our defeat and loss of status.

Read on, you’ll see what I mean.

      Remember the Constitution

recognizes three forms of law, being governed by the Law of the

Flag is Admiralty law. I will cover this in a minute, the

following is a definition of the legal term Law of the Flag.

      REMEMBER THE 7TH AMENDMENT!!!

      LEGALLY TERM CALLED:

Constructive fraud n. when the circumstances show that someone’s actions gives him/her an unfair advantage over another by unfair means (lying or not telling a buyer about defects in a product, for example), the court may decide from the methods used and the result that it should treat the situation as if there was actual fraud even if all the technical elements of fraud have not been proven.

WHY THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE LAW? A LAW IS A LAW RIGHT MR. LEO?

MILITARY LAW IS HARSH, YOU ARE ACCUSED SO YOU ARE GUILTY.

BUT IS CIVIL LAW DEAD? ARE WE UNDER A MILITARY COUP D’ETAT?

      PARTIALLY, BUT THE THOUGHT CONTINUES.
