According to an UNIAN correspondent, Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko said this opening an extraordinary session of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
She noted that today in the Lviv, Ivano-Frankovsk and Ternopil Oblasts the condition of prevalence of flu reached an epidemiological threshold.
According to the words of Yu. Tymoshenko that is why the quarantine is introduced in all these nine Oblasts.

It was cooked up in a lab. I heard from more than one source that bird flu was mixed with
swine nasties and also cultures of the 1914 pandemic flu. Though it can’t be proven,
with what I have seen happening in this country in the last few years, it would not surprise me at all. Here is the other problem: When a flu is introduced into a population, even if by natural means, what does happen as a natural progression, is that it changes at it passes from one person to another. So why do they try to brainwash people into thinking that this vaccine when its effectiveness is completely in question ? These pharmaceutical companies like Baxter really are eugenicists. It’s disgusting. The big cover story used to be that doctors got kickbacks from pharmaceutical companies to promote certain drugs. Now it seems our government is collaborating with the pharmaceutical companies to assault the general public directly – Cut out the middleman, I suppose – why not have the sheep come directly to the slaughter, rather than drag them ? Vaccines can only be produced to develope immunity from a known strain,it is developed using the strain they are trying to treat against,if they don’t have a sample of the strain they cannot produce a vaccine for it.
It takes some time to produce and distribute vaccines,and there is no guarantee that the flu you get will be the strain you have an immunity against from the vaccine.
Good reason not to take a vaccine and risk injury from the preservatives and stuff in it.

Hello! i am from Ukraine, I’m living in the very centre of the epidemy, in Lviv city. The rumors about this Ukrainian epidemy raised in just a few days, at the begining of the week everything was just fine, there was not a trace of any flue at all. On Wednesday everyone suddenly got mad, the rumors spread with the lightning spead, tv, internet, everyone started to talk about an epidemy of unknown flue. It came out of nowhere. Just suddenlt the reports of many deaths popped up in all the media. The drug stores where crowded with people struggling to receive at least some basic flue medicine, to prevent themselves from being contaminated. Not everyone could get even a simple face-mask, a price for this kind of goods raised dramatically.
On the second day of hysteria number of rumors doubled, there where even the messages through out different media-websites that this flue could possibly be a Pneumonic plague. The symptoms matched thous that occure to those who where sick (rumors about people dying in three days from suffocating death of pneomonia(the symptoms are like thous: vomiting, high body temperature, nausea, coughing blood)).
They spray the streets of Lviv and Kiev with some sort of chemical that kills bacterias (while the H1N1 is a virus). People are forbidden to move thought regions freely, or leave their oblast, all gigs where canceled as well as lessons in schools and universities (for 3 weeks so far). There are even rumors about closing of borders.
This also might be connected with the upcoming presidential election in Ukraine (this winter). This state of things might be convenient to one of the political forces which is to participate in the election.
As for me this is quite scary, streets are empty, everyone is terrified, people are trying not to leave their homes, the hysteria is everywhere, you cant even go and buy a bunch of bread without beeing exposed to a thread that you might be the next one who gets it.
I can go on and one, and tell you lots of different rumors, thers no way of figuring out the real state of things, even doctors are afraid and dont know what they are facing.
I thought it was my dutie to submit this post to infowars.com. As i read alot from here, and it looks just like the things Alex tells about.
I would apriciate any information about what to do in a situation like this, especially how to figure out the thoughts when the goverment lies and the people are scared.
Also i can provide you with latest information on the subject from the epicentre of events if you are interested.

I haven’t found any decent info on this, but now, in the middle of this epidemy, it seems they are prepearing the mass vaccination among the population.
I found quite a few articles saying that local government of some regions is recommending people to take shots immidietly (anyway, vaccination in the middle of epidemy? huh?)
Also i can tell that in Ukraine there where numerous scandals of children dying after some various shots, after this stories people dont trust the doctors anymore, and there was a high procent of people refusing to take the vacine.
After this flu-epidemy, if you read the internet – noone is that suspitious anymore, everyone is so afraid, they will take the shot as a normal procedure.

ok..I was just wondering if they had started, like in the US to give out the h1n1 shot a few weeks ago.
I know the shots have live virus’s and trying to see if this is the child of these virus’s that were in the shots.
If this is what we will be seeing ALL over the world, from the virus’s in the h1n1 shots brewing in the people and this is what will come forth and be the monster that will be the real problem.
Did the news there speak before this about people getting shots.. even if it was the odd person?

I guess they will give it like now. The strangest thing, it seems that thers few different types of virus involved, more common “swine flu” that is not lethal in most cases, and this strange Pneumonia plague-like thing. People dying in a few days and autopsy show that their lungs are full of blood.
The news – i dont think so, you see, when i decided to check infowars today i found this article http://www.infowars.com/myster.....n-ukraine/ dated 20 of october and the news are provided by Radio Netherlands Worldwide. I was amuzed because on 20 of october or near that time there where no such news around here. ANd as i sayed i live in Lviv – the epicenter of this epidemic.
anyway, i have to research on the shots issue, maybe there where some reports, but i dont remember any, and quick search doesn’t provide any results.

I know vaccine nasal spray contains Live Virus. It is H5N1 or that relates to Tamiflu? I think I found out that this information from Healthfreedomusa website. I will go back there and see if I mistaken.

After this events the nation was strictly against any vaccinations, also there where numerous statistical information on people refusing to take shots, and it got massive and doctors predicted some kind of epidemic in recent years. Now i guess people are reconsidering their negative attitude to vaccinations.
The goverment say that they are to buy 15 millions ampules of H1N1 in the nearest weeks.
But anyway there are few sane doctors left that worn everyone not to take any vaccine of H1N1 now.

yeti, say calm, dont buy into the panic, wash your hands ALOT!!get enough sleep , if it is a bacterial disease face masks are necessary , clean cotton rags and rubber bands can be used as masks, you can coat the inside of the mask with vaseline as this will double the protection, it doesnt help to panis, questionEVERYTHING, keep you head on straight eat lots of fruits and veggies get some sunlight, stay calm

I have read of this elsewhere,I can’t get a definite idea whether the flu in the ukraine is A/H1N1,or A/N1N1.
A/N1N1 kaliforniya was specifically stated as the influenza that is hitting them over there.
I don’t know if they are referring to H1N1,the characters are very similar.
This may be a mis-translation,nobody will know till later.
H1N1 is generally not hemorragic,I have read reports of this being the case in the ukraine.
