Law enforcement agencies in Colorado have been issued a warning after Aurora police received a threatening call Sunday.


Aurora Police Public Information Officer Diana Cooley would not go into detail about the call, but said “the remarks were alarming.”

The call came in Sunday afternoon and surrounding departments were notified.

A spokesperson for the Denver Police Department confirmed they received an alert about the threat, adding the warning was shared through the Colorado Information Analysis Center.
