Police Intimidate, Assault Students At University of Pittsburgh

The night began with a crowd assembled in Schenley Plaza sitting on the grass. Police with un-muzzled attack dogs showed up.

I was forced across the street. Cop tells crowd we’re okay, will be given warning when chemicals will be used on people across the street, to walk up Forbes Avenue if we get hit with gas. Less than a minute later riot police march across the intersection and rush the crowd, pushing us past the Cathedral of Learning to Fifth Avenue.
Police advanced us up to the William Pitt Union, and then rushed us into the Schenley Quad. We were forced back up to Litchfield Towers — and found our way blocked by cops at the entrance to the dorm.
I raised my hands and said “PLEASE, I’M TRYING TO GET TO MY ROOM,” and the cops let me past. Minutes later they were turning people away from the dorm and sending them back into the streets, where they were met with more police and more gas and rubber bullets.
Toward the end of this video you can see the aftermath of police teargassing the entrance of the Litchfield Towers because a student was trying to help up a student who had taken a rubber bullet to the face.

The lesson for this should already have been executed. Never have a protest without at least 5% of the people equiped with video to record events. It must be shown that police initiate the violence. If protestors initiate the violence, then they should be identified and turned over to the police. I firmly beieve that the violent demonstrators are govenment paid provatours to discredit the movement to make it look like a bunch of left wing crazys.
This is exactly what the Govenment did to the Viet NAm War protestors, in addition to introducing/suppling them with LSD (acid) to make them crazy. It solidified the silent majority to support Johnson, then Nixon. Look up ole Proffesor Timithy Leary.

At my school, Remington College, had a “meeting” when we first got to school. We were told to go there. I did’nt go for personal reasons. Come to find out, later that week, it was madatory for us to go and watch a video about the constitution and that they were going to have a “makeup” day to watch it. I went on that day, which was this last Thursday. When I got in there though, I did’nt watch it, but put my attention on other things. I was told to turn around and watch it and if I did’nt then I would be told to leave and punished for it. I think the constitution is just as important as the next person, but, when I go to school to learn about computers, I am there for computers, not the constitution that this country is trampling over to start with! I believe it is my God given right to watch or not watch, instead I was “forced” to not only show up…but to litterally turn my head to the tv and watch!

I don’t mean this offensively , as i am in half denial myself about all this , but the fact is some kids could of easily died or been injured , or some old person who just couldn’t take the stress of being gassed or sound targeted , just for taking a walk , so for me , I am sad to say it brings to my mind alot of parrallels to that event in Ohio State . It’s also smacks of the ‘might is right ‘ mentality of a police treachery in a police state , I mean this was , like Kent State , where the students live and study as well . They have also ‘inalienable rights ‘ under the US Constitution , and it appears to me on the surface and from a distance that they have been trampled on by brainwashed cops told the students are ‘ the enemy , potential terrorists , ect’ .
This is hog-wash , REAL men do not ever in uniform or not hit , the infirm or the elderly nor needlessly endanger their health , they are sworn to protect them and their Constitutional rights as American citizens , also in the US declaration of human rights .
I learned this from my Uncle when i was 10 yo , who was a major in the Army and expert marksmen to boot , who trained soldiers : You do not hit women , the weak , infirm , innocent or children ever !
I have lived by this rule ever since as I agree with it , perhaps the only exception being extreme case of self defense with someone with a deadly weapon where it is natural to defend oneself , but with moderate force as needed .
I am afraid for America , and I will pray for her and her servicemen , that they have the courage to defend the US Constitution against tyrannical despots , out to enslave the people more and more with their absolute greed and deception .

I got extorted by the police, and I’m not even a criminal. So, you tell me what state the police system is in. The cops are so corrupt that they can’t see the real crime so they create facades. I don’t like them, at all. You give them information,they don’t listen. Hell, one time I got stopped ,and they said they needed my information so they’d have someone to BLAME in case something happened. That is exactly what happened. I’m not making this up. That happened when I was 18. The cop was a state trooper for crying out loud. Whatever happened to protecting the people,and honoring the constitution. Controlling people isn’t protecting them.
