Population reduction: who will make it and who won’t?

This is no conspiracy theory.
Mark Wallace posted a rather chilling article and accompanying spreadsheet on Conservative Home on the population figures the Optimum Population Trust would like to see in each country of the world.
Mark’s article:
The Optimum Population Trust, for those of you who haven’t yet come across them, are an odd bunch. Bluntly, they believe the best way to save the planet is to get rid of as many human beings as possible.
On the plus side, at least they are being more honest than most greens in their open contempt for human beings. The reality of many in the environmentalist movement is at core a deep anti-humanism, an arrogant dislike for people who are somehow too stupid to see the problem with their pursuit of a happy life and a healthy family.
On the down side, the OPT’s aims are actually pretty worrying – verging on sinister, even. Buried in their website is a detailed spreadsheet [Excel link] laying out their ideal “sustainable” populations for each country. And those “ideal” populations are a little worrying, if you try to imagine the reality of them.
For example, the UK should shrink to 29 million people, from the 60 million we currently have. We are of course a small island, but ask yourself which half of your friends you would rather did not exist?

And we get things comparatively easy in the OPT’s dystopian vision of the future.
Only one in six of the current Algerian population should really be allowed. Bosnians are unlikely to be overjoyed that 3 million of their 4 million people are, in the OPT’s eyes, an inconvenience. Rwanda should apparently go from 7 million people to only 2 million.
What the OPT seem to forget is that these aren’t just statistics. They aren’t just “emitters”, as their website terms them. They are real human beings, who live, love and laugh. It is peculiar that Sir David Attenborough, the Patron of the Trust, can show so much compassion for animals but is apparently happy to back such a dispassionate dismissal of the value of our fellow humans.
Yesterday, the OPT released the results of a Yougov opinion poll [Excel link] which they trumpeted as showing public support for their aims. “Public want smaller UK population”, announces their website. However, when you actually read the tables for the polling results, it turns out that the public are bothered about far more real world, centre right issues than greenie pipe dreams.
It turns out, people are actually perfectly happy for us to be allowed to continue breeding – directly contrary to the OPT’s aims.
One major question was, “Do you think people should take the impact on the environment into account when deciding how many children to have?”
The answer is pretty clear. A miniscule 15% say people either should not have any children or should only have one, while 24% either think “the number of children people have won’t affect the environment” or that people shouldn’t worry about it. Unsurprisingly, the biggest support – 34% – is for people choosing to have two children, which is just about what people actually do have in real life. Far from endorsing the OPT’s views, people are voting for no change, and life as usual.
Most interesting is the question which investigates public support for various policies on population. Most left those surveyed pretty unmoved, with only three gaining majority support:
- Reduce immigration: 69%
- Let people work after the retirement age: 63%
- Better family planning support to reduce unwanted pregnancies: 62%
So, it turns out that far from being radical greens who want to interfere in people’s family life, the public are just bothered about high levels of immigration and unplanned pregnancies, whilst wanting to allow pensioners to work. More back to basics than ban the babies.

Listen, this kind of information must be opined in a way that is sensible. It should read or at least AJ should be level headed and state that this looks like the NWO is trying to get people used to the idea of culling the poplulation by, and here are the facts, birth control and abortion. If any of you have a college education, then you will know that the text books propogandize “family” planning otherwise known as Baby killing and sterilization.
But Alex has to go down the fear mongering road. Is he right? probably, but he has duped you and made you look like a bunch of paranoid, tin foil hat wearing , domestic terroristsic fools. Also, you can’t go making “the sky is falling” kind of statements if you cannot prove it out in the NWO’s words. Now the best articles I have seen here are the ones that pull quotes word for word from the NWO elitists books. So, AJ where has that gone? where has the credible “journalism” gone?
Use the facts AJ, not fear mongering. If you are going to post something like this, make an editors note or at least give a propler non fearmongering, non paranoid look at this!!!
Here is why I am so upset and pissed off, Alex used to be credible, but I believe that it was to get us in his pen, then and very recently he has become very transparent with the MSM. If all you want to do is call me names and defend AJ blindly, then you my friends are truly, lost sheep!

Actually the reason I keep blathering on supposedly criticizing AJ is
I find him extremely attractive.
Trouble is, if I write posts agreeing like most of you he will never
notice me. I’m SO frustrated he’s on radio and internet seated at
his desk all the time…I can never get a look at his PACKAGE!
If any of you peons had a college education like I do, you would

You’re right stom. You say AJ “used” to be credible? He’s never been totally credible. I’ve listened to him since he got on sw radio in the late 90’s and he’s ALWAYS been a sensationalist. And frankly I don’t mind it when it’s done right and not to extreme, there is a niche for an Alex and the hardcare truth when most of the other ‘journalists’ out there obfuscate/gatekeep or deny key aspects of the NWO. I don’t think he purposely fear mongers, that may be the effect with sheeple when they read a story like this, but those of us with discernment can read an article like this and separate the fact from the ‘conspiracy theory’. I started waking up to the NWO in the early 90’s when I saw the evidence that AIDS is man-made (Strecker/Cantwell and later, Horowitz) That pissed me off even though I knew no one with AIDS- since it COULD have affected me personally and I’ve been trying to expose the NWO control freaks and their population control methods since.

Excuse me, Steve Quayle broke the Hardin story. The reason we care about people bashing Alex, is not because they are bashing him as much as they are trying to confuse people. Especially the dumbed down sheeple, when they come here sincerely seeking answers and there are a bunch of trolls here spouting disinfo and lies. The problem is we are trying to wake up the dumbed down masses and trolls are trying to confuse the dumb downed masses. So part of the infowar is trying to fetter out the truth, with a constant bombardment of disinfo and lies. Otherwise, we’d just ignore them. Alex sometimes does get excitable, but so do I. You fight this stuff and study it everyday and it gets frustrating. Sometimes the smallest win is something to jump up and down about, when you feel you are fighting a tidal wave. Also, every little thing you see, when studying this NWO stuff constantly, is sometimes more apparant as a pretext to something far worse, for those who’ve been watching this stuff for a while. So maybe a newb doesn’t see it as clearly as someone who’s been doing it for sooooo long! Either way, this IS an infowar. That is why the disinfo must be addressed. The dumbed down masses aren’t just dumb, they are being confused by a constant stream of disinfo and lies.

I agree. I think we’re all on the same side here, but all of us have to be vigilant. I spend a good deal of time bouncing between different news sites on most days just trying to get a realistic picture of what’s going on. I can take Alex’s website and corraborate information with other news sites, then check what the big news websites are saying to triangulate some sort kernal of “truth”. It is an information war, no doubt, but calling each other names on a message board just fractures us and marginalizes us more. I just think it’s important to take everything with a grain of salt, and to try not to see any issue through one filter exclusively. In that sense, skepticism is a virtue. That goes for the way we as readers percieve Alex Jones as well as CNN.

read the link to the organization’s website and stop posting childish contrarian nonsense. i find your opinion very boorish since it seeks to attack alex jones for an article neither written, nor necessarily endorsed by him and additionally assumes that the article itself is not credible in its content. seriously, just because people listen to jones or agree with this or that opinion it doesn’t become that a) they agree with every opinion posted, b) they believe anything they hear or read, or c) that any defense of jones is blind.
i think there was some credible journalism in the last production, what’s your opinion on that? linking to msm is about as “in their own words” as you can get one would think. i’d go so far as to say that an independent article on an independent blog such as this, pointing to an independent organization furthering elitist aims through their activities and vision is fair journalism. even if one doesn’t agree with the article it is also fair and reasonable to say that introducing a new source/avenue is in keeping with the spirit of consequential journalism.

It is the current “perfect storm” of long predicted and undeniable facts ( Global economic collapse, likley global pandemic, and a perpetual global war on terror, as well as G-20 announced “Global governance” resulting in Copenhagen) , that are prompting the urgency in AJ’s message.

I love the passion in his presentation. Alex is after all the T REX of political talk radio. I like the occasional wild man that percolates to the surface. Nobody’s perfect but I believe Alex is authentic. I even heard one of his longtime critics just yesterday credit him for his recent works even though he made some serious mistakes in his early career. This hardcore militia member on a popular patriot radio show publicly said he forgave Alex for his early mistakes. We MUST close ranks and support each other in these perilous times.

Technically, Alex isn’t fear mongering, he’s putting the information out as fast as possible so that it has less ability to be censored before some read it. If some of the articles are not 100%, well, you’re the retard who didn’t do his own homework.

Hey Stom, I don’t wear tinfoil hats but I do photograph a lot of ufos and you can see some of them on my website. The big difference is that most of them are within a couple of hundred yards. They pretend to be a dr. that the old person is supposed to see for a pre-surgery physical and they give them numerous shots. One includes a giant dose of black blood cells. The other is liquified flesh. Both carry fatal diseases. Real simple. The ploy in this case was that the old person was getting a tetnus shot and a pnewmonia prevention shot before surgery. Voice of the Republic-What a wonderful story! My father was in WWII. He was in the Navy and saw a great deal. Unfortunately for me and my brothers and sisters, he didn’t talk much about it. What saddens me more than I can put into words, is that in the not to distant future, this country will more than likely be controlled by the NWO, who will them hand us over to China. I have studied the NWO’s plans for a number of years now,but I NEVER thought that it would all happen so quickly. I do not agree with the green movement and I think their data is lies, but it is sad that they can not just promote the use of technology to ensure that we all are able to be here, even increase in number, and that everything would still be “sustainable”.
They could still put themselves in situations where they stand to profit, still be in control, but would not have to kill us all. The fact that it is not this way shows where they come from and their mindset. They are worried that one day there will be enough of us that even if those who are awake are only a 5th of the population, it will be enough to stop them.

Neocon, the problem is this: The elite aren’t happy to have the best of everything. As long as some middle-class or even poor person can afford, even occasionally, something they have, they are furious. It’s not enough that they be rich and happy, everyone else has to be poor and miserable. But to my mind, how could a life like that be happy? It would drive me crazy trying to micro-control everyone else’s life. What I’m seeing is that the elites are so miserable within themselves that they have to pull the world into it with them.
So I’m living as Jesus leads, sharing my happiness, and the NWO can take a long walk off a short pier. This is just my opinion, but if the world’s people totally ignored them, that would really frost their cookies. Even if they hold a gun to my head, I don’t have to accept their twisted way of life. I refuse to think that my neighbor has less right than I do to exist; in fact, if they are in need, it’s my duty to help them.

Cities are indeed the new social prisons of the future. You can check in but you cant check out without going through 15 check points and only if big brother allows you. In fact they could very well upon discovering who you are at some check point after running your name through the database could very well come back with special instructions to hold you, trasport you or terminate you as soon as possible.
This type of grid will ensure that you go no where you are not wanted and that if they want to collect you for whatever reason the system makes it easy to get you without too much drama.

In this country people need to have more babies. America is going to be totally lost if people who are young but wealthy do not have as many babies as they physically are capable of having. I think the point of this isn’t to come out and say “you need to die” it’s to get people keen to the idea of population control. That’s how it starts.
It’s like terrorism. The Dept of Homeland Security seemed like a good idea to stop Al Quida and most accepted it and felt good knowing we were safe.

I have had personally at least 6 posts deleted .I’ve seen posts that had been up for a good part off a day deleted . People dont notice it or attribute it to the lag time it sometimes takes for posts to be visible which in all honesty does happen but when its only a select group of opinions that are being deleted then one has to ask ones self

Ok.. I have to say this.
People might get mad, but I really don’t give a f---. If this is you, then you should just kill YOURSELF.
I do NOT think that the earth is over populated… well.. because it isn’t.
However, I think that these stupid f---ing people who have multiple children and are on WELFARE or something similar should be shot and killed.
If you can’t afford the kids you have, STOP BREEDING! I don’t like having to pay for all of your crap because you can’t keep your legs together or your dick in your pants!!
There shouldn’t be ANY population control, except for on people who don’t make enough money to support their kids. At which point their kids should be taken from them and put up for adoption until they make enough to support said kids.
Don’t like that idea? Well, you’re probably one of the dumb f---s who has too many kids and can’t afford them.
I think that a pretty good standard for this would be that everyone is allowed 2 kids to start with, and if you don’t make more than x amount of money per year than you aren’t allowed to have any more!
And no I don’t think that the number should be set at like 100,000 a year or something. hell, I know families that can pull it off with making 40,000 a year. I’m just saying, when the application for Welfare comes up, that should be one of the checks that is made. And welfare should be set at the amount it takes to raise 2 kids at that point in time.
* For the majority of people who are commenting with stupid arguments such as inflation, etc… that’s why I left the majority of this so ambiguous. times change as does the cost of living.. I understand this.. if that’s your only argument, please just STFU.

This is not news reporting. This is speculation and fear-mongering with a catchy title. Alex and many here seem to think that because someone or some group has certain beliefs or hopes for humanity, that it will translate into action. In that case, there is plenty of material to share. But stick to the facts. And no, newspaper article and tv reports from mainstream media are not facts necessarily. They can talk about many things – they can use the word “new world order” for example, or they can discuss overpopulation, etc; It doesn’t equate to an actual sinister plan to put in action all of the things Alex talks about on the show and posts so-called “articles” on. I need to see actual proof. A war in Afghanistan. Ok that’s real. And it’s a farce and we all know it. H1N1 is real and as far as I can tell, is a virus not so unlike the seasonal flu that has had more or less similar effects. The financial crisis was a combination of sneaky schemes on wall street, intentionally poor regulation, and Americans greed for the illusory American dream. I could go on and on.
