Recall neocon blogger and concentration camp apologist Michelle Malkin in huffy denial over the Marine who sadistically chucked a puppy into a ravine while on “duty” in Iraq.
“Watch the clip closely. The puppy doesn’t move. It’s clear to me that it’s either dead or a stuffed toy. The sound effects of a dog yapping seem to have been dubbed in,” Malkin wrote on March 3. For Malkin, the event was simply an excuse for “Gloria Steinem and the Berkeley City Council” to diss the troops. The YouTube posted clip was “a useful cultural Rorschach test” for those “who buy into the soldier-as-monster narrative [and] are up in arms — demanding that the soldiers be hunted down and shot” and for “Code Pinkos” who Malkin declared “will dig up every bad animal abuse video they can find involving American troops,” of which there is no shortage.
As it turns out, the disgusting puppy murder video is real and the dog is not “either dead or a stuffed toy,” as murder and torture apologist Malkin would have it. From AFP earlier today:
Two US Marines have been disciplined for their role in an Internet video that showed a puppy being thrown off a cliff by a soldier in Iraq, the military said in a statement Thursday.
A press release from the US Marines Corps base in Hawaii said Lance Corporal David Motari, who was seen in the video hurling the puppy into a rocky ravine, faced expulsion for the incident.
Motari, part of the 1st Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment at Kaneohe Bay, is “being processed for separation,” the statement said. He also faced unspecified “non-judicial” punishment.
Another Marine, Sergeant Crismarvin Banez Encarnacion, whose role in the incident was unclear, received non-judicial punishment the Marines said.

Malkin should also apologize to CIA operative Gloria Steinem.
Of course, Malkin will not apologize. “The bottom line here is that Malkin will say anything, take any side or hold any view when it serves her agenda,” blogger Real Truth Online wrote on March 4. “When others step outside the box, think for themselves and support views that Malkin rejects, they are ‘loons’ who should be silenced. It matters not if the video evidence debunks her conclusions and opinions. If she thinks it, it’s fact. Evidence doesn’t matter.”
Michelle Malkin, the neocon going by the handle Allahpundit, and all the other neocon camp followers, will support the troops no matter what they do, no matter how many dogs, farm animals, children, mothers and fathers, grandmothers and toddlers they torture, kill, and dismember. After all, most neocons hate all things Muslim, they viscerally loathe all “pinkos” and people who exercise the First Amendment.
Michelle, for your sake, drive the speed limit and obey all laws. Because the sort of psychopaths who throw puppies over cliffs — and, compartively speaking, puppy chucking is a minor incident considering soldiers are killing entire families for the sheer hellish pleasure of it — are now coming home to work for law enforcement around the country.
For these violent mental cases, basically no different than Jeffrey Dahmer, it does not matter that you support the troops, support criminal neocons, and spend your time making excuses for their behavior.
Be nice to them, Michelle, or suffer the consequences.

For Iraq Vet, whocares? and Beziers1209 you’ve all missed the point completly. Yes it was only a dog but there is way more to it than that over simplified and myopic view. This issue has two edges to it:
First and foremost
The illusions, corrupting of the truth, twisting of facts and outrageous lies being continuously propagated by the talking heads in the NEO-CON propaganda machine in defense of the indefensible to sell their unholy agenda and maintain an iron grip on power, merely for its own sake, the have neither earned nor deserve have been unequivocally SHATTERED! They have provided the means of their own demise in virtually the exact same way Donald Rumsfeld did on “Meet the Press” when he denied ever stating that any one had ever known where the WMDs were located in Iraq only to be shot down in larger than life fashion when the host played a clip on the giant large screen monitor towering over Rumsfeld’s head showing an eight foot tall Donald Rumsfeld explaining to the Whitehouse press corps that these WMDs were in the area “North and west of Baghdad and in and around Tikrit”. As his credibility was shattered at that moment so has the credibility of all graduates from Joseph Goebbels school of Journalism, Michelle “always” Tallkin, Rush Limpjaw, Shill O’Rielly, Man Coulter and the rest of the crowd that the NEO-CLODS have relied on to sell their brand of crap to the masses. Now that they’ve cut their own throats there is a chance to wake up a few of their dedicated followers as they now must question what these people say.
Last But Not Least
This one documented and publicly available incident, which is just one among untold numbers that have not made it out of the shadows for public consumption, clearly indicates the lack of humanity that is being employed in this conflict by those who are claiming the mantle of “The Good Guys”. This categorically unjustified, unnecessary, unproductive and utterly indecent act of sheer brutality for no other reason than to satisfy a twisted sense of entertainment quite clearly demonstrates that there are soldiers, representing the U.S. citizenry, engaging in unspeakable conduct that speaks to the fact that there is an undertow of indescribable contempt for anything righteous within the U.S. forces in that theater. It also lends a forceful credibility to the allegations and claims of the same sort of brutality, and worse, against Iraqi citizens by U.S. soldiers in Iraq. This is precisely the exact type of conduct that Western Europeans liberated from Nazi domination by the western allied forces accused the German military of as their liberators swept through pushing the Hun back to the Rhineland and provides more ammunition to wake the living dead who are in denial about the truth.
This is not what spreading democracy is supposed to look like under any circumstances and spreading democracy was one of the furthest things from the list of actual reasons for going to war you could find.
To argue that it is just a dog or that it is a triviality in comparison to the loss of human life in Iraq is a non-sequetor argument. The value is that it stands as proof to all the claims of brutality, and the prosecution and dishonorable dismissal by the military of those involved invalidates both the apologist excuses made by the NEO-CLOD talking heads on this issue as well as any moral or journalistic authority they laid claim to in general.

First of all, you stole the real Anna’s name, because you don’t have the guts to use your own. Secondly, animal cruelty is how most serial killers get their start, and is evil. Anyone who has a heart loves animals, and is not cruel to them.
I care about our soldiers. I want them all to come home safely and stop fighting for lies. Our soldiers are brave. But they are also being trained to be cruel. I have PERSONALLY been to Ranger barracks in Fort Lewis WA. state, and there are large quotes on the wall from the likes of Ghengis Khan glorifying rape and murder.
And the soldiers are commanded to sing cadences making fun of shooting up schoolyards and bashing babies skulls in.
This is not honorable teaching. Nor defending the innocent. Why are our soldiers “liberating” Iraq, when they should be back here at home liberating us from this hi-jacked government?

As a dog owner, and nature lover, I agree with the ruling. If you saw the video it was more than killing a rabid dog, or a sick puppy. They threw a puppy off a cliff, screaming and healthy, till it splattered on the ground and laughed about it. I hunt and fish, I’ve taken life, and I’ve never seen anything so disrespectful of life, so cruel, and just down right sadistic. If you’ve taken a criminology class you’d know that a tell tale sign of a psychopath is the torturing and mutilating animals. I don’t care what banner you fly or who you serve, if you did that to my dog, I’d take pleasure in beating your head into a pile of hamburger meat. I’ve always defended things weaker than me, these pieces of trash missed something in life. Everyday I’m astounded by the beauty of this world and all it’s wonder, then you see people like this. I can appreciate the controversy. But as far as I can see, the issue of whether the dog was alive or not was a mute point from the very beginning. There are many such videos online. There is one featuring exploding sheep. There is another featuring U. S. troops destroying a perfectly healthy dog with an RPG while he was sniffing around – All the while the soldiers were cackling like freaks and screaming “Get the dog! Get the dog!” I wonder what the spin on that one would be? Perhaps they would say (in the most noble, humane tone possible) that they had “actionable intelligence” that the sniffing dog was actually Osama in disguise.

Actually they start out by torturing animals, and it usually manifests much earlier in life than the age of these men in the video. The fact that everybody is outraged, shocked, stunned and otherwise carrying on as though the conduct in Iraq were the worst ever has me shaking my head in stunned disbelief. In fact I can only attribute this idiocy to people that have never actually lived with death.
I served in “peacetime.” We’ve always got a shooting war going on somewhere, they just don’t call it that. True to form, I lost friends in training accidents(Osprey crash, for openers) and was ever aware that my ticket could be punched on any live fire course, rope training, air assault, or even something as stupid as a humvee crash(like one of the guys I went to high school with). And I learned something…
The military culture is the culture of death. When we aren’t killing, we’re training to kill, because killing people and demolishing buildings are the entire job of the armed forces of any nation on Earth. I learned something else, too….
After a while of carpooling with death it taints you, and in fact that is why the same guys I knew got hammered and whored on Friday and Saturday were in church with me on Sunday – because you do anything to fight that feeling. You do anything life affirming – sex, drunkenness, fights(pain means you’re still alive, cliche but true), etc.
However when you spend your days in a place where at any moment you might be randomly shot by some yahoo with rifle, or blown up by a landmine, or go on patrol through bombed out areas and see body parts scattered around the only way a human mind can cope and avoid total insanity is to surrender some sanity. It warps your sense of morality permanently, but you still maintain one. That’s why GI humor is so morbid – like paramedics and doctors.
The puppy is actually proof that this guy had a conscience at some point, and odds are that it will come back again. I know some Iraq vets, guys that lost count of just how many that they killed, and I listen to the stories of days when out of boredom they would start shooting stray cats or using claymore mines to mow tall vegetation. The violence is there, and it always will be. But so is the restraint. Statistics bear out that vets have a much lower violent crime rate than non-vets in their age bracket – but when violence does in fact occur it’s generally pretty brutal.
You see none of us that have worn a uniform bat an eye about killing “bad” people, because it’s just one more dead asshole to us, if your hands are already bloody what’s a little more? On the other hand our anger burns white hot at those that would victimize the helpless. It sort of polarizes you on this issue – good people behind you while everybody in front dies.
You see I know a fellow Marine that I’ve found out once almost slit the throat of an Iraqi civilian(non combatant) – immediately after it became clear that he had just offered their platoon the “use” of his eleven year old daughter for $5 a piece. This Lcpl is getting a dishonorable, probably under article 134 if nothing else and whatever else the court is throwing at him. He also has to carry around the stigma of being “the puppy guy.” Civilian life effectively over, damage done.
For the record, stunts like this one are not appreciated by the higher-ups in the Corps because it really tarnishes our image. In boot we never went a day without being reminded that every single one of us had the power to destroy the reputation of our fellows, and every time some tard forgets this we have to clean up after them.
Malkin on the other hand very much needs to concede that those of us in uniform aren’t angels. We do a job that at it’s best is a necessary evil(death is not noble), and at it’s worst is one of the gravest sins humanity has ever committed. I really do believe that if the NWO is stopped in the US, it will involve large numbers of vets – they really are scared of us, because if anybody knows what are capabilities are it’s the people designed our training regimens and then sent us out to be battle hardened.
Oh, and for the record, I’m getting a beagle for my kids when I get around to marrying and settling down. Lovable, cute, don’t go crazy and eat people, and it will be a good way to reinforce a proper teaching about the nature of life and death – loyalty, responsibility, and eventually how to say goodbye and honor a life well lived.

When you get a chance , talk with some of the (honest) guys and gals returning from Iraq.There
are already groups of veterans who will confess to witnessing or participating in many war crimes,
including the rape and murder of innocent men,women and children. Even though these atrocities
were not all caught on video,Americans soldiers who still pocess their soul and a conscience WILL

As a veteran of the first gulf war I am appalled that you excused the actions of that soldier who threw the puppy over the cliff to its death. I am a veteran and I won’t “support the troops” blindly. In every war there are some soldiers who lose their conscience and commit acts that under the pressure, they would never commit. You made a huge deal over this being a “doctored” or fake video. It has been conclusively been proven to be authentic and undistorted. As a person who fought for your freedoms and a politically conservative veteran, I demand that you make an apology to the American people for defending a soldier who committed a horrible act. Please do not resort to the tactics of the liberal main stream media by submitting an apology on the very back page of an article in very fine print, but make as much of a spectacle of your apology as you did when you made those fallacious comments.
