RAND Lobbies Pentagon: Start War To Save U.S. Economy

According to reports out of top Chinese mainstream news outlets, the RAND Corporation recently presented a shocking proposal to the Pentagon in which it lobbied for a war to be started with a major foreign power in an attempt to stimulate the American economy and prevent a recession.
A fierce debate has now ensued in China about who that foreign power may be, with China itself as well as Russia and even Japan suspected to be the targets of aggression.
The reports cite French media news sources as having uncovered the proposal, in which RAND suggested that the $700 billion dollars that has been earmarked to bailout Wall Street and failing banks instead be used to finance a new war which would in turn re-invigorate the flagging stock markets.
The RAND Corporation is a notoriously powerful NGO with deep ties to the U.S. military-industrial complex as well as interlocking connections with the Ford, Rockefeller, and Carnegie foundations.

Current directors of RAND include Frank Charles Carlucci III, former Defense Secretary and Deputy Director of the CIA, Ronald L. Olson, Council on Foreign Relations luminary and former Secretary of Labor, and Carl Bildt, top Bilderberg member and former Swedish Prime Minister.
Carlucci was chairman of the Carlyle Group from 1989-2005 and oversaw gargantuan profits the defense contractor made in the aftermath of 9/11 following the invasion of Afghanistan. The Carlyle Group has also received investment money from the Bin Laden family.
Reportedly, the RAND proposal brazenly urged that a new war could be launched to benefit the economy, but stressed that the target country would have to be a major influential power, and not a smaller country on the scale of Afghanistan or Iraq.
The reports have prompted a surge of public debate and tension in China about the possibility that a new global conflict is on the horizon.
China’s biggest media outlet, Sohu.com, speculated that the target of the new war would probably be China or Russia, but that it could also be Iran or another middle eastern country. Japan was also mentioned as a potential target for the reason that Japan holds the most U.S. debt.
North Korea was considered as a target but ruled out because the scale of such a war would not be large enough for RAND’s requirements.
The reported RAND proposal dovetails with recent comments made by Joe Biden, Colin Powell, Madeleine Albright and others, concerning the “guarantee” that Barack Obama will face a major “international crisis” soon after taking office.
It also arrives following a warning from Michael Bayer, chairman of a key Pentagon advisory panel, who echoed the statement that the next administration will face an international crisis within months of taking office.
One would hope that good people, or at least sane people who don’t wish to start a global nuclear war, will oppose the RAND proposal, such as top the military generals who threatened to quit if Bush ordered an attack on Iran. Admiral William Fallon, the head of US Central Command, quit in March last year as a result of his opposition to Bush administration policy on Iran.

If true, this is potentially some of the worst news yet to break in the last month. The reality of these facts should further solidify for us all that there are indeed nefarious operatives acting behind the scenes of the US governmental structure that seek to exploit the worsening aspects of the overall societal breakdown now being experienced. Do not believe the MSM’s ridiculous stories about the surge in the stock market based on GDP, etc. If unable to secure continued financing of its outrageous debt load, the US will be left with no choice but to engage in what would otherwise be described as acts of conquests in order to infuse “capital” into its faltering system. Most wars are nothing more than glamorized bank robberies anyway as goods and resources are some of the first items to be secured and/or relocated by the invading or attacking force. But as usual there may not be an innocent side to this and other current conflicts as the banking guild routinely finances both sides of the equation. The power mad elites who make up this Rand Corp/Pentagon based defense structure are presenting a solution that is as old and outdated as war itself. But since they deem most humans as expendable and have no real threat to their ruling control base of operation via the “military industrial complex” they believe that they have absolute power and will thus use it to their corrupt benefit absolutely. They long ago realized that the point is not to win a war but to in fact have reoccurring wars as a way to control the masses, manipulate their fortunes, and ferment their perverse ideology via their MSM propaganda arm. wouldn’t surprise me in the least except they forgot one thing or chose to forget the american people will not stand for it even if it means a civil war but then again what the hell do they care its a win win for them and most of us will be dead. i’d rather die knowing i tried to do the right thing then done nothing at all. do i feel some people don’t deserve such devotion of course but i also know there are those who do.

So this is news. War is good for making money. I take it everyone has watched End Game. It would not surprise me. War and fear are control mechanisms. What is going to happen if our country keeps waging war indescrimately is the same that happend to Napoleon and Hitler. Nations will join in effort to kick our ass from here to China. Now they may never break the American spirit if we were to be defeated in a world war. But the can enslave us on a level far different from the slavery of which we are already imprisoned. Well it’s about time!

Why would any foreign country invest a dime in the US? We no longer have any industry all of shore. Most of the mining is owned by a few foreign investors like the Queen with Rio Tinto and new mining is tied up in environmental red tape. The only way our of this mess is for the United States to completely relax offshore oil drilling regulations and the permit processes for said. Same for nuclear energy power generation plants. Once we begin pumping and supplying our own oil and generating our own clean nuclear energy, we can then begin to help stabilize the inflation in this country. Next, the USA must start re-making its own textiles: shoes, shirts, ties, tools, steel, aluminum, tires, etc., just like in the 1940’s and 50’s. We are a superpower and have ALL of the resources, knowledge, technology plus everyhting else we need right here. Without the United States, China is toast. Who buys all of the cheap, flimsy crappy Chinese tools and textiles anyway? Right. The U.S.A. If we decided to shut off that tap, things could grind to a halt in China. Same story for Saudia Arabia, Iraq, Iran and other countries that rely on USA petro dollars. So the USA’s future has a rainbow its just that colorblind people are in charge.

RAND Corp. Warns of Military Threat from China
A leading U.S. scholar warns South Korea should prepare for Chinese military intervention and occupation of North Korea or possible attacks against the South’s military in the event of a regime collapse in the North. Dr. Bruce Bennett of the defense-oriented RAND Corporation delivered an address at a seminar in Seoul on Tuesday hosted by the South Korean Army at the War Memorial of Korea, where he forecast Chinese occupation of a portion of North Korea or a threat of invasion to South.
The RAND Corporation is a research and development institution created in 1948 by civilian scientists and researchers who had been commissioned by the U.S. Air Force. Bennett is the North Korea expert there.
He said if China decides to intervene after a collapse, its armies will arrive in Pyongyang before South Korean troops get there, and if a battle breaks out, then Chinese forces would have two to three times the quality advantage. Technical assistance from the United States, based on a continued Korea-U.S. alliance would be crucial, he added.
Bennett said the future military of South Korea would require 16 to 24 ready divisions and between 11 to 27 reserve divisions in event of a regime collapse in North Korea to deal with a North Korean military threat, peacekeeping operations and acts of provocation.

Why are people upset with Infowars for posting this story? It is an indisputable fact that the Chinese are discussing this very issue. It’s all over their media! I appreciate Infowars for bringing this story to our attention. And let’s not forget that the RAND Corporation has a long and unsavory history of being involved in plots like this. The writing is clearly on the wall. And all this coincides with Biden’s and Powell’s ominous prediction that there will be a generated crisis internationally. I’m no expert, but part of investigative journalism is getting the information out to the people, and letting the people decide if it corresponds with reality or not.
Look, I would be upset with Infowars if they didn’t talk about this story, bedcause with all things considered, it is news worthy. Nothing is a shut and closed case in investigative jouranlism, poltics, and world events. Sure, as time progresses we do need more evidence substaniating this stor. But, there is no need to get mad at infowars for brining this story to our attention. It is a real story, after all, it is all over the news in China.

After doing a Google on only French pages with the string “rand corporation 700 guerre economie OR economique” there were 1,890 hits, but in the first 70, nothing with any possible connection to this story: every one was easily discounted as being some other story altogether, of a much more ordinary character.

As an example the other day alex said on his show that in the uk before tv shows there were warnings that there maybe strobing and that there would be subliminals ( subliminal messages). Yes there are warnings about strobings as they can cause elipeptic fits, but never in my years has there ever been a warning about subliminal messages. Now this maybe an honest error or it maybe just lazy reportage. Either way alex was wrong.

The problem with stimulating the economy via war it involves squeezing the lifeblood out of the taxpayer even more, who already passed the turnip stage long ago. As well as the earliest versions of the New Testament.

I finally got around to listening to the podcast of Thursday’s show (10/30), and, at 1:53:50 in I hear, with Don Henley’s great paean “Inside Job” in the background, this conversation:
Immediately, I knew what happened to that article, because I was deeply involved in a harangue with a Texas Theist by name of FoundersFan, and he was laying a trap for himself and stumbling into it as fast as he could. I was at work and copied his last onto my PDA in the break room.
When I got home to write my reply, I went to the article (www.infowars.com/?p=5551 — the page still appears) and found only this, after the ads:
“Comments are closed.”
Not only were the comments closed, which would have spoiled my latest reply, they were removed! All my successful rebuttals of his curious argument, that “just because there’s no evidence of God anywhere in the world is no reason to assume He doesn’t exist. After all, there was no evidence of atoms 1000 years ago”, all gone without a trace.
How often do you see that? And not only that, but the article/YouTube clip was gone. Vacuumed spotlessly clean — maybe they shipped it over to China to be melted down! <heh>
