Recipe: Raisin Spice Cookies

Raisin Spice Cookies

1 c. water
2 c. raisins
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
4 c. eFoodsDirect Pancake Mix
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tps allspice
1/4 tsp cloves
1 c. nuts

In a saucepan combine the water and raisins, simmer for 2 minutes, drain water and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients along with raisins in a mixing bowl and mix well.   Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until done.  You may need to add more flour depending on your elevation.
