Recounting Greensburg Gun Confiscations

I would like to start this report by noting that I have personally spoke with several sources who were directly involved in the incidents that I am about to report that took place in Greensburg, KS in the aftermath of the horrible CAT 5 tornado that ravaged and destroyed that town. I will not be divulging their names in this article as they have requested I not do so.
The first thing I would like for everyone to acknowledge is that the residents of Greensburg were forced to evacuate and that, in and of itself, was an illegal action as martial law had not been declared. There were many people who wanted to stay and they were threatened with arrest and forcible removal if they did not leave as ordered. The tornado happened at 9:46pm on Friday evening, May 4, 2007 and they were forced to leave within a couple hours of it, being given no time to collect themselves or assess the damages or even try to pick up anything such as guns and valuables. Ed Klummp, Police Chiefs Association, testified at the House committee hearing with a position opposing The Emergency Powers Act and said the evacuations were so they could search for bodies and shut off gas and power and that the evacuation was for the safety of the residents. I have been told by a reliable source that the electricity was shut off prior to the tornado striking and the gas was shut off within a few hours after. It would seem that the evacuation was not necessary in light of that information. Perhaps the position should have been that those who want to leave be provided a way to do so and those who wish to stay be allowed to stay.
This town was locked down tight for several days and no one was allowed in or out. The only people in that town during this time were Sheriffs Officers, Kansas Highway Patrol Officers, ATF, FEMA, National Guard, Police Officers from surrounding areas and some volunteers from Ft. Riley, generally speaking, government officials. Authorities claim no one else was there or could have gotten in or out. Interestingly enough, I have been told repeatedly by all sources that the media was allowed to roam freely without escorts through Greensburg. Shall we ask why residents were not allowed to stay on their own property but media was allowed unfettered access?
Many guns and other valuables such as jewelry have gone permanently missing and have never been recovered. There were some houses that were not destroyed and were in tact and habitable. Those folks did not want to leave but were forced to do so. When they returned they found their houses had been broken in to and all of their guns missing. One gentleman reports that when he went to claim his guns, taken from his secure home, they were returned to him in damaged condition. They were not damaged by the tornado. They were locked up in his home and illegally confiscated. So how do we suppose that damage occurred?

Guns and ammunition that were collected were taken to a trailer and an ATF agent manned the trailer. When people first came to collect their guns they were asked for proof of ownership such as receipts and serial number lists and they had to fill out a 4473 and get a NICS approval before they could claim their guns. No one had paperwork, receipts, or lists of serial numbers because it had all blown away. Later into the process they quit demanding these items and asked only for a list with make, model and description of the firearm. In one case, in the collection trailer, a gun case was claimed by one man who had a very nice trap shotgun in it and when he opened the undamaged and closed case, he found not his nice BT99 but another damaged gun that did not belong to him. That $1500.00 BT99 has never turned up. One comment made by all sources is that many “nice” guns were never recovered. Every source has reported that little to no care was taken with any of the firearms retrieved and taken into protective custody and they were not catalogued in any fashion. One resident said “they were just thrown in there in piles”.
One family, whose house was not damaged, reported that officers were going to remove them at gun point when they refused to leave their property and a gun fight was only averted when a KBI agent stepped in front of the other officers and pleaded with them to consider what they were doing. Those residents had taken up their shotguns and were not going to leave. We can only say thank heavens for that KBI officer who had the sense to realize what pressing these people at gun point would mean.
As I talked to these residents of Greensburg the accounts of their personal experiences kept flowing and they all had certain things in common. Their rights were violated, guns were confiscated illegally and they were forced to leave their homes illegally. When government agents came to their property they did not ask them if they were okay or needed help. They were there to forcibly remove them and confiscate their property. Many of them expressed fear of reprisal should they go public. Do they have the names of the officials who they believe acted illegally and inappropriately? In many cases, the answer is yes. Did all officials act illegally and inappropriately? NO. Many were very helpful and had great concern for the well being of the residents and were there to assist them with the best of intentions.
The people in Greensburg are a close, tight knit community, everyone knows everyone kind of place. They were very resentful of government coming in and telling them what they had to do. They would have preferred to stay and help each other locate valuables and guns and not leave their property. Several residents have reported that FEMA did more harm than good and would not even cooperate with local law enforcement. Residents of the town who were firefighters and trained in rescue operations wanted to stay and help their neighbors and friends and were told they could not.
The many stories that have been shared with me are too lengthy to include in this report. I just pose these questions. If there was even one act of misconduct or illegal activity by any governmental official are we to stand by idly and allow it without complaint? Should those who broke the law be allowed to continue to “serve” as law enforcement officials without question? Should the residents of Greensburg have to fear reprisal if they report and file complaints about what happened to them? Should Kansas and its legislative body do nothing to see to it that this never happens again?
I am turning over all of the information I have obtained to the NRA complete with names and numbers of those residents which I have spoke with. I am also going to turn the information over to some members of the Kansas House and Senate. I would urge KSRA members to contact their legislators and demand that a full investigation be conducted in to the events that took place in Greensburg. HB 2811, The Emergency Powers Act is a bill designed to prevent this exact kind of thing from happening and provide a remedy if it does (see that article). At the time of this publication that bill is in the Senate Federal and State Affairs Committee. Rise up Kansas! Let your voice be heard! Don’t let your town be next!!

One could make the case that many lives would have been lost if thyis forced evacuation hadn’t occurred, however, I happen to live in “Tornado Alley” (one just missed my home by a mile last week) and it has NEVER been the custom, here in Central Oklahoma, to force residents to evacuate – not even during the category 5 tornado that leveled much of Moore, Oklahoma in 1995.
Another more sinister aspect of this story is the possibility of foreknowledge of what was to come. I have read of DOD experiments with “weather weapons” right here on Infowars, within the last year. It has also been alleged that the Katrina disaster was at least partly planned and executed by federal intelligence operatives and that these “weather weapons” may have actually got their first big test run at New Orleans. Given that, how far-fetched would it be that Greensburg, Kansas was yet another “weather weapons” test subject? It would certainly explain why the authorities were so adamant that everyone in town leave their homes, wouldn’t it? As I recall, there were no warnings of the storm’s approach at Greensburg, so how did authorities have any idea of the storm’s likely severity? Hmmm? Here in “Tornado Alley,” we have some of the best severe weather forecasters and storm chasers in the country. The pros come here to study how it’s done. Yet, I doubt even the best of the best could have predicted what would happen to Greensburg, let alone know this without some form of advance warning.

i am just assuming this article is not real. because if it is i am sick to my stomach. the american people need to understand their rights. as far as i can see the people of that town had an excuse to shoot the ATF agents. why didn’t they?

I live down the road from Greensburg. I drove through there not too long after the twister and noted the devastation. I didn’t know about the forced relocations and thefts. I’ll be darned if I would have vacated anything without getting my valuables first, and my guns are among the most precious things I own.
Kansas is a nice place. I was just out on a relaxing bike ride. I love to relax and ride along feeling the soft breeze, smelling the scents of all the blosoming trees, grass and shrubs, of BBQs going on. I was cruising along loving the feel of the sun after all this cold, and then I look up to the blue skies to see……..what the hell??! Chem-Trails crisscrossing the sky. One of them had really blossomed out into a huge wide column.
My first reaction was to get pissed off. I’ve read about those chemtrails and all the theories, but I still don’t know what they are. I know they are something sinister, because of the secrecy that surrounds them. Basically, when the GUV says ‘You don’t need to know’, then it’s something bad.
The government is taking on real fangs now. Any emergency demands police state measures. The atmosphere is being sprayed with huge chemical trails, with no explanation. The contempt that the populace is held in is on full display these days.
And you know what? Just a few moments ago when I noticed the chemtrails, the thought occured to me that no one is noticing. I’ve told some people, of course their reaction was a totally blank stare.
Many peoeple think that most of the populace will rise up at some point, but I’m wondering if that’s true. Some of us will, yeah. But I’m thinking that the majority are gonna react just like the survivors of Katrina and the Greensburg tornado, moving right along like the years of conditioning have predisposed them to do.

Because some of us were there and there are thousands of witnesses and victims of the coward trash blackwater and gen honores treasonous troops who were raping our women, making them show themselves for food and murdering people, the good law enforcement were having to fend off FEMA in fire fights to keep comm channels up. It was all treason, all the while, the”good guy FEMA and military on our side in Mississippi were good as gold, it was a huge social experiment, we were watching New Orleans, of course, the official lie at that time was there was so much shooting the troops and mayor nagan had no choice, horse feathers, they were disarming even the good neighborhoods and citizens who were in private boats rescuing people, it was absolute police state trash abusing their power and going hog wild on the women, bunch of garbage, general honore should be in the brigg with all his coward troops.

Everyone who visits this site knows whats going on and what is going to happen. The point is not to convince others on this site what is going on. WE ALL know what is going to happen. The question now is, what are we going to do about it? Are we going to read this site everyday, get mad and vent or are we going to mobilize? Has anyone started to prepare? Or is this all talk and no action? Preparation and mobilization=SURVIVAL!

Peak oil spells the end of civilization. And, if it’s not already too late, perhaps it will prevent the extinction of our species.
M. King Hubbert, a petroleum geologist employed by Shell Oil Co., described peak oil in 1956. Production of crude oil, like the production of many non-renewable resources, follows a bell-shaped curve. The top of the curve is termed “peak oil,” or “Hubbert’s peak,” and it represents the halfway point for production.
The bell-shaped curve applies at all levels, from field to country to planet. After discovery, production ramps up relatively quickly. But when the light, sweet crude on top of the field runs out, increased energy and expense are required to extract the underlying heavy, sour crude. At some point, the energy required to extract a barrel of oil exceeds the energy contained in barrel of oil, so the pumps shut down.

Most of the world’s oil pumps are about to shut down.
We have sufficient supply to keep the world running for 30 years or so, at the current level of demand. But that’s irrelevant because the days of inexpensive oil are behind us. And the American Empire absolutely demands cheap oil. Never mind the 3,000-mile Caesar salad to which we’ve become accustomed. Cheap oil forms the basis for the 12,000-mile supply chain underlying the “just-in-time” delivery of plastic toys from China.
There goes next year’s iPod.
In 1956, Hubbert predicted the continental United States would peak in 1970. He was correct, and the 1970s gave us a small, temporary taste of the sociopolitical and economic consequences of expensive oil.
We passed the world oil peak in 2005, and we’ve been easing down the other side by acquiring oil at the point of a gun – actually, guns are the smallest of the many weapons we’re using – paying more for oil and destroying one culture after another as the high price of crude oil forces supply disruptions and power outages in Third World countries.
The world peaked at 74.3 million barrels per day in May 2005. The two-year decline to 73.2 million barrels per day produced a doubling of the price of crude. Later this year, we fall off the oil-supply cliff, with global supply plummeting below 70 million barrels/day. Oil at merely $100 per barrel will seem like the good old days.
Within a decade, we’ll be staring down the barrel of a crisis: Oil at $400 per barrel brings down the American Empire, the project of globalization and water coming through the taps. Never mind happy motoring through the never-ending suburbs in the Valley of the Sun. In a decade, unemployment will be approaching 100 percent, inflation will be running at 1,000 percent and central heating will be a pipe dream.
In short, this country will be well on its way to the post-industrial Stone Age.
After all, no alternative energy sources scale up to the level of a few million people, much less the 6.5 billion who currently occupy Earth. Oil is necessary to extract and deliver coal and natural gas. Oil is needed to produce solar panels and wind turbines, and to maintain the electrical grid.
Ninety percent of the oil consumed in this country is burned by airplanes, ships, trains and automobiles. You can kiss goodbye groceries at the local big-box grocery store: Our entire system of food production and delivery depends on cheap oil.
If you’re alive in a decade, it will be because you’ve figured out how to forage locally.
The death and suffering will be unimaginable. We have come to depend on cheap oil for the delivery of food, water, shelter and medicine. Most of us are incapable of supplying these four key elements of personal survival, so trouble lies ahead when we are forced to develop means of acquiring them that don’t involve a quick trip to Wal-Mart.
On the other hand, the forthcoming cessation of economic growth is truly good news for the world’s species and cultures. In addition, the abrupt halt of fossil-fuel consumption may slow the warming of our planetary home, thereby preventing our extinction at our own hand.
Our individual survival, and our common future, depends on our ability to quickly make other arrangements. We can view this as a personal challenge, or we can take the Hemingway out. The choice is ours.
For individuals interested in making other arrangements, it’s time to start acquiring myriad requisite skills. It is far too late to save civilization for 300 million Americans, much less the rest of the planet’s citizens, but we can take joy in a purpose-filled, intimate life.
It’s time to push away from the shore, to let the winds of change catch the sails of our leaky boat.
It’s time to trust in ourselves, our neighbors and the Earth that sustains us all.
Painful though it might be, it’s time to abandon the cruise ship of empire in exchange for a lifeboat.

Wooooow… I’m so done with this site! You people are just alarmists. If half the stuff on this site was true we’d be in deep doo doo but it isn’t. I really just want to scream right now. I’ve heard Alex rant on and on about how the feds take your kids and you never get them back NOT TRUE! I live by a really run down town; lot’s of kids get taken every day even RIGHTFULLY so and are back with their folks the next day. Policemen for the most part are really nice. So the major news doesn’t always cover everything; the media has always been corrupt. W. Bush may not be the greatest president ever but i HIGHLY doubt he is a satanist. Vaccines may not always be the best but they are not killing kids! Cancers effect all ages and have done so for centuries.
SORRY! I just had to vent. When I first found this site I was scared to go to bed at night. But now I see…. I have family members in high positions in banking and medicine and they say this stuff is nuts. Friends of mine in the military have not been told to kill Americans and would rise up if told to do so. Nonmal citizens will fight back if this stuff IS true. This may or may not be the end of the world….people have been saying that it is for centuries. Neither man nor angels will know only God the Father. I too have studied history fervently Alex… corrupt regimes always lose in the end!

Ryan, I too live in a nice neighborhood with basically good cops who don’t rape, strip or taser innocents, but we are the fortunate few, you can’t take isolated areas, mine good your bad and say that they represent the entire country because they don’t, you are not looking at the totality of circumstances, you just look out your window and say…”yep, all is well here, must be this way all across the country, it is not! I come from socialist mafia rat over run punk scum cops running all over the people Illinois, home of socialists, hillary, obama-osama and saran brady, there, things are as Alex says, California, need I say it? Many states are falling in line, some slower than others, but all are in some degree of compliance and pacification, you are walking around with blinders on, our country is now under military assault from mexico, china and russia are also staging, this is no joke, go to sleep at your own peril!

Far as I can see, our liberties continue to be protected. RealID keeps getting pushed back, pro-gun laws seem to be winning out. How many people who whine and moan about New Orleans were actually there? If you saw the way some of the “victims” acted you’d be surprised it didn’t turn out worse. I WAS there…people were spending FEMA checks on stereos for their cars and going out to eat while their kids roamed the street. It was sad but not nearly as bad as people would have you believe.

That’s not entirely true Ryan, there are many elements of tyranny here in the formerly free state of Mississippi, I have worked as a extradition officer and have met police all over this country, here in Mississippi, they are better mannered and have more common sense than in many big states that consider themselves progressive, such as my former home in Illinois where the police every where are absolute trash and mobsters, here, we have problems, I see things going on, we have the criminal ICC stealing peoples homes for violations of a fictitious property management code, there are now seniors incarcerated with actual criminals for having boats and things in their yard, so the city rats come and steal their homes, that scourge, separation of church and state which is a soviet constitution art 52 ruse is being implemented, gun control I am battling, fluoride in our water, chem trails over head and police here lately that I know are fedgov rats that have no business being here, I said, things are not that bad, or words to that effect.
And yes sir, all politicians save Ron Paul, are corrupt to an extent, some are borderline, we know the fedgov doesn’t trust them because they will not allow them to preview the COG, continuity of government which is in collusion with the fascist corp. walmart.. The treachery goes on and on!

These threats are REAL and yes more USA citizens SHOULD be up in arms over how much our CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS have been compromised by the patriot act among other bogus laws . FEMA has a long and never ending list of failures in their stated mission, but is flawless and efficient in their actual purpose, someday maybe the people will notice this and demand their funding cut completely from the budget, fat chance. We recently had a firearm that was checked, tagged, and then brilliantly marked with a huge orange label by TSA, so as to make it easier for the government thieves or whatever baggagehandling dirtbag to better identify their target of choice. After writing a few letters and one very nasty letter with about 35 cuss words, mostly starting with the letter “F”, we got a response and a $93.00 check for an antique German Luger that my wifes dead grandfather got off a dead German in France in WWII. After reporting it to every police station that the airplane landed in, the FBI, The BATF, and the FAA, we still have gotten no response, its almost been a year since it happened. Yet we’re expected to take off shoes, belts, limit fluid containers, put medications in plastic bags, produce a valid I.D., and watch our baggage and any “suspisious” people for possible terror attacks, oh and don’t forget that 911 “security fee”. Meanwhile, these airports openly have people stealing “legal” firearms that are checked into their custody and checked by our fearless and highly competent now government employed (Thanks to Senator Mc Cain) TSA geniouses. What a joke! The very reason we had it on the airplane was to return it to her mother on the east coast and since mailing it will land you in prison, your choice is drive for a week on your 10day vacation or trust these morons with your firearm or worse, your life. IF these people are capable and willing to take something off an airplane, they will certainly take a bribe to put something on it. We all know you roll the dice everytime you fly…. we just have no idea just how risky it is, its probably safer to hitchhike with an axe murderer. Anyone paying attention with two braincells to rub together can see what the end goal is. God help us all.

If you are not smart enough to prepare for this type of confiscation then you deserve what you get. It would seem to me that everyone should already have a secret underground bunker located somewhere with just the things needed to defend your freedoms. If the bunker is not secret and or can be found during an environmental emergency then you have not prepared like you need to. Shame to you and all the rest that don’t take these matters seriously. People like to worry themselves about the US federal government’s many ongoing crimes and intrigue. The reason they continue to violate the US Constitution with such impunity is they do not operate under it at all- they work under protection of equity or contract law. I suggest we ignore them for the time being. They are corrupt, detached, and utterly unconcerned about your ongoing loss of rights, freedoms, and livelihoods. No amount of bullhorning their offices will change that. Instead, we should be more concerned with what is happening in our own state, town, and neighborhoods, because that is where the battle lines–figuratively and literally– will be
drawn. Our greatest concern as citizens or residents of any one of the ’states, united’ should be in demanding our locally elected officials provide us exactly what most of our state constitutions still guarantee– 1) A constitutional republic form of government, 2) All freedoms as outlined in the Bill of Rights, and 3) Protection from anyone or anything which attempts to infringe upon those rights–including our federal government. Today, the vast majority of us live not under constitutional law, but equity law (aka ‘The Code’). While there’s still time, disavow yourselves of federal/corporate citizenship, and lay claim to state citizenship under Common (i.e.,constitutional) law. Search ‘all Rights Reserved without Prejudice’ and Uniform Commercial Code Part 1 Section 207 for details on opting out of this nefarious contract with the federal government. Short of civil war, this will be the only way to reclaim our rights without bloodshed, and diminsh the incredible power these maniacs have over us.

Your “think locally, act locally” viewpoint has a serious flaw in it, h5mind. Ignoring the federal government’s rape of the constitution only empowers them to continue doing so, and to ramp up their efforts with impunity. Those efforts include stripping the states of their rights as sovereign entities and, by extension, the rights of we, as individual citizens of the several states. Witness the states’ recent capitulation to the federal Real ID Act’s requirement that they agree to an extension, which only postpones every states’ ultimate compliance with the law that would require us all to carry a national ID card equipped with RFID technology. Though several states’ legislators promised their citizens they wouldn’t buckle and cave in to the feds on this issue, it looks as if all have done so. “No amount of bullhorning” THEM was effective in stopping this from happening, either. In fact, it happened quietly, behind the scenes, without the public’s knowledge or consent. The fact is, most of the representatives of the several states are in league with the feds on the destruction of our rights and freedoms. Here in Oklahoma City, we have a mayor who is in league with them and who attempted to sell us down the river on the issue of the NAFTA Superhighway coming right through our city. When he was found out, the protest against this forced him to publicly recant his support for the SPP agenda – but did it really? The fact is, the SPP and all its working groups are still moving forward at full speed with their dismantling of our nation state, and with it, the several organized sub-governments we call states. If we don’t make the effort to stop this process where it began – at the federal level – then we have no hope of stopping it locally, as it will ultimately negate the power of the states to maintain “a constitutional republic form of government, or protect “all freedoms as outlined in the Bill of Rights, or “protect us from anyone or anything which attempts to infringe upon those rights – including our federal government.”

How can one plea, if they “do not understand the nature and cause of the charges”? And if one is coerced to enter a plea, then that plea would have to be “Non assumpsit, Without prejudice” or “Non assumpsit under duress”, “…a plea by which Defendant avers that “he did not undertake” or promise as alleged by the plaintiff” with “no rights…waived”. – Black’s Law 6th Ed. A better plea is “Plea in Bar”; however, one must know proper procedure well and how to set it up, to make this one really stick.
If one enters plea of NOT GUILTY, one just might as well Plea Nolo Contrendere and get it over with; because one will loose anyway, since Not Guilty is a negative and it is impossible to prove a negative. The proper Plea would be a Plea of Innocence, which is a positive Plea, something which can be proven. However, Devils seldom allow Plea of Innocence. Remember, too, that these are courts of controversy. Learn ways and methods of avoiding controversy. These courts can, only, proceed in controversy.

Too, it should be noted that the Black Robed Devil was extremely jealous of Dorothy. She wanted Dorothy’s slippers. Slippers represent protection, mobility and means of movement. By taking Dorothy’s slippers, Dorothy’s ability to travel, work or witness would become limited. Remember, Dorothy was still of sound mind, which is more then I could say for the balance of the population. In the movie the slippers were Ruby, representing life itself; life is in the blood. The Black Robed Devil wanted to complete and TOTALLY enslave Dorothy. Ruby, is red, representing blood, which anyone, who is a Christian knows and comprehends that REDEMPTION is by the blood of the Lamb. Like Simon the Sorcery, the Black Robed Devil was attempting attain redemption by some other means, then submitting to the Kingship of Yahshua Messiah.
However, in the original text of the book (1900), the slippers were silver, representing the people as having some wealth. In the movie the Banksters had already stolen the Gold (1933), but the American people still had silver Coin until 1965.
One should be very leery of Paytriots for proof, who are selling so-called redemption packages and snake oil; especially, if they use the term STRAWMAN. They some how confuse or intermingle redemption, presentment and strawman. The Babylonian method of redemption involves the preparation of three documents (bonds) and one letter. The knowing how to prepare these and where to record these is the key. The Black Robed Devils have no mercy and will not allow room for any mistakes. Presentment is the action taken against public officials, who damage you; and can ONLY be accomplished if so-called redemption has been perfected.
In essence, the so-called redemption and presentment are similar, since these both involve bid bond, surety bond and performance bond, but for the most part are not referenced as bonds. However, court processes also involve these same three bond processes. Remember this, in Babylon, first in time WINS.
An officer issues a citation or complaint, the bid bond. They then come looking for your corporate fiction, your shadow. They find you and take you captive (like the winged monkeys took Dorothy), since they consider you to be the fiduciary for the mindless fiction or strawman (a felon, guilty before proven innocent). They drag you before some administrative magistrate, who converts you into the surety by conning you into posting bond, a booty that he and the officers receive a portion, thereof. Which then, makes you liable for whatever performance bond is determined by the Black Robed Devil some time in the future. They steal both your wealth and your time.
Accepting RE-presentation, Appearing (Except by SPECIAL PRESENCE), stating ones name on or for the Record, or entering PLEA are sure losers. Each of these grants jurisdiction. Never state ones ‘Nom de guerre’ or name, NEVER! NEVER! A case must be won prior to or at Arraignment. There are two things, which these DEVILS cannot do to their victims; they cannot arraign or sentence anyone, who is without RE-presentation. PERIOD. RE-present means to present as something other than as self. Once one enters, the sharks, lions and vipers are sure to pounce on their victim.

They then take you, the assumed Fiduciary, before the administrative magistrate, who CONS or coerces you into becoming the Surety. The Fed’s are studying us. They are running these excersises in disaster zones to determine statistical data on resistence.
They want to know what to expect when it is done nationwide. They want to better determine how much force they should use when they are ready for ‘go’.

That town was still on lockdown several MONTHS after the tornado. I was taking U.S 50 from Colorado to Oklahoma and had to detour as 3 cop cars had the route to the town roadblocked. (tornado happened in May, I drove by there in August/September). Don’t know if residents were allowed in/out at the time.

People say when it starts Ill be there, when martial law is declared I will resist, when the government sends the military into the streets I will fight for the constitution. I read such things on this web site all the time. What people don’t seem to understand is that it has already happened. The US is not becoming a police state, it has become a police state and we are all living under martial law now. If you don’t believe me go to a town council or city council meeting to protest your government and see how long it takes you to get tasered, arrested, beaten by the police …, Lodge a formal complaint against a police officer and see how long it takes.
Here in AZ the police are given bumper stickers that only they can get, vehicles sporting these stickers don’t get pulled over. Its not just the police officers who have them, they can get as many as they want and pass them out to their family and friends.
There exists today two classes of people in the United States. Those who are subject to the law and those who are not. When it comes down to it the truth of the matter is that you don’t have to break the law to be arrested you just have to piss off the wrong person, a police officer, politician or corporate leader and it doesn’t matter if you’ve done anything illegal. Just the word of such a person is enough to seize you property, to seize you, your money, and anything else. So then the two classes of people are not those subject to the law and those not but those who are subject and those who rule.

This is certainly true. Also true is that acting locally can stop it federally. In each state there are elections officials who are either elected themselves or appointed by somebody who is. We must be very careful who we put into these positions. We must keep our own state elections honest. We should be conscientious of all our elected officials from the town and county levels up to the state and beyond. Because these local officials have more influence than we do as citizens and because they are easier to keep an eye on than those bastards in DC. The Council of Governors can act to amend the Constitution. The Council of Governors exists, in part, to challenge the federal government when necessary. I’m not saying that we shouldn’t take action at the federal level or that we shouldn’t march on Washington. By all means we should and must act at the federal level. But we must act at local levels as well.

You’re right about that Matt and like in NO, some have resisted although the media in their media free zones did not and could not report it, the marines special forces capable anti terrorist unit was there dealing with them, it is all sovietized where no one knows what their brothers are doing and when it is learned, the truth is squelched and rearranged.
This dilemma will come to a head, most likely it will require them going full scale nation wide and or when they activate all the foreign troops including the mexican army that is now staging here, they are not here in an official capacity, they are all staging a big event..all of you are so anxious and at each others throat about when it is going to happen, for one thing, that in its self is a psychological element, it is a common practice and it was used against us, we would go on alert and stand down, go on alert and stand down, each time, we would be getting all psyched up, then as we are instructed to stand down, when the defense condition is lowered, we would lose moral…same thing here, they know what they are doing, be advised and do NOT GET COMPLACENT, DO NOT LET YOUR GAURD DOWN!, that is exactly what they are looking for, when 911 happened, we were all asleep, then immediately afterward, we were all ready to go, expecting the evil terrorists to unleash the anthrax attack or the second wave they psyched us up for, every one was on high alert, they get built up, psyched up, geared up, then they tell every one to do same, nothing happens, they are made to look like paranoid fools and thus discredited, then the misses makes the minute men sell their surplus weapons, ammo and gear and get back to being a complacent pew potato… do you see how the scenario works, do not fall for this, remain on a suspicious state of alertness, do not get complacent, maintain your gear and contacts, contingency plans and RP/ caches!

This is just another example of Fabian Socialism (incrementalism) at work. Man, you give the Feds an inch, (like the Patriot Act), they’ll take not one mile but 10. It’s so sad that most people don’t realize when the Feds or anyone else go contrary to the Constitution, most of the time it’s go along to get along. My guess is people do not have the resources/ nor the will to combat a force like that, tyrannical or otherwise. Give all or perish has never been more clear in this case. Another wake up call for those who hold a contrasting view on the second Amendment.

first of all in responce to gary. this evacuation occured after the tornado had already struck. the damage was already done. that is what makes this so shady. there is no way to warn people of an aproaching tornado to give a whole town time to evacuate. only to take shelter. there was no legal reason for those people to be forced from there homes in a post tornado strike zone.
