Richard N. Haass, President of the Council on Foreign Relations, delivered a speech entitled “Why Does the World Hate Us?”, to a large audience at Brown University on April 29, 2008. Nathan Florence of the Rhode Island Chapter of WeAreChange.org (RIChange.org) was there to meet him and attempt to have some of the Council’s past statements and current positions clarified by its acting President.
