Right to Self-Shield In the Event of a Pandemic

CDC and WHO are predicting that the H1N1 “Swine Flu” will be back this fall in a new and deadly form. WHO*, after changing the definition to fit current conditions, declared a “Level 6″ pandemic in mid-June, 2009. Since the organism appears to have been man made, this prediction may be one they can make “accurately.”
They also say that a new vaccine will be ready for deployment at the very time when the H1N1 Pandemic virus circulates around the globe and are proposing universal (mandatory) vaccination, starting with our most vulnerable: the very young and the very old.
The White House is proposing vaccination for both seasonal flu and H1N1 flu, although the total number of US fatalities to date from H1N1 has reached a total of about 2.
State Emergency Medical Powers Acts and Federal legislation, including the Patriot Acts I, II and III, BARDA and others provide for mandatory vaccination or drugging. No exemptions (religious or otherwise) are provided. Those who refuse will be classified as felons at the State level, subject to immedate incarceration and quarantine of indefinite length in jails or other facilities reserved for such “vaccine refusers.” In a frightening “Big Lie” propaganda move, those who doubt the effectiveness of unproven, uninsurable vaccines are being called ” Vaccine Resisters” and being equated to a new form of “terrorism.”
Those who refuse at the Federal level will be subject to immediate incarceration and quarantine of indefinite length, probably in FEMA camps set up across the US.
That means that untested, potentially lethal vaccines and dangerous drugs like Tamiflu could be forced upon people who do not wish them and who would face incarceration or worse if they choose not to accept them. The CDC has said that there would be no exemptions and that there would be “a certain amount of human wastage”. We reject such vile, anti-human, and anti-human rights views that we thought had been discredited with the fall of the Third Reich.
Vaccine manufacturers are exempt, thanks to Congress and the FDA, from any legal liability for damage or death from these dangerous, uninsurable drugs.

i caught the flu 3 years in a row.
then for 10 years i got the shot and didn’t catch the flu, me or my 2 kids.
then i refused to get the shot 2 years now as i stopped trusting our government.

If you read the byline of the article you’ll see that it is from the “Natural Solutions Foundation” and not from AJ or Infowars. I think the point is is that this man-made “new: flu strain has not killed anywhere near the amount of people that the good ole’ “normal flu” does every year. I’ve been tracking the developments of H1N1 flu deaths in the US since the beginning at a local level. By my estimate, from tallying reports from local news agencies and then comparing them against each other (so as not to repeat number of deaths) is somewhere in the realm of 226 in the United States alone. The average age, dividing the total number of people who have died by their combined age is around 22.18 years old. This is an atypical age for serious flu symptoms.
While I do believe this is a man made ‘VIRUS’ (people keep calling it a disease etc… it’s a virus… call it what it is for God’s sake!!!) and I do believe there is a lot of fear mongering going on, the fact still remains that this is a virus that WILL come back in the fall. Look what’s happening in South America where the strain has already mutated… specifically Argentina… look up this information yourselves… getting your news only from this site is being a sheeple also…
Regardless if you believe it’s real or not, in the fall, this virus will have mutated beyond the expectations of those who have developed it. And thus the vaccines they will try to mandate for everyone will be ineffective. Most of the flu vaccines people get on a yearly basis only protect for one or two strains of flu… when there are usually around six that are going around at the same time due to mutations…
Don’t take the shot, it’s un-proven… potentially lethal, perhaps on purpose… but at least research your info instead of just getting it spoon fed to you… I’m sure Alex would also agree to this… especially since a lot of his articles are from various sources… albeit editorialized…

Also, as far as this not being up to snuff with regular flu season… are there any studies that anyone knows of, that are accredited please, where they actually split up the strains of flu and then give a death toll for each strain for the year? Since the H1N1 is specifically targeted… it would make sense to compare it to single forms of flu versus all the rest… or is that not very logical?

There have been 27 deaths as of June 9th. Out of the 27 deaths, 71% of the individuals had underlying medical conditions. That would equate to 8 deaths that MIGHT be directly attributed to H1N1. Depending on the timing of the statistical report utilized to compile the article, I see the death rate of 2 as totally plausible.

In the UK they are often careful with the wording. 14 infected with swine flue have died in the UK. Others shout that swine flue HAS KILLED 14. They usually say all have unlerlying serious health problems. When they show photos of the children who died they are all brown and aged about 2. But ofcourse they can’t notice the children are brown since we are now colour blind in the UK.

I think that it is going to take something like mandatory vaccinations for us to see where people really stand. Thomas Jefferson was right when he said that it was human nature for people to “suffer evil while evil is sufferable”, but as he went on to say, eventually, people reach their breaking point with how much oppression they are willing to deal with, and then the fighting begins.
We haven’t reached that point yet, because for the most part, although people are angry and frustrated, their lives haven’t been upset enough yet to take a stand and stick their neck out (or pick up a gun). That will change with something like forced vaccinations or gun confiscations. There are a lot of people who want to fight, but are just waiting for that one thing to happen to push them over the edge. I think if they try to stick needles into people, and many people are aware that it is an attempt to actually kill them, well this most likely is when some of the real fighting will begin….We’ll see.
One thing I can say for sure – no one is sticking me, or anyone in my family with a vaccine that I do not want or need.

I have been wearing one of those blue masks to keep chemtrails out of my lungs for 6 months. Yes, people thought I was wierd. I also drink only rain water. We are at the point where EVERYONE who knows what’s really going on need concern themselves with nothing more than giving out copies of DVD’s, copies of the Jane Bürgermeister lawsuit article by Kurt Nimmo, wearing infowar t-shirts in order to get conversations started, and most of all, educating yourselves so that you may speak to the subjects intelligently and calmly. Stand up straight without looking down your nose. Present yourself so that you and your information will be received well.

Indeed. Get out there people. Buy stacks of DVDs when you can, duplicate, and get them out there. Where your t-shirts. Paste the stickers on street corners, bus stops, subways. Start a website, a blog, whatever. Get the word out. Saturate everywhere you can. Get involved in your local government by at least attending city council meeting, consider running for office, or speaking on important issues at your local level.

I worry that they’ll set up roadblocks and checkpoints during the morning commute. Rush hour traffic, bumper to bumper, injecting every carload of commuters, everything slowed to a dead halt, no escape unless to leave your car, because you can’t change lanes or use an exit ramp, but then they’ll just track down your home through your abandoned vehicle and try to get you there. mom – there are several articles on Drudge. I went first to the one styled “shots at school…”, and it does not say that the shot will be mandatory. Further, I found am article about a CDC advisory panel that states, “It will not be mandatory for every child to have the flu shot, which is also available as a nasal spray, but the CDC’s declaration will make it more likely that doctors will store and offer the vaccine.” Said article can be found at:

I, too, have doubts that “minions of the NWO” will be going house to house to house armed with needles dripping poison. However, Comrade Obama, Selbilius, Totalitano, WHO globalists, etc., et. al will most certainly attempt mass inoculations be it with “propaganda (just like back in ‘76) or other incentivized “carrot and stick” schemes. There would have been no reason to create the virus in the first place if they’re not going to, in some hard fashion, disseminate the vaccine.
As far as Jones’ being “wrong about most things,” I couldn’t disagree more. He tends to get a bit dramatic but when you look at the confluence of everything that has been happening, the assults to American freedom, quality-of-life, sovereignty, individualism, etc., you would have to be a lobotomized, bobble-headed sheep to not think that there is a wide-spread nefarious plan to, at the very least, reorganize this country into something that no self-respecting citizen wants to be a part of! Part of your problem is that “you live in a major city on the East Coast.” People who live in metropolitian areas, especially out East, tend to view the world through a very different prism than do the rest of us. Restrictive and oppressive laws, invasions of privacy, control grid policies, etc. are viewed by someone like me as untenable schisms in our way of life are viewed by many, if not most, city people as “oh well.., just another day in the life of the herd.” I state all of this with some degree of experience. I have been to every state in the country and have been to most towns with a population of 15K or more. AND I DO “UNDERSTAND HOW THE WORLD WORKS,” and frankly, it is fast becoming a place I want absolutely no part of!

Well, I can see Martial law coming into play here. Forced evacuations to the FEMA camps. The vaccinations would be administered “for your protection in crowded conditions” before being allowed to enter substandard shelter. I have no idea that is actually what would take place, but they evacuate for hurricanes all the time. That’s all it would take, steering a hurricane like Katrina into coastal cities. Or many disasters happening all at the same time. Our friendly national guard just there to help, locked and loaded. Move along quickly and quietly, please.

I agree with the right to self shield (self quarantine) and refuse a flu vaccination. However the author of this article incorrectly states that there have only been 2 deaths from A (H1N1) flu virus in the US. According to the most recent report from the CDC, total American deaths have been 170 as of week ending June 27. Come on Rima Laibow, at least get your facts straight before you go on a rant.

Arguing about how many people died from “Round One” of this hybrid flu cocktail is pointless– there were a handful at most. Of those few, did anyone here see the blood work or lab reports? Meanwhile, 600 Americans die each year from tuberculosis but to date no one has proposed a quarantine of the US to prevent the spread of that highly contagious disease. Swine flu is a man-made threat and so is the fear mongering they’re using to get you to take the shot (or two) later this Fall.

That depends largely on studies with experimental batches that are set to start the first week of August — to see if they’re safe and seem to work and to learn whether they require one or two doses.
But if all goes well, the federal government will buy vaccine from manufacturers and share it for free among the states, which must then “try and get this in the arms of the targeted population as soon as possible,” Sebelius said.
“We have already appropriated about a billion dollars to buy the bulk ingredients,” Sebelius said. She said another $7.5 billion was available from emergency preparedness funds.

They are not going to go door to door nor do they have to. All they have to do is require a little card or badge or something for people who have gotten their flu shot to wear when they go to public places. If you don’t get your shot, you don’t get your badge and you can’t go to work or school or the store etc.

According to drugs.com, a drug information website, it takes an average of 12 years to get FDA approval for a drug…if this flu is “new” like they say, how in the hell are they going to test the safety of this stuff? They pulled this crap in 1976 and had to halt it because more people died from the shot than the flu itself.
As far as the number of dead go, Alex may only be deflating the number by as much as they have inflated theirs. I am sure that no one commenting on this has attended the death of each swine flu victim, and can only go by what someone else is telling you. Well someone told me that a lot of the “US” swine flu deaths, had nothing to do with the US. Most had been to Mexico or were Mexican. That doesn’t make that true either. We all know our government lies to us, so let’s believe everything the CDC says.

When the writer is saying “about 2″, it is a poke, because there are 310+ million people in the US
and 170ish is nothing. You loose 100,000 every year to the normal flue virus. What he is saying is
indeed a worry. If the death rates equate to the number that have contracted the virus then as a aprox, you are looking at loosing let’s say 1.5mill 2 at the most, out of 310+million is not much to loose. that would be made up in a few years from panic breeding so not realy a problem.
The problem is what your government want to inject in you is the something that you should worry about. not because it may be bad “it must be for them to enslave you to give it to you” now that kind of stuff would worry me a lot.
