RNC Protesters Charged as Terrorists Under Minnesota Patriot Act

Prosecutors in Ramsey County, Minn., have formally charged eight alleged leaders of the RNC Welcoming Committee — one of the groups organizing protests at the GOP convention in St. Paul — with terrorism-related charges, The Times’ P.J. Huffstutter reports.
Monica Bicking, Eryn Trimmer, Luce Guillen Givins, Erik Oseland, Nathanael Secor, Robert Czernik, Garrett Fitzgerald and Max Spector, face up to 7 1/2 years in prison under the terrorism enhancement charge, which allows for a 50% increase in the maximum penalty they could face.
It appears to be the first time criminal charges have been filed under the 2002 Minnesota version of the federal Patriot Act.
The RNC Welcoming Committee is a self-described anarchist group that has worked for months planning disruptions at the convention. Police blamed the group for sparking violence during Monday’s antiwar protest in St. Paul. Although most of the estimated 10,000 people at the march were peaceful, police say a splinter group of about 200 people harassed delegates, smashed windows and started at least one fire.

Remember how the band Rage Against The Machine had banners reading “ABORTION ON DEMAND WITHOUT APOLOGY” displayed at their concerts? Remember how Alex glowingly praises the band routinely and sings along enthusiastically to their music on his show? I could go on to Jimi Hendrix, who was a vocal proponent of abortion, and how Alex plays his music on his show too. But there is no disconnect here. It’s OK to support abortion as long as you make music that Alex likes and you support the 9/11 truth movement. No disconnect at all. Don’t know what you’re talking about…

The last thing at this time we need to worry abuout is abortion. I know the Xtians love to hit this one hard, and great for them, but the real problem is our government, and sorry but well for some it is a hard choice, but the best for the society. Now if you are willing to pay for all those kids, say take in five or six, good for you, but if not aborted many end up in state care, so that does not work, and many are abused and killed by the mother who cannot handle raising them because of their own mental defect. so in my opinion early abortions are not wrong, but then again I am not Xtian.
Now the real issue is that we are coming under mattial law, and this is what will get things totally set for he one world Government. Whenn all of Europes population, and the Us and other countries populations are fully under control, it will pick up really fast.
I agree with about 90 per cent of what Alex says and have my own opinions, but I also will work with many different types of people for the greater good.

Dissent under these circumstances is the highest form of patriotism and should never be confused with rioting, or blatant acts of insubordination, etc..
It takes people with a real moral compass and drive to organize a march and they are tapping the power of moral compass & heart.
Now when ever assholes attempt to reverse the true order of the spiritual totem is when you can see violence erupt.
Unfortunately, the powers at hand have got things backwards and believe their own, lower IQ, servile acts, are an act of patriotism. Being a servile fool is what it is and the longer they hold to this maladjusted service, the more they believe that their unyielding servile belief system represents patriotism. This is about equal to allowing a teenage punk to call the shots and get away with it because they wanna be.
In any school yard, family or otherwise functional environment, all’s this would normally take is a good hard slap in the back of the head to restore the true order of the totem. Tragically, all of this is not about the dissenters, it’s all about our government reinforcing the reversal of true patriotism with servile and latently fixated, institutional behavior of a lower standard.
History has proved one thing, if one believes they can piss off a bull while in the in the bull pen and get away with it, they have a real lesson to learn. It is very unwise for our government to play such, “na – na -na -na – na games” with instincts and We The People of true moral compass, that are deeply connected to the truth and that are very patriotic.
Beefing up the forces may work for a time, but keeping the natural order of things on tilt will only raise a raging bull and it’s not just one bull, it’s the entire herd.

I was there in Minneapolis over the weekend for the Rally for the Republic. Just in the downtown area, police in full riot gear were driving UNMARKED, CIVILIAN vehicles. Traveling in packs like dogs, with their tasers and riot bats swinging. I talked to a vet that had went down to Peacefully protest the RNC because of McCain. He was stopped and denied the ability to move freely. He let them have what for, and told me that he was really surprised that he wasn’t arrested. He stated that Blackwater was down patrolling the RNC, just looking for trouble. EVERYWHERE you went there were police. Standing outside of the Target Center smoking, a swat truck (looked like an armored vehicle) pulled up in front. These officers should be ashamed. It is all about control. For god sake, get prepared. They are vamping up the police state, we are being conditioned to accept the police presence as a good thing. These guys(and girls for that matter) are out to cause mayhem.
(By the way, in the St. Paul newspaper the police stated that they had “infiltrated” the anarchist group that cause all the trouble on Monday. If they were that close to the group, why was the violence and mayhem stopped before it got started? Are the St. Paul/Minneapolis police that inept that they can’t do their job?)

To all, I say LOVE is the true power and that the OATH taken by so many is a pledge out of care for what is good and right in this land we call America!
I myself do not wish for a fight and that I have called, emailed, pleaded, challenged to all concerned of their Responsibility and DUTY to the Oath for which they have pledged, from Police, Politicians,Media, Soldiers , friends, family and all that are in positions to make a positive effect. Still the ones that are in positions of power will not do THE RIGHT THING or even the job we elected them to, by protecting our sovereign rights as citizens of this land & by promise of their oath to office,leaving us citizens with the last resort to ever come closer.
I am just a man that loves his country and sadly I must now start preparing to defend this land I care so much about; not from some invading Foreign force but my very own ELECTED GOVERNMENT. This is a fight NONE of us should want but to all that have taken the Oath, REMEMBER this!!
Alot of good Men & Women have paid with their lives to keep this land free from the like’s of what we now face and remember that the Man or Woman standing next to you could very well hold true to the Oath that they have taken and so go ahead and commit acts of unconstitutional aggression against the citizens and you just might get a little surprise from the REAL MEN & WOMEN that serve our land and so to the one’s of honor, I SALUTE you and to the ones that dishonor their Oath, I pity you for when you hold your child, think about the world you are giving to that souls’ future and what you may soon be dying for, like I probably will, (at least my death will be with honor)!

Back in the ’80’s I studied the issue physically, theologically, and politically/socially and here are my top 5 reasons why it’s not the issue you think it is:

As many people did, I read and re-read the wording of the Patriot Act. I tried to get around the bland, almost innocent wording in ever way, but the obvious truth is right there.

There are many people who know right from wrong in the literal sense, who are enraged at having to accept what is happeneing all around them as individuals, knowing what they are observing is wrong.. but the laws of this nation have been developed so that no group of individuals can assimulate without causing gvt SUSPICIAON. iN MOST CASES A GROUP HAS TO GET A “PERMIT” TO GROUP FOR A RALLY/PROTEST FROM THE gvT SO THEY WILL KNOW WHAT YOU ARE UP TO.. IN SPITE OF THE 1ST aMENDMENT. If one individual is so fed up they lock and load they are declared a “crackpot mental case’ ..If 5-10 act(much like this group at the RNC) they are no longer protestors(violent or not) the law now classifies them as terrorists and uses Federal law to strip more rights… The process from the GVT side is ongoing. From the people’s side.. Most of society don’t know who their neighbor is… much less be able to roust up a massive organized force of resistance, peaceful or not. In fact if you had 20 neighbors..the way the GVT school had programmed them you would find it hard to to agree to agree on a single point of view.. unless that view served their needs.
As far as abortion.. My personal opinion is that is and should be a private decision and GVT should have never became involved. If you are old enough to consider sex.. you should consider the consequences and either live with the decision to abort at your expense.. or if elected,,, have the baby and you and your family raise it through their own efforts WITHOUT taxpayer funding. I speak from experience on that issue and I am a male. Lucky enough for me I was with a woman who respected choice.. She would have aborted..but allowed my decision to raise the child to be considered. Result, I have a beautiful daughter I have raised alone OUT OF MY POCKET, mainatined a job and arranging daycare no MEDICARE/MEDICADE/WIC etc(all these are GVT handouts in exchange for freedoms. Plus.. these programs are not promoted for males…oddly enough. Society should not have to be burdened with the guilt of an individuals decison to abort..
As far as GVT handouts… a simple piss test every month prior to picking up that “check”.. Test positive.. NO CHECK.. If you can afford dope.. you can afford food and other basics.
And the last reason to have a child is a avenue of “getting GVT benefits”…. Christ. But the GVT has built an industry on young women and girls having children, married and not.

We truly are in deep trouble. We as Americans have allowed our country to be taken over by criminals who have taken control of our entire society through the control of the creation of money by the fraudulent Federal Reserve. They’ve used that counterfeit money to buy all of the major media outlets and control the “reality” that we are constantly fed by the main stream media. The ones who are awake have the truth, and much passion, but we do not have the numbers. In the physical realm, our situation is dire, if not impossible.
But the real truth is, there is still a God in heaven. Even if you choose not to believe in Him, that doesn’t negate the fact that He is. And as the Lord Jesus Christ said “with God, all things are possible”.
The problem is, in my experience, most of the Ron Paul revolutionaries hate God. At least they think they do. They despise Jesus Christ. They ridicule Christians, love abortion, are foul-mouthed, drunken, etc. They think liberty means license. People, we will NEVER succeed in our effort to stop the out of control neo-con war machine police state murderers without God’s help. We need to humble ourselves, clean up our own hearts and lives and seek God’s help and direction. We know we have the truth. We know our cause is just. We know 9/11 truth. You know, God has ordained all governments and placed the rulers in power, etc… so we must not go against God. They teach that this horrible war is a righteous crusade against the Muslim who is unsaved and is a God hater. They teach you to just pay your taxes (bible quote : ” render unto Ceaser ” ), and to never question the illegality of the federal income tax. I oppose the US military going around the world killing the unborn just the same as other War Crimes. What you are confusing here is the rights of the state verses the unalienable Rights of individual people. The state may pass a law mandating pregnancies for all fertile women, and that would violate unalienable Liberty just the same as the state passing a law terminating all pregnancies. How about the state passing a law making male masturbation a felony… wasting god’s seed on the ground punishable by death? Regardless, both pregnancy and abortion, weather voluntary or involuntary, are private medical issues involving the unalienable Liberty of the person. A fetus’ rights can not trump the already-born mother’s rights, and since you cannot override the Liberty of the mother you and your government should stay out of it.

channing , I absolutely agree the government should stay out of our private lives. The constitution and the bill of rights drew all the right lines. Roe vs Wade brought the government into our private lives. The framers voted FOR LIFE and liberty. Obviously an unborn child is a life. I stand with the framers. I am not pro-abortion because I am not for helping them enslave us and/or kill us. I may be narrow and opinionated but I am hardly religious. I too ” think “, which is why I have arrived at the place where I believe killing ones unborn child is wrong. I have known people who had the baby and known those who aborted. I have never met a woman who did not regret the abortion or a woman who was sorry she kept the baby. It is human nature, channing, to want to live, want to have procreate I would never hold a woman in contempt who had an abortion, because I know she was lied to , and the language of life and death and liberty were confounded for her by the same people who send those lucky enough to be alive off to die for profit. (Be all that you can be ?) The war industry and the abortion industry are very profitable channing. The AMA is powerful. Don’t think that power and money had no influence on deciding roevwade. Don’t imagine it was all about freedom and rights. And don’t imagine that you were not influenced by all that power of persuasion. Religion is surely not the only programming going on here !

Well, it is very clear that Minnesota is now a full-blown fascist police state; so I’ll bet non-violent protest and advocacy groups like Impeach for Peace (.org), and other such Minnesota groups, are no doubt considered “terrorist organizations”, are being monitored extensively by the state and the feds, and are overall living and working in a very dangerous government Nazi and stasi state that is NOT a free state of this once ostensibly free republic and union of states. The best thing they could do is to move out of Minnesota and carry out their Constitutionally-mandated duties in and/or from a state that does not have a state-level “(Non-)Patriot Act”; but they’re probably way ahead of me in that regard, and are already, or will now, consider it. Ron Paul is not a freemason. Wherever you got the “devil hand signal” from I’m afraid to ask. Our political, social and economic problems are not caused by the devil. You are NOT a “spiritual discerner”, Joey. You, and people like you, are the exact opposite, a person and/or people deep in avoidance and denial, and a denier and/or deniers of God, your Creator. That makes you anything but discerning. You can’t see the true spiritual forest for the trees.
