WASHINGTON – A proposal from a long-time congressional foe of the Federal Reserve that could give lawmakers sway over monetary policy has won the support of a majority in the House of Representatives, alarming officials at the U.S. central bank.
The Federal Reserve Transparency Act of 2009, put forward by Republican Representative Ron Paul of Texas, now has 250 co-sponsors in the House. It will get air-time on Thursday during a congressional hearing on Fed independence that will feature testimony from the Fed’s No. 2 official, Donald Kohn.

Congress has yet to investigate 911. The 911 Commission came from the white house…and was hand selected by the white house. Not one single member of Congress has ever investigated the worse mass murder on US soil. No one in Congress investigated the reason the US has killed millions of people. Have you considered how much they must fear that audit? With so much fear, so much pressure, that they threaten the very economy itself, apply pressure to congressmen and other nations… it is very likely there is nothing left but a post-mortem to be done. They have been selling our future, and that of our posterity, to others for their own profit for far too long.
If all were aboveboard, what would they have to fear? Congress established them, after all… even though they had no power to do so. If they are then guilty of the greatest act of fraud in history, one that has had its ripples through generations, created depressions, and looted our livelihoods more and more… and has nothing to show for it but more debts…
then certainly we need to find out how much they’ve bilked us, how many lives it has cost… and then lay the fraud at their feet. Even a total idiot can see that.

The congress has no power to delegate its powers, granted by the people, to those who have no oversight by the people. It has no power to delegate those powers to the Executive, nor to the Supreme Court.
To delegate those powers such, is an act of fraud, and unconstitutional. Any such unconstitutional act is void from its inception. (16 Am Jur 2d, Sec 177 late 2d, Sec 256) No courts may prosecute it, no citizen must follow it. Though it has the form of the law, it lacks the power.
To give those powers to those outside of our nation, however, is treason. It is an act of war against the people. Those that refuse to prosecute that treason are also guilty of the same treason.

The Senate didn’t kill HR 1207, they just didn’t allow it to piggie back on the budget bill (the way they allowed 16 other things that violated selectively enforced Senate Rule 31).
That the Fed is threatening to raise interest rates and damage the economy if audited – all the while asking for more power and secrecy, is the same as a husband threatening to kill his wife if she has an affair, all the while not telling her where he is traveling to.

Bottom line, there is absolutely no reason or excuse for a single member of congress to not pass this bill. The Fed is creating money backed by the future sweat and blood of the American people. It is our money they are giving to their criminal conspirators. We have the right to know exactly where OUR money is going and being spent. Any member of Congress who supports the continued secrecy of the Federal Reserve is not abiding their constitutional oath of office and is not working on behalf of the American people. Again, there is no exuse for any member of Congress to be against a complete audit of how, when, where, who and why the Federal Reserve spends OUR money. None. Period.
