Ron Paul Grills Bernanke: “You Can’t Reinflate The Bubble”

Congressman Ron Paul again took the opportunity to lecture Federal Reserve chairman Ben Bernanke on sound money principles at this morning’s House Financial Services Committee hearing, warning that the financial crisis cannot be solved by merely creating credit out of thin air.
Paul said that yesterday’s record consumer confidence slump was a reflection of monetary policy in Washington and that it was impossible to patch up a failed system.
“This is the end of an era,” said the Congressman, “we can’t reinflate the bubble….if we think that we can reinflate this bubble by artificially creating credit out of thin air and calling it capital, believe me we don’t have a prayer of solving these problems – we have a total misunderstanding of what credit is versus capital.”

Paul stressed that capital could not be created out of thin air by the Federal Reserve. “We have to work hard, produce, live within our means and what is left over is called capital,” said Paul, dismissing the notion of recapitalizing markets by turning on the printing presses as a “total fallacy”.
The Texas Congressman said that central bankers were only failing forward in creating another new system doomed to crash by creating internationalized regulations and giving up on the dollar standard.
“We have to have a system that encourages people to work and to save – what are we doing now – we’re telling consumers to spend and continue the process – it won’t work,” concluded Paul.

Ron paul has said numerous times how illegal the fed is. He has called for ending it publicly over and over. Sure, he is a mason (obvious from public handshakes), but if you look at his history, he has integrity. That does not mean he is not a useful idiot at times, but who can prove that he really is? Remember that this secret cabal of globalists have been able to trick the masses in so many different ways, dividing us deeply over things that don’t matter. They can manipulate good people as they’ve been practicing for a long time. This doesn’t mean Ron Paul has been manipulated, but from looking into him, he has a strong track record for being a good man. He could’ve been manipulated though. He may be unknowingly helping to bring in the amero or whatever currency they have planned for us.
The main point is that we shouldn’t stone those trying to help us. We need to be more constructive and careful on who we point the finger at. Guys like Rockafeller, Rothschild, Bush (elder), Clinton, Gore, Bernake, Bryzezinski, and Kissinger we can point the finger at because there is enough evidence out there that they know what they’ve done. Many in at least the house we cannot point the finger at. They are compartmentalized and manipulated by lobbyists and such. The senate may be a different story, but none of those people are the architects of this. They are just the players. Even the president is just a player, except maybe HW. If you focus on them the architecture still stands. They are not the architecture. The architecture isn’t really even a person. The architecture is the system of opposing ideologies created by the architects.

You are in the wrong business. A plumber’s helper makes about $700 in 40 hours. A welder’s helper will make from 9.00 to 14.00 per hour. Jobs like this require some real work but they also have potential for advancment to $1000 per week. If you have a skill or service that makes someone else a profit and that skill or service is not something that is eaisily replaced then you will make better money. I live in the south where wages are low and the wages I quoted are being paid down here. My son dropped out of high-school and went to work for in land surveying at about 6.50 per hour but worked hard and now makes 22.00 per hour. Yeah sometimes he is wading swamps and cutting brush all day but on other days he may be working on a beach scoping out the sights there all day long or drawing money for 5 or 6 hours in a day drive time. Change jobs!

This year our total debt, interest and intitlements social security ext, topped 66 trillion. the networth of all of america is 65 trillion. In the 60’s and 70’s when I was overseas it was mankind killing mankind that killed 58,000 of us and over a million of them. I was drafted and am guilty of killing to stay alive and also to stay out of prison but I did have a choice to say NO. I was young,probably not mature enough to make right decisions but still it was mankind killing other men women,and children.
Mankind is the mos evil of god’s creatures. I was making less than 500 per month for me,my wife,and my baby boy while the war planners and defense profiteers were making billions off our blood and suffering and the profits were the only motive for all that killing and suffering.
The crying children still eat at me every day but their mothers, fathers, and other loved ones are still very dead or blind or dismembered or even crazy.
I hold no animosity against the guys that found a way to avoid combat unless they are the ones that are now calling for war and making money off of war and most of the washington crowd that keep us in wars are the very ones that avoided combat when they were of draft age. Even if the draft started again it would be like the Nam years. The kids of the rich and well connected would not ever have to go into combat.
I was born in 1948. I have never seen our justice system actually work. You live on another planet if you believe there is something good in mankind or that there is a lot of good in men.

I have read that they call him, “Dr. NO” because he has voted against every tax increase that has ever been proposed while he was in office. Simply doing right by his constituents is a big difference from the typical Washington “YES MEN.” I do not think any other person in D.C. has been consistant like Dr. Paul has. He may very well be the only elected official that has always done what he was put in office to do. I agree with a lot of what R.P. says, BUT he’s still a politician. What has he actually done lately. I like him as a person, but he’s an empty suit. I wonder what he would do as a president. I like Ron Paul a lot but I worry about his image. Maybe he needs to recruit younger and more mainstream famous people to carry his message. U2 made Sunday, Bloody Sunday and that was great for it’s day, A WHOLE bunch of artists and models fighting fur and animal cruelty…

These bankers are like thieves who are not afraid of the police. they are robbing Americans right in their face, and it seems like the only person (he is just one of about three or so) who is doing a favour to the American people to sound the alarm and defend them is Dr. Paul. however, it seems that many Americans don’t appreciate the favour Dr. paul is doing for them; if they did, they would show it by supporting him.

Ya know, all this “save the economy” stuff is bumming me out. Let it crumble! Our time and energy COULD be used to address the greater problem of declining COMMON SENSE. Most people don’t know how to change the oil in their car. They don’t know how to keep a house plant alive, let alone a garden. The mindset of the “City”, where supper is a block away, sweat free will be the death of us. People camp out for the next big sports game, rock album, toy release opening sale, etc… We have been goaded into a corral while the butcher stands on the fence sharpening his knife. I think I’m preaching to the converted here. Without any knowledge of survival on this rock hurtling through space (BASIC survival. I’m not talking about financial sense!), we’re doomed.
