His sincerity is just that, genuine sincerity, that must be what fooled you. Most politicians feign that quality, and it gets difficult to tell the true statesmen from the toady.
Even the good doctor admits that the constitution is flawed, and he himself would like to change it. However, if it had been followed as intended, instead of added to arbitrarily, so those in power could become wealthier, we would not be in this mess.
Brute and Ignorant? Do you live in that part of Texas? Please site examples of this slanderous accusation, as I think the residents thereof will beg to differ.
Ironically, Dr. Paul favors term limits, like in the original constitution.
He is a DOCTOR. He already has a comfortable income. Which he forgave for a time to serve his country! If he is not in it to help the people, then I have been duped, and there truly is no hope for America

What would you have him do? He can’t do much until the zombies wake up. I seem to recall AJ or a caller asking Jesse Ventura if he would more or less lead a movement to abolish the federal reserve, e.g., making it a key platform in a campaign for the POTUS. Do you remember his response? He would end up with a bullet in his head. Get it!?
Every public individual that has pushed the issue too far gets a bullet in the head or their plane crashes. And for what? For trying to save the ignorant masses that beg to be slaves? Where is the outcry or the justice for these slain patriots?
Until we reach that tipping point of mass awakening, there is no point in leading a charge. You have to pick your battles, which means knowing the right time to strike hard. Dr. Paul is doing his part by staying relevant, trying to spread the message and, most importantly, trying to remain breathing. He is doing more than you, coward.

Where in the Bible does it say to “Accept Jesus in your heart?” And don’t quote Romans 10:13 Revelation 3:20 or John 3:16 like all the antianomians do. Those verses are taken so far out of context. To believe in Jesus you MUST be born again! John 3:3 You must repent! Give up your old life and become a new creation in Christ! 2Corinth 5:17 And ONLY God can open your eyes to this truth. Too many people claim to be Christians in this nation and don’t even know the 10 commandments or where to find them in the Bible. You know.. All these people who think Paul is a shill has not met the man.. Has not read the many statements he has made in congress.. Has not taken time to read his VERY educated and well informed works posted all over the net.
I first met Dr. Paul in 2007 when I was meeting a lot of politicians. You can look him in the eye and see he is an honest man. All the others I met with the exception (look I used this homonym properly) of a few local and state politicians you could see they were fakes.
You cannot argue the man is not principled. He has not swayed on anything he has been saying for 33 years. Show me a single other politician with that kind of record. He has not swayed from anything he has said for over 3 decades.

I know this is off the subject but it is time to get the word out about these cops out here on the freeways and just about everywhere writing tickets like wolfs praying the pack. I have an idea and if everyone would do it, we would stop this writing of tickets for every minor infraction. If everyone would just demand a jury trail for every ticket they get we would shut down the court system in one month. The court system cannot handle that many jury trails. They would be forced to tell the cops to back off. A jury trail is your right as an American citizen. If you wont defend your rights, dont complain when you loose them.

What alarms me is that these threads have the worst spelling of any site I visit. Does that square with your observations?
The best seem to be British sites like the Guardian or the Independent. But The Nation is also pretty clean, and HuffPo ain’t that bad. Raw Story is also a good average, though not the equal of the British sites.

I watched the video, posted the parent comment to this one, then read thru the whole thread, and found scarcely any comment but my own that dealt with the video. Oy! Vat giffs? These threads — it’s like, why give a fiddle to a gorilla. What will he do with it?

A very interesting post. Your English and spelling are excellent, but might I recommend a few carriage returns/paragraph breaks would make much easier reading. The example of the Swedish Immigration Minister was very thought provoking.

wanted to get this out on Infowars asap…A rally in Fullerton CA for anyone that is fed up with Hippocratic politicians setting up the table in the interest of Big Business. We here in CA just got hit with another rash of taxes because of overspending Governments (local state) I sending out an invitation for everyone to be there if possible to support the will of the people and to show support to the Ron Paul Revolution.

Our phony legislatures in Sacramento just passed a budget that includes a host of tax increases, ignorant, to the fact that we our in a severe recession.
As political activists this should be enough to move you to the streets to protest.
But there is more, and here is why we should all be there:
We have the ideas, organization, plan, SOLUTIONS and CURE to what is the cancer that has spread from Washington DC to Sacramento.
This cancer, as you already know, looks like this:
1. Our elected politicians no longer represent us —plain as day –they work for special interests.
2. The Democrat and Republican Parties are the same—very little difference to date.
3. We have not a Democracy let alone a Republic.
4. Our money is being devalued.
5. We are getting ripped off!!!
Thru the Campaign for Liberty we can affect real change by promoting the cure for this cancer, SO WE MUST ACT NOW!!!
This event will be in the City Fullerton (a very high traffic location on its own) and there will be newspaper press and perhaps television coverage —this we be a heavily advertised event and the crowd could be in the thousands.
Here is the location: Slidebar Café 122 East Commonwealth Ave, Fullerton (cross streets –Harbor and Commonwealth –downtown Fullerton by the train station)
We will have a table, C4L banners (we will need people to carry), literature and DVD’s. In solidarity with the hosts of the event and its theme –Tax Revolt– you may want to make some hand held signs protesting your disgust with Sacramento. (we have paint and banner material if you need it)
If enough of you call me to participate, I will organize a march thru downtown Fullerton to the event location. 714-397-4040.

I have an urgent message for infowars, more important than any message you can
hear. God is Holy and cannot accept sin. Why are there famine, disasters,
death, etc in the world? Mans REBELLION against God! God wrote the law on each
man’s heart so they are without excuse on judgment day when we will ALL stand
before Christ. I plead with you because God wants me to show you the truth in
love! All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God(Romans 3:23). The
penalty of sin is death and eternal punishment in the LAKE OF FIRE. You are
dead in your sins and headed for hell which is described in the Word as a FIRE
THAT QUENCHES NOT. It is a horrible and terrible place of torment that people
will go because of their sins. But God has provided a way for each to escape
the lake of fire. “For God so loved the world, He sent his only Begotten Son,
that whosoever believeth in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life”
John 3:16. Jesus suffered a horrible death and rose again 3 days later to take
the penalty of YOUR sins! He loved you so much that He provided a way for man
to escape the lake of fire! All you must do to be saved is BELIEVE in Him(trust
in Him to save you). That is it! No works or anything you do can save you! May
God open your eyes, that one day I may see you in heaven. Read the Word of
God(I recommend the King James version) before rejecting it! Death is fleeting.
You may NOT have tomorrow! For death comes when we least expect it! Make sure
you are saved TODAY! The Bible condemns the rich, the wealthy, those who take
advantage of the poor, so it CANNOT have been made up by the elite. Because the
Word clearly CONDEMNS people such as those! Read the Word for yourself and see
that the claims are true!!!
I am a Christian, and STILL struggle with sin. Many so called Christians are
arrogant and hypocritical and think they have it all together. It is my desire
to do RIGHT as a Christian but will falter just like anyone else.
