Where in the Constitution does it give the President, Congress, or even a Judge the right to suspend the Constitution for any reason? Keep looking and looking and looking and looking and looking. Opps, it isn’t there!!!!!! THAT IS RIGHT! NEITHER THE PRESIDENT, JUDGES, NOR CONGRESS HAS THE AUTHORITY TO SUSPEND THE CONSTITUTION. That would be an attempt to overthrow our legitimate government. Now, what would you call any military person, government official, cop, etc. who tried to enforce any unconstitutional order to suspend/overthrow our Constitutional form of government? TRAITORS! After today’s governments (not just the american one) are expelled, I hope people will have the wisdom to abolish taxes forever. If they don’t, we are doomed to a second crisis like this one. Taxation is intrusion and theft. Such a widespread crime requires a thoroughly criminal state. If we topple current administrations and rebuild others who also tax, we are lost. Because a taxing, i.e., criminal government will repeat the same abuses we are suffering now.

Thanks for the dialogue, patriot2008. I have read your Constitution only once, because I am not an American. But you assume I am, which shows that our concerns are identical (I live in Belgium but my parents came from Italy). The US Constitution was very well written, but somewhat flawed because it allowed taxes, even if they were moderate in amount at that time. Taxation is intrusion into private dealings, that’s a crime. Taxing millions of people is an immense crime that only unconscionable persons could do. When these uncaring people are in charge, they ruin their country.
Because the way taxes are collected is flawed, their amount and use will also be flawed. Suppose you have a 10,000,000 people country and its government honestly needs $10,000,000,000. Simple: $1,000,000,000 / 10,000,000 = $1,000 each. This dispenses with intrusions, convoluted calculations, the IRS, and the criminal state. When thugs know there exist a means of reaching directly into everyone’s bank account or wallet, they make it their lifetime goal to become officials.
Suppress this opportunity and crooks will no longer seek it. Besides, when every voter pays the same sum, politicians won’t raise it unduly for fear of infuriating the WHOLE electorate. This is a solve-it-all, together with the removal of gun control. Don’t forget to upgrade to “patriot2009″.

Thank you, patriot2008. I had five armed encounters with street thugs. In the first two, no shooting was needed, drawing sufficed. In the other three occasions, I fired a total of 13 warning shots, with immediate result: they ran away, jumping like antelopes. These three times, I was alone against several opponents and went towards them. The last time I got wounded at the head and police meddled in. So, I have been confronted by four or five cops a few minutes after having been confronted by eight to ten vandals. My gun permits were suspended but my guns are still within reach at my range while my lawyer sorts this out. No bragging, but I did not submit to street punks and I did not cave in to cops; they had to subdue me. These and a few other confrontations showed me I can keep reasoning during danger. We might help each other. See you on the battlefield.

The Constitution only allows the Government to lay indirect tax. Thus allowing it to be avoided if you chose. Any direct tax must be apportioned among the states and among the population of the state. So if they need $100 it is split up equally to each person. That way they could only collect what they could justify, and we would pay as a nation if we agreed.

Jimbob – it is very easy to find information but of course it is even easier to find false information. Thus, you have to cross reference information and also look for repeat issues vs. one-time flukes. If you simply type in “ron paul” masonic handshake to the Google search or, better yet, use scroogle.org to avoid being tracked by Google, you will find plenty of information about Ron Paul. Based upon my research including what he displays and what he says I am as convinced that he can lead America back to greatness as I am convinced that George W. Bush was a good president (hint – they are both less than 1%!). That does not mean, however, that I beleive RP would be as bad as W, but bad versus real bad is not an ideal option.

Watching a commercial for the Jack Lelane Juicer and he just flashed the “I Love the Devil” sign (about 20 minutes in).

While I think it is a missed opportuinity that he didn’t buy “Air Time” on Alex Jones Radio Show for large amounts – I can understand his reluctance to even possibly present the conflict of interest some would surely claim it represented.
I am pretty sure that, by law, no presidential candidate gets to keep the money after the campaign is over – Barack included.

I love how since hardly anyone actually knows the true meaning of fascism (no, it doesn’t just mean cruel dictators), we have allowed the U.S. to become the predominant fascist state of the world. Martial law is pretty much already in the United States; was pretty much declared, though the words ‘martial law’ didn’t have to be used. “Crowd control” was the phrase. 20 000 infantry troops to be deployed to help law enforcement with “crowd control”. that smells of martial law to me. And remember that Codex Alimentarius will be implemented on December 31st of this year, 2009. So the People, especially the American people, my brothers and sisters south of me, if there was any time to prepare, to store and conserve food, essential vitamins, herbs, supplements and natural remedies and cures, the time is NOW. If you haven’t already started stocking up, do so NOW, not only before the prices make them unaffordable, but before Codex Alimentarius literally poisons the food you feed your kids and yourselves. This country is under lockdown. I just drove from Phoenix to San Diego and passed no fewer than 6 chekpoints along the way. Police, border patrol 100 miles inland. If this isn’t martial law I must have missed the boat somewhere. Tons of fun having German Shepards sniffing inside and outside your car.

..but if you have been young and black in america in a bad neighborhood….you would know that your rights are all at the mercy of the law enforcement personel all the time……”but ive got my rights dammit!!”, lol…yeah tell that to the judge when you cant make bail and just wait till u have to take a deal or get slammed going to trial…….ive had my run-ins but i know a lot of “laws”…..sometimes it works knowing your rights…..other times the only “right” ive had was to remain silent….i guess now we can all have the police up our arse overtime just like we always voted for right?……if you were wise u could see it coming with felons losing their rights, if they can strip the fighter type people of guns, then how hard is it to strip the sheeple???

There’s lots of talk on the web about the accelerating approach of martial law, but, where is the talk about ORGANIZING to resist it!? The Germans, Russians and Chinese continued to sit on their hands until it was too late and they were locked into totalitarianism. Later, they wished they had organized when they saw the signs looming everywhere.
This is what we’re doing in our area of Ohio. We are forming our county 2nd Amendment organization, militia, in coordination with our pro Second Amendment sheriff, along with our Neighborhood Defense Groups by going door to door. We are also discussing plans to produce our own food via gardens and even exploring the possibility of printing our own scrip to help counter, locally, the Deep, National, Depression that’s coming. Come on, people, let’s get Organized!

Has anyone out there heard anything about railcars with shackles in them to put American citizens in to take them to secret already built prisons if and when martial law is declared? I’m seeing photos and such here and there on this subject. It’s the NEW WORLD ORDER’S to make us part of the plan to enslave us. Let’s hear it if you know anything about this matter. A politician in the past few days commented that the voters this year were clear with their voice about the two parties working together and to change DC.
So how can this be true when 95% of the congress that was up for election this past year were voted back in?
Doesn’t seem like the American people spoke loud enough for all the aged politicians to hear.
These people will do whatever and say whatever to remain in power. If they are ever shown to be the real problem in America they will all be done for.

Here in our county of Ohio we are organizing and preparing to resist the state of hard martial law which is gradually being implemented. Our county sheriff has been educated to his constitutional responsibilities with the help of Jack McLamb, http://www.JackMcLamb.org , 208-935-7852, via his excellent info pack which includes cover letter, DVD and news letters. Our —– County Citizens For The 2nd Amendment organization and Neighborhood Defense Groups are growing both by going door to door and asking if the individual will give up his firearms if the government tells him to and by FREE “public service announcement” ads in the local newspaper telling of the formation of our county society. People are still calling and signing up for future meetings regarding our 2nd and 4th Amendment rights. Don’t wait until it’s too late as what happened with the Germans, Russians, Chinese, etc. History is repeating itself, again.
