Secession cannot be “illegal”. We have a duty to resist tyrants and we can use any methods we choose. Though I don’t believe secession is the best method to defeat these criminal traitors, it is silly to debate its legality. Further, all of these people that insist Ron Paul is above reproach are suckers. Ron Paul has been working with traitors most of his life. He talks to them, works with them and upholds the pretense that these criminal traitors have credibility. If we are forced to select our leaders from the crop of criminals now offered, Ron Paul is our best choice, but in the future, our offerings may be broadened. And we can dump all that have taken part in the crimes against America. Ron Paul may be the best available now, but he still sucks–and we can have better choices in the future.

No, it’s not illegal…and that comes to the very basis of why tyrants oppose it. We have a duty to resist tyrants, and tyrants have a habit of resisting resistance, crushing dissent, eradicating foes. Segue back on topic, discussing secession.
The real Mormon Joseph Smith, near the end of his life, planned to “secede” the church from the union because much like today, the government repeatedly refused to uphold the rule of law and protect its citizens from the injustices and tyranny the government itself perpetrated and allowed to be perpetrated against the people. The only way to be free of those injustices was to leave the US and find safe haven in the Rocky Mountains then Mexican Territory. While awaiting trial on trivial trumped up charges Smith was murdered by mob that took the law into their own hands. Government officials knowing they had Smith in an insecure location turned a deaf ear and a blind eye to the repeated requests to be moved to a more secure location. Moral of that story bad things happen when corrupt government goes unchecked.
A little while later in the 1840s and 50s Brigham Young carried out those plans to move the church out of the US, not without the help of extermination orders signed by the govenor and friendly local neigborhood mobs accelerating the process. For about 50 years the Mormons had their own little state out there and survived on their own without the governments meddling and oppression. They joined back up with the union for better or worse back in 1896. Come to think of it, all in all this was probably the most successful sizeable secessions in US history (if you consider the results of the south’s secession)
I think further research into the Mormon migration in context of State secession today could prove worthwhile. Why did they do it? How did they do it? What worked well for them, what didn’t? How did they become self sufficient? How did the federal government respond? What lessons can we take from it and apply to today so we can reassert state rights and accountability in government? Can the threat of secession actually keep the federal government in check? What effect did the Mormons leaving have on the federal government’s attitude towards them?
Whether you believe in their doctrine or not, Mormons do have an interesting history that could prove beneficial to us freedom seekers today.

Possible. I was disappointed when Ron did not seize the issue of illegal immigration and cram it down the throats of the phoney Left-Right candidates and the entire political establishment. I believe that this seems almost as a contradictory statement to come from Dr. Paul. I highly respect the man, and I believe that his views on the Constitution of the United States and also our History are impregnable. I will even go as far to say that I agree with him that secession is a natural right of any State in a free society.
However, my personal opinion on the subject is that, although it is the right of a State, it would be wholly moronic for any State to secede from these United States.
Why, you ask? Because the Constitution that our Founders formed and agreed upon for the Supreme Law of the United States is a prescription for the prevention of the liberties of the people who are within its jurisdiction. If a State were to leave this agreement, no protection of the liberties described in the Constitution would be accessible by the people of that State, thus creating an opportunity for tyranny to be conceived in the newly created nation.
Secession of any State is exactly what the architects of the New World Order want, and many of the people who were observant enough to oppose a Constitutional Convention being called for these United States are the same ones who are fooled into believing that secession either is, or will become a necessity. Likewise, the same people who were calling for a Constitutional Convention will in all likelihood be the ones who will call for secession, and afterwards begin the construction of tyranny in the discontented State/s.
Dr. Paul states that secession is something that “might have to be done once the dollar crashes.” This is were he seems to me to be very contradictory with regards to his views on the Constitution. He has praised that document for as long as I can remember knowing his name, and now he seems to have little hesitation to say that pulling out of that agreement is something that “might have to be done….” There seems to be a disconnect in this argument. [b]Why would surrendering the protection of your natural rights as a human being: the rights of life, liberty, and property to forces that may or may not be under your control, be in any way necessary in the event of a dollar crash?[/b]
Although some States may have protections in their own Constitutions for the liberties of their people, I can speak for my own State by saying that ours in Georgia is lacking in those barriers against tyranny. For instance, the most sacred and valuable right of them all, the right to keep and bear arms, is limited from the very beginning in our very Constitution by the declaration that “…the General Assembly shall have the power to prescribe the manner in which arms may be borne.”
Based on that clause alone, one could say that the people of my State would be screwed in the event that it chose to secede from the United States. Not to mention the fact that all of the powers that are delegated to the United States by the Constitution would in that event revert back unto the State itself. Any state that decides to withdraw itself would then have the power to raise armies and navies and declare war, coin its own money, declare martial law on its citizens, and would be free to declare unto itself any other oppressive power that it wishes. The Constitution, when followed meticulously, prevents the oppression of the people living under it by the Federal Government.
Although it is the right of any State to leave the Union, I believe that it would not be a wise decision to do so. To any one who does advocate that action, all I can say is: Be careful with who you are dealing with, and if secession by any state is ever initiated, the people of that State had better be watchful of the powers that may intend to create a regime of tyranny in the new nation.

We can now see the complete scope of despotism, tyranny, and all out enslavement the rogue bureaucrats plan for each one us in this “New World Order”, and we state here and now that each individual is the decider of their own fate and we will not be controlled by others who commit tyrannical acts against us without accepting complete personal liability for their actions.
In order to continue the path towards a more perfect union laid before us this document will strive to have the best minds involved to form the next amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America. This amendment will address all of the ills facing our nation and will be developed as a means to reverse the tide of tyranny with the full intent of abolishing the international bankers/rogue tyrants goal of implementing a world authoritarian government. That is the intent of this amendment and it’s scope shall be far reaching due to the renaissance of technological advancement and wide spread dissemination of information that has taken place since the founding if this country.

Scope of included items intended for insertion into the next US Constitutional amendment:
Freedom of information-
Declaration of unfettered freedom of information exchange on the internet infrastructure.
Government information infrastructure- “little brother” all seeing eye of We the People constantly hunting tyrants for removal from government through complete government transparency built on an integrated information system accessible to the people all the time that will enable the people have total information awareness of government activities via constant electronic surveillance. All government information will be available to the people with the exceptions of specific technology documentation related to advanced weaponry design and development.
Abolishment of Corporate status of individual human beings-
The 14th amendment to the US constitution is hereby repealed.
Abolishment of local, state and federal Corporate Municipalities and Quasi government institutions.
Abolishment of corporate status of human beings
This amendment recognizes each individual human being as sovereign equal authority over all government authority and the recognition of individual sovereignty of every human being on our planet Earth.
Establishment of We the People as rightful equal owners of all government property.
Any human being is hereby recognized as an authority over any government employee or agent paid directly or indirectly by the government.
Hierarchy of authority-
Each individual human being
Government
Military
Corporate Regulation
Enforcement of Article 1 section 10-
It shall be the duty of each individual of the government enforcing Article 1 Section 10 of the US Consitution and liability of treason shall be applied to any individual government servant who does not enforce this supreme law.
Removal of rights for Government Employees-
Any employee, government contractor, military personnel, and/or elected representative shall not be allowed to vote in any election and/or referendum whether it be local, state, and/or federal. Former government employees will not be allowed to participate in voting for at least five years from the time of last economic benefit received in the form of government pay. Government Employees are prohibited from serving on a jury for any judicial case. Government employees who act without an individual human being’s explicit and libelous authorization who is accepting personal are exempt from any immunity and are fully liable for those actions. Government employees acting without authorization from a human being accepting personal liability for an accusation is hereby prohibited from interfering in the natural path of any human being.
Prohibition of Tyranny
All forms of tyranny are hereby prohibited. Tyranny executed by individuals who are paid by the government in any manner will hereby be guilty of treason where the definition of treason in Article 3 section 3 of this constitution shall include Government Tyranny as a form of treason. Government tyrants who are found guilty of treason by a jury of their peers shall receive the punishment of death.
Tyranny is hereby defined as the act of exerting unlawful authority over another human being. Lawful authority is defined as authority executed by a sovereign equal human being upon another with full liability of accusation and force applied in authorization of government action. Martial law is hereby outlawed and considered a form of tyranny.
Sunset and Limitations on Declaration of War
Any declaration of war issued by Congress or individual State of the Union shall expire within 2 years of that declaration without a formal declaration of war reissued by 2/3 of the respective representatives. It is hereby prohibited for the any State to declare war on another state of the Union without first seceding from the union of States.
Lawful State secession
It is lawful for any State in the union of States to secede any and all relations with another state upon 2/3 vote of the respective State’s representative body of Government.
Strict Interpretation of Law
This Constitution is the supreme law of land and shall render any law violating the explicit intention and letter of this document null and void whether in a State or on Federal property. No judicial representative or agent shall violate or reinterpret this law. Any judicial representative or agent not upholding this law shall be guilty of a felony and shall be required to answer a claim or grievance of any individual human being in a court of law and judged by an impartial jury for any and all accusations.

The current constitution is written by the Federalists to replace the Articles of Confederation. There was almost a succession during from some states due to the Constitution. The only reason the Constitution passed was because some states said that they would sign it if the Bill of Rights was added to protect the people.
The constitution was rewritten after the civil war to ensure the federal government had even more power. So i get a little annoyed when people talk about the Constitution. No need to rewrite it just abolish it and return to the articles of confederation + bill of rights.
Then we would have put the country in the direction it was meant to take since the revolution.

Yes, Texas can split into 5 states and then the Constitution says that each state must have 2 Representatives Congress, which would put 10 reps from that geographical area instead of two reps, which Congress would not allow, therefore those 5 states would be dissolved from the USA as a separate sovereignty. But, it still probably would not be allowed by the bankers.

At least recind the 17th Amendment and revert the US senators to be appointed by state reps. This was sold to us as “progressive” in 1911-1913, but it has alienated senators from answering to the interests and constituents at home. This needs to change, and it is overlooked.
Also, with states like Texas, why would they want to stay in the union if there is more of a cost than benefit of being in the union [federal deficit etc].
End statism, return federalism [don't get confused by the way these terms sound, look them up if you don't understand them]. Federalism was eliminated by the ideas of Hamilton, and 1865 and 1913 are key years.

Nowhere did the US constitution eliminate the respective state constitutions, save for those very few and specific rights granted the federal government, which they in turn magically turned into the bloated mess we have today.

It’s a bit more complicated than Ron Paul likes to lead on. No State needs to leave the Union. The States have the authority to abolish the Federal Government, and they should use it. I wouldn’t hold my breath on that one though. There were other forces behind the divisions of the Union prior to the Civil War. Seems no one really likes to talk about it. Although, they sure love to act as if it was a war of “Northern Aggression” as so many have termed it. Again, it was more complex than that. The Forces at work prior to the Civil War, which continued through until our present times, and surely have more influence than many of the alleged “leaders” among the so called “truth” movement, are nothing to ignore. I’m not going to pound anything down anyone’s throat here, but I’ll leave you with the following quote and hope you’ll do some investigations of your own. I would also look into groups like the Council for National Policy to see how these forces are still at work today, even among those who would have you believe they are looking out for your best interests. Follow no one, trust no one, be your own leader!

I grew up in Southern California which was then predominantly an Anglo culture. It was wonderful land near the ocean, where my family had lived for 6 generations. I was very proud of my culture.
Over the years I watched as my own Government forced me to subsiize my own destruction. With in 20 years the culture had completly changed. I was made a second class citizen in my own country. The middle class has mostly fled, and only the wealthy or dependent live here now. There is no work in California and the once great state is in financial collapse. I live quit happily in the Rock Moutains now.
My point is that at some point you have to recognize that there is no hope for certain parts of the American continent. We could at least stop the spreading of damage through sucession, and reclaiming Free Zones.

The Question really is a question for each Individual state to decide In their own natural course. It’s a shame the that such might happen due to a dislike of the central power structure however in the future if states do take this course of action they would be wise to remember their dislike for the central structure and hence make sure they maintain good relationships with each other.

Back in the 80’s Ronald Reagan was attempting to put a drug checkpoint on the small, narrow road to Key West, here in Florida. Communities have already begun the secession from the Fiat monetary system of the Fed and IMF by printing their own currencies to be used with in that community. I feel that it is the start of a nation wide revolt against the tyrannical government that we have today. If the states in and of themselves decide to leave the union it would show those in their Ivory towers that with out the people they have naught.

Ron Paul is a NWO operative.
He is silent on 9-11…. Don’t make excuses for him. Under ANY circumstances. You CANNOT divorce him from the tacit support of the 9-11 con (by his elephant in the room silence). You cannot and remain intellectually honest.
He is one of, “them.”
That he speaks some truth is only the carrier wave, the means of opening people up, to the lie.

He’s weak and a something of wimp but he stay in there. Do you have someone in mind who’d make a better leader that is in a public office? As for his being a NWO Operative…to some extent he make serve there purposes but if also serves ours.

I hope everyone is recording every word this Great Man speacks. Someday he will leave this earth amd we will need his words for guidance. He is the leader of the people make no mistake about it. The word president is so meaningless why do we give these people time of day. There is a little bit of Ron Paul in all of the people. Now lets use it to take back our country from the criminals who act as if they are leaders. Please, The Fema Camps will come in handy one day when scum are defeated, and they will they will.
