The surplus oil production capacity could totally disappear in the next two years. The US military has warned that surplus oil production capacity could disappear within two years and there could be serious shortages by 2015 with a significant economic and political impact. Alex Jones says its not a matter of a shortage but the capacity to refine the oil is too small.
