Russian Professor: Collapse Of America Could Begin In Two Months

Russian Professor Igor Panarin says that events are continuing to confirm his doomsday prediction first made over 10 years ago, that the United States will completely collapse like the Soviet Union before the end of 2010, and warns that the chaos could begin to unfold in as little as two months.
Panarin, doctor of political sciences and professor of the Russian Diplomatic Academy Ministry of Foreign Affairs, told journalists during the unveiling of his new book yesterday that President Obama has done nothing to forestall the fast approaching crisis and that it could begin to properly unfold in November.

“Obama is “the president of hope”, but in a year there won’t be any hope,” said Panarin. “He’s practically another Gorbachev – he likes to talk but hasn’t really managed to do anything. Gorbachev at least had been a secretary of a regional communist party administration, whereas Obama was just a social worker. His mentality is totally different. He’s a nice person and talks nicely – but he’s not a leader and will take America to a crash. When Americans understand that – it will be like a bomb explosion.”
Since 1998, Panarin has been warning of a future disintegration of the United States and the collapse of the dollar. The recent election victory for Japan’s Democratic Party is another sign that the economic collapse of the U.S. is imminent, according to Panarin.
“Today I received another confirmation that the collapse of the dollar and the US is inevitable. Japan’s Democratic Party won the election, and I’d like to remind you that its leader [Yukio Hatoyama] has the snubbing of the dollar among his economic plans. In plainer words, he plans to transfer Japan’s monetary reserves from US dollars into another currency. The move will seriously accelerate the dollar’s exchange slump as early as this November. Disintegration will follow shortly,” he said, adding that next year China would also begin to massively dump the dollar and that Russia would begin to sell oil and gas for roubles.
Panarin previously stated that the dollar would eventually be replaced with “a common Amero currency as a new monetary unit”, referring to the Security and Prosperity Partnership agreement between the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
He foresees the U.S. breaking up into six different parts, roughly along lines similar to those of 1865 during the Civil War, “The Pacific coast, with its growing Chinese population; the South, with its Hispanics; Texas, where independence movements are on the rise; the Atlantic coast, with its distinct and separate mentality; five of the poorer central states with their large Native American populations; and the northern states, where the influence from Canada is strong,” according to Panarin.
Longer term, Panarin predicts that the breakaway states will eventually be taken over by the European Union, Canada, China, Mexico, Japan and Russia and America will cease to exist altogether, as depicted in the illustration above.
Panarin blames the collapse on a “political elite that implements an absurd and aggressive policy that aims to create conflicts around the planet” and warns that increasing firearms sales in the U.S. are a sign that people are preparing for “chaos” in the aftermath of a total financial meltdown.
“In my opinion, the probability of the US ceasing to exist by June, 2010 exceeds 50%. At this point, the mission of all major international powers is to prevent chaos in the US,” Panarin concluded.

V, Though I agree with you, I think it will be difficult for anyone who owns the US on paper to collect on it. I think you will find that the people, once they become motivated, will take matters into their own hands and boot anyone trying to come claim the property using any means at their disposal. I think that even if they would win, the effort to come collect the assets in the US will not be worth the effort.

I think he’s right about the United States final decline starting this fall, but I think he underestimates how tied in the rest of the world is to the US dollar and the US economy, through globalisation.
How are Japan, China, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Europe going to get rid of their dollars when everybody knows the dollar is doomed? It’s hard to convert 60% of the worlds wealth from the dollar to other currencies within a year or two, when nobody wants the dollar.
And what about the $1.5 quadrillion derivatives bubble? That’s not just US investments, it’s all around the world.
This is going to be a global economic earthquake, with the US as epicenter. But there are other things at play here aswell. Look at the weather, record crop failures this year, around the globe. Record simultaneous famines, in poorer regions yes but there has never been this many famines at the same time in the past 150-200 years.

In my experience, most predictions about how badly the government will screw something up are greatly exceeded by subsequent reality. I’m not sure when D day is but better get ready now. To many variables to speculate although I would certainly keep my eyes on this H1N1 virus. I don’t think they threw this in the mix just for the pleasure of seeing us blowing our noses.
They are beta testing as well as preparing to mobilize troops for a level 6 pandemic scenario. Even if only a few thousand die they have already shown us they are ready to blow this thing WAY out of proportion and use it to accomplish as much as they can get away with. Even if it’s only to set the precident of forced inoculations, troops participating in law enforcement, quarantines, not to mention the fear mongering that leads to the population begging to be saved from the very crisis they created.

Many Predict US Financial Collapse in September

Bob Chapman [Internationalforecaster.com] revealed that the US State Dept has advised embassies worldwide to stock up on a year’s worth of the local currency in anticipation of collapse of the US dollar. Look for a temporary banking shutdown timed for around September 2009. As under Roosevelt, some banks won’t reopen. 96% of bank reserves are currently held with the Federal Reserve who tells the banks not to loan the money, but rather to save it for further banking acquisition and consolidation. Chapman foresees a bank holiday lasting 4-5 days. Chapman thinks this first bank holiday presages a much more significant bank holiday months to years later which will involve simultaneous devaluations of multiple currencies as well as other significant changes in the banking system.
Harry Shultz [as quoted in marketwatch.com] says “Some U.S. embassies worldwide are being advised to purchase massive amounts of local currencies; enough to last them a year. Some embassies are being sent enormous amounts of U.S. cash to purchase currencies from those governments, quietly. But not pound sterling. Inside the State Dept., there is a sense of sadness and foreboding that ’something’ is about to happen … within 180 days, but could be 120-150 days.”
Benjamin Fulford [ http://benjaminfulford.typepad.....infulford/ states that for almost a century the US Treasury Dept has been issuing specialized debt instruments to countries with which the US has had a trade surplus. These complex debt instruments are tailored by complex treaties. Unfortunately, the recent US Treasury funding needs exceed the willingness of these creditor nations to extend additional credit. Fulford writes, "The problem is that after nearly a century of issuing these debt instruments, the chickens are coming home to roost. President Obama tried at the recent G8 plus 5 meeting in Italy to borrow more money than George Bush junior did in 8 years. He was told a resounding no. The result should be total economic chaos in the U.S. by September 30th . "

Jim Sinclair [jsmineset.com] has recently visited China meeting with its leaders. He states that China is increasingly more willing to take on the United States in its apparent maneuvers to inflate its way out of its debt crisis. In early July Sinclair started a 120 day countdown till breakdown of the US dollar ends market manipulation and all those sour economic chickens come home to roost.

Unable to produce any more financial wizardry, the cynical federal government is arrayed in full battle dress uniform: 1] Mass forced swine flu vaccinations scheduled this fall performed under the specter of martial law; 2] Rumblings of extending the wars in Asia into Iran and Pakistan; 3] Rekindling the Korean conflict may also be in the cards. Of course, don’t forget that both Iran and North Korea are client states of the British World Order. All the recent saber rattling involving Iran and North Korea is wholly orchestrated. We need the distractions from the economic crisis, so our clients Ahmadinejad and Kim provide us with the necessary theater. So what will come first, further banner headlines of dollar collapse and market crashes or the distracting theater of more war or 911 type events?
What will this fall really bring? It is not too far away so we shall soon know. Unfortunately, it may make last fall look pretty tame. When the government answers economic distress by preparing for the worst, then the worst may very well be what happens.

But all this is dependant on a crash of biblical proportions and who’s to say that will actually happen? Maybe by degrees dragged out, but if it goes down all at once, the elites will loose control and they know it.

Cancers are your own cells that reproduce out of control after being infected with a cancer virus, exposure to certain chemicals or high doses of electromagnetic or nuclear radiation. The different vectors that cause cancer actually rewrite the DNA of cells in a manner that causes them to go haywire. that is why cancer is so hard to treat, it is your own tissue with corrupt DNA calling the shots.

Short wave radio, HAM radio, Telephone, travellers from other regions, It’d be kinda hard to stop refugee’s from talking. People would start to wonder when all their friends and family from a specific state or region would stop calling. Let’s see, counteract this claim. Since I don’t have 24 trillion in my pocket that makes it very difficult. As a matter fact I don’t have the money to pay the interest on one second of that debt. And I make 125,000 a year.
Throw that kind of cash in the market and it will cost you dearly. Inflation maybe, revolt possibly, collapse most likely. You better hope this country gets bankrupt and a new monetary system is put in place. You see, as long as we are a consuming nation and produce so much less than we did at one point in time. Pulling ourselves out of the pickle our representatives have put us in, is somewhat bleak. As inflation hits and the cost of goods go up, people will not spend. As people stop spending the little consumer stores everywhere will begin to shut down. When the little shops close more people will be out of work. Guys, lets be realistic. Have you ever seen footage of Russia pre economic collapse? It looked a hell of a lot different to the United States today. Nevermind that the Russian economic system was doomed to failure from the very start, it took years where people lived in the most horrendous poverty before the economy itself collapsed.

Nice post, just thought I’d offer some alternate possibilities. Of course I have no way of knowing what the thought processes are (if any) of those at the “higher levels” of the control structure (again supposing its existence), but there may be benefit to doing those things if looked at from a certain perspective.

This is a statement that credits the NWO (supposing their existence) with a modicum of intelligence at least. Clearly the current monetary practice is unworkable at best, and just got exponentially worse with the latest round of spending/creating of fiat currency. It is such an obvious and catastrophic failure that the observant person would be compelled to say, “That was so obvious a mistake that it must have been done on purpose. No one is that stupid. He ‘threw the play’, so to speak.” Why is up for debate. There could conceivably be benefits to collapsing the economy of a country, especially if you considered it to be an enemy of yours.
As for the gold and silver thing…yes, a tidy profit may have been made at the beginning. As initial supplies dwindled and the price kept rising, a longer-term profit could be reaped more slowly, nothing exorbitant at that point, just a business. It could be that the owners also feel good about importing reserves of gold they purchase from other countries with the dollar (before it collapses) into our country, so that it will be here physically after the dollar is done for. In the meantine, hey, its a living.

1. Grow a garden.
2. Learn how to sew.
3. Learn how to make, repair and maintain tools.
4. Learn cooking skills, knife skills, etc.
5. Build a water retention system.
6. Learn about what natural plants and animals are in your local region and what is good to eat, in what season, etc.
7. Learn how to repair basic electronics.
8. Learn at least basic first aid and perhaps enough natural medicine to get by.
9. Learn basic carpentry skills.
10. Be at peace with yourself.
These are all practical things that people should be doing anyway, economic collapse or no. NWO conspiracy or no. I’ve been reading this site for some time and not one person that I’ve ever seen post here, or even write an article for infowars has had a clear understanding of the economy and what can, has, and will be done. From my perspective, if nothing is done, the US WILL collapse. That part is inevitable. The argument is in the time line. There are big gears in this machine and it takes many generations for (some) of these plans to come to fruition. However, none of us can change the world, without changing ourselves. If everyone followed the first 10 steps we would not likely be talking about all this; and maybe the so-called “enlightened” ones would not have such a hate on for the “useless eaters”.

I wouldn’t give this much thought but , around 1998 a GRU ( an ultra-secret soviet organization ) Captain defected and warned of a China- Russia-Soviet invasion . He said it would start with hyper-sonic cruise missiles ( nuclear ) fired from Soviet submarines . The targets would be Seattle , Los Angeles , Las Vegas , Houston , the southern half of Florida ( fired from Cuba ) , and New York City . He also said huge armies from China would invade the West coast and Alaska . Russia would invade from northern Alaska and
the Hudson Bay . Armies from Columbia , Nicaragua , Honduras would join the Mexican army and invade the Southwest . He also said that infiltrators would be in place to cause havoc in our military and police .
He also warned of suitcase nuclear attacks . Seems to match the map pretty well . Hope he was wrong
I have the book somewhere . It isn’t very big . I may have lent to a friend . But I remember hearing about
the defection on the news . They just didn’t mention that he was GRU .

I’m removed from the system and my unemployment paychecks will run out soon with no employment prospects because I don’t compromise my moral values. The way it seems right now, I will be able to live in my apartment until mid-2010 before I have to move to my car and sleep there. I won’t tell you why, but the dollar won’t fail the way that you would expect. Other currencies will fall more when the midsummer heat sets them free. I know that Alex and his crew have to make money to fund their legitimate movement, but I should warn you to NEVER accept a gambit when you are dealing with evil. If agents offer you gifts and prostitutes, you must reject the gifts completely because there are strings attached to them. You must always condemn evil completely. You can’t love other people and be a source of strength to those who preach the “pirate” mentality and ritual sacrifice at the same time. Don’t compromise your morals. I have been able to come to terms with possible death, but in all honesty I don’t know what is gonna happen to me.

Never posted here, but figured it was worth it. I work with the public in a healthcare field. I live in the heart of the south. People are here are enjoying the free ticket on everything, even with they drive in 40k cars and live the high life. Most don’t even work. The american public is asleep, because they are enjoying what they can abuse as much as they can. When it is gone they will freak out but it is going to be to late. As of invasion, it’s more of we owe this country so much so we are going to have to give them something. Civil war may break apart some parts, looking for protection of other countries. You say let them come and you will shoot them, yeah thats all good if you have a gun to shoot them with. That is going to be taken away shortly, the second ammendment is not to just bear arms which everyone seems to post over and over, if you keep reading it’s the ability to creat a militia to protect the state. You might be allowed to have a shotgun, but a shotgun will not protect you from people will full auto rifles and explosives that can be launched from a distance. The country needs to stabalize itself before it can handle such things obama is throwing out there. It’s fine to allow immigrants to come over and live, but the ones who live here now need to have jobs, welfare needs to be cut, and people need to understand that what you get in life is what you work for. There is a job for anyone, handicap or not. Why draw so much money if it’s really not needed, smaller ammounts could subsidize your low income not replace your income. Civil war is in america’s path unfortunately, the ingnorant and uninformed will continue to support and the ones who know whats happening will continue to revolt. Ingnorance can be fixed, stupidity is a life style choice.

The Soviet Union, like the United States, was a federal republic. Each of its subdivisions (”republics” in the USSR, “states” in the USA) was a sovereign stage in its own right with almost all of the institutions of an independent nation-state already in palce.
The USA might fall apart someday, but not this autumn (not during football season!) We would likely to first split into 50 independent countries, and then some of which would form confederations of their own.
