Russian Scholar Says Obama Will Declare Martial Law

MOSCOW — If you’re inclined to believe Igor Panarin, and the Kremlin wouldn’t mind if you did, then President Barack Obama will order martial law this year, the U.S. will split into six rump-states before 2011, and Russia and China will become the backbones of a new world order.
Panarin might be easy to ignore but for the fact that he is a dean at the Foreign Ministry’s school for future diplomats and a regular on Russia’s state-guided TV channels. And his predictions fit into the anti-American story line of the Kremlin leadership.

The prediction from Panarin, a former spokesman for Russia’s Federal Space Agency and reportedly an ex-KGB analyst, meshes with the negative view of the U.S. that has been flowing from the Kremlin in recent years, in particular from Vladimir Putin.
Putin, the former president who is now prime minister, has likened the United States to Nazi Germany’s Third Reich and blames Washington for the global financial crisis that has pounded the Russian economy.
Panarin didn’t give many specifics on what underlies his analysis, mostly citing newspapers, magazines and other open sources.
He also noted he had been predicting the demise of the world’s wealthiest country for more than a decade now.

erm… about 40 states are declaring soverignty, whats to say that they dont reconstitute themselves in in 5-10 state blocks for administration purposes and then you get the blessed orders for martial law.
Enter his scenario, Chinese, Russian, and even the UN troops may be deployed to assist. I thinks theres a big chance that even the UK might get involved, (Blackjack scenario perhaps)

We are in excellent physical shape, have an abundance of ammunition, have plenty of freeze dried food for the days we are tired of romin noodles, and have an excellent selection in our liquor cabinet. So you don’t think that members of the military or national guard would obey “stupid orders” huh??? It is both my belief and understanding that when martial law is invoked in the U.S., there is then a new set of rules for the military to abide by (under the Military Code of Justice) that includes the death penalty by firing squad for disobeying orders given by a superior NCO or Officer. Disobeying orders is normally an offense punishable by court martial and time in the stockade, but under martial law it’s considered an act of treason…punishable by death.
So, if given the orders to “shoot”…you can bet your sweet bippy that the guys holding the M-16’s, SAW’s and 9mm pistols won’t be thinking twice about pulling the trigger.

Only hope lies with the actual generals, but they usually get rid of the ones who would disobey ahead of time. Just look at China. 1.6 billion people under the grip of their own military. Dear God,
I pray to you today for the souls of this world that are trapped and tangled in the web of terror our governments are weaving. I plead that you open their eyes and help them see the tyranny building up around their money, jobs, homes, and families. Help me to be a leader of liberty and justice. Help me continue to educate my mind with the truth. Now that I am no longer blinded, I am fueled with the power of my freedom. No politician, banker, or machine will ever take away my rights as a human being. Help me be a steward of your teachings. Help me to help others when they are in need. Help others see beyond materialistic things and turn away from the easiest solution. I have learned form you that many things are not easily attainable, but through the strength of our minds and the passion for our rights, we can conquer evil. Help parents to encourage their children to turn off the television and open a good book. I realize now that evil is working through the media to hypnotize, dehumanize, and wear down our intelligence. Encourage people to say no to a new world order and centralized banking system. Help me to encourage others to read the constitution, and demand that it be followed. I realize that at one point in the history of this world, there were people who wanted a better place for their families to live. A place free of tyranny that would be represented for the people and by the people. I no longer see a nation set on supporting the values and laws set in place by those who wanted to insure our freedom. I not only pray for the people of my own nation, but for those of the whole world. If people are not made aware of the truth, we as a human race may cease to exist. Dear God, help us.

So what happened to the North American Union and the Amero, now we have the states divided into 6 maybe this guy is confusing us sheep, but who?
