San Jose police have a new crime fighting tool.
You might want to hear about it, but you won’t want to hear it being used.
They’ll be using a dish-shaped, sonic weapon called a Long Range Acoustic Device — or L-RAD.

I applied for a police department recently, since IT jobs are almost unbearable even though the money is decent. I was drilled about past drug use which was minor, and I have no criminal record. I was told my application will need to be reviewed and to wait a couple of weeks for a letter. LOL Yes, they will give me a lie detector test so I was up front about it. What do they want these days, a perfect little 20-30 year old boy who comes straight out of his parents’ basement and has no mind of his own? I was never addicted to drugs and don’t use now, so I think they’re just scared of anyone who thinks independently, whether in a good or bad way.

The San Jose Police are in California, The Police In the South Bay and Peninsula (Suburbs south of SF) have got this quandrant on Lock. I know a friend who of God who used to party it up back in the 70s and 80s and there were a lot of nice women and parties and clubs everywhere. I hear in other places the boyz haul folks in for weed. The thing is they have bein messin around with old white people who are going out for walks. Some Asian cops in Palo Alto beat a black man up for no reason, I Had six officers of PA tackle me for not earing a helmet, They also messed around with a white kid, a friend of mine who always obeyed the letter of the law, Meanwhile some dumb f---s weren’t apprehended for keying cars, stealin s--- out of Benzes and Lexuses and s---, But I say God Bless The Police, It is what it is, It could be Mexico, Oh, The Pussy Ass Buttholes have sold out this country to a North American Union, All the Canidates can Suck a Duck.

To believe they are just going to use it as a PA system when it is probably half a million military dollars for one of those toys. The sound weapon was started by a guy Royal Raymond Wright using sound generators to kill viruses and bacteria with their resonant frequency. Then the French took it a few hundred steps further and devised a working weapon where they concentrate the sound wave like a laser and put it on a bigger scale and they destroy what ever they point at including tanks. For it tot be used on humans they tap into a low frequency that disturbs the resonant frequency of the body and it immediately debilitates the person it’s point at and with enough power it can kill and render someone unconscious. In the sixties the band Deep Purple held the Guinness book of records for the loudest live show with people passing out in the first five or six rows from the stage. Sound is a very powerful force and cannot by all rights be called less than lethal when that can change with the turn of a switch. It’s basically for cattle herding when they want to haul you off to FEMA camps on those box cars with shackles being made under contract with the government. I suggest people start arming themselves now, and we start using the same kind of tactics against them, start our own training facilities, just as they have. Headphones and ear plugs will not work, and will not protect you.
It does not emit a LOUD noise that hurts your ears.
It emits a sound wave that causes pain, similar to a sound wave being able to shatter a glass, which does not necessarily need to be a ‘loud’ noise.
A wave emitted at the opposite end of the wave being transmitted will cancel out the effect.
As for the microwave cannon, ADS, I don’t believe that has yet been deployed; but, yes microwaves can be deflected with a ‘corner deflector.’

That microwave weapon. What if you have a plywood sheild with aluminum glued to one side. I bet a 1/4 piece of plywood with a thin sheet of lead with aluminum on top would throw the signal back. Should only have to use a very thin piece of each metal to bounce the signal away. Might not even need to use the lead shield.

I’m a newbie to this site, less so to this knowledge and awareness of just what it is exactly that we need, who’s running the show, etc… I agree with everyone who says that we need to organize and we need to get out of the ‘take care of me and mine’ mentality. Knowing is half the battle which will help the people win the war against the NEO-CONS!
The key to defeating this type of weapon is by using sound cancellation. If I recall corectly from my education in electronics engeneering… you can effectively cancel any waveform by producing an anti waveform of equal amplitude and freqency but must be 180 degrees out of phase to the original waveform.
This is done buy using a computer to sample the original waveform and its timing and send it back to its source (using loud speakers of course) only 180 degrees out of phase. It makes their weapon ineffective to say the least.

I heard of a weapon similar to this a few years back. We talked about it during a class about resonant frequencies in school. The key to the sound weapon we talked about, and this was only in the context of population control, is that it reproduces the resonant frequency of the human bowel cavity. Anyone within range of the weapon would immediately s--- thier pants. Embarrased people will not stay and riot, but will go home immediatly. Twisted stuff.

The weapon you are referring to was an experiment the English conducted during the war years.
That device emitted a 4 Hz signal and produced the results you mentioned.
The problem is 4 Hz will radiate omnidirectionally. That is, the “shooter” would also be effected.

The “shooter” would have to make sure his/her bowells were evacuated before the weapon would be used. That would entail a regimen in the order of not eating or drinking anything for twelve hours before battle. Simmilar to when a person is preped before surgury.
That type of infrasound weapon would not be effective if it caused the “shooter” and his/her fellow troops to lose their lunch.
There are other freqencies that can be localized/focused and do more dammage than just s--- your pants. 7Hz can liquefy your internal organs for crying out loud!

I agree “f---thepigs,” you’re right on. They are not here to serve the constitution and protect the bill of rights. They are the “Officials” now, and the “Authorities,” no longer are they “public servants” or “civil servants.” There’s nothing civil about most of them now days.

The younger generation of police are all about force and pain compliance and taught that the public needs to be “controlled” and needs to be “dealt with by any means necessary.” No longer are they taught about civility and innocent until proven guilty. Now it’s guilty until proven innocent with most of them. The TruTV cable channel reruns old COPS episodes from the late 80’s and early 90’s, and you can see a BIG difference in the way police acted towards the public and individuals back then compared to now days, and remember this was before tasers back then so they actually had to use their brains a little bit and not just get taser happy like they do now. Everything is all about “Taser, Deploy deploy deploy!” as they say, now before they can even get a sense of the situation at hand. They are trained now to put us slaves in our place, and not about being diplomatic about things anymore, and/or giving people the benefit of the doubt before pulling out the taser. If you even brush a cop by accident now days, your ass is down on the ground convulsing from electricity after they taser you 6 times for it and then handcuff you and drag you off, while charging you with assault of an officer. What about assault on civilians, they never seem to get charged much for that, and if they are they’re put on PAID suspension/leave so they can just sit around and still collect their salary. This is really disturbing and it seems to be that the larger the city/town the worse it is, but don’t get me wrong here, small towns also have their share of corruption and police state tactics. The sad part is, all the good cops are being driven off the force because they refuse to go along with the tyranny, so they are either forced into retirement or move into private security. I had a step-dad who was a cop when i was much younger and they forced him into early retirement, because he was the kind of officer who would use diplomacy in a situation before force. He wasn’t a tyrant cop. I couldn’t understand why they did this to him when I was 12 years old, but I later figured it out once I started understanding the whole police state, and that was back then, it’s become much worse now for the decent cops out there. We are in big trouble if we continue to let this happen, and just go along with it all, not threatening to sue them personally if they behave unprofessionally, and letting them beat the hell out of us then charge us with assault without full persecution of them, but part of that is the justice system is rigged so the cops get off easy in most cases. It’s crooked cops, lawyers and judges looking out for other crooked cops, and if a decent cop tries to accuse, or persecute crooked cops, their career is mostly over, and they get blackballed by their department, so most of them just keep their mouths shut in cases like that, which is very sad to see.
It’s not going to be an easy battle against the corruption and the police state, that’s for sure, especially with the now militarization of the police. However, I believe we can prevail if people would stop drinking the flouride and wake up out of their mainstream media and corporate controlled brainwashing enough to stand up next to their fellow man to say “NO MORE!” And one by one bring these corrupt crooks to justice! Who agrees with me?

I always laugh at how they call it “pain compliance”, that is what torture is, getting people to comply with pain or mental pain. This is the most sickening s---. Let’s no longer call it torture since we do not support or condone torture, let’s call it pain compliance and most of the people will be too stupid to know we use torture. Lets call dead ends, outlet free, and call starvation, food insecurities. We are not stealing from the citizens we are collecting from the citizens. With all this talk about killing cops, I don’t know if I want to be around any of you. I am not a police officer but I do know that when my house was robbed a few years ago they not only responded immediatly, but caught the bastards. Not all police are corrupt just as not all doctors are benevolent.

I’m not saying that people won’t have to protect themselves, possibly even violently. I have several weapons myself and I don’t know what I would have done that day if I had come across these intruders, but I do know that I wouldn’t start a gunfight with my family and neighbours around.
As far as the sound “toy” being used on civilians, the best way to beat them is to go to the root of the problem by informing the public about the potential misuse of these products. The misuse of taser guns here in Canada has lead many discussions and the possible banning of such weapons. If that doesn’t work we’ll have to steal them and turn them 180 degrees right back at them.
The key to our survival is to inform everyone you know, even if they don’t take you seriously, you have planted the seed and they will see for themselves. The Alex Jones show and other local call-in radio shows seem like the perfect medium to voice these concerns.

Sound weapons mounted on robots, it was on alexjones today. But yeah, they probably would just use a frequency that destroyed you. Many ways to do that with sound. Especially mounted on robotic equipment that is not affected by the sound.

The weapon you are referring to was an experiment the English conducted during the war years.
That device emitted a 4 Hz signal and produced the results you mentioned.
The problem is 4 Hz will radiate omnidirectionally. That is, the “shooter” would also be effected.

Sure, someone broke into my house too and they caught them and responded right away. No one is saying they don’t do their jobs. We’re saying that the abuse of power and corruption goes much further than just catching the criminals, because we’re all looked at as criminals first by most police. Guilty until proven innocent. And a lot of them want to also play Judge, Jury, and Excecutioner besides cop. I did mention in an earlier comment that there are still good cops out there (they’re just being forced out of the departments by the crookedness). Even the corrupt ones still do their jobs too when it comes to arresting a burgler or armed robber, etc. But you don’t seem to have a problem with “stealing their tasers and turning them 180 degrees on them” when diplomany fails do you? You feel the same way we do my friend, just at different levels and in different ways.

You know what this site needs? More activism. Alex Jones should have posted up a place to sign to get these devices banned from use. But you know what? When the Martial Law is enacted they would simply remove the law because it is a “time of emergency.” But I still think that this should be about getting rid of the device, instead of simply reporting on it.

Do a little research into the Talmud and the plan for world domination 4000 years ago (that’s right, 2000 years before the bible, ie the bible could very well be a tool used BY THEM to create this outcome).
You can’t leave the Jews out of the discussion if you’re after the truth. If you do, you’ll only be hacking at the branches and not the root. I’m not racist btw, I’m a minority myself, but when looking at the truth, you can’t let political correctness prevent you from looking at all evidence. True, they are a race in the fact that they interbred themselves into one. It started as a religion, and got changed into a race by the Khazars. But, the claim of racism becomes unaccurate, because it’s not the race that “we that know the truth” have a problem with. It’s the ideology and the religion that claims they are a chosen people, chosen to rule the rest of us. That’s what we have a problem with, not the “race” of people who call themselves Jews.
Also, it’s hypocritical to say it’s racist to talk about the Jewish religion, but then talk s--- about raghead arab terrorists, or Islamic muslim terrorists. If you can talk about muslim ideology and talk s--- about arab tendencies, then it’s equally fair to bring up Jewish ideologies and actions.
