Scientist Warned Baxter Would Release Plague in Ukraine

Bio-scientist Joseph Moshe who was arrested by the FBI tried to warn the public about Baxter’s sinister plan to release a plague in the Ukraine by creating a vaccine bio-weapon that would result in hundreds of deaths.
That is precisely what occurred in the Ukraine, a plague infected 1.5 million people, over 80,000 being hospitalized and leaving 328 dead. The WHO(World Health Organization) claims that the virus running through Ukraine is nothing more than the same A/H1N1 influenza experienced around the world and that it’s not pheumonic plague. Many suspect that this is a bacterial pheumonic plague that is ten-times worse than swine flu influenza that is spread from person-to-person. Reports from the infected say that their lungs tend to have a burning sensation turning them as “black as charcoal”.
Joseph Moshe is a bio-scientist working for a unit within Mossad and had dual national (Israeli-American) citizenship, Moshe was later seized for blowing the whistle on Baxter International contacting a radio show and the White House, warning them of the pharmaceutical companies’ plot to spread a plague from Baxter’s Ukrainian lab. He knew the FBI was bugging his house, so he decided to pack up his things and head for the Israeli consulate where he was met by armed LAPD/SWAT, FBI and the Secret Service surrounding his car. He was pepper-sprayed, tasered and is now being held in the Patton State mental hospital in California, his next court date is December 25, 2010.

As if that is not enough, the government authorities also pushed the radio stations in Kiev to deny the reports. Online on forums, websites and blogs reports came in about eye witness accounts that confirms this. There was also reports of helicopters spraying aerosols not just over Kiev but Lviv, Ternopil and throughout Ukraine. The spraying was vehemently denied by the country’s Office of Emergency Response. This takes me back to when reports surfaced about gelatin-like rain pouring down over a small town of Oakville, Washington. The gelatinous like substance contained live bacteria that made an entire town sick for months.
This is a lot like what happened in the Ukraine, and is the likelier scenario on how this infection was spread. A bacterial pneumonic plague is of course much more virulent and lethal than the ordinary A-influenza virus that is spread from person-to-person via viral shedding.
Regardless of how this infection was spread, it should always be taken into account that that governments have been using their own populations as their own experimental lab for decades. It always seems to lead back to the military, government and big pharma using us for their own megalomaniacal reasons, the mainstream media is used to hype up the fear to sell vaccines.

fu, you’re right, that sentence was very poorly written. What I have read is that autopsies have been performed on those that succumbed to the virus and Dr’s have stated on record that this is what the lungs looked like.
It sounds as if you dismiss much of the information infowars presents (ie “give it up infowars”). While some of the information here seems far fetched I would not dismiss everything you read here. It is no secret that the US and other govt’s have been spraying chemicals high above the earth for decades… for what reasons I’m not entirely sure, but doing so without informing the population is both negligent and secretive. If they want to spray some area where no humans could be potentially impacted then fine, keep it secret. But if they’re spraying above the population and aren’t aware of all unintended consequences (and how could they be) then the people absolutely have the right to know!

FYI – There are several ways to tell if the lungs are black. Autopsy is one of them but the better option for the living victim is a simple biopsy of lung tissue which can be done either with a biopsy needle under CT guidance or via an endoscope which is placed into the nose and inserted into the bronchioles (known as a bronchoscopy). The bronchoscopy gives doctors a great live color video of the bronchioles within the lungs. Standard radiologic exams, such as CT and MRI, do not in themselves yield color though they may show tissue disorders such as lesions, stranding, etc. Hope this helps.

In my SF training, I was inadvertantly exposed for roughly 4 hours at a very high dosage rate. When the wind started to clear the area, I was walking around without a respirator on and everybody seeing me figured it was also safe for them to do so as well. You, nor your comrades were tazerd after being exposed to ectreme amounts of CS gas, which had they been could have been asphyxiated on their own vomit. It can also be seen in the video that Moshe was incapacitated and motionless when he was dragged from his car. After reviewing the video I have to recant my assumption, as I know see how he was able to avoid the prolonged exposure to the CS spray. He had the wind on his side. It can be seen in a still photograph in the video that even though the robot is spraying a large volume of gas into the car, the drivers window being open, the gas was just blowing back out the same window.

The story is correct but Bill Deagle fingered the wrong Joseph Moshe. So how did Deagle and Dr. True Ott get the information right on the Ukraine?

The critical people of the AJ show don’t address the posts or refute them or even offer up solid evidence against them, but rather ARE more passionate about discrediting the message bringer. More passionate about calling people sheeple.
Are more passionate and worrisome that people might really begin to question for themselves odd and bizarre accounting’s and do their own further research. Isn’t that what critical and investigative thinking does? Takes something and examines it?

Deagle is a bit of a quack. I’ve watched some of his vids, and while he does speak some truth, he wanders off into fantasy land, and rattles off way more credentials than it seems possible he really has. He said he got his PhD from MIT in 5 months and was working for all sorts of govt. agencies. Yeah, so where is a pic or some real info about this Moshe guy? Where is the audio from his call into the radio show? I mean, Baxter is shady, but I haven’t seen any real good documentation about this Moshe incident besides some guy getting blasted in his car with gas and hauled off.

Thanks for staying on top of this most important story. The European Union Health Officials based in London cultured this new Ukranian killer a month ago but have refused to publish their findings as to exactly what this new attack is made of, whether bacterial as is customary with the plague or viral and whether this virus is h1n1 or a genetic mutation. The failure of the press to report on the failure of the Health Officials to report is just like the cover up and silence of the Moshe revelations. Based on the reports from the Ukraine, it appears that this is a viral attack. This would mean that the virus is a new virus and that the h1n1 vaccines cannot be effective in any way to protect. If by some miracle it is a non-laboratory creation, ie a naturally mutated h1n1 virus, the vaccine would also be useless against it.. There are also numerous credible reports that aerial spraying and chem-trailing in the Ukraine preceded this new attack in October. The odds are heavily in favor of a hypothesis that this is a new attack of a new laboratory synthesized virus hat mimics bubonic bacterial infection. Any one who refuses the vaccines and brings their Vitamin D3 levels in their blood up to 50 or better will not contract this disease. This can be done by taking 10,000 units a day. If you feel you are coming down with flu immediately take 1000 units per pound of body weight for 15 days. Also everyone should be on 3 grams of full spectrum vitamin C with zinc and iodine. as I have tried to get the word out for many years about the “CHEMTRAILS” phenomenon,and recently here on these boards….the bio-toxins that have a connector time-bomb capability were released from the air by planes over metropolitan or suburban areas so the most coverage could be achieved and then spread from there.
I had predicted that this would first happen in the u.k and australia and then europe and finally spread by same method but blamed on heavy holiday air and ship tourism traffic.

Linked article clearly states court date is Jan.25, 2010 not Dec. 25, 2010. Furhtermore, if you take even the most sensational number, 1.5 million affected and over 6,000 dead (328 officially), mortality is still lower than seasonal flu for the mutated H1N1 (see recombinomics), not bacterial, infection in the Ukraine. Bacterial pneumonic plague would be 60-100% mortality.
Clearly, this new strain like the flu itself is being hyped for political reasons. Why would you trust someone who claims to be Mossad in the first place. I find this entire affair facinating…
Indeed, on August 18th Mr. Ott told Dr Deagle that there would be an outbreak in the Ukraine…but why do they insist it had anything to do with the Israeli Microbiologist? That man arrested was nowhere near the Israeli Consulate…that place is ten miles away, down by Labrea. He also does not have the same name. Also the court date is not in December 2010, it is in January…in Division 141 of the LA Airport court…(it’s not at the airport, they just call it that.)
I wonder why anyone would publish information like so and so was a mossod microbiologist working for a bioweapons unit, when all the information came from Mr. Ott who only said a man named joseph called him with this warning. He also said it after mr Moshe was arrested in LA…I think it was an opportunistic act, in order to seperate his name with the leak.
What I want to know, and what you all ought to be asking is how Ott knew about this…

Thank You for at least having the sense to think unlike many others here. I have been trying to explain that for the past week.
This whole story of “Joe Moshe” was a Deagle -True Ott creation. And they fingered the wrong “Moshe”. The whole story was a cover for something that eventually DID HAPPEN, the Ukraine virus.
Ture Ott and Deagle are the ones who knew, not “Joe Moshe”, he didn’t know jack. He’s just some mentally ill guy who has a history of making threats.
They used the California based “Moshe” as a character for a story. All roads lead back to Ture Ott and Deagle. THAT is the REAL “conspiracy”, why can’t people see that? It’s Deagle and Turee Ott that need to be questioned also.

The “black lung” disease is caused by massive Cykotine storm inside the lungs which I suspect is triggered by a mutant strain of the H1N1 virus. Normal Cykotine production is somehow altered by this mutant strain which causes the body’s own regulatory system in the Thyroid gland to fail in controlling the production of Cykotines.
